They gave away our room. I reserved a room with 2 beds and pull out couch for our family of 5. When we got to the hotel after a long day in Chicago, they told us they gave r room to someone else. Instead they offered us a room with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed for r family of 5. This is completely unacceptable.

Luke cowart. \, General Manage & his staff here are outstanding. As a first time writer of any reviews I am compelled. The service, rooms, breakfast bar all are exceptionally clean and remarkable. The family loved the pool and the hotel appointments. Mr. Cowart went above & beyond to make us all comfortable. The location is perfect.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of storage, practical use of space, plenty of storage. Excellent customer service. Relaxed atmosphere. Great breakfast.

Great location. Great service. Clean. Staff hospitable. Saw a couple of skunks in between buildings but that's more of an IL problem as a whole, not the hotels internal issue. May want to spray or check garbage more often to ensure they are not nesting there.

AMAZING, I love my stay here every single time. Full kitchen is awesome, and you can request a skillet top if you want, and there’s grills downstairs in the patio area available. Very spacious rooms. Front desk has always been amazingly helpful as well.

Not only did the staff at the hotel help us after a disaster at a different hotel, but they provided outstanding service throughout our stay! The room was fantastic and the amenities were spot on! This will be our go-to hotel when we are in the area!

Lovely spacious room! Large bed, love seat, and 2 desk areas. Modern decor. Full sized refrigerator, and kitchen minus stove. Only a few blocks from Woodfield Mall which is great & 15 minutes from the heart of Chicago.

Warm, receptive and cordial staff. The General Manager Luke handled my accomadations and was a joy to work with. The rooms were impeccable, and the breakfast was tremendous. A plethora of options for the weary traveler to enjoy before starting their day. The pool onsite was nice and cool and salt water rather than chlorine which made swimming for my children less burdensome. Fantastic site, and highly recommended.

One of my favorite hotels, my daughter and I spent 3 months here when my condo was flooded and was being repaired. Great service, staff started recognizing us and would ask us how things were going, they made us feel like family. The women cleaning the room would ask us daily if we needed service which we didn't, but when we did, they did an amazing clean up. Pool was nice a little on the cool side, but still nice. Breakfast was always something to look forward to in the morning but you do need to get there early on weekends if you don't want to wait and want fresh fruit. I wish they had more cut fresh fruit but all in all it was good. Front desk staff always helpful, when my daughter had a report to print, off my computer and the printer wasn't working, they were able to print it for her so she could get her homework done for school. I also was in a rental car and we had ice one morning on the car windows and no scraper in the car, the actually had one they let me borrow so I could get to work on time, that's amazing! Great place to stay for an overnight visit or extended visit like us.

The modern quality of the rooms and accommodations were nice. The gym was a good size with more than just the standard treadmill. The breakfast options were very good. However, if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, you’ll need to hope and pray nobody is booked in the room adjoining yours. The walls are paper thin. You will be able to hear every single word the people in the next room says. We could hear them yawn and pass gas. Although they were also very loud, playing music at 1am, the fact that we could hear even the most simple conversations and bodily noises from the next room is creepy, obnoxious, and a clear indication that this hotel is in desperate need of soundproofing rooms that are adjoined.

This is probably one my favorite hotels by far. The spacious king size bed and apartment style room made me feel right at home. The rooms were very clean and stocked with dishes and utensils. This hotel has everything you need from a gym, free complimentary breakfast, and pool. The hotel is also in walking distance to multiple restaurants. If you ever in Schaumburg the Home2 suites is the place you should stay.

Great addition to the Hilton brand. Nice mix of upscale and casual. Staff is very attentative and the room was well appointed. Breakfast was amazing too. I will be searching for this brand any time I am searching for a hotel to stay at in the future.
