Attended a seminar. Comfortable with plenty of room. Served a very nice lunch. Ideal for meetings. Great location. Convenient parking. Pleasant staff. I would plan to stay overnight if I needed to.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Made recommendations for place to eat. Rooms were very clean, was quiet and we got 2 good night's sleep. Only thing I would change is I wish it would have had a hot tub by the pool.

Quality/price Slightly below the Schaumburg average. At the same price you are better at the Doubletree or at the Sheraton.

Professional hospitality at it's finest! Guest relations are priority with Dani (Operations Supervisor) and Nicole (General Manager) at this super AWESOME Hilton chain hotel! We experienced an issue and resolution was job with management. I highly recommend staying at this location to anyone seeking an outstanding stay away from home. Kudos to Hilton Executive Leadership for placing Dani and Nicole at the helm of this hotel! Many thanks!

Nice rooms, friendly staff, cool amenities. Never tried their eatery, though. All the good things associated with the Hilton Group thoroughly apples to this one. Very near to many eating places and Woodfield Mall, one of the best shopping malls in the U. S.

Wonderful stay! Great, comfortable rooms. Shower only, no tub. Super friendly staff — I mentioned that they only had coffee in the rooms and I didn’t drink coffee and the front office staff prepared me a whole pot and brought me a basket full of teas to choose from.

The hotel itself is very nice and in an outstanding location; very convenient to multiple other destinations. The amenities in our room were GREAT. In my opinion, the indoor pool is much too small for such a large hotel, and a Continental breakfast would be a definite plus rather than a $12+ per person breakfast buffet. Patrons would be much more likely to stay in and have a good lunch or a very relaxing dinner at your in-house restaurant after the day's excursions.

The bed, pillows, sheets and comforter were incredible! I slept very well the 4 nights I stayed here. In fact, I didn't want to get out of the bed, it was so comfortable. The room was very comfortable, bathroom/shower was nice, breakfast was great with lots if variety. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Quality/price slightly below the average of Schaumburg. At the same price you're better at the Doubletree or at the Sherton.

Have been here for multiple business meetings and every time it has been amazing. I am on the road a lot and the staff here is wonderful. This has now become my hotel for me when I am in market for meetings.

Nice place. Clean, affordable, exactly what you'd want from a hotel. Didn't try the bar or breakfast or anything, but for a place to sleep I have no complaints.

Cozy stay in ungodly cold Chicago. I can't say enough good things about the property or the staff. Housekeeping was great. Michael and Dani must have been pulling extra duty during the holidays. They were always there, friendly and very professional. Upper management should be proud of the entire staff. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay. If I come back to Schaumburg (in the summer time! ) I will definitely stay with you again.

Nice, clean. Bed was very comfortable. Small indoor pool but was fine for us, was not overcrowded.

It is an average HGI. I have no real complaints, but there is room for improvement. The hotel is starting to show its age. I stayed in a double queen room. The bathroom was small. Older carpeting in the room. Most importantly, the beds were not comfortable. I know they are adjustable. I tried the full range of settings and they all felt the same: hard. I don't sleep well anyway so I won't blame bad sleep on the bed, but it wasn't a good bed. On the positive side, the room was clean and quiet. A good value as usual with HGI, just not as nice as some.

Great hotel. Good breakfast, nice room and friendly staff. Only complaint is the bed is not as described. Adjustable bed doesnt function well and didn't make a difference.

I was very pleased with this hotel! My room was very clean and spacious. The walk-in shower was great after a long day of traveling. Many options of food and shopping close by. Would definitely recommend!

Location was good. Room was nice, clean. The was a fridge, microwave in the room. Breakfast was not included, but there were restaurants nearby. Overall, a good stay.

Had a work conference here, I was not an overnight guest. But… staff was very friendly and helpful. Exactly what you expect from a Hilton hotel. If I ever need a hotel in this area, this will be my first choice.

Be aware that the breakfast is about $13 — not free. I got my eggs, oatmeal, and juice, skipped the whole self serve waffle thing, they brought me coffee. And then they brought the check. Huh? Noisy youth conference with music and dancing down the hall to go with breakfast. I would have gone to McDonalds instead.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience. The staff was amazing and the rooms were extremely clean. Management handles all complaints with the highest level of professionalism no matter how small or big your complaint may be. I will definitely stay here again.

We come here every year for Labor Day weekend. Great staff and very friendly. We are currently staying here as I write this review. The only reason I gave this a 4 star review is because our beds in our room are like a rock. My wife and I hardly slept due to how firm it was even with the adjustments set to soft. I drove 10 hours to get here and hardly got any sleep.

Rooms are clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. Slept great and the room has many amenities. Staff was very nice and helpful. Really like the welcome bag with 2 waters in it. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a softball tournament for my daughter. The check-in process was very easy and the frontndesk clerk was very welcoming. The lobby is very open and clean. There is a small open bar and they serve food. Our room was on the second floor. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are adjustable and that make a huge difference in their comfort. The hotel overall is a nice place and I would recommend it. It is nicely located to food and shopping.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly. However, the indoor pool is small and goes to 4ft. The website mentioned a spa but they don't have one so no worries, it was still an enjoyable experience for my family.

I had a really great experience with almost everything in the hotel. The only reason I'm doing 4 starts is that the pool is really quite small and there's no hot tub. Aside from that everything was great! We stayed 2 nights. I checked in online the day before and even picked out our room. The lobby is small, but decorated nicely with a small lounge and tables. The room was cozy and has all the essentials plus a few extras like microwave and fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We wanted a couple of extra pillows and the front desk accommodated our request. The room was quiet which was surprising since we were 2 rooms from the pool. I never heard any noises from the hallway. Every staff member that I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is just a 3-4 minute drive from Woodfield Mall and Lego Land. Our main destination was Lego land so this worked out perfect for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel was pretty nice. No real issues. Friendly staff. Business crowd primary guests. Tilted kilt restaurant within walking distance. Landscaping had a few weeds in it. I'm just nitpicking.

The breakfast is not included! It looks like a complimentary breakfast, with the usual free cold cereal, muffins, and juice. After we ate this cold not so good breakfast they gave each of us an 8 dollar bill. I would not have ate there if had known that. Could've went down the road and gotten a hot breakfast for that. Wouldn't have minded so bad if they had signs up telling it wasn't included. The beds are VERY hard even after adjusting to soft. The staff that was there the morning we left was rude.

Great place to stay for business and family. Closed to Woodfield Mall, Lego land, Ikea. There were free fruity water, coffee, wine in the lobby with a 24 hour mini mart and business center. Wire/wireless internet in Guest room. Their swimming pool is very small, which maybe good for small kids but it became crowded soon. Hot tub is also small. We got AAA discount with breakfast package for two adult and a kid. They cook entree for your order and you get other food from buffet. Checkout was 12 pm with optional late 3 pm checkout.

While the amenities are rather nice and the extras thrown in are good, we had an unpleasant experience with customer service. We were told we would receive adjoining rooms when we booked the hotel and upon checking in we were told that not only could we not in fact have adjoining rooms but that it was impossible for anyone to have king-king rooms in general when we were told otherwise.

The room was very clean and they had the heat going for us already which was nice. The beds were firm even after trying to adjust them. The only issue I had was that there was no hot water in the morning. It was luke warm. Now I understand that others are taking showers or had already but still, I wasn't too happy about that. Besides that, I was a good stay. We'll be back.

While I wasn't a guest I did find my experience there quite nice. There were free cookies!

We booked the King suite to help celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. We got there, the room was unavailable so they downgraded us to a guest room instead. No Jacuzzi, bathroom door could not be open if someone was at the closet, no safe in the room and "the beautiful view" was a building under construction. Workers were working (pounding) at 7 AM on a Sunday morning, which we could hear very clearly. Needless to say, our celebration went down hill as soon as we got the downgrade. I will never stay here again and if anyone else does make sure you get a room where there is no construction next door. It would have been nice if we had received a call before we got here so we would have been able to possibly book in a better hotel with a better room, with a better view and no construction to wake you us up at the crack of dawn.

Stayed here in 2014. Good experience. Great staff. Very comfortable rooms. Hope to stay here on my next visit.

This hotel has a terrific staff, great location, and the rooms are extremely clean. I'll continue staying there on all my trips to this area.

I went for training which is going to take 16 weeks long, I was looking for a good hotel with nice budget, until I stumbled upon this place, and I'm hook for the 16 weeks, nice place to stay with my family. Close to so many amenities in the neighborhood.

I have stayed at this property several times since it opened and have enjoyed every visit. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. I have recommended it to family and friends staying in the area.

This place is brand new, and so seems the staff. Very unprofessional.
