Excelent place to rest. Personnel helped and take care of your needs. Confort and clean areas as well.

Stayed here on a business trip for a week. Staff is very polite and they really try to make your visit the best they can. Great breakfast included wide variety of things. Room was super clean! Free shuttle rides nearby (Luis is awesome too) would return if needed!

My parents stayed here. The first night they were in the smoking area, which reeked. They were moved the next night, and then everything was very smooth. They liked it a lot.

The room was inexpensive for the area. It had an awesome fireplace and a hot tub. Everyone working there was wonderful.

Was allowed to check in early so we could utilize the pool. Was told our room was automatically upgraded to a suite for the same price. Nice and cozy hotel.

Very nice room for the price. Got a king and pull out for an overnight to a Chicagoland event. They were very accepting of late check in and amenities were fantastic. Wi-Fi was free and a decent speed. Breakfast that was included was a great spread the next morning. 5 stars.

Location for this hotel couldn't be any better. The rooms were clean and we'll kept up. Pool and spa was wonderful. Would recommend it to anybody as a 4 to 5 star hotel.

My family has been going to this location since I was a child. We love the snack hour and dessert hour they have. It is something that makes it special amongst hotels.

Cute little hotel with enough room for four guests. We stayed in the one bedroom suite, with the refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. We didn't use the kitchenette because of the wonderful free breakfast. The pool looked nice but we didn't end up using that this time around, when we come back to Schaumburg we will be staying here again. The cozy feel of this hotel felt more like a comfy cabin than a large industrial hotel.

I book a suite with king size bed. The room is spacious and the bed was very comfy. The sofa bed is not the best and little bit dirty maybe the only bad thing in the room.

Staff here was amazing and super friendly. They also did a great job hunting and providing upgrade and welcome gift for Club Carlson gold members. Sadly not many country inn and suites do. If definitely visit again.

First time staying here, it was very clean and relaxing. A true country feel sitting on the porch! Rooms are very clean and smell wonderful! The breakfast was amazing with many choices hot and cold. Pool and spa area well kept!

We needed a break from reality and have not been out in 9 years. We checked in lobby was clean everything seemed fine. I asked for a king and got a two queen. The walls in the bathroom were bubbling up from moisture and the door in the bathroom was the same. Room was clean but the problem was I could hear the people in the next room talking and I am an extremely light sleeper and this was supposed to be my break to catch up on sleep etc. Breakfast eggs were like rubber and dry that's all I tried to eat.

This hotel has a nice country feel and the suites are noce and roomy. Cookies and happy hour is a plus in my book! It has a bar and a few places to eat across the street. I would stay here again.

The hotel was wonderful. Our room was so clean. The only problem we had was with the fire place being that we had no clue what the remote was for. The front desk staff was nice.

We will definitely stay here next time in Schaumburg. Clean, nice comfortable bed. Complimentary snacks in lobby 24/7. Coffee available 24 hours. Nice breakfast. The pool was clean and open late. The staff was very helpful and professional. Very pleased.

This hotel is our first choice when we visit this area, the place is always clean. The employees are always over the top helpful. (Especially Louis! ) The food is always great, along with the prices. Nothing bad at all to say about this place! Repeat customer.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Lobby decor, room cleanliness, breakfast, dinner reception, pool. There were a few things I had an issue with however. The rooms with the connection door are paper thin. We had already gone to bed and were awoken by the room next to us… Not sure if they had just checked in our what… But it was like midnight and we could hear everything they were doing and saying as if they were standing right next to us. It went on for a few hours… I kept trying to go back to sleep and finally did when they quieted down. Spike with the front desk the next morning and they apologized but said I should had complained to them in the middle of the night and not waited until the next day. The women working the dinner reception and the breakfast did not seem friendly at all. Even when I had to talk to them. They seemed like I was bothering them. Lots of adults only rules on things that didn't make much sense to me… We have two kids. Their lobby area has a sign that says proper attire only… No pajama or swimsuit wear… Which was a little annoying when we came down for breakfast in pajama wear… Just seems to me that if you are not running a restaurant for the public… It shouldn't matter. Anyway, other than those things… It was really nice. I did let the front desk employee know that I can't stay someplace where I don't get sleep and that I hoped they would improve their insulation method.

I chose to stay at this hotel while attending a conference at another because of the rewards program and better amenities for the price. The hotel could have been a little cleaner and in better shape but it appears that they are in the process of some progressive renovations.

Front desk associate was super polite. I stayed in a suite room with kitchenette, the room was very clean. One thing I love about this hotel is the complimentary basket of snacks always in your room!

Friendly staff, great facilities, quiet and warm feeling once you walked in. Have stayed here 2 times already for business trip. Very comfortable beds, AC maybe a little loud for some people, but not really a big deal. Free popcorn and cookies too! It's really nice to have something to eat at 11:00 PM and when you don't want to walk outside the hotel.

This hotel was amazing. I can not believe that it is only rated a 3 star hotel everywhere else that you look. I have to believe that it is because it doesn't have a fancy name like Buckingham Palace. There was a wonderful wait staff. Free cookies and popcorn upon our arrival at 3pm check in, the room was very large, clean and well cared for, and the pool was well kept. We were able to participate in the free "happy hour" session before we went to dinner theater at Mideivel Times. Happy hour (5:30-7p on Saturday) included many snacks such as nachos and cheese, Gardetto mix, regular chips and pound cake. Wine, beer and soda was also available. Tips were appreciated by the bar keep. The hotel was quiet, even with several small children staying there that weekend. Mattress was comfortable (I am 6 months pregnant). Breakfast was no disappointment as there was Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, donuts, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, and multiple beverage options to choose from (I probably forgot some of the food options). Check out was very late (noon) and we were able to lounge about after breakfast and watch free cable TV in our room until we were ready to depart. Our stay was wonderful and when we return to the area we will be coming back to this hotel. Even if it is 10 miles out of the way.

If you want a great place to stay for the buck stay here or the Quality Inn. A great place in the Chicago area for the staff, room, amenities, cleanliness, food, and awesome ambiance. You will be glad you did. This hotel rivals some of the ones that charge double the price in the area! I stay either here or quality inn only for many years.

I prepaid for the hotel 2 months in advance, but after spending 7 hours on the road with my six-year old we arrived and were told that due to an 'electrical problem' they couldn't take us and they told us our reservation had been moved to a different hotel. They didn't call us in advance, we did not receive anything for our trouble, and we couldn't choose where we wanted to go because they had our money! The hotel they moved us to was tiny, but the staff was amazing and we had a great vacation despite the rocky start. I would not recommend prepaying for this hotel, nor would I recommend using the prepay feature in Orbitz as the more I think about this situation how easy it would be for a hotel to double book and then pawn off their 'discounted' prepays on a cheaper hotel.

I have been coming here for 4 years with work related business trips and have always found the staff to go above and beyond. From the great happy hour to shuttle service everything is top notch.

Stranded by the hotel shuttle! If you stay here (which we never will again) don't use the hotel shuttle. The manager took us to our destination and we scheduled a pick up and he didn't show up. Called the hotel and was told the manager went home and there was no one to pick us up and we were told to call a cab! VERY bad experience.

We booked this hotel on the amount of positive reviews, and now have one more to add. This stay has been good on every level. The room was clean and comfortable (the bed was slightly firm) but the bedding and pillows were great. The free samples in our bathroom included Pantene Shampoo and Vaseline lotion. The breakfast consisted of waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits, oatmeal packets, cereal, juice, coffee, milk, doughnuts, danish, fruit, basically everything that anyone could want. We went to the evening reception as well, which unfortunately was offered only one night out of our stay (no Fridays or Sundays). They offered, chex mix, chips/salsa, potato chips, fruit, petit fors, beer, wine, and soda. The pool is on the small side, but was clean and heated nicely. It's 4' deep at the deepest point. There was an exercise room next to it, which also appeared to be well stocked with exercise equipment. There were cookies available for free every evening (chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia), and we also found fresh popcorn. No lack of free snacks at this hotel. The lobby was nicely furnished. They also appeared to have every amenity we could need-including a box of toys we could check our for our stay. The box was for ages 5-7 and had a variety of toys and books that our children enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again-the location was central to everything we wanted to do and easy to find. Parking was well lit.
