Front desk representative Isiah is amazing! You could definitely tell when he was working because he was always visible. He has an amazing tone when talking to customers and very informative, hence the additional star! After checking in the elevators smelled like smoke :/. The room was a great size, however the sticky kitchen floors, dirty drawers and sticky fridge was not. Was only given two towels, no face towels, wash clothes or bathmat until we asked. They also had a weird smell. I think it’s unaccepable to charge $10 for turn down service daily! It should be standard for any hotel or extended stay. The trash room was never cleaned. The pillows were very worn down. This could potentially be a great hotel with a huge facelift, super disappointed:/

0 stars if possible. An absolute s# from top to bottom. The smell of smoke in the non smoking rooms from the vagabond guests who are on their last string in life is especially delightful. Oh and the young girl who worked there last Sunday is rude as they come. Run away!

The attendants were pleasant and the lobby appear kept up and smelled the strong scent of air freshener. Arrived in the area around 2am and was able to check in. However the room we were given was not cleaned well and had BUGS! The was a small (baby roach or bed bug) in the closet and two bigger roaches in the kitchen. Tried to get picture of the bigger bugs but it ran under a gap in the seal of the kitchen sink. Got pictures of the smaller bug in closet. The attendant informed is the room should not have been sold since there were previous reports of bugs which had not been resolved. The toilets seats looked like it had burn marks and were pealing badly and the room had a noticeable smell. Attended did relocated though we did not want to stay, however it's Memorial Day weekend and everything in the area is booked. We got up and out as early as possible with only a few hours in the room with all of our belonging up off the floor in eyesight.

Dirty towel in room. Floor made my socks black. And a hair in tub and bathroom sink. Enough said. And they apparently are not allowed to lend guest scissors. Even if they would be in sight for 30 seconds max. Ok sure.

Omg, where should I start! Did not realize before our stay that they allowed pets (dogs) on the premises! Our room was not pleasant at all, the rooms smell of dog piss! We were constantly purchasing air freshener, carpet spray and candles for the room, we even sprayed a vinegar concoction on the floor! Nothing works! Saw cock roaches on the hallway walls by the garbage area and elevator! Our original room when we arrived, before switching to our current room had nasty disgusting mattresses on both the bed and sofa bed with dried up blood and lord knows what ever else! Looked like a crime scene! The bath tub had peeling on the shower walls everywhere, kids didn't even want to shower in there. If you have bad allergies like myself and our kids, that's not the place to be! I also had concerns about the police presence up there, one night there must've been a prostitution bust, which btw there is some sketchy characters that house up here. Glad to be leaving very soon!

Service seemed nice and helpful, however the room was subpar. Building and room seemed a bit old and dated, and several things were kind of funky and odd in ways. So, maybe a step down from 3 star, but not exactly a 2 star either.

@extendedstay Worse hotel ever! Rooms echo with freeway noise through the windows, musty smelling rooms, dingy kitchens and super itchy beds, blankets and sheets. Don't get sucked in by the price just go right down the street or somewhere else. The General Manager is on a power trip to stand her ground on her so called POLICIES THAT SHE CANNOT BREAK even if the world is ending! She WILL NOT REFUND ANYONE BECAUSE THATS POLICY! Not customer service first but policy! This place is a death trap for your money because they got it — — — you aren't getting it back regardless of your experience! Overall pleasant stay. Same as other extended stays. Small breakfast, bigger layout though.

Lived here for school, not sure if it's helpful financially, but I have to say mostly quiet, nice staff.

The first room was terrible! Broken toilet, messy, and just looked awful. However after telling them about the broken toilet they moved us to another room that was so much nicer. Employees have been very helpful. I wish they offered more of a breakfast.

First room I received was not I the greatest condition. I stayed in there until I noticed the toilet was not operational and not secured to the floor. The helpful staff however got me into another room which was far better than the previous room.

The lobby is small with no amenities. The rooms are spacious but you know the beds usually suck and there's always life's living there. It's a bit gross sometimes.

Pros: The room was clean. The price was low (less than $50 a night). It had a microwave and a fridge. The washer and dryer on the lower level worked well. Front desk staff was polite. Cons: The heater in my room died on the second night of my stay. The room did not contain pots, pans, plates, or flatware despite the hotel advertising itself as having a full kitchen. The hallways smell like marijuana. I overheard several long, passionate encounters from other rooms. It took quite a while to check out on my final morning due to the desk staff being quite slow.

The manager and front desk employee were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The layout of the recipe suite was nice. TV was kind if small and had a sound issue. Otherwise was a great stay.

My co-workers and I were staying in 29 rooms there for almost 2 months because of work. We had rooms that had roaches. Some of the rooms need updated because of dirt and filth. A lot of the rooms smell like smoke. Hallways smell like trash and weed. House keeping isn't the greatest. Front desk service isn't the greatest. Some of the people who live there had shady business running out of the rooms and had many of our car broke into or attempted.

GM is very kind but overall experience has been horrible. Noise from hallway and rooms around me is unbelievable. Here for business and need rest but couldnt. Beds are uncomfortable too. Went to lobby to ask if they can do anything about the noise. Guy at front desk in late hours Tuesday night's and Wednesday early early am is extremely rude. He yelled at me. Excuse me! Don't recommend this place. Also no turn down service and I am staying 5 nights.

A lot of entitled people writing these reviews. A note to them: There are fully equipped kitchens, go buy some breakfast and cook it yourself, or eat cereal! There is a lot of shopping in the area. Go buy what you need! It's like apartment living. I say, " bring/buy what you need! " For the money, this place definitely works.

General manager and some staff clones are rude and place has no real free breakfast as implies… just coffee and one kind packaged muffin or energy bar… if issue with unit and maintenance "person" has left for day and you have clogged toilet or leak that expect you to use plunger under sink and fix it your self or wait until next… THE REAL scam is they will try to stick one in a handicap open shower unit bath room for wheel chair access and a hand sprayer if if not handicap need obviously to get rent income because most persons want regular tub and shower and when you ask to get normal room they try to belay and pretend no other room is available or convince you the walk in had shower is better hoping to frustrate you in time, but eventually give you another room knowing you get the scamming is BS… THEY HAVE no computer center for use to check-in airline flight or print boarding pass like most any even low end hotel typically do… Their laundry after wash still smells old/used and pillows are nothing to brag about… It was obvious other staff felt bad and embarrassed/frustrated knowing the general manager had guidelines to be followed they felt were wrong. It may just be this particular hotel of the franchise… It is clean I will give it that, but manager attitude sucks… they due lots of business and seemed ritually booked because they are relatively cheap… doesn't mean they hotel needs to treat or be stingy such it brands itself poorly.

Get ready to hear parties, sex and the rude employees. Not to mention it smells like smoke and dogs everywhere bc it’s pet friendly. The breakfast is a joke. The first room we looked at the toilet seat was cracked, the second one the wall was leaking. They wouldn’t even consider giving us a upgrade after having to deal with their awful service. Also you know that they had a roach infestation recently in the past years cause you can see them in the window sill. Just don’t go.

For starters, I booked a reservation 4 days in advance for a room with 2 beds. I get to the hotel and the front desk tells me they booked me 2 rooms instead since they didn't have a room with 2 beds available and just charged me for 1 room. I have a 4 year old and 12 week old baby with me. How does that help me?! They could have told me when I made the reservation, they didn't have a room with 2 beds available. Then the staff (not the guy at the front desk) was exceptionally rude. I asked a lady where my room was located and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I couldn't believe it. None of the staff even knew where my room was. The guy at the front desk tried to be helpful and polite so I gave 2 stars. Never staying here again.

There are two extended stay hotels here in the Naperville area, and of the two this one I would say is the better one it seems that this one has had the remodeling done earlier and more nicely done compared to the other one on the other side of the city by Route 59. This one has a nice lobby area and including an area for seating and easy parking as compared to the other one in addition this one being more centrally located has faster access to the downtown area and similarly to the other one has quick access to the interstate in case wanted wanted to go somewhere else I would say the carpeting seems well done and one can tell cuz it's got that new carpet smell and in addition it's a little bit more of a quiet Hotel because it's hidden behind the Main Street which is Diehl and chances are maybe not as much people go to it because one has to go behind the other streets and the other hotels to get to it it is still a quick access to the streets however and as I stated before you can be in the interstate in a few minutes with no problem at all the prices seem reasonable and due to it being an extended stay at comes with more amenities similar to Microsoft apartment or something like that and there are quite a few people who stay here also but these tend to be more of like business people who are staying in town for an extended amount of time to take care of business or visit some other company headquarters.

The room I got had a weird smell that I couldn't bear (it was a non smoking room only but still). The customer service was poor. Had to check out immediately and check in at a different hotel nearby. They made me pay for a night even though I checked out without entering the room.

Came in very late at night (after 1am) and was given a room that was already occupied. Then was given another room. Lugging around my bags, now I am on the 3rd floor very far from the elevator and a smoking room. I wasn't very happy.

On June 27, 2016 I called to change my March 2016 reservation for 5 rooms. I was told the hotel no longer takes CLC. No one mentioned this fact when I requested reservations in March and did not ask for another credit card to hold the reservation. I wouldn't have found out prior to arrival had it not been for me calling the day before to change my arrival date. I have stayed at various Extended Stays across the country including this same hotel in June of 2014. I suggest no one stay in one of these hotels because they may change your reservations, without notice.

BEWARE NOT SAFE AND THEY ARE THIEFS! At check in I was given a dirty room. Then was given a room on smoking floor but non smoking room. I smelled pot and complained and was told by mark that he shouldn't have put me on smoking floor. Cigarettes are one thing but weed is illegal. Then I was staying long term but got sexually assaulted and for my safety I had to leave. I was told by mark I couldnt get refu ns since I was keaving early. I ended getting partial. called corprate and didnt get call back.

This location is preffered. Bradley was very nice and courteous. Also Flyn was very professional and over all great staff. Thanks!

Worst experience staying over the weekend of Memorial day in Summer. AC was not working all night and there was no maintenance support to fix the AC. The rooms were full and so we had to stay in the same room after traveling for long hours. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. I also saw other people complaining with issues related to water leakage at the lobby. Be careful when you book your rooms over the weekends.

The minute my sensitive skin has rashes I know this place is not clean. Cockroaches and bed bugs, also non smoking room stinks too. Staffs are nice tho.

Most uncomfortable bed and dry sand paperish sheets. Nothing in room unless you ask for it.

Fantastic staff, comfortable rooms — love the closets and kitchens, really clean, smoking rooms available. May come check in next time I'm freelance writing on a deadline just for the great space & people.

Our experience here was miserable from the start… After waiting nearly 20 minutes at the front desk to check in as the attendant was nowhere to be found, we were told that the rate we would have to pay was going to be different than what was quoted online and that, despite both my existing membership with ESA and being a AAA member, no adjustments to the rate would be given for our stay. Our room was in less-than-acceptable condition in that it had been "picked up" by housekeeping, but was definitely not what I would consider "clean. " We were disappointed that we were provided only 2 pillows to use with the King-sized bed in our room, and upon request were notified that there were no other pillows available in the entire facility that we could have for the night. When I attempted to obtain the promoted "essential" dishware package from the front desk, I was promised delivery in 10 minutes by the front desk attendant, but instead waited nearly 3 hours for the dishware's delivery — long after we even needed the items anymore. The "Free Wi-Fi" was very disappointing, offering speeds of only 0.67 MB/s (according to Speedtest. Net) unless an upgrade fee of $3.99 was paid for "2.5x faster Internet. " Finally, the "Free Breakfast" was frankly pathetic, and should probably be more appropriately advertised as what it actually is — "Complimentary Snack Assortment" — instead of offering misleading advertising to attract potential clientele.

Great place to stay. Not a modern place but simple cheap and warm. The guy at the desk is very nice polite and has a very nice sense of humor. The place need some renovations and a little bit more rich breakfast. Wi-Fi and the great smile of the desk made my stay very nice.

There was cockroaches running around in the bathtub. All over the bathroom, and counter tables. Yuck.
