Clean, well appointed and comfortable hotel. Great staff. Breakfast is a little pricey but good.

Only good thing I enjoyed was thier dining area. Gym could use some improvements. You Can hear everything and anything that walks down the hallway.

This is a fairly nice hotel located within about 7 to 10 minutes from the downtown Naperville area at about 3 minutes from the interstate exit. It features a variety of amenities such as a bar or lounge area very nice place where one can sit down and watch TV on a big screen, as well as a workout room a computer print room and pool. My boyfriend and I stayed with the Courtyard from Thursday-Monday for a wedding/vacation and couldn’t be happier with not only our stay, but especially the guest services. With a group of friends staying at a neighboring hotel, we utilized the complimentary shuttle each day and had the pleasure of meeting Amber — she was incredibly sweet, quick to help us in any way possible, and gave the best recommendations since we were first-time visitors to the Chicago area. We found ourselves looking forward to our shuttle rides with her! Other than that, the rooms were extremely clean and spacious. We would certainly return in the future and overall were very pleased with our stay.

I was there for a doordash delivery. From what I could tell, it was a great hotel. Very nice area, walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping.

Vasa Order of America lake Michigan District 8 Convention held there this weekend. Very comfortable Room. Loved the Shower stall. Reminded me of European Shower stalls!

You can't put lipstick on a pig. Terrible lodging option. Ice machine broken, coffee empty, tiny pool, etc… I get it. Probably built in the 60's this would have been fine for a while. Now, you spend a few bucks making the lobby pretty and you charge $20 — $50 more per room. Good business model if you can get it.

This is the a nice place for a small family to escape to. The staff is courteous and friendly. The Bistro in the lobby is a terrific place to relax and enjoy a drink and a light meal or breakfast. The pool is clean a well-kept and a fun place to enjoy with kids.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. During winter it is better to take room on the 2nd floor.

Location is convenient, right off Diehl Rd. Lots of restaurants around. Room was clean and nice.

The crew at the restaurant were great. Always upbeat and helpful, knowledgeable about their menu, and overall super friendly. However, organization for our meeting wasn't great. We had to ask both mornings to have the rooms unlocked. The meeting started at 8 and coffee was brought in at 815, which was not only a distraction in the middle of our kick off, but the group was already seated which meant that everyone got up and went to the coffee, which made it a disruption. Coffee just never arrived for the second day.

Shuttle Service is nice extra. Could be tea and coffee on breakfast like usually. No tea in rooms, only coffee.

This hotel features wide spread out areas for dining Ware many different groups can meet at same time it also features a small little bar which is kind of good if you're having a small group get together the cool thing about it is it's got a little pool table next to it you can play pool while you're having drinks with friends and it has a couple of big screen TV so you can watch TV while you're enjoying company you can also get food delivered here at and is there some nights open space for large groups to eat together if they're traveling or something like that the amenities of the hotel all ways to get to the elevators instead of him having them also in the front so you can get to your room fast the swimming pool and there's a little workout room for you to relax and burn some energy.

King courtyard room was great. Huge windows facing courtyard were a nice treat. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Experience was fantastic, pretty good food, Rooms were great — amazing beds, wonderful bathrooms, and great enviroment.

I was here for a professional event so I did not actually spend the night at the hotel but while I was there the rooms at the event seems very small and out of date and the lobby was also quite small.

Courtyards are my first choice. A few extra bucks gets you a lot more Hotel. Consistent food service and friendly staff.

Very quiet very good staff they can be helpful close by there is everything you may need restaurants and shops.

Absolutely no issues with a group check in. Sufficient parking and plenty of entry points around the hotel so that getting to you room doesn't require you to go through the lobby or walk very far if you park close enough. Very, very, very clean, and spacious. The housekeeping staff is very courteous and helpful. Extremely close (walking distance) to some really great food options. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Very nice location close to stores and alot of restaurants. The lounge area was very nice and and felt homely. Losts of seats and the staff was nice. The conference room was very comfortable.

The absolute best shower I have ever experienced. Tried to determine brand of the shower head because it was THAT fantastic! The front desk lady SUPER NICE and I got there late at night when staff is generally less enthusiastic.

Very nice and clean rooms with a beautiful courtyard! Easy to get food delivered if you need too. No microwave but they do have double queen bed rooms. They dont have microwaves but overall I'd stay there again!

This is a good location if you are in a wedding nearby. There is a nail salon and lots of restaurants all within walking distance. The bar has a good selection of wine beer and cocktails although it is located right by the front desk so the ambience is not very bar like. The rooms are clean and the service was prompt and friendly.

Nothing wrong, nothing special. No breakfast included, the food from the bistro was good, but the prices made me think I was at an amusement park. Only three pillow on Queen size beds (4 is the minimum when this pillow hog sleeps 2 to a bed). Very nice pool, no hot tub. I was not impressed with the soundproofing between rooms.

The room was clean but the pool area needed maintenance. It's disappointing there is not a hot tub or continental breakfast!

Very convenient location to highways. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants too. Otherwise it's exactly what you'd expect from a good Courtyard.

Attended a social event in their meeting rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful to every of our needs. The meeting rooms were clean.

I'm on the road a decent amount and this is the best Courtyard I've stayed at in weeks. Clean rooms. Had a heater issue but it was fixed quickly. Friendly staff also, very pleasant.

This is a nice place for all ages. The kids had a blast in the pool and there is a good selection of drinks and food. Staff is friendly.

Renovated/new hotel. Room was good and attentive staff. Very weird floorplan layout though.

There was some confusion about what floor our room was on, but once we found our room there were no other major issues. The room was clean and well organized. The website said there was a mini fridge when there was not (which caused a slight issue). In general our stay was adequate without being stellar.
