The staff at the front desk tried, but they could not make up for filthy beds, broken furnishings and a crummy shower. Beds had holes, stains and debris. I opted to sleep during up on typ of the covers. Had a rotten night. Last five I put trust in a name.

Very Nice! Fast check-in. Binged watched Netflix on my laptop on Wi-Fi all night with NO problems! Nice & quiet neighborhood. Great Value!

We weren't expecting a five star hotel, just a room to crash in halfway through a long drive and we needed something cheap. And that's exactly what we got.

My daughter and I stayed here cause it was close to downtown. Rooms where clean, the staff at the front desk was very friendly. I wasn't sure what to expect when we arrived. I was pleasantly surprised we will definitely stay again when we go back up there.

YUCK! I would rate this place a a zero if I could! Room was musty & moldy smelling. I actually walked away from my first night non refundable fee, it was that bad.

This was the worst experience of my life… three of my pillows had blood spots on them… and the bathtub had long black hairs in it. I asked the front desk clerk to come look at the room and he refused… saying all he could do was change the sheets… I asked if they had bedbugs and he said no… that it was a housekeeping issue…

Very rude, refused to talk to me, put me on hold after telling me they did not have time to talk to me then hung up. I then drove to the location to talk to the manager and no one there would admit to talking to me even though it had only been 10 mins or so. When I asked about rooms I was told to " wait over there and they would get back to me in a min" I was in a good mood so did as I was asked. After about 15mins of waiting I stepped up and demanded help only to be told they were busy and did not have time to answer my questions at that moment. No one had walk in the front desk since I had got there. So I woild not give this place my business even if my house burned down and the city was on government lock down with a curfew, I would rather take my chances with mobs of private police officers looking to purge everyone on the street.

This is the most disgusting and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The wall was literally falling apart with exposed nails, there was some white stuff all over the chair, mold and fungus growing in the toilet and I have no idea what it was growing all over the bathroom sink. I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this property.

It was a good basic place to stay. Staff was friendly.

It wasn't very clean have had problems in the past with the manager of it being clean in the sheets being dirty.

Bed bugs do not come here.

This is the worst place to stay! I would have rather stayed in a forest! They have bed bugs and when I took them proof they did nothing about it! The guy at the front desk tried yelling at me for my inconvenience. Requested to talk to a manger he told us the manger was in India and they could give no refunds. The room itself was nasty cobwebs on the wall where a picture once was, thought someone stole the pic but nope it was on the side of a table, dead roaches on the ceilings. Room smelled like it hadn't been cleaned. I will be calling Better Business Bureau! Also black mold in the bathroom! To the owner you should be ashamed of YOURSELF, stealing peoples money and then lying saying its clean and you stay on top of things. The rooms look nothing like on the pic and the rooms smell HORRIBLE! This place needs to be shut down ASAP! MOTEL 6 IS AROUND THE CORNER FOR JUST A LIL MORE BUT YOU WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEDBUGS OR ANY DISGUSTING ROOMS!

If I could give this dump a negative star they would get — 10. Please do not stay there. Customer service SUCKS, the rooms are nasty and they have bed bugs. Then refused to give me a refund and could not produce a manager. I wouldn't let my dead dog stay here. There's a Motel 6 down the street go there. I would rather be in jail than to stay in this ridiculous rat hole. By the way I had to give a star so I can post my comment. To the owner of this dirty toilet bowl, you need to tear this place down and let someone put something there so the people staying at the Motel 6 and the Best Western a place to shop. You guys need to pay people to come there.

Amazing stay, perfect pillows, not to soft and the air conditioner wasn't as noisey as other places I've stayed at.

Worst place ever. Bedbugs everywhere. If I could post the pictures of all the bed bugs I encountered this place would be shut down. Don't know how this place is still running. Management does not know what customer service or hospitality is. Please avoid this place if you can. (you've been warned) travel at your own risk.

Look, you get what you pay for. This is pretty bare bones and there were some minor maintenance issues like my door sticking. But it was inexpensive and got the job done for a lot less than the other hotels around.

Dirty rooms upon check in, bed bugs, no upkeep in rooms-furniture scratched, holes in armchair & bedspread, had to beg for a roll of toilet paper, shampoo and towels. Picture above bed turned upside down, no paint over spackle on walls, dirty dusty stained lampshades, pilled. Extra blankets in armoire drawers, Air Conditioning unit obsolete and not cooling the room and with a filthy filter. Good location with shopping, downtown and restaurants nearby. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone, thoroughly disgusting!

Its the Worst hotel in America hands down. Bed bugs un clean rooms. Owner is from third world country that think all he is suppose to do is take people's money. This hotel should be listed as the worst in the USA. I wouldn't even let a dog stay in the place.

My boyfriend and I travel to the West Suburbs for work quite often. We had stayed here one previous night, and didn't have any issues. The overnight clerk was really nice, it was about $15 cheaper that where we normally stay. We decided to stay here a second time, on November 20th, 2015. We get our room, bring our stuff inside, then leave to go have dinner. Upon our return, I do a quick check around the room. Disgusting. There were spots on the wall that looked like blood, and the bed was full of BedBugs. We quickly pack our things, with all intention of leaving. My boyfriend goes to the front desk to ask for the refund, and the clerk refuses. They completely denied our refund, and would only offer us another room. We reluctantly agreed, becuase it was already late at night and the snow storm was getting worse and worse. They moved us from the room with the bedbugs, room 211, one room over, that was actually an adjoined room, 209. (They were connected by a door). Needless to say I was not happy, but I really had no other choice. The carpets hadnt even been vacuumed from the last customer. There was a piece of broken glass on the floor, dirt and drug paraphernalia, and the coffee pot looked as if it hadnt been washed. In the morning we get ready to leave, and my BF went to speak to the morning clerk and tell him of the situation. They went to the original room to investigate. My BF showed him the bugs, and guy squished it with his finger, and called us liars.

This was the worst motel in America I believe. Adding to the notes about the sanitary and the furniture, the room in freezing in winter because the door allows air to come in from the edges and the conditioner is not heating the room properly. I would give less than one star if that's possible. Do not go there.

This is no longer a days inn, it is a best inn. I've been traveling for my job 10 years now and this is the 2nd to the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Bugs. Hair. And no ac. Horrible horrible hotel.

Disgusting! We were looking for a hotel on a saturday night because all of them were booked and this one had an open room. When we went right into the front lobby it smelled musty and like cigarettes. The person working in the front wasnt kind and was very hard to understand. We didnt even go take a look at our rooms being how nasty it was in the front lobby and the furniture inside looked as if it came from Goodwill. We immediately left and found a much cleaner hotel. The computers they had inside looked like they came from the 90's! This place is very cheap, and definitely not sanitary. I definately recommend you stay away.

We got a double room that was DISGUSTING! The comforter had rips and burns in it and I did not even want to sleep on it. You go to a hotel mostly spend the night in a decent bed I felt like the bedbugs all over in the bed. So we go to the front office to get a refund, the man at the counter said he cannot get a refund, so we call the hotline, and they say they cannot give us a refund but we made make a complaint and it will get to the manager. I go back to the office and ask for an upgrade to a king room, and he wanted to charge extra 30 dollars for the room. He complained it cost him money to clean the room and I explained the room was not satisfactory to anyone. He Proclaimed someone else would walk into the that room and they would like it, he would keep it the same way. I highly recommend staying far far away from this place. It should be shut down.

This place is terrible. The staff are terrible and have little grasp of the English language. We had to move to three different rooms and the one we stayed in was a pit. We didn't have time to cancel and find a different hotel. I asked for two extra bath towels and was told I couldn't have them. So when I canceled the next night I was told to tell them at check out. In the morning I was told it was too late to cancel because we booked with Expedia. So now we have work on a refund. I also have to contact the heath and fire department about some safety issues. Yes I am mad, this is America and I won't take it anymore. So please do yourself a favor and stay away from this pit.

We have been staying at the Days Inn in Naperville for the past 4 or 5 years when we come to an annual convention in the city. We have had excellent check in and check out service. The rooms have always been clean, comfortable and quiet. I plan to return next year, again.

This hotel is conveniently located, very near to highway, people are very nice. Very clean room and comfortable sealy beds. Very good value for the price.
