I like it very much for my business travel… clean, quiet, comfy and after work hours the happy hour is excellent concept!

We stayed here on a recent weekend getaway and will definitely return. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Most of our dealings were with Aaron who was personable and fun. We appreciated his tips on getting to the places we wanted to go and his suggestions of others we may want to see. The breakfast and Kickback meals were delicious! Everywhere we went within the hotel including our room was very clean. We didn't use the pool because it was busy (pool isn't very big) but hopefully next time. I recommend because of the great service cleanliness and comfort.

Amazing! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast options were endless hot and fresh in a open soothing atmosphere with plenty of room and different seating options. A large TV with cozy sofa and chairs in the lobby was great.

Great hotel kick back is great friendly staff.

We stayed there recently, Ernesto and Eli were hospitable and helped us. I had to use the lobby computer and print out class materials, all done with no problem. Good coffee also. Nice place to stay. Excellent.

Always like managers reception. A little crowded the way they have it set here. Everywhere we went everyone was so nice and polite, including the employees here at the drury. Unfortunately the customers/people staying here were pretty rude. Feel bad for the employees.

Best hotel in Springfield! Everything you could ever look for in a hotel and more! 24 hour Business center, Both pool AND hot tub, Spectacular breakfast and the 5 O'clock appetizer's were fantastic! Staff was VERY friendly and suited our every need! Free popcorn and soda in the lobby were a nice added bonus too! Beds were comfy and room was very modern and updated although I might recommend adding locks to the bathroom doors and putting a fan or a vent of sorts in the bathrooms but other than that a fantastic stay! Definitely returning!

Staff was great, room was decent, they had a nice pool and hot tub. They offer snacks and complementary drinks in the evening and nice warm breakfast buffet to start your day off right. For the money we spent I thought the quality was excellent. This is also nice location located near shops and restaurants.

A very friendly and courteous staff. The first time we had been to the kick back and it was great. Along with the very nice breakfast! We will be always staying with Drury after this.

There was in issue with a leak in the bathroom during the night. We were moved to another room and given a free night. While I would have rather not been moved, I did appreciate the efforts of the staff. As always, a Drury Inn is a great place to go with family. The kids love the buffet dinner & self serve soda fountain. It's comfortable and clean.

The staff is wonderful and the room is great! The fire alarm going off twice was a bit annoying! The food is great! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! I recommend the Drury hotel chain to everyone I know! Keep up the great service!

While not a flashy hotel everything was nice and well kept. They had an evening happy hour with light food, cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks. 3 drinks were included with each night for each adult. Great customer service, I didn't have a single encounter with hotel employees that wasn't enjoyable as they went out of their way to be kind and make sure you were taken care of. We travel a lot during the summer for softball tournaments and if the last few years doing it, this has been my favorite hotel so far.

Before I moved to Springfield this was my home away from home. The staff were always pleasant and eager to help with any need. Medium priced, great breakfast and if you want, they have drinks and munchies in the evening. When family comes to visit me, this is where I have them stay.

Great hotel. We didn't arrive in time for the managers reception but did take advantage of the hot breakfast. The waffle batter they used was excellent. The sausage was very good as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was clean, comfortable and had a good layout. Overall, a very nice stay!

Free cocktails (up to 3), free soda, free food and popcorn in the evening, plus free breakfast in the morning. The indoor pool was nice, but a little busy during our particular stay. The room was nice, but the toilet paper was single ply. But all in all I would definitely recommend it.

Would’ve given it a 5 but I’m here right now and a little ticked. I come for business and am on weight watchers — so I spent a lot of time and money prepping food. I just noticed the majority of my frozen meals have gone bad because the appliance is faulty. In their defense, I didn’t notice it in time to ask for a new appliance — however I stayed at the Hilton next door 2 weeks ago and had no problem at all keeping my food frozen. I did not ask for any type of compensation because I don’t travel with my grocery receipts…

I like Drury Hotels, we have always had excellent service and good rooms. This hotel was no different but there were cob webs in the room. I know the room was cleaned but I don't think there has been a deep clean in a while. Also, there was water damage on the wall at the head of the bed. Looked like the leak was fixed as there was no water, but water damage still visible. Other than that, staff was excellent and the food was good. Having dinner is a plus because you don't have to go out for dinner.

This is an older hotel with a bit dated interior, but the room I was in was clean and nicely decorated. The public areas show wear and tear, especially the carpeting in the corridors. The staff at the front desk were the friendliest I have ever experienced. Every time I walked through the lobby they greeted me. I was working the long night shifts and sleeping during the day. The clerk who checked me in moved me to a quiet room away from the atrium area which worked well for me to sleep during the day. The hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, hot cereal, cold cereal, apples, oranges, bananas, fruit juice, milk, coffee, etc. I had to leave for work before the evening receptions, but I've heard good things about them. The bathroom in my room had a separate water closet for toilet and tub with sink outside which I liked. The tub was small but had a curved shower curtain to give a little more room. It had a rain shower head. It would probably be a little tight for a big or tall person. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers or families. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the dated / worn appearance.

Best place I have ever stayed at overall. I think the 9am to 10pm pool hours are alittle ridiculous given how busy the place is. If the pool was open from 7am to 11pm at least on weekends, that would allow adults a better chance at using the pool/hot tub during hours that the place won't be filled to capacity with children.

This is a clean, friendly hotel. With the extra amenities, such as free hot breakfast, free hot "kick back" meals in evening, free soda, free popcorn this is an unbeatable deal as all are included in the price of the room. If you dit want what is offered, enjoy Bob Evans, International House of Pan cakes, both close by. Evening meals near by Red Lobster (next door), Smokey Bones, Taste of Thia, Applebee's and several others. This is the place to stay!

My kids enjoy the free drinks and popcorn, usually enjoy staying but we were not welcomed when we came in, more of a weird vibe from the guy came off as rude, later on they were staring at me and my fiancé talking amongst themselves repeatedly looking over at us which is very rude. Our $150 suite smelled funny the Hot air smelled like mice were living in both of the rooms coming out of the vent, light by bathroom was buzzing needed replaced and the bathroom had a faint but noticeable smell and not a good one. Not sure if this is where we will come next time.

Very friendly staff! I was so impressed that they do a “kickback” where they serve guests dinner and drinks each night. I hadn’t seen that before and thought that was awesome. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great! So many options to chose from. We got down to breakfast close to when it was ending and they were sure to keep things out for a bit after the time it normally ends. Popcorn until 10:00 pm was an awesome perk too! And delicious. When I booked the hotel, the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and kind as well. Very great stay.

We were only planning on staying one night here, but we loved it so much we stayed another night just for the heck of it! The hot tub is so relaxing and the rooms were always clean. We left during the second day and my boyfriend left his wallet in the room. When we got back, our room had been cleaned but it was in the same place. Very trustworthy staff! The manager was very polite and knowledgeable about the property. Also, we thought it was AMAZING that they offered dinner! We also signed up for the Gold Key Club to gain points to win free nights since they're so awesome! Can't wait for our next visit!

My family visited from out of town for a family function. The staff was above and beyond courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and the breakfast area was well kept. Location made travel easy. Excellent.

Always stay at Drury when we can. Staff is great as usual and the rooms are always clean and well equipped. This is an older location but we always get a great room here when passing through Springfield.

We had a great stay hear, had a very nice dinner at the hotel and breakfast as well. The staff was great. This is a nice location to visit all the Lincoln attractions from and easy access to highways.

Best hotel for the money! Loved the free happy hour and breakfast during my stay. Wish the pool was open later though.

Used to be great, but now just alright. Service and people are still fantastic, but bed and bathroom quality is bare minimum. I was barely able to sleep on the hard beds and going in and out of the bathroom required me to open it partially, pivot over to the open space by the toilet, then open the door further before I could get access to the toilet, which is at an angle facing the door diagonally, only a foot or two from the door opening. Hot breakfast no better than any other place. I'd give them a 3 out of 5. A bit pricey for what you get.

Clean, quiet hotel with will-lit parking lot. Rooms are generous size with comfortable beds. Great staff. Nice evening snack/drink buffet and breakfast. Would definitely use again.

Drury Inn, located off Dirksen in Springfield IL is an excellent hotel. I have stayed multiple times here and have had a great experience each time. The staff is very accommodating and does their best to answer any wu questions and provides solutions based on my needs. I stay here a week at a time. The food is of good quality for both breakfast and dinner and has some variety throughout the week. The rooms are always very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful and this hotel is in a prime location right next to I55.

Stayed one night in the last of three rooms left. A king. Decided the next morning that we needed another night so we could talk our time touring all the Lincoln stuff in the area. So inquired, we're quoted a lower rate because they were not full. I inquired about the rates for a queen. Did we want to move, no just curious about the cost difference. Queen was less expensive, so they gave us the same room at the queen price so we did not have to change rooms! I'd say that is service. We need to travel to more areas where there is a Drury Inn. Breakfast, Dinner and drinks, can't get much better.

The room was okay. Asked for 2 queen beds but got 2 full sized. When we mentioned it to them they apologized, but couldn't do anything to help because they were booked. The complimentary drinks and food between 5-7om are awesome! The breakfast is good, lots of variety. Pool was nice. Cleanliness was only so so. There was dust on some of the fixtures in the lobby, and our rooms ac unit was a little dirty along with the bedspread that had some weird sticky stuff on it. The staff is very friendly, but not really helpful with much around town. The Drury Inn we stayed at in St Louis (Pear Tree Inn) was much nicer over all, even if the amenities were a little less, which is why we chose to stay here in the first place. With all that said, not horrible, just not what we were expecting.

The staff were excellent! Friendly, welcoming, & attentive. The breakfast was generous & tasty. The bed was horrible. The mattress was very uncomfortable & the box spring squeeked. The mattress is not deep enough for the bed frame & made it hard & painful to get in & out of the bed. The shelves in the shower had standing water, so we couldn't use them while showering. The chairs & sofa were badly stained & not comfortable to sit on. The sofa lacked any seat padding 8" from each side. There was no comfortable place to lay or sit. The shade pill mechanism in the bedroom was on the wrong side; we had to move a lamp & stretch over a table to get to it. The bathroom sink has too much counter in front of it to be easy to use. Would like to stay here again, but we didn't get any sleep due to the uncomfortable bed.

This place gives you a bang for your buck. Free breakfast 6-9:30, free happy hour snacks 5:30-7p. M (hot dogs, nachos, salad, chicken tenders, tacos, soup) this also included 3 free alcoholic drinks per adult, free soda and popcorn from 3-10. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice. Pool and jacuzzi were nice to visit after a long day of site seeing.

We love staying here. Most places offer free breakfast but I've not been to many places that also offer free food and drinks in the evening. That includes a full buffet and soda mixed drinks wine or beer. When you consider the room ends up being about $40 if you take out the price for the dinner and breakfast. It's wonderful​ clean and the food is always delicious.

Very good customer service. The rooms are nice for the price you're paying. Overall good value. I would recommend signing up for the Gold Key Club or whatever it is if you plan on staying there on a regular basis.

Comfortable beds, clean room, fantastic shower head, very friendly staff. $15 pet fee, all rooms are pet friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, it's your average hotel buffet. Convenient to freeways if you're passing through. Big, grassy field next to hotel for dog walking. Would suggest it and stay here again!

Great service, the free food and drinks are a decent value. It's not great food, but it'll do in a pinch. You get 3 free drinks each night. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

A frankly surprising amount of amenities and perks are available to guests, ranging from free popcorn in the lobby, all the way through free hot breakfast, and ending up with 3 free daily drinks in the bar. Excellent, clean, new rooms along with the added perks really does stand out as an excellent value-for-money option in Springfield.

Loved the happy hour where food was great and the beer was cold! Clean rooms that were quiet all night and a great shower in the morning.

The rooms were surprisingly nice and the beds perfectly bouncy. I loved the pump bottles for shampoo and such opposed to the tiny bottles that never held enough.

The staff was friendly and engaging, they made us feel so at home. Our hotel stay was AWESOME! The rooms were divine and if you have plans, don't lay on that bed or it is over. You'll fall asleep instantly. We had two adults and five children. The breakfast and kickback were right on time. Their breakfast had something for everyone. It was hot and Delicious, great way to start the day and end it with kickback. Hotdogs, nachos, popcorn, Mac n cheese… Let's just say my kids had a blast and didn't want to leave… neither did I! Don't think I will be able to stay anywhere else. Thank you!

Always love the Drury. If there are any issues they are always quick to resolve. They will go out of their way to help you. Springfield also has a great staff and they do a wonderful job.

This hotel is reasonably priced and has the amenities of a hotel one level up in price range. The rooms are always nice and the facilities are in good condition. The 5:30 kick back has a mix of junk and food you could serve for dinner. We have stayed at nicer hotels down the road and one or two things may be nicer but overall this hotel come out as a better choice.

Suite was smaller than Hampton but lobby better. Food was better and just felt like a nicer place. Best option for two adults and three kids. Good price too.

Ive been staying here for 3 weeks working for the power conpany and man what a Great hotel! awesome staff, clean rooms, nice beds, buffet style breakfast and dinner which (530-7 is happy hour with 3 fee drinks). Definitely will continut to stay here bedsbreakfast,

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Rooms were nice and clean and I really appreciated the continental breakfast and evening meal and drinks. Best part was the staff. They were all very courteous and helpful, especially Chris F. He was working the front desk and the dining hall our last morning. I saw him offer to get a guest empty plate and when the guest told him he did not have to do that he said " I love my job and you are a guest in my house ". That kind of attitude was displayed by all the employees and made the stay better.

Staff is very professional I come down every year in May for the police memorial. They are police friendly and never have a problem if I request a late check out if the memorial runs past check out time very accommodating staff.

4th of July in Springfield was terrific with so much to see; special events abound. The staff/managers at this Drury are the best. ALL of them were so friendly and went above and beyond when we asked or needed something. The dining area is small but breakfast and dinner buffets offer much more than you expect from a complimentary hotel buffet. If you think the nightly cost is higher than some in the area, think of the $ saved in dining. We stayed there three nights for 3 of us and ate there all but one meal; nothing too fancy but we saved $150+, easy. The dining room and foyer are bright, clean and welcoming. The rooms are clean with nice amenities. Easy location, close to shopping, other restaurants and only 10 minutes from historic Springfield. The pool/Jacuzzi were just fine, perhaps a little small but at least they had both. I'm already planning my next trip, definitely staying here again.

This is an excellent place for families to stay. The staff is very friendly and very prompt with requests. The continental breakfast is better almost any hotel I have ever stayed at. The evening food options were great for my family. The only thing that could be improved would be a larger pool and hot tub. My children thoroughly enjoyed it and my disabled husband was able to enjoy himself with ease as well. Close to everything, waterpark, capital, and museums. Easy to get to.

I didn't realize this was such a pet friendly hotel! Dogs woke me at 7:30 a. M. Barking like crazy. Dogs barking during the day! One pet owner got on the elevator with me. She had THREE dogs. They got on the elevator with me, the smell of stinky dog was overwhelming. So am I sleeping in a bed that dogs have slept in? there are NOT designated rooms for pet owners! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. That is the main reason.
