Great experience, beautiful room and view, polite staff. Would recommend!

My cousin and a group of female friends stayed here last weekend. They found a man in their room after coming home from the bars. He physically assaulted three of them. Hotel has no cameras inside or out and refused to move them rooms or to a sister hotel after they returned from the hospital. He dropped a room key with his phone in the hall and no one from that room was asked to leave. Front desk was unhelpful even tho security and the police were called for the assaults.

Great vibe and atmosphere the King suite was immaculate. Great experience I will be returning.

Beautiful city loved staying here. Roses & swans on the bed for a romantic touch. Service was amazing.

The staff is so friendly! I was here for a cheer competition and the staff was so incredibly kind! Had a fun “clean room” challenge, that I plan to win (go room 902)!

If you want a retro experience this is your hotel. Unfortunately, I wanted an experience that reflected the price of the suite and this was lackluster. My wife and I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights for over $500.00. Definitely, not worth it. We stayed on the City View floor (the view was good) in a king size suite. The room was very outdated (comfortable bed, though), bathroom is pretty much from circa 1990. Everything was pretty blah overall.

Needs a lot of updating, bathrooms particularly. The phones didn’t work to ask for more of everything because there was only enough for one person.
Salt water pool was small, dated, and in a sad basement setting. Staff was wonderful, severin bar had great food! Beds were great! Everything was clean!

Love the atmosphere and the staff are so attentive to everyone.

They are awesome! Took care of us and made the stay a great one! Terry was awesome and very friendly! We will stay here every time we come! It’s the little things they do that matter!

Loved the loft suite. The balcony patio was nice. The spiral stairs were a little shaky but overall a great stay. Quiet and comfy.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Everything was spacious and clean. The concierge Andrew was super helpful.

This hotel needs to be renovated. There was 1 sink in a tiny moldy bathroom in a suite. Very expensive for what you get. Our hall needed to be cleaned at 1:30 and it still needed to be cleaned at 5:30 when we left for dinner. Dirty sheets, several room service trays and crumbs all over carpet in our hallway. We had lunch-in their 1913 restaurant I was served a horrible salad that had black avocado pieces and strawberries & watermelon which looked it had been made a week ago
About 3:00 When we found out Elton cancelled we tried to cancel our room and they wouldnt let us in spite of them being oversold, o.

Beautiful Hotel, fabulous location, friendly & courteous staff. Room was very nice. However, for the price of the room, there could have been some basic amenities provided. Such as;
Wi-Fi was not free, you had to be a select member to get complimentary Wi-Fi. To be a member was $11.95.
Also the parking was ridiculous, I do understand they are located downtown however they should have something worked out with a parking garage nearby for parking for their guests or at the very least a discount. Also did not offer any kind of continental breakfast. This is a very luxurious hotel and I’m sure their breakfast would have been amazing for $19.95, however I believe something small such as fruit, muffins, juice should have been offered as a side to those who did not want to purchase the breakfast bar. I would stay here again ONLY if there wasn’t another option available. Otherwise I will stay somewhere else.

We LOVE the Omni! BEST hotel in downtown Indy.

We celebrated the 4th at the Omni this year (For future reference, their hotel rooms with balconies face the fireworks — perfect view! ). Unfortunately, our air conditioner in the room wasn’t working quite right, which made for a miserably hot night. We talked to the service desk at about 2am and their engineer went immediately to work — who was super friendly, even though it was 2am. Let’s just say what the room lacked in comfort, the Omni made up for in service… and then some. Best customer service we’ve encountered in awhile. 5 stars ⭐️

For the cost of this gorgeous hotel the air conditioner in our room was super loud! Right when it would shut off it would turn back on within minutes. Also, the sink in bathroom was clogged. You also have to pay for parking and it’s pretty costly. They give option to park at the mall across the street which is less expensive — Don’t get me wrong — it’s gorgeous all around. The concierge was super polite. Minutes after we walked in our room there was a knock with backpacks for our kids. It contained coloring books, stickers, crayons. Very luxurious yet it lacked maintenance. Being we were on 10th floor it was a little warm up there and air conditioner didn’t help much. Loved it was connected through a tunnel for easy access to the mall. Wished I knew before we went to the mall and dragged everyone out the building and across the street. We noticed the sign inside the mall and followed it — curious kids found the tunnel.

Valet parking is really the only way to go at the Omni. Check in was handled courteously and professionally. The concierge was very helpful and personable. She emailed us the same day as the reservation was made with family friendly restaurants as well as instructions for getting our Children's Museum tickets (package deal with the hotel included). You could tell its a 4 star hotel. The only complaint I might have is the room was very worn. Some peeling wallpaper, scratches on the furniture, and desk chairs work down to the stuffing.

We had a wonderful experience. We got the park and play package. It was my wife's birthday and they brought us a complimentary dessert without us asking which was delicious. The room was very clean and the free beverage brought to our door in the morning was on time. The breakfast buffet at the 1913 restaurant was well made and service was good as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. Great service. Quick check-in and an upgrade to King size bed. Great location. Loved that it's connected to the mall so we could go shopping without ever going outside ☺️

Great location. There were plenty of things within walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and accessible. The only issue was parking. The only parking at the hotel was valet which was rather expensive. The other option was the mall parking garage next door which was much more reasonable. In all, it was a good hotel in a great location and would consider staying there again.

Stayed for a large conference. Service & staff were excellent. Rooms were clean & comfortable, although slightly smaller & more cramped than I've had at other Omni hotels. The restaurant and bar in the lobby were both great. Because of the large conferences going on, it was sometimes hard to get an elevator to first floor, and all the stairwells were locked on that level so we were "trapped" up above with no clear way to get out. That was a little stressful and could easily have been fixed by unlocking the stairwells on the main level. Otherwise an excellent stay and I have reserved my spot for next year already!

The staff was very friendly, but we were unimpressed by the size of our room for the price of the hotel. The room barely had room for one queen bed and a small desk, and the bathroom could not fit two people in it at the same time. We did enjoy the perk of using the complimentary robes and the city view.

Great experience in the downtown Indianapolis Omni Hotel. Best staff I've encountered in years! Very friendly, polite and helpful. Stayed for 6 nights on a business trip. Conveniently located to everything downtown. Was able to rest comfortably every night. Older hotel with older hotel nuances and lots of charm. Great fitness center. Will definitely stay at the Omni on my next trip on Indianapolis.

For what we paid, the upkeep was lacking. Husband booked a city view room which looked great online. We checked in to find ripped patio curtains, moldy wet chair cushions for the patio chairs. Peeling wallpaper and very little water pressure. Just felt like we could have gotten a better room at Holiday Inn. The plus side is the staff was overly friendly and helpful. Hotel was in great location. Not a bad experience per say but will spend our money elsewhere next time.

Awesome hotel with even more awesome service! This was a birthday gift to my 7 yr old nephew and they made it super special and fun for him and his siblings. I loved that they gave him a gourmet birthday brownie and brought all the kids milk and cookie for bed. It was our first time in Indy and Omni Hotel made it spectacular! I will definitely be coming back and staying with them again! THANK YOU OMNI FOR AN AWESOME WEEKEND! TIL NEXT TIME!

Beautiful hotel, well situated and very comfortable with plenty of in-house options. The thing that put this over the top for us though was the staff — the Omni Severin staff was the most welcoming, accommodating and cheerful group of people and we interacted with a number of different staffing departments during our week-long stay. We were greeted upon every arrival, offered assistance at every turn and made to feel like we were valued guests by each staff person we came into contact with. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to my next opportunity to stay at this hotel as well as other Omni properties in the hope that this is a brand-wide approach to guest services. The Omni Severin staff certainly left a positive impression for my group — thank you for a job well done!

Very charming historic hotel with modern amenities. The Severin Bar makes several delicious Manhattan's. Convenient walking distance to convention center and downtown bars/restaurants. Enjoyed the Starbucks attached to the hotel when I wasn't able to enjoy my in-room coffee. Friendly staff that always willing to answer questions and thank me for my business. The meeting space is nice with a gorgeous antique crystal chandelier. Would stay again!

I didn't stay overnight but I attended a wedding here. The first thing that I noticed is it is very close to both the circle center parking garage as well as the one near the claddagh and the train station. The white room we had the reception in was very nice and appropriate for a wedding and the dining area right outside of that room was large enough to seat all the guests. There was an area upstairs used for cocktail hour that also comfortably fit all of us.

The view from our room was great. The "queen" sized bed seemed a tad small for it's size. Water pressure was good in the shower. Maid service was kind and attentive. Front desk was very helpful when needed. In a nice walking distance from lots of area things.

What a beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff around. We recently stayed here for an out of town volleyball tournament. From the moment we pulled up in our vehicle we were greeted with staff to welcome us and assist. They loaded the cart and took everything to our room and unloaded it before I even made it up. Everyone offered help, assistance and recommendations on what to do downtown. Jack at the Wine Theif Bar, made a great drink and was very cordial and friendly, great conversation! My daughter made the comment that she felt like she was “royalty” due to beauty of the hotel and the staff readily wanting to help. A fabulous hotel that I would recommend and stay at for sure!

Amazing hotel! Catered to our children-especially our birthday girl! I’ve never had so many friendly people in one hotel! We will always stay here when traveling to Indy! Balloons, birthday card, milk and cookies delivered to our room-twice, military discount, comped fridge for our room for babies breast milk and top notch bell hops and valet attendants! Seriously exceptional.

Stayed here while taking a weekend getaway. Service was amazing, hotel was clean and our room had character while being a corner room. It be was good sized and had many windows. The location was also very convenient and nearby many shops, restaurants, Lucas Oil Field, and a mall.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing and make you feel at home. You are walking distance from amazing shopping and dining options. I would give 6 stars if I could do so. Worth the experience.

My wife and I stay here every time we are in Indy. Great hotel. Service is always top notch. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are always 5 stars. Food and drinks always above average. Highly recommend staying here. Hotel can fill up and rates can vary depending on what's going on in town so be sure to check online for cost and availability. Location is great lots to do in this area of town.

My fiance and I stayed at the Omni this weekend after getting engaged! The staff made it a point to tell us Congratulations and had a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking. The CV level rooms are phenomenal and the balcony made for a great backdrop to pictures! Thank you for making my weekend special!

Nice location, but like others have stated, the rooms are very outdated. Parking is not included. Either pay $22 for parking garage per night or $40 for valet. There is also a $10 charge for Wi-Fi. We were in a penthouse so it had a small living room area with fold out couch bed and upstairs has a large bed (king, I think). No mini fridge or microwave. The huge windows are very nice, and the balcony is nice — — you can see Lucas Oil stadium and some of the downtown. Plumbing seems like it could be update — water pressure in sink would change frequently and shower made a high pitched noise the whole time. I'm not sure it was worth what we paid, but it was nice to be able to walk to Bankers Life stadium. It's also connected to Circle Center mall, and walking distance to bars/restaurants.

Excellent service, from front desk to the pulcridad of cleaning in the rooms! Omni the best option.

I happened to wander in looking for some coffee while passing through Indianapolis. (They have a Starbucks inside). The staff was exceptionally nice and offered amenities while I was just enjoying their beautiful lobby. Although I did not stay here overnight, I do want to commend the management for a well run organization.

This is the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at! The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! I came here with my significant other for a romantic weekend and my fiance and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff was very polite and personable. They had smiles on their faces constantly which makes the mood here very friendly and comfortable. Our room was beyond romantic. When we walked in they had a path of rose petals leading to the bed and a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on the night stand. I want to say thank you to the Omni Hotel for the most wonderful weekend I've ever had in Indianapolis!

Great location. The rooms were small with an even smaller bathroom. Nothing can be done in the bathroom and it was an inconvience. The staff wasn't overly friendly. Again, the location is great if you want to be down town, but for the price I would look else where When I return to Indy.

Beautiful hotel and great service. Easy access to downtown restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Easy walk down Georgia St to Bankers Life Field house as well as shirt walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

Pool was freezing (water heater went out? ) didn't even tell us when we checked in… (one of the main reasons we stayed there cause of pool for kids) bathroom way to small for children that still needs help using the restroom. No refrigerator in room had to pay extra if we wanted one in the room. When we already paid more than we shld have for the room to begin with… only nice thing is that it walking distance for almost everything…

A hotel is a hotel despite the various amenities. But in my opinion what set the Omni apart from other hotels I've stayed was the level of customer service the staff displayed. The great part about it, it came naturally. It never seemed forced or disingenuous. I was very pleased in my time staying at the Omni.

Came here for a professional event. The hotel was clean and well — appointed. The staff was also super friendly.

The staff at the Omni were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby is gorgeous however the rooms themselves seem a little outdated and the bathrooms were extremely small and tight. (Also the toilets are weirdly hard to flush. ) The location is great in the heart of downtown and conveniently attached to the Centre City Mall. The only real issue I had is that they seemed a little disorganized. When checking in they originally had the reservations wrong, and the next meeting they woke me and my son up with a call saying that they were waiting on my husband for the shuttle. … he had taken the shuttle more than an hour earlier.

My stay at the Omni was great. I wanted a king size bed but got stuck with a room with two full size beds. They were large and roomy though. Room service was good although I wish they had a more varied late night menu. Every member of the staff I ran into was very courteous, professional, and generally seemed like nice people. No fridge in room though, just a chiller.

Didn't stay over night but the staff and lobby were wonderful. Very clean, high class, and very professional. Convenient location to the mall and many restaurants.

Well it started rough! When I booked the reservation for a special 2night surprise for my husband I told them to not run my card because I will pay cash. The lady said she would note that and there will be no issues. When I arrived they already ran my card which means it was all over our bank account for my hubby to see and ruin the surprise. However, Abigail (the asst manager) called them financial departments to get it removed after taking the cAsh. While it still showed on my bank infor the whole stay, she made it right with some extra things to make our stay special like a dessert when we arrived back at the hotel, an anniversary card signed by all desk staff, and free breakfast for one of the mornings. I will say the room could use some minor repairs (looks like water damage), more lighting on the balcony, and slider doors where a little hard to open but non of these things made the stay unpleasant. We really did feel like we got an experience we never had before.

Well let me start by saying the hotel was very nice and clean however my husband and I had just got off the road and never travel with much cash on us so with that being said our valet (Terri) brought our luggage to our room and my husband gave him a $2 tip because that's literally all the cash we had on us at the time now maybe Terri felt that was disrespectful because when we opened up our door to leave and go to the ATM to make sure we had cash for tips we found that same $2 crumbled up and laying on the floor in front of our door needless to say my husband was furious! Little did Terri know we were actually going to take care of him once we got to the ATM but obviously Terri blew it! My advice to the help never be disrespectful to the customers it may cost you.

Great location… right down the street from Lucas Oil stadium. Clean lobby, nice bar. Beds are nice and soft. A tad expensive for the quality. The bathroom leaves quite a bit to be desired! And $7 for a bottle of water?

The staff has been so friendly, kind, and helpful here in every department. And this is on top of very clean and nice rooms. I will definitely return!

The hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed at. The employees were all fantastic, from the valet associates to the people at the front desk. My room was clean and organised just like the rest of the hotel and I would love to stay there again.

Great location, clean room. Despite paying for the room, we actually didn't spend the night due to a last minute change in family plans. Nice place, though, and I would definitely stay there again in the future.

The room was nice and clean. Location was really close to a ton of bars and restaurant. Use caution if using the valet service if you have a manual. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Small rooms, very loud air conditioning system that turns off and on every 4 minutes. The light switch in the bathroom is 4 feet from the door. The toilet is like the ones you would see in a high school bathroom. No fan or light dinner switch in the bathroom. NBC on the t. V. Didn't work. I've stayed at better Holiday inn express. Much better rooms there. Avoid this pit. Omni should be ashamed to call this an Omni.

Great location near convention center and many restaurants. 1913 restaurant is pretty good. Features locally sourced food and micro brews. Friendly, helpful staff.

We attended a wedding reception at the hotel. It was very nicely organized, and the wait staff seemed to know what they were doing. They even offered an allergy-friendly meal and dessert! I rarely ever get dessert at a wedding because of my allergies to gluten, dairy, and nuts. But they managed to get a watermelon sorbet for me! The only criticism I can think of is that the reception room was very crowded. It was rather difficult for us to manuver between tables. Other than that, great experience!

We booked on Priceline, so apparently they reserve the worst rooms for them. The bathroom was so tiny it felt like a coffin. Traveling with a 3 year old that still needs help in the bathroom was difficult as the space was so small. The counter had the complimentary toiletries on it leaving room for nothing else. You couldn't even turn on the faucet without everything falling, there was no room for our things on the counters. Staff was friendly at check in. Valet was high. The room ac was not working well at all making for a hot miserable night. Really disappointing room. The top bed linens were stained. Defiantly not a 4 star room. The lobby is beautiful but the room we stayed in was not even worth the discounted rate.

The Omni is an amazing hotel in the heart of Indianapolis! The hotel is connected to the mall and is conveniently surrounded by just about every fine dinning restaurants and just about every retail store Indianapolis has to offer. The hotel is regal! It has a wine bar and actually connected to it, there's also a starbucks attached to it. The rooms are great, beds are super comfortable! My only knock on this hotel is that the breakfast sucks!

Room Service was good, although I could do without wilted shredded iceburg lettuce on my burger. The room was nice except the old tolietries in the trash and the pee stain on the toliet seat. We especially appreciate the turndown service and that the televisio n was tuned to the relaxation channel. Great location. Excellent service and hospitality from the staff.

I was at the Omni for our company All Hands. The staff was super professional, polite, and helpful. The room I stayed in was for 3 days and 2 nights, a King room. Wonderfully appointed, the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel, and every amenity accounted for. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel and conference spaces. Was here for the orchard symposium and while they had an excellent presentation and the setup was nice, the chairs needed a little updating, aka padding. Food was excellent and staff was very polite and friendly. Parking isn't on site, but instead across the street if you want self Park, and at 24 dollars for 7 or 8 hours, it's kind of high for Indy. But it's been awhile since I've been downtown, so I'm sure just like anything else, prices just keep going up! They do offer valet if you choose. It's also connected to circle center mall via cross bridge which makes it very convenient.

I went to a wedding there and it was really astonishing. The he staff was great & friendly. I give it 5 Stars. The location is phenomenal because it's basically close to everything.

I had the displeasure of dealing with the "manager" Angelina. My boyfriend and I were in town a few weeks back trying to find a nice place to stay in the city so we thought we would give this place a try. I approached the desk getting prices on rooms when my boyfriend walked up from the restroom the conversation seemed to go downhill. My boyfriend is African American, and while I hate to pull the race card it seemed to be a problem. She became very dismissive and short hinting that we couldn't afford to stay… Following that she said she needed to deal with something and never came back and we were left with no help. I wish I could put 0 stars, we have never experienced this at any other establishment. We will not be staying in this hotel as long as she is employed.

My fiancée (now wife) stayed at the Omni Severin getting ready for our wedding, and there was plenty of room for her and four of five bridesmaids. The room is great, spacious, and has plenty of space to relax after the hectic pace of our wedding day.

I liked the hospitality that the hotel I gave to me and my company.
