Great location. Nice rooms. Breakfast and a light dinner included on lodging cost. Pool is like a tomb hot and stuffy. Comfortable bedding. Within on a 5 min. Wslk of Lucas oil stadium.

Hotel is very clean, but seems a bit dated. Parking is all valet unless you want to walk a few blocks. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Internet speeds are decent as well, but couldn't hold a Netflix stream at 7pm. If I need to be downtown again, I would probably stay here again.

This has got to be the most beautiful property I've ever encountered. Gorgeous rooms, happy hour in the lobby, awesome staff. Parking however can be an issue. They only offer valet at $33 a day with in and out privileges. The system when down couple times so I had to wait for my car. I would definitely stay here again, but it will be when I can Lyft to my destinations.

Location is fantastic for Indiana Fever and Indiana Pacers games as Bankers Life Fieldhouse is only a block away from the hotel. Angelica was very accommodating and graceful when we had to change rooms due to an air conditioning issue with this week's heat. Ben, Aaron, and Brad were great valets and luggage assistants. Breakfast was tasty in a spacious portion of the lobby. The hotel decor is tasteful with beautiful exposed bricks and beams in the over one hundred fifty year old buildings.

One of the best places I've stayed at in a while. Everyone was friendly. The place looks great. A ton of room. Looks like a suite. Complementary drinks and dinner 5 to 7pm and breakfast. Bed was great. No view but that's OK. Full refrigerator plus dishwasher. Love it. And close by stadium. Great short walk. Wonderful downtown. Lots to do.

The valets are great and the hotel room is great and the pool works for swimmers and nonswimmers well. It is also by many restaurants and stores. The security is great too since it is in the downtown area of Indy.

The best hotel I have ever been to by far. Room was spacious and super clean. Also seemed to be recently updated. Our suite had a stove fridge sink and dishwasher. We felt very at home in this place and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Indianapolis.

I made an honest mistake and booked my room a night early. I found out when I arrived and they were sold out. Not a big deal my mistake. I asked for a refund for the night I did not stay and the manager refused. I booked it at 11:30 pm on the night I actually reserved so they would have lost no revenue if they chose to give me a refund. The I asked the GM if it was up to him to refund me or not and he said it was and he was not going to issue a refund. I filed a complaint with the home office and Hilton. That was useless as the property manager has the last say. I understand its my fault. However in a world that competitive I would think he would have offered something as a gesture of good customer service. I've disputed it with American Express hope to get a resolution so I can take this review down.

Nice downtown Indy hotel. I've stayed here several times, each with family. Every interaction with the front desk and hospitality staff have been positive. The hotel is repurposed from an old factory building (or something similar) giving it a nice industrial feel and charm. Rooms are fairly updated and have very high ceilings. Definitely makes them feel larger perhaps borderline cavernous. We'll stay here again if it fits the schedule. My only complaint is the quality of breakfast fare, it's similar to other Homewood Suites and free, but still not the best.

Very nice place. Staff was awesome and very friendly. My room was very clean and actually pretty big. Hotel is centrally located in downtown. Walking distance to dome and Bankers Fieldhouse. There is an awesome steak house around the corner, as well as a pretty good-sized Mall. Many bars located close if you're interested in some nightlife. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very close to a lot of entertainment and food locations. The room we had (305) was very spacious, had comfortable beds, two TVs, and all the amenities of an apartment, save a washer and dryer. Room service was prompt and tasty, even at half past midnight. The water and room were clean, and everything was comfortable. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Clean and spacious room with nice touches like high ceilings and wooden shutters on the tall windows. We stayed in a suite and it was good for our family of four. We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchenette but it looked well stocked with dishes, microwave, and and a full sized fridge. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a nice selection of hot food, cereals, oatmeal, breads and bagels, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, and beverages. Friendly and helpful valet. The only negative was that we were facing the street and there was some noise from the outside, but that can't really be avoided. Convenient location downtown. I went with family and didn't pay for my room so I can't comment on value.

We had a room on the first floor which was close to the pool. Very nice suite room, clean and comfortable, kitchen was perfect size. The couch was comfortable but I wish the material wasn't so scratchy. I covered it with a sheet so no biggie. No view except for building next door but that was ok since we were near pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. $33 for valet parking but $18 next door if you want to park in the garage. I had four kids so I chose valet. The only thing I would change would be to have updated info in the room such as times for breakfast and the free drinks M — Thur evenings. I missed out on both since I was in the pool til 7 pm and slept til ten am. Guess I should have called the front desk to double check times. Overall, I would stay here again. Very nice hotel and close walk to lots of downtown activities if you choose to go out.

A+ experience. Spacious room with very high ceilings and beautiful exposed brick and wood beams. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location near sporting events, bars, restaurants, and shopping. Valet parking is $33 per night but the parking garage a block south only charges $18. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, will definitely be returning soon.

We just stayed in this hotel for one night over the weekend. The location is excellent, very close to the city center, and Lucas Oil Stadium. However, in our experience, the hotel is incredibly noisy. The room next to us had a raging party which spilled into the hall for a good portion of the night. I'm guessing this is different during the week, but I would strongly caution staying here on the weekend, unless you also love to party.

Rooms were very clean and nice. Good breakfast. My only issue was the Wi-Fi, I wasnt able to get a good signal in my room. Luckily I had my regular 4g to use instead so it wasn't an issue at all.

Beautiful spacious rooms! Quiet hotel even during a very loud and busy college football event! Great experience! Valet was timely and room service was brought promptly to our room after ordering! Can't wait to stay again!

Great spacious rooms. Some parts look a bit dated but some things like exposed brick is making it look modern. Like a mix of modern and old. Otherwise super great location near really great restaurants and two sports arenas.

Nice hotel and nice staff. I had an issue with my shower and the front desk staff were overly accommodating to try to remedy the situation. Great hotel location as well near the action in downtown Indy.

Awesome location… Really awesome location… Rooms are nice… Our ac went out in our room… Was 82 degrees in there… They moved us rooms… Which was a pain… But still a decent place.

The Rooms are huge and amazing. The Elevator is probably the slowest elevator I've taken in my life but oh well. The key cards need to be replaced every two days because they're not very good. Overall though it's one of my favorite places to stay.

Smack dab in downtown Indy within walking distance to so many things. The rooms are beyond spacious and we'll maintained, with the tallest ceilings I have ever seen. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! And the price was better than hotels miles away. Pleasant staff, cool architectural details, 100% would recommend.

Beautiful building. The room was very clean with contemporary decor and high ceilings. Hotel staff were very pleasant. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Recently refurbished, and all the rooms are a good size. Tastefully decorated. Staff very friendly and they do an afternoon tea included in your stay (although I didn't try it). Breakfast is OK — reasonable selection of buffet items but no freshly-made a la carte choices.

This place was phenomenal. Stayed on Wednesday night. They had free unlimited food and drinks for two hours at the "Evening Social" downstairs. Drinks included wine and beer. They had craft beers and some normal domestics. The food changes for each social but when we stayed it was pulled pork sliders and tortilla soup. The rooms are gorgeous. They have exposed brick, attractive wood beams, and full kitchens in them. The indoor pool was a nice bonus. One negative was that here was no hot tub. The location is great. It is within walking distance of pretty much any place you would visit downtown. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Overall a very nice hotel. The service and rooms were very good. The only complaint that I have is that the coffee was never hot, even during breakfast.

The morning and evening service is amazing. I won't stay anywhere else for the big ten tournament. So close to everything. Staff is great.

Excellent stay! The staff is absolutely fantastic. Even if we had a problem they were so great at fixing it. Personable and make you feel like whatever you need is no problem.

It was a great stay, valet was great, breakfast good, room very clean and spacious, staff friendly. Only downside was shower pressure in the morning was low, other than that, a great stay. Would stay again!

Convenient downtown location, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. A major shopping center only 2 blocks away. Parking was expensive at $27.00 daily. Free Breakfast and standard Wi-Fi included. Very spacious room. Everything except the carpets was spotless. My white socks were dirty after walking around the room.

I've stayed here every December around Christmas for the last 5 years. It's a great hotel. The rooms are modern and always clean. They have lots of exposed brick and tall ceilings. Breakfast is usually good and the evening meal they serve is convenient. I really enjoy staying here and will likely be back again next year.

We stayed here for two nights and thought it was a very nice place. The suites are divided by the bathroom and closet but the "living area" and "bedroom area" are not truly separate rooms. Our room was on the first floor and was very spacious, and seemed all the larger because it had 20 foot ceilings. The rooms have a TV in both the living room and bedroom. There is also a complete kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Cookware, silverware and dishes are provided as well. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and everything was very clean. The one downside was the lack of parking. There is no parking on site and public parking is about a city block away. They do offer valet parking at 27$ a day.

Love the location for Pacers games or just a night out. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Room rate was the best I could find, valet is speedy and a reasonable cost.

Room is very spacious and includes a kitchen and living room. Included is the best breakfast I've seen at a hotel. Valet is very accommodating and hotel rate was very reasonable. It's located in a fantastic location; will stay again next time.

The hotel itself is amazing, don't get me wrong, but I will never stay here again. I've been staying here every GenCon for the past few years with friends. The hotel used to be the best place to stay. With each year the service has gotten worse and worse. Last year was the last straw. We found pot in our room. We complained to the manager and said that the room obviously wasn't cleaned well. He refused to apologize and accused us of planting it. We escalated. The manager started making every last minute we dealt with that hotel horrible. He cancelled our complimentary grocery list. Every room key we had ended up deactivated within 12 hours. He kept accusing us of planting the pot every time it was brought up. We were staying in an honors suite and that was the treatment we got. Eventually, I believe we talked to the owner. He apologized profusely. He said he couldn't comp anything. We said that was fine. We were happy for the apology after dealing with the horrible manager.

The staff here is EXCELLENT and will go above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. I stayed for 2 months for work, and always felt extremely welcome. The complementary breakfast and dinners are very good. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone staying in Indianapolis.
