Love this place. Hot breakfast, dinner, and three free adult drinks is included with the cost of the room every day. The hotel is brand new, so the rooms are pristine. Staff is great. I visit Indy a few times a year for work and the office is about 30 minutes away, but this hotel is worth the extra commute.

I love the Drury hotels no matter which one we stay in. The hotel was clean, front desk was very friendly. I love the breakfast and kickback dinner. I have a family of 6 so the breakfast and dinner save me from buying 2 meals away from home. The food is always good, and well stocked. We always get the suite which is big enough to accommodate the 6 of us.

The Drury Plaza Hotel Indianapolis Carmel is a wonderful hotel. It is conveniently located right next to I-465. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast has many options, all of which are delicious. I highly recommend the Drury if staying in the Carmel area.

Excellent experience and location — First time staying at a Drury Hotel 7/6 – 7/8 for a family reunion weekend. Staff was very attentive and quick to respond to any simple need. The free breakfast was just delicious with several options to choose from, some fresh cooked in front of you. Free popcorn and drinks during the early to late evening was a great snack accommodation that the hotel didn’t have to offer but they did. Elevators where extremely quick. Pool was an excellent design, half indoors, half outdoors. Room was very comfortable with a lot of space, quiet. Bathroom was a large with a nice sized soak tub.

Rooms were clean and cozy. Everything was clean elsewhere in the hotel. The food was good, for both dinner time and breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The only issue I have is the size of the pool. The hotel is 10 floors and the pool is small in relation to the number of rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was new and very clean. The breakfast was a step up from the usual included hotel breakfast. Hard to beat free drinks and food in the evening icluded with your stay. Soda and popcorn for the kids through the the evening was a nice touch as well. They have a great indoor/outdoor pool and a spacious lobby and dining area. Overall a very comfortable stay and all of the extras make it feel like a great value.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms and comfy beds with a variety of pillows. Hot breakfast with a great variety of choices, as well as happy hour with free food and drinks each evening. This place is absolutely great! I travel to Indy for work and this is the only place I will stay from now on!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at and will definitely be back. Great location right off of interstate and easy to find. Amazing breakfast options. Really enjoyed the kick back in the evening also. Clean rooms, restaurants nearby, and Friendly staff!

Overall, a really nice hotel. It is extremely convenient for me to stay there during business trips as it is located close to my office. Both breakfast and dinner are included. The staff is accommodating and nice. Additionally, they are not overpriced.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are quite comfortable and the beds are great! The food is tasty and the entire staff is so friendly, helpful, and engaged. This is one of the most refreshing stays I have had. Would love to come back.

This hotel was fantastic. VERY clean, new, modern, and all the amenities you could want. The breakfast is amazing! We forgot toothbrushes and we're provided with them. We forgot a bottle opener for wine, and the front desk was ready. Excellent stay. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent Hotel. No one was at the front desk for about 5 minutes when we arrived to check in. Once we were checked in, the hotel was very clean and everything was in great (new) condition. Quiet, and restful after a long drive. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Amenities were better than expected. Nice gym although it was a little too hot temperature wise for working out. Nice happy hour and free food. Popcorn time was fun. Would definitely stay here again.

We are enjoying a beautiful room on this property as we speak. We're in Indianapolis to attend a funeral. My husband and I are not feeling well (colds) and Heather at the front desk picked up on it. Within half an hour of us checking in, I heard a knock on the door and the Drury Team, Heather, Jack, Cody, Q-Maya and Makala had a care package delivered. There was soup, water, cough meds and a sweet note. You have no idea how good, and special, this made us feel! We travel frequently, especially to Indy, and you can best believe that we will be patronizing Drury Inn properties even more frequently in the future. Actually, I've never had a bad stay at a Drury Inn. Thank you Drury Inn Management for training your staff to go above and beyond the norm for the hospitality industry. God bless! Dr. Donna P. T.

Pleasant surprise. New bldg. New rooms. Never stayed here before. But free drinks and nacho bar were a nice surprise. Also let us hang out in the big lounge and watch college football on sat. Night even after the food and drinks were over. Would recommend.

I could not have been happier staying here. The room was clean. The suite we stay it stayed in had two rooms. My wife is very happy the sheets smell like peppermint. Beyond that the amenities are pretty nice. The hotel has a pool, hot tub and fitness area. They also offer a free dinner and breakfast buffet.

We had a 2 day business conference with a large block of guest rooms, break out sessions in meeting rooms, dinner, lunches. Attention to detail in every way. Highly recommend this hotel for any traveler, business meeting. Great staff.

Wow. This place is great. Check in was very easy. The staff is great. The rooms were very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The free breakfast is really good. The evening free food and drink service is a bonus. The free soda pop and popcorn in the evening (7pm — 10pm) was a nice feature. My kids really liked the swimming pool.

The stay was great, it's right off of the highway with easy access to a gas station and a Starbucks. We stayed in the suite with a king bed and the sleeper sofa. The room was clean, ample size, and came with free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was large with a garden tub, very large shower, and a private toilet. The staff was accommodating and friendly to deal with. They don't have a bar that's open but they did have a dinner buffet and drink cards they were valid for 3 drinks each at the bar. The food at dinner and breakfast was pretty good for a buffet. We used the pool but it was fairly chili. It's an indoor/outdoor pool with only a plastic out rubber sheathing keeping the cold air outside but the cold water from outside mixes with the water inside and brings the temperature down. The drive was only about 25 minutes to downtown Indy when we went. If we every have to go to Indy again, I'd most likely stay here.

This hotel was probably one of the best hotels ive stayed at. It's the little things like the all night fountain drinks and popcorn for the kids. The happy hour complementary food and alcoholic beverages from 5:30-7:00 was one thing that caught me off guard, and their breakfast the next morning was more than what I was expecting. The beds were extremely comfortable, and was well needed after a long drive. The staff were very attentive and always there to help when needed. Recommend if you're in the area or even if you have to make a detour.

Hotel was very clean. I am not sure if the hotel is new or remodeled but room looked new. The free margaritas in the evening were excellent. The hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy was good since it was free. My only complaint is the staff needs to be better trained. When I went to check in there was two clerks each checking in a customer. I waited 5 — 10 minutes and they never acknowledged my presence, the one clerk checked the customer in rather efficiently but couldn't get the printer to work and the other one was still trying clicking away at the computer when I left. I decided it would be better to come back later rather than to keep waiting. When I came back a couple hours later, the manager was checking customers in and the female clerk was busy doing something and again ignored me. She then suddenly decided that I wasn't invisible and was friendly and checked me in. A friendly smile and saying you will be with me in a minute would have made me feel like a welcome guest instead of making me feel like it was a bother to assist me. This was a minor inconvenience so I still gave them 5 stars and will return in the hopes that the staff will be better trained next time.

Great, new hotel. Convenient location with customer-friendly amenities. Not a big fan of the liquid shower body/hair care products but it is likely less wasteful than those little bottles normally provided by other hotel chains. Recommended.

Nice newer hotel. The staff at check-in were very friendly. I started here 10 days in August 2017 while in town on business. The breakfast and happy hour at what you expect from a Drury Hotel. A little more variety would be nice. The first week I was here, my room wasn't cleaned at all, despite not heading there Do Not Disturb soon posted. No such issues the 2nd week. One complaint I have is that the hotel allows pets. I understand this appeals to some people but I question how well the rooms are cleaned after someone brings they dog or cat to stay with them. It also grossed me out to see pets in the dining area. — 1 start for allowing that.

My stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Indianapolis Carmel was exceptional. The staff were all pleasant and cheerful. The kickback hour was perfect for relaxing after being about all day. I strongly recommend this hotel because of its clean and comfortable rooms as well as it's great on site facilities.

We stayed in a suite-2 adults, 3 kids-it was clean and comfortable. Loved that there was something to nosh/imbibe at 5-7! Was it great? … no, but the lukewarm baked potato, meager salad and bar drinks were FREE! My kids took advantage of the nachos. Friendly and helpful staff all around. Would stay here again.

Newer hotel with a very friendly staff. Customer service is priority! Beautiful entry way, clean throughout. Nice workout facilities. Breakfast and Kickback were good and fresh. Popcorn snack in the late afternoon was a nice touch too. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Hotel was paid for by my company for the week. Being my first paid business trip, it was much nicer than I has anticipated. The lobby is beautiful, the room, which is a double queen was spacious and had a spacious and beautiful bathroom. Accommodations are top notch, breakfast and Dinner included, indoor/outdoor pool. 3 Free drinks for adults over 21. Great experience.

Amazing place! It is nearly impossible for me to find a nice pet friendly hotel, well one without a weight limit. I have a 135lb Great Dane and am usually relegated to less than reputable places, until now that is. $200 dollars a night to board him or $25 to bring him with me. No brainer. Staff was incredibly friendly, rooms and food great. Will definitely be making this chain my go to in every city I find myself in.

Amazing hotel. Hot breakfast, hot dinner and drinks. All include with your stay! The room was amazing. The bed is comfy. I really don't want to stay anywhere else now.

Facility new in 2017. Staff very professional. Evening snacks & happy hour no charge. Rooms well laid out. Internet good response. Great conference rooms. Nice way to reduce waste — — replaced those small containers of shampoo etc (that wind up getting tossed out) with refillable dispensers in the shower.

I love this hotel. It's brand new but still had the feel of a hotel that's ben in the coming for a while. It's clean. From my bedroom to the elevator to the dining area, everything wad clean. The staff is friendly and kind. I enjoyed the free breakfast and dinner. For dinner I especially enjoyed the the free drinks. Great place to stay from under $150.

The front desk provided outstanding customer service to me and my family. We went to enjoy a fun night of swimming for my son's birthday and the front desk delivered up goodies to our room for my son and he was so excited and felt so special. It was such a nice display of kindness and we definitely won't forget it. We will definitely recommend Drury Plaza Hotel to anyone staying on the north side of Indy!

Rooms were nice and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the 5:30 kickback with free drinks and food. The pool area​ was good, but could see where it could get crowded easily. Only minor complaint is they ran out of eggs and pancakes before 9 am, so there were some waiting on it to be made. Overall enjoyed the stay. I usually stay at Holiday Inn due to having their member program, but think I'm going to stay here instead and pay a little more, as it was definitely worth it. Plus, they have a member program as well for free.

I went to the Drury Plaza Hotel for a work meeting. The hotel is pretty easy to get to if you know where you're going. The entrance/exit to the business park the hotel is located in doesn't allow for heavy traffic, so trying to get out is kind of crazy. The lobby of the hotel was very nice, as was the room our meeting was held in. My only complaint is that the chairs were way too close together. It basically felt like you were sitting on top of each other. Besides that it's a nice venue.

Great hotel! Very nice, clean, and comfortable. The dining area was great. They include food and complementary adult beverages. The pool was also nice. Our kids enjoyed it.

Two thumbs up for this hotel. Nicely furnished, spacious rooms with a neutral decor. The gym is small, but they have a big outdoor/indoor swimming pool with a hot spa. Convenient laundry facilities on site. Daily happy hour from 5:30 to 7:00 with 3 complimentary alcoholic drinks for each guest per day. Happy hour includes a sald bar, hotdogs, nachos, pasta, chicken or tortillas with meat sauce. Soda and coffee available throughout the day. Guests also enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast buffet! Pleasant and helpful staff all around at this clean and modern hotel makes for a great stay.

Pretty standard accommodations and setup. Liked the fact that they have soap/conditioner dispensers so that I don't have to open a new bottle every day. Really helps alleviate the feeling of guilt (I am serious about this).

Update to initial review. Second experience was the typical, flawless and welcoming Drury experience. Workout room had everything you need and more. Staff is top notch.

This hotel has only been open for 6 months and it is a beautiful hotel. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, also they give you amazing breakfast and drinks. Also they give you a card for 3 free drinks during happy hour.

I can't say anything bad about this hotel. Simply amazing experience. Very clean and comfortable at home feeling. The staff is extremely polite and helpful.

Brand new in the last six months. Great staff, really nice on the inside. Breakfast was delicious and not at all the typical hotel setup. If you are in the area, stay here. You'll like it.

Stayed there and truly enjoyed it. We are locals that stayed there for "our" date night. Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Food was good. The beds were awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may ask.
