Great place to stay! Clean rooms, very clean bathroom and staff is exceptional, especially Willie. I have heard about him from my husband for a long time and he didn't disappoint! Will definitely be back!

Good rates, decent selection at the free breakfast, easy access from I-465. Room seemed clean, but I didn't like the very bright and very cool-white LED bulbs in all of the lamps. Gave the room a very sterile feel. The bulbs must have been in the 6500k range. 2700k-3000k would be a better choice for a guest room. Another reason for the docked star is that the toilet paper holder was loose.

Room was nice and clean. Gave 4 stars because when I arrived the elevator was down, and I was put on the 3rd floor. I only had 2 bags, which wasn't a problem and didn't mind walking the steps. Also very noisy at night (people taking in the halls, doors slamming. ).

Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Nice location. Only problem is not a lot of stull.

Great staff, very prompt and courteous! Comfortable room and bed but the A/C didn't work all that great, not bad just not great. Overall though it was a good stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. I believe the man at the desks name was Max, he was very helpful because when I booked I accidently booked 1 King and not 2 Queens. He fixed it quickly for me. Great experience!

Pool was syandard. Breakfast was great. Rooms were just ok. Nothing fancy but was sufficient.

The accommodations are nice enough, however the pool is smaller than expected, without enough seating around it. An outer door in the pool area is not sealed properly, allowing cold air to seep underneath, the opposite of what you want in the winter. The common area for breakfasts is also too small, however the employees are very nice and friendly. The hotel is in a very odd area in a medical office park, not visible from the road. If you're looking to be around restaurants and other things to do, this hotel is not for you.

Beautiful facility! Right off of 465 for easy access. They had a great breakfast and everyone was very friendly. Everything seemed very clean as well. But we did have an issue where our door wouldn't latch unless we almost slammed it. Wasn't a huge deal because the other two backup locks worked just fine. Would have been a 5 star of it wasn't for the door.

Friendly front desk and fast check in/out. Room was clean and bed was cozy. That's all I ask in a Hotel.

Very nice hotel, room was very clean. Did not try breakfast, In the evening the hotel did have different types of teas that you could try. Beautiful fireplace, nice indoor pool and work out room.

Cathy and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in our time of need. The room was comfortable and she picked us a quiet one because she knew we had a long few days. Choice Privileges member since 2001!

Other than the hot tub not being operational this hotel is the bomb. The two older gentleman running the front desk are awesome! They made us feel so welcome and we loved the homey touches of the fruit infused water, popcorn, and coffee/tea in the main room! Our daughter loved the caring way they made sure she was taken care of during her stay before she had her surgery at the surgical center the next morning! Kudos to a great and caring staff!

We spent a quick night here while traveling. The rooms seemed clean and neat. Nothing really fancy but clean and the breakfast was sufficient to meet our needs. Once again not fancy, but sufficient. I would stop again if passing through at a time when we needed to rest during our travels.

Clean, quiet room. Decent price. Convenient location. Well-lit parking lot. Peaceful and nifty little gazebo by a pond with a fountain next to the parking lot that we liked very much. Eh, I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

First, let me start with the positives. The room was nice and mostly clean. Parking was easy and the key card worked. The rest went like this. Checking in, I expected a "Hello". I approached the desk and didn't hear a thing. Nobody else was around. The free Wi-Fi signal was so weak in the room, it was unusable. The complimentary decaf coffee in the lobby was empty. The room was right next to an exit door making it hard to sleep past 6am when other guests left. Not my favorite place.

Can't think of a bad thing to say. One of my favorite rooms ever. Beautiful building, great staff, modern clean room, nice breakfast perk. Guess it falls in the 2 star category but in my book I'll remember it as a 5!

Pretty clean and an ok breakfast. The lighting is all like a 6000k color temp. Cool blue everywhere! I don't like it at all. They cleaned the room kind of sloppily and not all the towels were replaced but it otherwise a pretty decent stay.

Really enjoyed our stay, housekeeping staff is amazing and polite. Beds are very comfy. Wi-Fi is perfect. Breakfast was typical. Staff quick and courteous. Clean.

Our stay was really nice here. The room was very spacious, modern, and clean. Though I have to say we had a room with a broken bedroom door, and the main door didn't close quite right. Still loved the big suite we got for the price. The pool was nice, but it had no hot tub. Ir had a workout room, but I didn't go in. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of options. Have to say I liked being able to get a late night snack from the front counter store. All in all, we had a good experience.

Stayed over night on a work trip. It was what you'd expect from a hotel. I'd stay again.

Recently renovated. Simple but clean. Friendly desk attendants.

Clean, comfy feeling, beds very comfy, was welcomed with a happy receptionist, went swimming into a clean warm pool. Couldn't hear the big road even though it was near… very quiet… will stay here again!

Nice, other than what looked like mold in the bathroom. Lady at the desk said it wasn't. I uploaded some pics. You decide.

The location is tough to find using a GPS. The hotel is under construction. It limited the possibility to check out later since they are limited on rooms. Internet was only available in the lobby. Walls were pretty thin between rooms. My upstairs neighbors "late night wrestling" noises made it seem like they were in my room.

Breakfast has plenty of choices. Rooms a bit dated. Courteous van for local places. Gym was just two treadmills and they were out of order.

This is one of those hotels where they have signs saying things are going to be fixed like the elevator and the air in the gym and you know those signs have been up there a while and they probably will be for some time more! The girl at the front desk was rude. I asked for a roll away bed and she said she would look into it but never did. We told her there were bugs and hair floating around in the pool and she said she would have it cleaned and it was dirty when we left. The maid could not be bothered to clean the bathroom or vacuum the floor. It is too bad because the hotel and room themselves were descent and Comfort Inn used to be a good hotel chain.

Maria at the front desk hung up on us repeatedly. After asking for a supervisor she told us to come to the front desk to talk to her. At 1:30 in the morning my girlfriend and I did as we were asked. When we arrived, Maria told us she felt threatened and called the police. When the police arrived they told us to go back to our room as we have obviously done nothing wrong. 1/5 if you're looking for a good hotel. 5/5 if you're looking for a concentration camp.

Rating systems are subjective and objective and therefore have rated this hotel on the factors I deemed most important and appropriate for our situation and stay. Other over-nighters may rate or value things differently. The hotel was somewhat difficult to navigate to do to the road construction off N. Meridian — easiest way to reach this hotel coming from the East is to exit at Keystone/465 and take 96th to College then north to Pennsylvania Parkway to the Comfort Inn. Short trip to Indy with overnight stay… the hotel was clean and featured the basic amenedies. Our AC unit was broken; however, it was replaced within an hour (nice). The free breakfast was less than desireable! Thank goodness there was a Starbucks up the road! The price was good but I don't think we will be coming back.

Very nice and clean. Pool was very warm. Which is great. There was a lot of stores and food close by.

Ive been a choice privileges member for almost ten years now. I never had a bad experience with them. I lived in choice hotels for 2 years while working on the road. I NEVER wanted to stay anywhere else.

I would give zero stars if it would let me. Took 20 minutes to check in due to lost reservation on their part, and then the next morning it took 15 minutes to check out because they couldn't find our checkout receipt. Beds are like sleeping on a hospital bed, only worse. I asked to speak to a manager and they stated that they were transitioning between managers. Very poor quality and lack of leadership has forever tainted my view of this hotel. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a holiday Inn or somewhere like that.

Wonderful service! Switched from a room with 2 Queen beds to a King bed and they put me in a King room with a Jaquzzi! Wonderful indoor pool, great free breakfast. You can't beat the rates! I stay here each time I have business in Indianapolis.

Was given a king bed instead of two queens as I reserved. I was told I didn't request two beds. I wasn't aware that when a specific type of room was reserved you still had to request that room! The bathroom was dirty. The breakfast room as 1/3rd the size it needs to be for the number of guests. Every morning people had to sit in the lobby to eat their breakfast. The one person working in the morning was not able to keep up with the front desk and keeping the breakfast food stocked. They should have had one more person. The hot tub was broken for the entire weekend as well.
