The entire staff was very friendly & helpful. The concierge helped make dinner and brunch reservations, gave us restaurant and bar suggestions, and answered any questions we had.

Great historic building, very up to date interior. Downtown Indianapolis adjacent all the night life and wonderful places to explore and visit. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Valet or convenient parking across the street which is great for a downtown hotel. A nice bar with small plates and comfortable seating are on the first floor. This hotel has several amenities. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and the price of the room for the level of quality was excellent.

Spent Sunday and Monday evenings at the Alexander. OMG what a wonderful hotel! The service was the best I've ever had at any hotel. The bar is amazing with all the different light fixtures. Hope to get back to this hotel in the near future. Keep up the amazing job.

The hotel couldn't be located in a better spot. It's right downtown around st. Elmo's Steakhouse Circle Center Mall and other great attractions. As well as a short walk away from Lucas Oil Stadium. The hotel amenities are great! Very comfortable beds, coffee and espresso machine in the room, flat screen TV, soap conditioner moisturizer, and robes! the people working the front desk for very helpful and and informative about the location of things to do. I stayed here for DCI championships and I'm going to try and stay there for Bands of America as well!

Absolutely one of the best hotels, in Indianapolis. There's a reason this hotel is either always sold out or has really high rates. Service is top notch and it's just super unique. The French feel of the property is just really nice. The Illy espresso machine in-room is a nice touch and dare a say, puts this experience over the top, each time we stay here. Absolutely fantastic!

Very elegant and classy hotel built in the carcass of a historical downtown building. Despite being very upscale, the prices seem a bit high for the small rooms and lack of common amenities.

I could live here I stayed in the biggest room in the place. I had a large couch in a different room from my king size bedroom.

The chef was very accommodating to a vegan diet, even though there wasn't anything on the menu. The food was absolutely fantastic and the bartender made some of the best cocktails I've had in the city. While the noise level was relatively high, it did not detract from the experience. If you are planning an event, Romona is extremely easy to work with.

The rooms were quiet and spacious and the staff was kind. However, they seemed absent. Every time we pulled up, we had to get out and find a valet. Service to the room took longer than expected. Overall, great property but not great service.

Very nice hotel. Clean and quiet room. Very nice staff. The food at Spoke and Steele was consistently good. The potatoe and leek soup and caesar salad was terrific, as was the coffee. Wish they offered vegan meal options… another criticism is the music playing throughout the hotel — a bit loud and annoying for sensitive ears.

Great hotel. Very much enjoyed my stay. Room is small, but typical for a hotel of this age. They have spent a great deal of effort to renovate the building and still keep the old feel.

Overall a great experience. The building exudes history and charm. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bar and bartenders were TOP NOTCH, however, my only suggestion is to stay open past 11pm. Seemed a little too early to close, especially on a weekend. Would stay there again!

Great hotel in the middle of downtown! Rooms can be a bit small, but ask for a room with 2 beds and you'll have more space! Free bottled water in the room and at the front desk. The one thing I don't like it's the in room coffee maker (love illy coffee but their coffee maker needs some work). But luckily there is a good coffee shop within a block or two of the hotel.

Beautifully redone, this Hotel is a contemporary remake of the classic Canterbury Hotel. Completely different, yet inviting and comfortable. Great rooms, food and drink. Spoke and Steele is on ground floor serving excellent menu and house prepared meats on charcuterie plates. Great mix of land and sea on menu. Fantastic staff.

A great hotel, in the middle of everything. Walking distance to Bankers Life & Lucas Oil. Next door to St Elmo's. Restaurant & Bar on site. Room is kind of small but beautiful. Large bathroom with glass enclosed shower. Not much of a view from our room. But a Nice place.

Great downtown location. Close to the Colt football stadium, convention center and shopping. 24 hour food across the street. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was my first time ever in indianapolis. We drove 11 hours to get their. When we got their it was nice to lay down on their comfy bed and relax. This hotel is beautiful. And if you like restaurants this is the place to be. Brandon our server at the spoke & steel was amazing. And the rest of the staff was amazing to. I would definitely stay their again.

Super close to Lucas oil, right in the heart of the wholesale district. My room was spacious and had all the amenities. Service was great they took my bag straight to my car when I still wasn't ready to take it out of town yet. All in all great hotel would stay again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was outstanding an definitely more than we expected. Being attached to the circle centre mall was definitely an unexpected bonus. Plenty of food and shopping options around which was fantastic. Overall, we loved our stay.

Nice hotel! Very small, reminds me of the European style hotels you'd find across the pond. In the middle of downtown, with lots of great sights to walk to and see.

Le Meridien is a nice hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the lounge area is comfortable and everything inside the hotel seems to have been meticulously designed. The rooms however are very small. Overall my visit was very nice.

We found the staff at Le Meridian to be extremely nice and anxious to make our stay a good experience. We selected it due to the proximity to Lucas Stadium and reviews. The hotel was very clean and the bed was downright comfortable. The location is very close to many activities, restaurants, and of course shopping. We wound stay there again.

The view from my room was fantastic, a direct view of Lucas Oil Stadium! The elevators were quick, the staff was very friendly and courteous and overall everything there was very nice. It's right in the center of everything you might want to do in town, so it's not much of a chore to walk out and do some nice sightseeing. Even with the hotel as busy as it was this weekend, they made everything very nice and made my stay very comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby and rooms were quite pretty and well furnished. I stayed in room 310 and the only problem was a flaky coax cable for the TV. As with any hotel, I would appreciate less puffy pillows that don't hurt my neck, but I brought my own because, unfortunately, I have been taught to expect hotels to only have puffy pillows.

Very disappointing especially given the reviews. Our room is tiny … And wasn't ready and they tried to put us in a 'closet' on a lower floor. Front desk not knowledgeable, did not answer phone… no in room coffee … Would not recommend as other hotels within feet with much larger rooms, breakfast, etc and cheaper as I was in Indy last week on business.

Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They really helped us out with out Questions. Keith and jake were very friendly and welcoming to us. They opened the door for us and answered our questions smiling and a very pleasing tone. It is a very nice place that I highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are kind of small and I am not a fan of their matresses. Think modern meets classic.

Stayed during the Red Bull Moto GP weekend. Could not have expected a better stay. Recently renovated and clean, comfortable hotel. Lots of activity in the lobby bar if you are into the scene. Highly recommend.
