Twice a year I attend a board meeting in Indianapolis IN, and every time I stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the free breakfast is a true breakfast, and the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. I am not required to travel a lot, but when I do, I'm grateful that my home away from home is here.

Staff were very friendly! Loved the suites! Beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was nice. Did not arrive until after reception was over and it was not offered over the weekend. Location was literally near everything!

Spent three nights in a suite, and had the most relaxing time. The breakfast was better then most continental breakfast's. The pool was perfect and the spa was a delight.

Great customer service and room. Nancy who was taking care of everyone at the evening reception /dinner is a real asset! She made our visit much more personal. The only negatives were that they only have one luggage cart and the toilet seat was wonky.

Great place, great people, great management. While staying here you'll be in good hands, they're always going to take good care of you and your family for the entire duration of your stay.

Room was very nice. Had a kitchen with a frig and stove/microwave with utensils and glasses. Middle room had couches and tv. Room had 2 queen beds and TV. Very professional atmosphere and room. Easy to get to Staff very kind, sweet, and professional. Very willing to help and go up and beyond for you Free beer/liquer offered w dinner Free dinner Left note with sweets indicating maintenance crew was in room and addresses below issues Water pressure in shower awesome Shower huge and very nice Toilet nice and flushes well. Refills for relish quickly 4 shower towels for one person each day High end shampoo/conditioner/body lotion refilled each day Soap for after bathroom and soap with one rough side for shower A/C kept room crispy cold. Loved it! Cons Spoons and glasses looked dirty Room had used fork and knife and previous room owner left overs even after claiming room was cleaned. Fire alarm low battery sound going off first night there once every few minutes Light in bedroom didn't work ** (Maintenance fixed in timely matter when brought up next morning) ** Breakfast food eggs and oatmeal not very good. Ate very light. Barely tolerable Water in shower either too cold or scolding hot.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very nice and clean. Kitchen area— the coffee was cold so had to microwave it. And when I went back for another cup, it was out. And I seen several people working in the kitchen.

Cleaning, easy to find, friendly staff, and with the dinner and breakfast included well worth the price.

Plumbing needs work! Took 15 min to get a consistent temp in the shower and the toilet was gurgling — getting water sucked out of it as if a breather pipe was blocked somewhere — intermittently all night. Otherwise it was fine.

Clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Emily at the front desk is extremely helpful. Nice job.

Great place to stay. Clean room, big shower, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast sucked. Eggs tasted like cardboard. Sausage corn dogs, not good. How about real link sausages or pattys? Freshly made omelettes? Coffee sucked too.

Very nice hotel. The room was large and modern and everything worked well. The service was friendly. Would definitely stay at again and recommend. Breakfast was hot and plentiful.

Loved my stay here in this beautiful hotel. Check in was fast and the rooms were spacious. Very clean. Front desk, Ernie was of great assistance. Very proffessional. Look forward to returning sometime in the near future.

Hidden away was the front entrance. The rooms were beautiful, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. It is well worth the search to find the main lobby!

Room was amazing clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub we're great. Nice patio and fire for the evenings. Breakfast was good aside from the eggs. Overall worth the money.

Whoever Brandon is that works there … he's racist and racially profiled my boyfriend. He's a Lyft driver, dropped someone off and then Brandon accused him of not being a Lyft driver, giving some kids drugs and threatened to call the police AFTER he showed him his Lyft app to prove to him that he actually was a driver. If you are a person of color do NOT trust him or even stay at this hotel! Find the next one. A nice hotel turned to trash because they want to hire racist employees!

Very cozy and comfortable. Like the reception time with the light snack. Breakfast is good with many choices. Bed and room are very comfortable.

Beds were comfy. Love the fact that the rooms have ceiling fans in them. My only complaint is the ants in the bathroom.

Rooms were clean, spacious enough for our family of six. They were great about our sons service dog. The indoor pool was great for the kids and the complimentary dinner and breakfast buffet was great! They were very helpful and welcoming. Wet will be staying at Homewood sites from now on when we travel.

Room is clean and spacious, however, the staff was not very accommodating. There was a continuous beeping outside of room coming from the smoke alarm but when I asked them to look into shutting it off, I was told that there was only one person working at hotel and maintenance had gone for the day so there was nothing they could do about it. They offered me ear plugs to get through the night instead of switching my room… thats right ear plugs!

Very clean rooms. Good space on bedrooms. Large sized kitchen for an extended stay hotel. Breakfast has good options. It does have freeway traffic noise, so ask for rooms on the other side of the hotel.

Stay was okay. Large suite with full kitchen great for families. I was by myself on business. Free Wi-Fi is always a plus. Shower door fell off the track as I was trying to exit the shower. Was working in the lobby and had the lights turned off on me at 11 am. Lots of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is a little out of the way (a couple winding turns to get there), but once you're there it was very nice. The rooms were spacious, the bed was one of the best I've slept in, and I typically have trouble with hotel pillows; not here. Overall a very well, and aesthetically well put together hotel. I stayed one night, and it is enough to leave it in my GPS for another trip in the future.

Great condition and customer service. Excellent breakfast. Not enough cribs available, though, which made for a rough night.

It was a great stay the only issue we had was that they ran out of pack and plays.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, dinner and breakfast included in the room. Despite the fact that it's on a major highway it's not too noisy on the backside at least (can't speak for the front). My room wasn't the best location other than being on the back — air conditioner units on the roof right outside the window and the ice machine right outside the door. But still, a good place to be.

Stayed in a suite. It was okay. A little outdated and the glass cups in the bathroom were dirty. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Usually have very good experiences with Hilton. Checked in, not the type of room we paid for. Then they informed us the cable was out. No problem, we probably wouldn't be watching TV. Then they told us there was an issue with the water heater and there might not be hot water. The only thing they offered for the inconveniences was something from their snack bar.

Attended GenCon in July, 2015. Blown away by how nice this hotel, and for a bargain price! Only negatives were their shop was poorly stocked. Other than that, simply FANTASTIC!

I stayed here for one night prior to taking the NCLEX at a nearby testing center. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. All of the staff I had interactions with were very accommodating. So far as even allowing a late check out so I didn't feel rushed after my test. The complimentary breakfast included a wide variety and was very tasty. I would recommend this Homewood suites again.

Our entire soccer team ended up here when the "tournament required" hotel was deemed unacceptable on numerous levels by both players and the paying parents. The staff here was fantastic! Not only did they quickly make arrangements for the group, they even posted Good Luck Team pages on each door! The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool and hot tub were well cared for (but not soundproofed for a group of 11-year-old girls. Sorry 'bout that), the breakfast was great, and we made good use of the common area (which was also not soundproofed enough to contain our parents and coaches. Sorry 'bout that too). We could not have asked for better treatment or accommodations during our stay in Indy for the Fusion Fall Classic soccer tournament. The excellent care provided by the staff of Homewood must have made a difference. The girls took 1st place in the top U12 group! Thank you.

Check-in was only 2 minutes. The room was absolutely fantastic as everything was in complete order and well taken care of. The family and I decided to use the pool but I couldn't find any towels so I decided to ask the gentleman at the front desk. He wasn't there as he was assisting someone else out in another room. As soon as he heard my footsteps waking up to the desk, he shouted out to help me immediately (exiting his conversation helping someone else being very polite to them). I told him the simple issue of no towels and he obliged. I couldn't make it back to the pool sooner to turn around, taking my shoes off, as to notice him walking out of the room smiling at me. I nodded to him as he exited the room and turned to my wife asking her if those towels were there the entire time. She said he just brought them. Not only could he carry 100 perfectly folded towels but he also used amazing ninja skills. My hat's off to you, sir. Amazing stay. Thought I'd just share a pointless story. Bottom line is that the staff are so very helpful with any issue.

Everyone here is fantastic. Made our stay very nice. Would highly recommend.
