At first the room seemed really nice and neat. However. When I finally found the trash can (that was under the kitchen sink in cabinets) it was overflowing with trash. Mind you check in was at 3pm and I didnt get there till around midnight. Disgusting. On top of that I wanted to take a shower before leaving and the water was cold. I had it turned all the way on hot for 5 minutes and it stayed ice cold. What an awful stay.

Beds are horrible and the blankets are non existent. The rooms are cute and unique and the pool is okay. The staff isn't exactly warm and welcoming.

Reasonable price decent area clean big enough to suit a family of 5.

When checking in, the staff was polite and friendly, unfortunately the clerk that checked us out was rude and in my opinion nasty and mean, she had to force a smile when my wife and I left. I do not recommend this place to my friends and family! Avoid it if you can!

As we walked in, we were greeted by the scent of strong wild onion, which was quickly replaced by cigarette smoke. When walking up the stairs, it smelled like chlorine mixed with a skunk. The third floor hallway’s scent strongly resembled that of soy sauce or some other food. However, the penultimate scent that we experienced was the one in our room. Upon walking in, we checked the fridge for spoiled milk. It took 15 minutes to discover that there was a pizza box filled with spoiled ranch, blue cheese dressing, and hot wings in the dishwasher. However, the lady at the front desk seemed apologetic while handing us the febreze, so I can’t write this place off completely.

Hotel wasn't what I expected for all the money spent by me and all of the groups I was with that stayed there this weekend. Rooms were dirty and had nothing in them. No toilet paper, cups,, random hair all over the place as well as dirty towels under the sink from whomever was there previously. Kitchen area was bare. Not even ice trays in the freezer as there are no machines in the entire bldg. Microwave didn't work no plate in bottom. Had to request plates and forks from front desk as there wasn't anything in huge breakfast area to use. (At least have complimentary cups, napkins, and water in there for guests). 1 out of 2 elevators broken with no signs of out of order posted so I stood there for 10min until someone came up the stairs and told me it was broken. My parents wouldnt hv been able to continuously walk up and down the stairs as we were on the 3rd floor at the end! Reported to front desk clerk her response was it's my first day and I'm here by myself. Wow. Trash was piled up all over the place and when my mother called the next day for a 1 hour late check-out she was told she would. Be charged another day! Is that how u run ur establishment? Charge an arm and leg and then pretty much take the limb?

Considerably nicer than some other ESAs, but I was disappointed to see this in our room when we checked in. That's a filthy privacy placard with a cannabis stem and smudge of soot. Either the housekeeper is taking a ganja break or the room wasn't very thoroughly cleaned. The bed is also terribly hard, uncomfortable and tiny. Overall the room would be fine for a single traveler, but is too small for two average American-sized people.

Not like any ES I'm familiar with. If you're traveling and looking to prepare your own meals if you want or need to, be forewarned this one has no cooking nor eating utensils in the rooms. Also located near the interstate and the noise from the traffic and the noise from the refrigerator freezer kept me up most of the night. Also our room door was open when we checked in for some reason so that left me a little unsettled as well. Although the hotel is in the middle of almost every restaurant imaginable and shopping, for the price we would choose to stay at one of the dozens of other hotels in the area and definitely one away from the noise of the interstate. Would not recommend if you're a light sleeper.

Disappointed is not a strong enough word to describe how we feel staying at this hotel. Rooms are dated and not clean. We asked for a extra blanket and they were out of blankets? There grab and go breakfast is oatmeal packets. My family and I will never ever stay at another extended stay America. We feel duped.

Great place. Stayed for two weeks while looking for my own apartment and felt just as home there.

Non of the main amenities that they say you can enjoy here, are all lies. The website needs to be fixed. Its called false advertisement.

Nice workers. Will try accommodating customers if full. I watched and employee so so. Leniant on the rules in right areas.

Nice size room, mold on the bath tub walls, breakfast of only granola bars and coffee, friendly staff.

I'm staying here for the 60 day discount I've been overcharged by the staffing and had to contact corporate office because of the incompetent staff as well as my room hasn't been cleaned or any toilet paper has been offered to me as well as one staff member asking me to copy my credit card information in which I declined. Lol most of the front desk employees are very friendly I think that they're trying to figure out where the issues are starting at with the staff and if they can find it this place would be a wonderful place to Stay and would attract more people it Start's with management control.

Very old and outdated but I'm giving 3 stars because the staff was amazing! Would not recommend.

Very accommodating. Love the large room size and the kitchen area. We bring groups of people each December for a cattle show at the fairgrounds and we always have plenty of room.

I gave it only 4 stars because their graveyard personal was great. I mean excellent. Day shift and evening shift were of no help and did not provide you with how they operate as company. But they stay was nice and quiet.

The staff here is one of the best in the country. I travel quite a bit of my year, for work, but they always go out of their way to make me feel at home!

Hotel is the worst. One and one thing only that had me rate this a one star was the cleaning service. The incompetence of the staff here is beyond overwhelming. Two weeks in the bed sheets has never changed. This hotel does room service once a week, but for me it's been two weeks even after calling staff on the phone and receiving promises and asap orders on our room being changed 3 days in a row, they were all together broken promises. I'm extremely disappointed with staff and the hotel here. Beware if you plan on lodging here.

Large rooms but this is more of a short lease apartment than a hotel. Very few services included, such as fresh towels less than weekly. Many mechanical issues with the facility.

Very quiet nice and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and even when the lady in the lobby had a line due to the hotel getting sold out, she stayed calm cool and collective which is how customer service is supposed to be! The only thing remotely close to being negative that I have to say is they don't offer house keeping everyday or any of the 3 days I've been here so far. I understand maybe not coming everyday but after 2 days you still need a good sweeping or vacuuming. Anyways I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel!

Incredibly accommodating staff! Decent beds and a good shower. Breakfast was weak.

We were greeted at the front desk by Deja. Very friendly and courteous. The price was extremely good. And the location was excellent for attending a Beef & Boards theater show.

Website says to call if you are having a late check in. Called and they said it would be no problem. We arrived after check in hours to find no one at the desk and after thirty minutes of management saying I don't know what to do someone finally comes out of the back like they've been there the whole time. The room was very cheaply done and only had a single bed. Never saying with extended stay again.

It was ok. The room we were in had an incredibly noisy A. C. That him tr ed me awake every time it kicked on which was every 15 minutes. The handle on the bathroom door just fell off out of nowhere. The walls are paper thin. The bed was really not comfy. The staff were very kind, though! I would probably stay here again, but I would definitely bring my own ear plugs and a nicer blanket and pillow for sure.

The room is passable in size. Recently renovated, so the decor is quite nice, in the room and in the lobby, and the bed spread comfortable. The AC keeps the room nice and cool. The shower head seems to be a high efficiency type, and was a little underwhelming.

Hotel was under renovation at time of stay. However, it didn't bother me outside of not being able to use stairs except for the case of an emergency. (I prefer stairs if I'm not going higher than 4 floors) room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable, especially for the price. Parking lot had really bright lights, which is good for security. Restaurants and shops are in abundance and the freeway is a light a way, so great for accessibility. The night manager Gee (I think that's his name) was really nice and personable. The day manager Camille was incredible! We had a very minor issue and she worked tirelessly to resolve it, in which she did. My associates and I continue to come back to this location when working in Indy because the staff is always amazing and very hospitable.

I’ve never given a not-so-positive review before. But in this case, I feel compelled to. My room was uncomfortably musty to a point where I developed allergies. The fan didn't help at all. I informed the gentleman at the reception on Saturday, June 9, 2016 (at around 2:45 p. M. ), about it and requested them to at least freshen it up. To my utter disappointment, no one had bothered to check the room when I returned later in the evening for my second night there. And as I was checking out on Sunday morning at around 11:31 p. M. The lady at the reception asked me, “How was your stay? ” Upon informing her that the room was so stuffy and smelly, and that no one had bothered to check it even after I reported it the previous day, she was like, “I will let the manager know. ” No form of apology or expression of concern for my terrible two-night stay at this hotel was forthcoming from this employee. Very disappointed. Certainly not worth the $$ amount paid.

This place was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was almost skillfully useless in trying to accommodate our needs. The room and entire hotel reeked of smoke even though it claims to be smoke free (we bought a candle). The complimentary breakfast consisted of off brand pre-packaged muffins and generic oatmeal. The pull out sofa was extremely thin and I woke up with massive back pain from it. This is all not to mention the large amounts of standing water that they let remain around the building.

They messed up the booking and now two people have to sleep in chairs. A/C units are week and don't cool the room well. You have to go downstairs and talk to the desk for any amenities. And we have to go downstairs because the phone doesn't work. We were told that our room was right off the elevator. But, the room was all the way at the end of the hallway. Which didn't work well with my disabled mother. And, apparently there's no handicapped rooms because they refused to give us one. Small rooms that are too small that make it very claustrophobic. Blankets weren't cleaned completely. You could still see stains.

I knew we were in trouble when we were checking in and an irate lady was demanding a refund! Dirty, smelled like smoke, uncomfortable bed, lumpy pillows, filthy carpet, no towel rack, bare cupboard, dirty drawers, noisy, no sink stopper, joke "grab & go" breakfast, A/C barely worked, did I mention dirty? Can't recommend at all!

Our room was tiny, there were no cooking utensils or silverware in the room for us to use, no one came in over the several days we were there to give us clean towels and washcloths or to take out the trash, and the "breakfast" consisted of a couple of granola bars and an apple. What really set us over the edge was when we returned around midnight, our keys had been disabled so we were unable to get into the doors. We stood outside for a good five minutes before anyone inside had let us in. After getting inside, our keys wouldn't let us into our room either. This ESA was nothing like the others I have stayed at before.

They didn't clean the room at all for the two weeks they stayed there. And breakfast was coffee and granola bars. I definitely hated staying here. The hallways smelled like pot 1/2 the time, putting me into panic attacks, and the fire alarms in all the rooms were ripped out. I hope I never have to stay here again.

The overall size and cleanliness of our room was ok. We paid $104 for this room (before taxes) The room was considered a suite but there wasn't even a water glass to use. We had a 5am flight the next morning meaning a "early to bed " evening but the fire alarm went off the 1st time in our room at 8pm and again after 11pm scaring the s***out of us! I called the front desk after the 1st alarm and they stated it happened because of a compressor and had called someone to fix it and promised it would not happen again. WRONG! 11pm another alarm. We found it very difficult to go back to sleep after being woke up twice and wondering if we were going to be woke up again from another alarm. We checked out of the hotel at 3am but notified whomever was in charge of how dissatisfied we were for being woke up twice, and we're told by that person that the alarms never went off. We now have made 3 attempts to talk to a manager but have not received a call back until today and that person was extremely rude! If considering this hotel, stay with caution!

The bedroom I was in was very tiny and the bathroom was rundown. There were also stains on the sheets and TV was bolted to the dresser to where it was difficult to see from the far side of the bed. Lights in the hallways looked as though they had been smashed. The exterior of the building was not well lit around the sides and back creating an uneasy feeling with parking. The only nice thing was that the front desk employees were really nice and extended our checkout time by one hour for free.

The room was pretty clean the e food good and the service was good the people were nice.

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had, the trifecta, friendly, affordable, hospitable, I highly recommend to all my friends and especially my co workers and my employment competitors… Please contact Erin, or Tameeka for the 4 start treatment.

I loved it! It smelled nice and clean, comfortable bed. Had a great night sleep.

I like it here. It is great to have all the amenities of home when a loved one is ill in the hospital. It did get loud for a few nights but the front desk person said to let them know if it happens again which it did and they got the people under control. Room was clean well kept with plenty of towels and the beds were super comfortable. AWESOME STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY! I would recommend this hotel Ok I have been here for a week now will be staying here at least 3 or more weeks. You get housekeeping service once a week and yesterday the housekeeper came to do my room. NOTHING was stolen as one earlier reviewer stated, the room was super clean fresh bright clean sheets and towels. I SO appreciate how the housekeeper came when my room was done to look for me to tell me she was finished. This showed she truly cared for my well being especially since I am disabled.

They come in anytime they want and you'll lose small expensive electric devices and when they come in your room with you there they look at every valuable item you have. We have not consistently refused housekeeping services. It's ESA's policy to give guest the choice to have housekeeping services or to refuse it. Due to the fact that house keeping requires the guest to wait outside while cleaning. This option will place a strain on the disable member, which is why we elected to only have house keeping give us supplies. Also, we have a permanent disable female family member who has intense, severe, neuropathy in both feet from being in a coma for three months due to a doctor's error. He perforated her bowels. The disable family member has intense pain from scar tissue in her abdomen which affects her stomach, intestines, and back, and causes painful bowel movements. Sometimes we can hear the twisting, stretching, and rumbling sounds of the food fighting it's way through her intestines. She sweats profusely because of this and she has no stomach muscles. Sometimes the bed is drenched and we have to change her sheets. Their isn't any feeling in her feet except for constant burning pain that feels like her feet are on fire, like she's walking on nails, with stabbing, sharp pins and needles sensations in her feet. One foot is more swollen than the other. Our disable female family member doesn't have the luxury of sleep. Sometimes she will go two to four days without sleep.
