I love working there. That is the best hotel i've been to. They are so good to me. I love Crown plaza at the Airport — la Crowne Plaza Indianapolis-Airport.

Front desk person was very friendly and knowledgeable with my questions. Room was clean and accommodating. The shower tub didn't drain fast enough. Great experience overall!

A bit less sophisticated than most Crown Plaza hotels. But we missed our connecting flight and were very grateful to have a place to sleep comfortably! They provide earplugs because they are close to the airport, but even on the top floor, we didn't need them.

Near the airport, excellent service. Spent several nights here for training. Hotel room well kept, comfortable, and clean. Conference rooms well apportioned with good food throughout the day. Restaurant has good food. You will hear some planes from time to time, but you are basically at the airport, and that should be expected. It didn't keep me up at night, but the hotel does provide ear plugs if needed. A free shuttle service to the airport is provided 2x/hr 24/7. Overall a comfortable visit.

Got stuck overnight when my flight home from Indianapolis got cancelled so I stayed at the Crowne plaza. The warm welcome there was a great relief after a trying day at the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel is close to the airport, I was never disturbed by the sound of planes (and complimentary ear plugs are provided in the rooms. ) I got room service which was surprisingly good, reasonably priced, and arrived quickly. The free shuttle to and from the airport, which runs every half hour, 24 hours a day, was very convenient. My only minor caution to travelers is that room service ends at 11 pm, food at the bar ends at midnight, so if you arrive hungry, your options are limited to a small commissary in the lobby and your minibar. Really an excellent place to stay.

Just average. A combination of sporadic to no Internet which I relied on to do work from my room. Frontt desk suggested it was MY device. I stood there and heard two other customer concerns about no Internet. Room was adequately cleaned, but could have been better. Had an early dinner. Because tge restaurant was not yet opened, I sat in the bar area to eat (I don't consume alcohol). The barmaid provided exemplary service and was very personable. Tried to sleep in the afternoon and housekeeping had a full blown gab-fest. No regard for others. I made it through, but my experience, wasn't as great as the previous reviews.

I ended up staying here because my flight was cancelled. American airlines gave us a voucher for a discounted rate. The staff was kind and helpful. I had some soup at the bar which was probably like Campbell's. I will say that I scheduled a wake up call that I never received. Good thing that I set an alarm or else I would have missed my 5am flight. Service was fast though, in terms of checking in and out with way great. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Was just there for the 500. Very convienient, rooms were very clean and staff was great. Even with airplanes flying over building never heard them inside. Would highly recommend.

Overnight guest, staying because of an event not too far away and the price was right given Indy was going on at the same time. Entrance is appealing, staff is approachable, close to the airport, they provide ear plugs even given how close it is. No breakfast included which is a bummer, beds aren't bad, our shower had a drip and the air conditioner didn't work hardly at all. Really liked the infused water in lobby and the shuttle is a nice feature even though we didn't utilize it. Overall a good stay. Thank you.

Not updated but comfortable. Here for a professional conference. The food is good, especially the buffet. The service was good. The audio system needs to be updated. Free 24 hour shuttle service. Close to the airport.

This hotel was fine for a quick stay. Convenient to highway, bed was extremely firm & bathroom very tiny. We liked seeing the planes take off but I could see that being annoying for others. I wouldnt want to do a long term stay here, but it worked for our short visit.

This hotel kinda threw me for a loop. It's not cracked up to be what you think. Food outside our door when we checked in. Still there when we left and came back 4 hours later. Double beds say queen but in reality they are fulls. Shower head leads a little something to be desired very slow and doesn't rotate. Only views are off the parking lot and interstate. Pool is inside the hotel lobby. No snack machine next to the ice machine I didn't notice any at all. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and neat.

We stayed to spend time with our kids looking at the farm toy show. The pool area was great and clean. Shawn at check in was super nice. Our room was available for early check in. The room was very clean! I loved that the pillows had pillow cases and zip covers for a real clean. This hotel is definitely all about comfort. We enjoyed looking around the hotel it offered different views. Our room faced the airport which we loved watching the planes come and go! The noise was not near as bad as I expected. We stayed at a hotel just 7 miles west of this airport and the airplane noise was awful. There is a neat dining room upstairs. The best part was just all of the pampering items set out. I would also like to add that housekeeping were super polite.

GREAT staff, good food and beautiful inside. The rooms are very comfortable and would stay here again. Staff was so helpful to get me and my husband to a CVS and back due to needing some medicine.

Our room was nice. Had a fridge and microwave even though a lot of rooms didn't. The only thing I did not care for was no free breakfast in the mornings. Even coffee and doughnuts would be better than nothing. There were ear plugs in the room but no need for them even though we were next to an airport. Beds were good. Thought it was going to be too hard but it wasn't.

Had a room for a canceled flight. It was very clean and had the best smelling shampoo I have had in a hotel. The in house restaurant and bar were quite nice too. The lunch buffet was quite large and delicious. The pool was small and there was not a hot tub or sauna. The airport shuttle was excellent and timely.

The Hotel is on an excellent locatiin, it has good decent amenities, Last time I was there I tried the buffet breakfast and although its a lot better than a lot of other hotels, my expectations were a lot greater. The hotel in general is starting to show its age, but it is more that enough for an overnight stay. The try to make the stay as pleasant as possible provide earplugs and relaxing aromatherapy, but honestly the airport sound did not bother me at all. It is a good hotel and I will continue to use it on my next stays.

Very clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and professional. We had a lunch prepared by the hotel that was very good. Overall a very good experience and first impression.

Tall about a surprise find. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms spacious. The staff were kind and friendly. The location was super convenient for airport travel. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and comfy but a little bit outdated. The door between the rooms is thin allowing a lot of noise. But the bed and pillows are nice and the staff is wonderful. It's a fine choices if you need something by the airport.

It's always clean, and the staff is very cordial. The airport noise is busy, but they provide earplugs. The bar is a fun atmosphere. I have not been very pleased with restaurant within the Crown Plaza. The food is not worth the cost. There are much better options within a short drive of the hotel.

I bring a group of students to Indy each year for a convention. These accommodations were great! We had plenty of towels, indoor pool, meeting areas for the students and an overall great atmosphere. The only complaint I would have is that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Available upon request but not standard. Overall a great experience.

This place used to be great but now its just average. It's right in the Landing zone for the Indianapolis airport so there are constant jets flying over. The hotel is decent but not anything to write home about. They can't do anything about the aircraft flying over but they do the best they can.

Absolutely stunning! Everyone was clean and neat. Organization wose was top notch. Friendly staff great feel to the entire building it is fresh and modern! I would love to go again!

Even though it's located near the airport, the planes were barely audible and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. The only issue was that for the television channels offered, the ones that weren't HD looked like they were being shown on a very old CRT television. They were not very clear, and the image was wavering. Overall a great stay though.

The conference room that our organization booked was an excellent venue. It was clean and the presentation hardware worked without a hitch. The hotel provided coffee, water and support. The coffee was both plentiful and excellent. Lunch was a buffet with a wide selection and plenty of dessert selections. I would recommend the Crown Plaza for small sized professional conferences. They were also having a Walmart conference the same day, and the hotel was big enough to accommodate both without conflict. We plan to have a larger conference there next year.

It's a hotel all right. So huge because the nearby abandoned airport used to be indys main one, but not anymore so the hotel is mostly empty too. You want a big yet quiet hotel? Because that's how you get a big yet quiet hotel.

Terrible deal. Terrible view, far from everything, nothing near by, nothing included in the room except crappy ear plugs to cancel the noise of the planes landing and flying less than 1000 feet above. Buffet would be OK if it wasn't so expensive. Only positives are that it's clean and looks nice… Would have been better off at a cheap motel or spending almost the same to stay downtown (if they're not booked up completely)

First class service at this hotel located next to the airport. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I actually enjoyed watching and listening to the planes land every few minutes.

I had my basketball team stay here Lady Pure Prep and for some reason my room did not get reserved under group name. Kellie and Desirae the front desk ladies were very helpful and prompt to make sure I was able to still get the same price for room as it was offered before. They were patient with us on getting the payment through credit card form. The hotel is super clean and nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Great service!

Everything is simply wonderful. We had a big storm come through, there was slight building damage but they quickly responded and made everything safe. The pool is great, the view is wonderful. They go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable, despite the airport next door. The airport has planes coming and going but you barely hear them, and some of them pass right over the hotel! All in all, a great stay.

The accommodations are great, the restaurant and bar… ugh… not so much. I received my salad 5 min after my food, Definitely need to have someone that can multi task a little better and also have some people skills. I even heard someone else complain in not getting there beer yet and there food had already arrived. Would have gave it a 5 star if isn't wasn't for that.

It's a nice hotel for an overnight. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great, and there was nowhere near as much airport noise as I had expected. The hotel even provided earplugs, if we needed them. The staff was welcoming and treated me and my children very well. One point to note: the hotel has an indoor pool, but it is not the usual setup for a hotel pool. The hotel lobby is 5 stories tall and massive. It houses the front desk, balconies for some rooms, a lounge area, and the pool. So you can hear swimming guests at the front desk (and I would imagine in the facing rooms), and the room is too big to heat well enough to not freeze when getting out of the heated pool. My kids didn't mind, but someone else might and it surprised me, so I thought I should mention it here. All thing considered, I would definitely return for another overnight here.

Great service, beautiful facilities. Quiet up on the 4th floor, which is a designated quiet floor. I was coming in after 2 am, so bring able to sleep in until 10 without housekeeping on the floor was wonderful. No in room fridge.

Very upscale hotel for the price. Custodians are nice. All you can eat breakfast buffet not included but it's about 8 bucks which is not bad.

I stayed here for the first time and I didnt really see any diffrence from staying at a holiday inn. It was nice, yes, but, for the price it was not worth it at all. The shuttle is slow and will only take you to the airport which is right next door or to the most expencive restaurant in town. The pool is right in the loby so it smells like they cleaned up a murder scene with bleach. The rooms are not as nice as lets say a best western inn or holiday inn. It was clean, but I would expect more for the price I paid. You hlcan have a refrigerator brought to your room if you are willing to pay 20 dollar rate and 10 dollars a night. The food is over priced cheapest thing was 17 dollars and that was for 10 buffalo wings. Long story short, youre better off staying somewhere else thats worth the your money. I checked out today and went to a laQuinta inn.

I attended an all day conference at this location. The seminars were held in the basement of the facility which was unfortunate becausr there was a strong and persistent mildew odor the entire day. The fixtures and decor of the hotel lobbies, restrooms and bar area were very well done which is why it is too bad I cannot recommend attending any event held in the lower level of the hotel. Additionally, I asked two employees where I could purchase coffee or tea only to be told the coffee bar was closed the first time and, "are you a guest of the hotel? " The second time. So needless to say I went to a nearby gas station to purchase tea.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Breakfast buffet in the morning was surprisingly tasty for an included breakfast, and I would recomended paying to have it included. We ordered room service for dinner because we were tired and it was not good and was expensive. I would suggest eating on your way to the hotel, as I didn't see anything close by. That's the only part I wouldn't do again but I woukd definitely stay again.

The rooms, pool, fitness center, and breakfast were great! We ordered room service for dinner and it could definitely use a little work. With the exception of the room service food we had a great night and would stay again.

Shuttle service was terrible and the manager was not helpful. The staff seem to have a big communication problem with shuttle drivers and not know what is going on. We picked this hotel primarily for the shuttle service to make travel easier with three kids. Although the parking is affordable, we will not use this hotel again. The shuttle service is every half hour. On the way to the airport my husband told the front desk we had a lot of luggage and asked the front desk, because there was no driver around, if they could wait. The desk person never told the shuttle driver and we were left. On our return we called the hotel to ask about shuttle service back to our car parked at the hotel. We arrived at 2:40 at the airport, they told us the shuttle runs every quarter hour. We got to the pickup location at 3:05 and waited for the 3:15 pickup. They never came. We called the hotel twice and we were told both times the shuttle was on it's way. We ended up waiting with an infant, toddler, and seven year old, in the cold for 45 minutes. I went in to talk to the manager when we finally arrived, he told me they had a problem with the shift change and were unaware of the missed shuttle. We would have been fine waiting inside or if we knew when it was coming. It is super poor service for the manager not to know about the problem and communicate to us when we called. He was unhelpful during compliant just offered a nonchalant apology.
