The breakfast was awful, which is too bad because we chose this place over others that didn’t offer breakfast so we wouldn’t have to go somewhere in the morning. I left breakfast still hungry because I just couldn’t eat it anymore. The rooms are suites with nice, wood furniture but the decor and colors are pretty basic. Nothing much special about it. The bed wasn’t super comfortable but we slept fine. They do have a microwave, fridge, desk, couch, and TV in the room. The AC seemed a bit weird; I turned it down because it was too warm but the process of cooling the room made me very cold even though the temperature was normal. This hotel is a stone’s throw away from the freeway and airport. It didn’t bother me because I can sleep through anything, but if you’re sensitive to noise, I wouldn’t stay at this or any of the hotels right along this road. You can constantly hear the cars passing and planes landing.

This was a last minute booking, and I didn't get in until nearly 1am. The person at the front desk was very helpful when I called at 11:45pm to say that my plane had just landed, and he promised to get the shuttle driver out to me ASAP since that service stops at midnight. Unfortunately for me, the shuttle service was already there at the airport, but the van was totally loaded with passengers. So the driver told me he'd come back for me again. It took over 30 minutes due to the route that you have to take to get there and back, but he did come back — even though his shift had ended nearly 45 minutes earlier. He also was very helpful in loading the infant stroller and my bags while I hooked up my baby's car seat/base. When I got to the hotel I was warmly greeted by the man I had talked to on the phone. He quickly got me a quiet and comfortable room, while he took the time to engage in a helpful and genuine conversation with me regarding the location of the hospital, since I was there to see my ailing mom. The room itself was very clean, smelled fresh, had a nice seating area, and a really good bed. The linens and pillows felt great and were also clean and fresh smelling. My baby and I slept very well in the king size bed, once I was able to tune out the airplane noise. That's the price you pay for proximity to the airport though. The free breakfast was pretty good, but could have been stepped up a little.

Family member missed their connecting flight at 9:30pm. Called to cancel a room that they booked way in advance. As a businessman myself advanced pay and the fact they are planning to stay another night 3 days from then I would take care of my customer regardless of a 24hr policy. These policies are not in place for you if you if you miss your connecting flight that you have know control over how the airport changes your flights. Make sure you ask about the policy before you book and if this is their policy then go somewhere else. I will not stay at a comfort suites that does not care about family that has saved money to fly to Indiana from California to see their nieces graduation.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Our suite was large enough to comfortably fit our group for the night. The breakfast is pretty typical, including waffles, fresh fruit, and hard boiled eggs.

Pleasantly surprised. Room upgrade to a suite. Very nice and clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection to choose from. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Polite staff and mediocre cleanliness. Breakfast was subpar (juice machine didn't work and English muffins were more like hard tack straight from the civil war — I guess I'll just settle for Quaker oatmeal packets). The rooms were okay, but my shower had hair all over from the previous guest, it looked like Chewbacca had a hey day in there. Also, it was simply caked with dust along the top of the shower. The walls weren't paper thin, they were tissue-paper thin — I could hear the conversation of the next door guests. Great location next to the airport! And again, a pleasant staff.

Love this place, owner and staff. Only stay elsewhere when hotel is booked otherwise this is our go to home away from home!

The hotel was excellent in every way. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, TV was good etc. The only thing that was a negative was that there are very few restaurants nearby that are not fast food and some areas nearby were not very nice.

Customer service is always a number 1 thing on my list. If you can't treat me right I don't care how good the hotel looks. I won't stay there. I recommend everyone to stay here. They really care about your needs. The housekeepers are nice you don't hear them complaining about their chores. If you ask them questions they don't get mad and they are quick to get you what you need. A few things that were some cons was the pool area floor is way to slick for kids. The beds are kind of an older model. The gym area could use new equipment. That's pretty much it. Other than that I'm coming back here! Hope this helped.

We had a great stay at Comfort Suites Indianapolis. The room was very clean and large with a pullout sofa. Room was very quiet and there was a nice pool. There was a small leak behind the toilet and when we told the front desk they immediately moved us to another room. Great service. We would definitely stay here again.

First off, it's only fair to point out that this hotel was more than $25 cheaper than other nearby hotels. There were no major issues like bed bugs or cockroaches, but it was obvious that it hasn't been renovated recently and that when things broke it was fixed as quickly and cheaply as possible. When I turned on the hot water in the bathroom, I had to wait about 2 minutes before hot water came out. The metal bathroom door frame was painted white, but it wasn't enough to cover up the rust. Apparently the shower curtain was ripped down, or replaced at some point. I could see where the curtain rod used to be mounted a few inches below the current rod. The walls were damaged at some point, and repaired. Too bad they didn't paint the whole wall, because I could see dozen or so 4" areas where the paint was either a different color, different sheen, or the old paint was simply faded. The breakfast buffet was free, it wasn't very good, but it was free.

The location was very convenient if you are traveling by airplane. It is also very close to I-70, making it convenient if you are traveling through. The staff is not your typical friendly Midwestern staff. They also cancelle my cards at 9:30 am leaving me locked out of theside entrance on a cold (air temp of 0) blustery morning. I had to get a new key from the front desk to finish getting my stuff out of my room. The breakfast was good. Also, they turned off the breakfast stuff at 9:30 on the dot, leaving some guests, who arrive at 9:32, without breakfast. I am just saying, don't be late for breakfast!

Excellent room and service. Will stay there again. We got the room and parking package, and everything was taken care of. Very simple.

They had the cleanest rooms I've seen. The beds are amazing. Crystal clear television. Very fast internet! I was very impressed.

I've stayed at this hotel about 3 or 4 times now for work when I fly out of Indianapolis. This would by far be one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at for work. I would strongly recommend it for anyone who has to fly out of Indianapolis and leave their car somewhere. This hotel has a shuttle service at this point is worth it if you have to fly anywhere at an early a. M. And need somewhere to stay regardless. The shuttle service is about $5 and parking per night is $5 which means that it's about $3 cheaper than economy parking at the airport on top of that they'll give you the shuttle ride back to the hotel whether you stay there or not on your return. Additionally the hotel staff is very pleasant the rooms are always nice and cleaned and comfortable. If I had to say something negative about my stays at this location I have to say avoid the convenience options in the lobby as they are considerably expensive but the quality of the hotel more than dwarfs any cost of water bottles or stuff of that nature.

Awesome staff and great value! Breakfast not greatest but I can't stress the awesome service n nice room for the price enough! Would def stay again.

Fantastic customer service! Sheila went out of her way to help us! She was off and we asked about a grocery store and she told us to follow her; she took us to the store. That is superior customer service.

Nice, modern Comfort Suites. Well kept and clean. Nice rooms. Shuttle runs to and from airport from 4:30am to midnight. Convenient to the airport (~15 minutes).

Stayed at Comfort Suites Indianapolis Airport. Had a great stay. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. Nice, clean room couldn't have asked for anything more. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay. Hotel could use some updating, but otherwise very enjoyable. Comfortable bed and pleasant staff. Had no problem with later than usual checkout. Would stay again.

Great hotel. All the staff were very nice and accommodating. We had 20 young people and they were very nice to everyone. The rooms were clean and nice.

If you are just staying for an overnight and do not plan to use the fitness center or pool, it will be fine. It is right near the airport, but the room was quiet. The room had comfy beds and was clean. The pool was filthy. The lady working the breakfast wasn't really interested in providing service to her guests.

The rooms were great. Expecially for the price. The staff was great. I got there way before my reservation check in time and they went beyond my expectations to make sure I could check in and didn't have to leave and come back. Thank you!

Overall I had a pleasant experience. I pretty much just slept. Room was clean, quiet, spacious and modern looking. There's a lovely view of the freeway and an industrial park but was close to everything we wanted to do in town.

I sent an email to keep this matter private, however no one ever responded so here it goes. Hello, my husband and I recently stayed at your Comfort Suites at 2750 Fortune Circle West, Indianapolis, In 46241. We checked in Friday June 10, 2016 and checked out Monday, June 13th. The reservation was under Gary Killian and we were in room 207. Here is the problem that we had, on our first night at 2 a. M. We were woke up and drug out of our room by two very rude police officers asking us what we were doing in that room, and we weren't authorized to be in that room. They proceeded to question us like we were criminals. I didn't have any clothes on and the officers just stood there, We explained that we checked in, and showed our ID's and room key, they said that my husband had to come with them down stairs and was not very nice about it. We are almost 50 years old and have never been in trouble our whole entire life. The officers continued to interrogate my husband and asked us what made us feel that we could take up residency in that room, like we were transients. The police kept telling my husband that we had no right to be in that room. The reason this had happened is because one of your front desk people failed to write or put in the computer the correct room number that we were in and someone else was also rented the room. The officers never did apologize, and said to the clerk if my husband gives her any trouble to give them a call.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent. Not the best, but not horrible. We stayed overnight for a business meeting and our time there was pleasant. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Easy to find and check in. Desk attendant was so nice, giving us information about restaurants and answering questions we had about a museum we were interested in. Family went to the pool, while I used the treadmill. Beds were very comfy! I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms were clean and well updated. Staff was attentive. Pool was great for our kids (although there is no longer a hot tub). Breakfast was great with a spacious are an for eating. We were very pleased.

The room was nice, some cob webs above lights, beware of employees letting others in your room prior to your arrival. My niece arrived before I did, employee gave her a room key let her in room, without even calling me and confirming anything. I did call to tell them my niece would be arriving prior to me to go ahead and let her in and the front desk person said oh she is already in room… Ummm not the best safety at this hotel with this employee which of course denies doing that. Let's see what the security camera shows… I forsee taking this further up…

While this is a nice clean property, where I've stayed several times, I will never be staying again! My last experience was very negative and write this to WARN that you must be exceedingly careful when using their web reservation system. I input a CORRECT STAY DATE that their system "automatically" changed to the current day when it required me to go back a page to provide a piece of missing information. Since I input only correct information and THEIR SYSTEM made an unwarranted change, I asked for a fee waiver when I did not stay that night (which I did not reserve). They refused and charged me over $100 for their error, as I did not stay that night. I say either reserve by phone or STAY AWAY!
