This hotel is impossible. The hotel is dirty. The man at the front desk was nice but that was the only good part of our stay. When we walked into our room 339 we were hit with the stale smell of cigarette smoke. This use to be a smoking hotel but now you can not smoke in the hotel. Unfortunately they advertise the rooms as non-smoking yet the smell has remained. There was a water stain on the ceiling which is really no big deal but the broken bed is. Our bed was broken. We told the front desk and they said that they would fix it when we were out for the day. Well they didn’t. They didn’t have any rooms available to switch us so I slept on a bed that was broken. I understand that this hotel is not a 5 star hotel but I do expect to be able to sleep in a bed I payed for. The pillow cases had stains on them. We did ask the front desk man to change them out but we had to bring the pillows to him at the front desk because he was the only one working. Then at 8am we heard loud music in the hallway. It was the cleaning lady. Checkout was at 11am. The cleaning lady had her music blasting and I’m not exaggerating. The fact that almost every other door had a do not disturb sign on it didn’t seem to matter. I would not recommend this hotel. Yet if you do decided to go please ask not to be in room 339.

A big thank you to Sid at Baymont for helping the conference attendees and myself that had been booked at another local hotel that ended up being a bad experience. He was able to provide rooms for all of us quickly and a conference room for two days. He was so polite, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated. It was a very pleasant experience. I hated to leave. Thanks Sid and Baymont at Eagle View Dr. Indianapolis!

Fantastic staff! My wife and I were booked to stay here 2 days before our wedding and when we arrived we realized that we had booked the hotel for the previous Sunday and had already missed our reservation! The guys working at the desk took care of it and set us up with a room for the night even though it was our fault. Great staff, great Service!

The room was adequate but carpet was filthy, 2 broken chairs, dead bolt wouldn't work. Beds were comfortable TV and Wi-Fi, excellent. Nice breakfast.

We checked in Saturday afternoon and stayed 2 nights, even though it wasn't the best hotel room, my request for an accessible room was met with no. So the room we did get on the main floor which was easy to access was not perfect. Suite door sticks badly with a noise which I'm sure could be heard throughout the hallway. The tub creaked with every step made while showering. The stench was immediately overwhelming with unuse or mold not sure but after we turned the air condition on/up to 68°F it was tolerable. And my least favourite thing was the high beds two Queen size beds were so high we had issues getting into and was careful not to fall off when getting out of them. We're not short 5'6 & 5'9 tall, we are in our 50's but those beds are dangerous and the height should be addressed immediately. The pool area out side was not welcoming we were told it was only open this past week but thats no excuse. The staff although outwardly smiling seemed fake. My overall opinion stay elsewhere.

Rooms were clean and everything worked in the rooms. It was close to the Lucas Oil Raceway and can easiky uber to downtown quickly and for about $12. Also close to Brownsburg which also has nice placea to eat. It was pretty inexpensive so the expectations match the price. Staff was friendly and easy to work with even with our large number of rooms.

I never stayed in this hotel before, but had a nice experience. I stayed here for two nights, the room was very clean, the bed is really comfortable and the staff were really nice too. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price they are offering.

The rooms at the Baymont were very queen beds for comfortable. Enjoyed my brief stay there. They also provide free breakfast which is always a plus.

I will not be staying at this Baymont Inn again. I usually stay at the one on Brooksville Crossing Way and decided to try this one because it was closer to the part of Indy we needed to be in, but it was not worth it. We stayed in a room with one king bed, a fridge and a microwave. The room itself was fine, which is why I rated it two stars instead of one. But the person at the front desk seemed pretty clueless when we checked in; we even had to ask for the keycards. Then when I went to get ice, the ice bucket was very moldy on the inside. I showed this to the same front desk person, and he did not understand why I wanted a clean ice bucket, he did not apologize for it, and seemed to be bothered that I asked him to get a clean one in its place. We went down to breakfast 45 minutes before it was over, and there were no eggs left, nor were they making any more. All of the drinks were watered down. It was just very disappointing and I will be staying at the other one from now on; it will be worth the extra drive into town.

The biilding itsself is Nice for the money. Isn't the greatest. Pretty sure there were 2 prostitutes in lobby around midnight or so.

Nice stay, just needed a room for the night… Great customer service, biscuits and gravy was bangin.

Hotel & room were clean & quiet, breakfast good & a nice variety of foods. Beds were comfortable but very high. If you're a short person you'll need a stepstool to climb into bed!

Seemed to be an older hotel. It had a nice lobby with a continental breakfast but the rooms seemed dated.

Very nice property. Quite. Safe. Reasonably priced. Near major highways. Quite a distance from realy nice restaurants but right next door to a Cracker Barrel.

Overall it was an OK hotel. Old fashioned look to the room. Heat in the room was awful because of a draft coming from the window. Had heat running all night and was still cold in the room.

This is the second time I stayed at this exact hotel, and this experience was almost the same as before, so I decided I would write a review. The pillows and sheets smell like body odor. I believe they are laundered, but they are so old and thin that the odor cannot come out. This time there was still remains from the previous guest brushing their teeth all over the mirror. The towels are so stiff that it feels like I was exfoliating after my shower, which felt good. I was so grossed out by the lack of cleaning that I checked the bed for bugs. There weren't any that I could see. I was in a constant rush this trip, so I didn't complain and I realized that this is just the standard since I had almost the same experience prior. Though the foyer is nice and the front desk is friendly, I will never stay there again.

The hotel is slightly dated and could use some updating, but it was a good place. Great deal for the price.

Nice cheap inn. Rooms were adequate and well kept but not well finished especially bathroom. Nothing major but kinda what you get for the rate.

Rooms were clean, but the bathtub wouldn't drain properly. The front desk seemed that our request for extra towels/rags was bothersome. The "continental breakfast" was kinda skimpy, to the point, we ended up going to McDonald's for breakfast.

Everything was good. They didn't have charging stations in the room for my phone but let me borrow one from the front desk. I appreciated the service.

Overall not a Bad stay for two nights. Bed was uncomfortable! Felt like a cardboard. There was a smell not a bad smell maybe a cleaning or something I couldn't put my mind on. The room was clean. Breakfast was horrible. We had to go to Golden corral for breakfast.

Do not stay at this location. I reserved a room, called to cancel the reservation, they said my room had been used. I never went into my room. We were down in Indianapolis for a medical test for my daughter at Riley Children's Hospital. They would not refund my money even though I never used the room and tried to cancel my reservation. The manager was rude and not polite. Again I must say, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! They are con artists and thieves.

Our party got two rooms; nice enough but when we looked in the bathroom there was grime all over the tub and toothpaste in the sink! We brought this to the attention of the front desk and were told that this was normal for the price range: one could get clean bathrooms downtown for $200. We got a new room and it was slightly better but still stained and grimey. No thanks!

We normally stay at HI Express or Marriott Properties, but we've stayed at the Baymont now several times and find it a very nice value. For the price they charge, they're a pretty good value. It appears some rooms have been remodeled and are newer. For a hotel room at a lower price point, it is one of the better ones. Staff also very helpful. Stay here ever time we go to Indy.

While the hotel does have a variety of breakfast items and is close to many restaurants and other things, it is in need of updates and the front desk staff were very unhelpful nearly every time we talked to them (even having the wrong billing address on file when we checked In, despite our online reservation, something we found very disconcerting but were assured "wasn't a big deal"). Our room looked like it needed a fresh paint and caulking job in several places and the door needed to be pulled closed (your word of warning) and I'm not sure if that had anything to do with our keys both simultaneously stopping working after dinner. Tl;dr: wouldn't go back.

Great rooms and service. Directly next door too a cracker barrel which is always nice. Nice quiet atmosphere.

Had $1200.00 worth of materials stolen from trailer. Ask to see security camera footage, and of course, "that camera does not work" In short, for 165 bucks a night (fire prevention in town — everything booked), I will not stay here again. Theft and complete disregard for issues that happen on their property, yet another fine quality place. (Sarcasm) Oh, even better, people smoking pot in next room. Sticking room up, Again, staff has NO regard for anything that happens here.

Had a very nice stay last week. Traveled to the area for business and was pleasantly surprised with how gracious the front desk staff was and how clean the room was. Breakfast was good, Wi-Fi in the building worked very well. Will be staying here again when I travel to Indianapolis.

Superb hotel with friendly staff for a great price. Everything went really smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for large clean rooms along with great service.

Okay place to stay! Rooms are clean. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Service could use some work. Was sent to a dirty room before finally getting a clean one. Breakfast is minimal at best but at least it's something. Daycare near by location is okay but not far from a suspect part of town. Stay close and you will be fine!

It was terrible the room I stayed in had roaches the pool which is outside for some reason had body waste in it and I told the staff and they said they cleaned it and it must have happen again but after I told them the 1st time I stayed at the pool untill I went back to the front desk so the staff are liars and today this women named paige sills and her boyfriend tristan brewer where having sexual intercourse in front of exactly 7 random people so people FIND A BETTER HOTEL!

Clean rooms, a respectable breakfast, good beds, Wi-Fi okay but not awesome, we used the laundry machines and they worked good, close to freeway but not noisy, lots of eating choices near by, and unfortunately it had no crib for our baby.

It is April 23rd at 0134 in the morning and I can literally hear the guy next door snoring. The walls are paper thin. As the staff to do something, 5 minutes later I walked down stairs to find the nan sitting in front of the TV. He states that he called and " banGed on the door, " my response if I can hear a man soaring then I would have heard you " banging on the door. Staff is a bunch of liers and I'm still awake at 0145 writing a review. Find a better hotel.

I stay here every other week for one night at a time the staff is always friendly the room is always clean 5 star in my book.

Very friendly staff member when I checked in. Room was very large, clean, nice flat screen tv, and thoroughly impressed. Waiting till the morning for the continental breakfast.

I love the inside and outside.
