Stayed for 3 nights. Didn't get the rooms I was expecting at check in, ended up being my misinterpretation of the description. After speaking with the manager the next morning they moved us to the bigger rooms I was anticipating. Fantastic service.

Highly recommend staying here… Room was terrific, clean, shower was great and they provide JR Watkins shampoo conditioner and shower gel which smelt so good. Their laundry service is free and the machines were nice. After our last hotel experience this place was a breath of fresh air and the employees that we encountered here were extremely nice. Without a doubt would stay here again if back in the area for work. I was not asked or compensated in any way to leave this review, I can definitely appreciate hotels like this who go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful.

This place was wonderful! Management was very professional and the rooms were great. I really enjoyed my stay at the Candlewood Suites. There were plenty of eating and shopping places to enjoy, and the comfortable beds are to die for. Will be visiting thete again and telling friends and family about my pleasant stay, didnt want to leave.

Very nice hotel and very attentive desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant recommendation, Charleston's, was a short walk and very enjoyable.

I stayed 2 nights. No cleaning service were offered and heaters hardly worked. Rooms were decent, location good but don't expect service!

The have a nice shopping area for food and supplies. Room was on ground level and clean. Nice little pool. Nice staff.

They have a suave where you can rent things to make food in your room. Cute place. Walls are kinda thin though.

Very nice interior, clean bathrooms too! The laundry center is right by the fitness center so you can work out while you do some laundry and not be too far away. They also have a great loaner program for kitchen appliances, games, and movies. If your staying in Indy a while I would definitely suggest staying here. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby and most deliver.

I am staying here for 3 months. So far everyone here is very nice. Brittany at the front desk is my favorite. Always bubbly and in a good mood. The rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. I saw a review for beds bugs but haven't encountered a single one. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very clean and comfortable room. Perfect for a extended stay with a full size refrigerator, a cook top, microwave and toaster. The laundry facilities are clean and newer. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were pretty big full kitchen. Nice big comfy beds. Pool and hot tub were great.

Our stay was just one short overnight, but it was fantastic. The beds and pillows were fabulous. I slept through the night soundly and would've had no problem sleeping all through the next day either. Disappointed there was no popcorn in our room like most Candlewood hotels have, but not enough disappointment to dock points on the review. Thank you for a wonderful stay experience!

Hotel was fine. Clean and comfortable, but definitely not the best ever.

Good rooms. Nicely furnished and accommodating of a big crowd. Unique game and tool loaning. Pool and hot tub.

The counter lady was very polite. The room was very clean. I would definitely be coming back.

Our room was a really cool setup, it resembled a small apt. The bedroom had it's own door, nice kitchen setup, very clean, I loved it! The sofa had a pullout bed, recliner, the bedroom had it's own TV and dresser.

Slow slow check in. Said it's a queen bed but looks like a full. Like the kitchen and so far it's clean. TV on the small size too.

The hotel was your typical suburban short stay type. Not amazing but not bad either. Good location near the higway. All basic amenities are included.

We were a late arrival paying with cash. I made sure when I booked they understood this. We arrived at 11 pm and our reservation had been cancelled. And they said they were full. This was the 4 person in 10 mins who had problems getting their room.

I selected Candlewood Suites because it is a pet friendly hotel, and the location was central to where I needed to be. My room was clean and the staff was helpful. I had an extended stay, and many items were included for convenience. I have no complaints.

Stayed here with family for a wedding. We stayed in several rooms. My room was fine. One of the other rooms was tacky, it felt like the walls had just been painted. It also smelled like mildew. A different room had a broken stove and ice maker. Overall, everything was clean and well stocked.

Be careful they may not have your rooms! Also no rollaway beds. But the rooms are pretty nice and the place seems very clean.

Booked for one night. When we arrived, no one was at the desk. When we finally got checked in, the first room smelled strongly of weed. We couldn't stand in the room for more than thirty seconds without getting nauseous. The second room had a nonfunctioning air conditioner, with the temperature bottoming out at eighty-three. The third room was fine, but took almost three hours from check-in to get a decent room. The late checkout, which is advertised prominently on the website, is a joke. Every other IHG hotel we've stayed at had at least one hour late checkout, especially for reward members, but staff wouldn't budge on thirty minutes. It makes no sense to advertise something that's not even good. Stay somewhere else.

Literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a hotel. Great amenities, great cleanliness, friendly staff. The water was hot enough for a shower, but just barely, that was the only slightly off thing. What a great stay!

Candlewood Suites Castleton was a well appointed suite style hotel. The room was equipped with both extended stay and business amenities. And the pool was awesome!

After staying here a while back maybe 3 or 4 years ago, I decided to stay again due to the suites and kitchenettes. After booking for a stay 2 months in advance (December) stay was for mid Feb. On the DAY OF 2/13/16 at 2:27pm 33 minutes before Check In they decide to call me and say "we have overbooked in your room type" … After i've booked 2 months in ADVANCE! They then offer me a stuio suite which is a downstep from what I initially wanted (1 bdrm suite) or to go to their "partnering hotel the Suburban", I declined the offer and cancelled my reservation. Thank god I was able to book with Renissance Inn in Fishers last minute with NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! Never will book with Candlewoods again, very unprofessional.

It's pretty good as far as hotels go. The rooms feel like a mini house. I'll have to deduct a star for not having free razors/breakfast/etc. Other than that, great hotel!

Liked the room, under construction and here on business. My DM should have put me in a quiter hotel as training is very draining then you are woken up on weekends at 6 am by hammers and drills. Also, flat screen tvs but no hd… get with the times I have to go out to a bar to watch the game. All in all would have rated higher if not for the construction, its suppose to last up to 6 months. I would call and ask before your stay.

The location was nice but in a very busy area. But alot of things to do mins away. The rooms are a lil small but they are perfect for 1 person not a family or anything. I didnt really experience the service but I heard it was really great.

My husband, toddler and myself stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. This was by far the best hotel we have ever been too! It felt more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. Its super quiet, it has flat screens, pools, work out equipment and free laundry! Not to mention that it had a kitchen that came with dishware, a stove, dishwasher, pantry and fridge. The staff is so friendly! I just did NOT want to go home. I would definitely give this hotel a 10/10. Love it.

I have been staying in a 1 bedroom suite with my husband and the rest of my husband's company are staying in double suites, we have been here for 2 weeks now. I absolutely love it! The rooms are clean and the halls are quiet. I never hear noise. The laundry is free! I love the pool, jacuzzi and the fitness room b/c it gives me plenty to do while my husband is working. The staff is soo friendly and accommodating. ALL of them. There's free dvd's you can rent which is nice, the rooms comes with flat screen t. V. 's. And dishes to cook with. So to summarize. I would choose this hotel over any other and there's a lot I haven't raved about. The price is right for the amenities and service and I would actually live here if I neded a place to stay. :-).

This place was great. A home away from home and they had no problem giving or fixing anything that was not to our standards.

This was the absolute worst hotel stay I've ever had. The ownership of this hotel says it all. They are the most inappropiate, rude, disrespectful people I've every come in contact with. If you can help it DON"T stay here.

If going for leisure the regular suite is fine, but for business traveling/longer stays I recommend the 1 bedroom suite w. Couch because it has a full size work desk and more pantry space. The only downside is that there is a tall white guy who works behind the front desk who is kind of a jerk, everyone else is really friendly though.
