We stayed in one of the king suites. The room was nice and big, but it certainly didn't feel like it was worth what we spent on it. Staff was lovely, the Continental breakfast was nice and the room was clean, but it didn't have that high class feel that a $350+ room should. We didn't get to use the balcony due to a rogue bumble bee nest, but it was pleasant looking enough. Get an ocean view, the town view is nothing to see.

The room was absolutely gorgeous. The bed was soft and comfortable. The view was great and the breakfast was delicious. It was a great way to start your day and gave you plenty of energy to shop around Carmel. It was so nice to have complimentary parking also. The staff were very professional and friendly and willing to help accommodate in whichever way possible. I definitely will be staying here again when I return to Carmel.

Nice clean and spacious room. Lots of natural lighting and the cleaning staff is very friendly. No problem sleeping, this place was exceptionally quiet.

The balcony is carpeted. Ended up soaked when it rained.

Super convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms are on the old side but spacious. Noon checkout is a plus.

I have fallen in love with the town of Carmel. The Adobe Inn is a lovely part of the example of why I love the town so much. Adorable building, very clean, friendly staff. The two room suite is very nicely sized and the fireplace is a nice perk.

Little pricey for what u get but overall decent place and good customer service. Had bathrobes, good coffee, and nice fireplace.

Pretty run down rooms starting to look shabby. Broken tiles in bathroom, old furniture and so on. That said it's ridiculously overpriced. I think the staff is making the best of it, everyone was friendly and the room looked clean. Location is great though. I think that the hotel would be a gem after a contemporary style renovation.

Perfectly located next to main street. Lots of excellent restaurants right by it. Parking on site. Stable internet provided. Nice balcony overlooking the streets with outdoor furniture to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. Super friendly service.

Large room, very comfy bed, breakfast brought to the room in the morning. Balconies with flowers, cozy back yard, close to everything.

We had a great stay here. Our second floor room had a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and was HUGE. The complementary breakfast was great, we could see the ocean, and the beach was only a short walk down the hill. We were also very close to some great restaurants and the downtown area. We had free parking in a small garage under the building which was a great perk that you don't find in many other places.
