Awesome hotel right off the Magnificent Mile. Incredibly helpful staff. Great restaurant and summertime roof top bar. Giant Starbucks next door. Highly recommend this place.

Such a great hotel. The staff are all very friendly and a great service. The room are fanatic and also the hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect and a great part of the city. I can recommend this hotel a lot and will certainly be back.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location to explore downtown Chicago. The staff is over the top and should be applauded for their friendliness and willingness to help. Rooms are clean, modern and have great views of the skyline.

The Conrad hotel exceeded my expectations on a birthday cake for my husband! They certainly went out of their way to make his day special! I must say they're thoughtful and service is above and beyond!

The Conrad staff went above and beyond for me. It is the anniversary of my dad’s death and we honor him each year by eating his favorite meal a chicken fried steak. They researched it and found me one.

Can't say enough good things about the Conrad. Been here twice this year and each experience has been great. Loved the one-bedroom suite and the king bed room we stayed in. Would go for the suite again if we planned to use the additional seating (looks great, but didn't use it at all since we went out a lot). Used the gym and it had everything needed for a workout on the road — treadmills, bikes, weights, rowing machine.

The hotel event space has beautiful views of the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The decor is elegant and modern. The Roosevelt room was used for the event I attended. My jaw dropped at the 180° view.

Beautiful hotel with excellent guest services. Door men and women are outstanding. We were personally ushered upstairs for check in which was fast because they had already called the desk as we were headed that way. They remembered us throughout our visit even getting us water while we waited, a teddy bear for our little grandson and loaded us into our taxis. Rooms are spacious, state of the art, comfortable and clean. Public areas are quiet and tastefully decorated. I would stay again and highly recommend.

Great amenities at every turn. Super nice staff, loved that they sent a personal text when my room was ready, and that an actual human was responding to my questions via text. Very comfy beds, great shower, and every item you would need had you forgot it at home (toothbrush, shave kit, sewing kit, etc). The touch screen light system took some taking used to.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the staff provided exceptional customer service throughout our visit. The Conrad is family-friendly, conveniently located, and has great restaurants attached. Thank you for a phenomenal visit for our family.

This place is truly exceptional. I had never stayed, or even heard of the Conrad line of hotels prior to booking this for my stay in Chicago. The room and view are incredible, the bathroom is one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've experienced to date aside from luxury resorts. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

This is by far one of the nicest hotels in Chicago, I am always blown away by the service and how friendly and accommodating everyone is! I will give you an example, upon arriving at the hotel the valet was opening the door for us and I was going to open the door to get my daughter from the backseat. As I was getting her out of the vehicle, a man came up and handed her and my other daughter a teddy bear curtesy of the hotel. It was such a nice gesture and instantly made all of us feel welcome! I definitely would recommend staying at this hotel when you are is Chicago. 10/10 — I am a completely satisfied customer! This is why I only chose to book hotels through Hilton, there customer service is always outstanding.

Great service from start to finish. Greater me and opened the door right when I arrived and then ran after me when I looked a little confused as to where to check in (lobby on the 20th floor). I was very early so the held my bags and offered me water. Room was ready shortly after, with bags delivered right to the room. Really nice room and great location!

Although it seemed a bit odd to have the hotel reception on the 19th floor and guest rooms below, it was a quick adjustment. Overall, the hotel is excellent with modern rooms and conveniences. The hotel staff were very gracious and accommodating, the food is flavorful, and the rooftop bar is very inviting on nights with warmer weather. The location is also convenient, with many restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend the Conrad to any who are visiting Chicago.

The Conrad was wonderful! The room was high tech and comfy. The small luxuries really made a difference. Great location! We were able to walk to most restaurants, stores, the Chicago theatre, etc. The rooftop restaurant was gorgeous. The staff here were pleasant and helpful. All around a great stay. Very comfortable, modern and tech forward with touch button lights and screens and drapes. Main room was a bit small but bathroom was huge and really nice. Lots of closet space and drawers for clothes. Great location. Would definitely go back and I have stayed at a lot of hotels… So for me to say this means it is a good choice. Staff are very friendly… Service excellent.

Great location. The amenities were a bit on the short side for a luxury hotel. No pool, hot tub, or sauna. The fitness center did make up for that a bit, it was quite extensive. Room service breakfast was excellent and the rooms are very modern. It was a great place to spend the weekend.

We loved our experience at the Conrad in Chicago. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. And the hotel staff is very helpful and professional. We love that the hotel is centrally located and Has all the bells and whistles that a 5-star hotel should have. They go above and beyond at every given opportunity. Also, we loved and that there is a rooftop Lounge and that the main lobby is on the 20th. It gave us a great vantage point of of the city.

The rooms are very comfortable and the gym was on the same level (although I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet). What I don’t get is why the lobby is so small and on the 20th floor! Only 2 restaurant and a bar for a 5 Star is a bit odd — but the staff are excellent.

The hotel itself is very nice, clean and modern. The restaurant had a couple of issues: 1. Not enough menus so we had to share and 2. Our waiter was not very attentive when we had drinks on Sunday afternoon. No big deal but had to mention it. The front desk was always very helpful and knew all the answers to our questions. Great stay.

This place is top notch! Eric and Adriana at the front desk are unbelievably helpful. The rooms are extremely well appointed. Usually, I'm very picky about mattresses but even the bed was comfortable. The only thing I might consider changing, would be to add more channels to the television lineup.

The Conrad is a fantastic hotel. While they were not able to accommodate my early check-in to our suite, they made up for it with excellent service in every other way. Concierges Jenna & Jason accommodated our every need. The staff were all helpful and quick to deliver towels, etc. The styling of the hotel is fresh, modern and classic all at the same time. The fitness center is fully equipped, you can get in a full, diverse workout without sacrifices. My husband and I stayed in the Royal suite, essentially a 1 bedroom apartment with a separate tub in the bathroom. There was a half bath and a separate living area from the bedroom. The location was ideal for shopping. Every part of the city was all only a short walk or lyfe away. We will be back.

The Conrad Chicago is one of my favorite places to stay. I'll just lead by saying their gym is a real gym, not a treadmill farm. The rooms are exceptional, but it really is the service surrounding the stay that makes it one of my favorite places. The location is so Central to the Chicago experience. It may sound silly, but we pull in in with a vehicle that has a manual stick, and the staff is fully trained to handle all vehicles. This may sound menial but it's those type of details that truly exemplify the level of service. And my husband, who's a fanatic about his cars, was comfortable handing over the keys.

Excellent service, well appointed and spacious rooms, great in-house dining and exceptional fitness facilities. This is my go to hotel now due all the aforementioned qualities and very importantly, the excellent gym which normally lacks when on the road. Will continue to frequent this great hotel!

We had a phenomenal experience at Conrad, one of the best & friendliest hotel with extraordinary service & breakfast. Rooms and beds are very comfortable, I highly recommend staying here, it’s minutes away from best restaurants & shopping on Michigan Ave.

A great place to have a sales conference. Also right in the heart of town it's a short walk too many amenities and shopping. The only negative was the bar, we had 30 people sitting and they closed down half an hour early.

Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, this hotel has a great location — a quick walk to many shopping stores and restaurants. The room itself was very big considering it was downtown. My favorite part was how modern and clean it was. Everything was controlled at your finger tips. Great customer service! I will definitely be back!

Incredibly accommodating hotel. We arrived early at the airport and they were able to check us in at about 9:30AM. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. You really feel like they care about the guest experience here. The rooms are clean/modern and that bathroom was wonderfully spacious with a large bathtub. Beds/pillows are superbly comfortable. Most room controls (blackout shades, lights, etc) are controllable through panel on the wall. Lastly, we were able to secure late checkout without any charge as well on our last morning there. Can't say enough about this hotel. It's definitely the best one I've stayed at in Chicago.

From check in to check out, it was a wonderful stay. Service was fantastic and we were spoiled by the staff's attention to detail and personalized welcome gift awaiting us in our room. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Great location, great service, great stay. Would go again!

I called to take advantage of the $11.14 promo. I got through right a few minutes before 11am (cst). The reservation rep did not know about the deal. When the clock struck 11 the deal appeared on the system and I got a room for $11.14. Unbelievable right? My husband and I recently stayed at the Conrad Chicago. When I say the hotel was luxurious, it’s an understatement! First, the lobby, front desk is on the 20th floor. Second, your room key is needed to access your floors on elevator. Third, the room, omg! Simply beautiful, elegant. I loved controlling the shades and lights by the touch of a button. Also, texting room service, front desk and getting quick response. I recommend staying at the Conrad Chicago when visiting Chicago!

Got here just to get away from the routine and it was fantastic. When you arrive you can drop your car off in front while someone helps you unload and take your luggage. Someone will open the door for you and let the front desk you've arrived. The front desk is in a different floor next to the bar and waiting area. Once there a man helped me check in and I asked to get a room with a view of Michigan avenue and he provided. He also offered water and then it was off to the room. As for the room, it was nice and clean. Plenty of storage and it includes two robes and sandals. For the morning there is a Nespresso with a couple of choices of flavor. You can use the small fridge, safe, 65 inch TV, alarm clock radio with Bluetooth. The view was nice as well as the location since we were so close to the magnificent mile. Plenty of restaurant to choose from around as well as theirs. Overall, will go back.

From the moment we stepped out of our car the service was on point. Everyone we encounterd was welcoming and had a smile in their face. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was great. The bathroom had more than enough room for two to get ready. We didn't try the restaurant but it seem pretty popular. I recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay.

My husband and I stayed the weekend here for the first time to attend a wedding in the city. We did not know what to expect. The room felt like we were living in a high end condo. Surprising amenities and special touches throughout the room and hotel. I loved the fact that you cannot just access a guest room floor without a key. Amazing door staff and concierge — to the doorbell on our door were extra special. Check in is located on the top floor along with the business center and the restaurant Baptist and Bottle❤️All fabulous — my husband forgot his cuff links and we took a chance to see if they may happen to have a pair — they were knocking on our door which seemed like the minute I hung up the phone — no charge — and said — keep them! I could go on and on but I don’t want to ruin all the special touches you will experience yourself! It is a Must if you are staying in the city and you cannot beat the location — right in the middle of everything you could want to do! All in a short walking distance! What a memory of a lifetime! Thank you Conrad Hilton — the true light and warmth of hospitality!

It's a hotel that tries to be a high end business hotel. However where they fail miserably is the service. There is no minibar, no room service after 1130, and in fact noone to even answer the phone after 12. The doormen are spaced out and forget to hold the door or even say hello. The toilet doesn't flush properly, something others had noted too. The room service menu is a sad joke, and with limited hours. If this hotel is trying to compete with the likes of Ritz or the Park Hyatt, it's way behind. Unfortunate because they spent most eye on the property and they decided to cut costs on service. Sad!

Not worthy of the Conrad name. Rooms are OK. Staff is more pretentious than helpful, they seem apathetic and like service is the last thing they want to do. There is no minibar in the room; room service closes at random times and has a pitiful selection of (probably) outsourced food. Not great for business travelers, and for a high end hotel I'd expect 24 hour room service. Housekeeping was sloppy and didn't show up one day. The gym is your typical hotel gym, no extras. Overall, the place is sterile and not worth the money compared to other properties in town.

Me and my family stayed here for a night, the room was modern and clean. We had no problem until we needed room service. The phone in the room didn't work, they claimed to receive text messages also if you needed room service. So I decided To send them a text with a simple request of silverware for my food. Hours later I had already ran upstairs to get my silverware myself and finished eating and still no silverware! We also had our toilet flooding in our room several times. Considering the amount of money this room cost, you would think everything would be perfect. Wrong!

I had no idea what to expect with Conrad. We were happily surprise entering the room though. There was ton of space with every thing controlled with a touch of the button. The robes in the room were a fantastic touch by the way. The staff was amazing as well. Especially Indra who was working on the roof top at the Noyani bar. Being new to Chicago she went out of her way to give us ideas on places to visit.

Exactly as pictured — even more spacious. Extremely comfortable rooms and lounge that one wanted to lounge in. Asked for and received early check-in upon arrival and also late check out. Very accomodating in every way. Perfect location. Roof top bar hostess staff seemed less than experienced, but it was a fun spot. Work out room had all the latest equipment and few people.

Great location, just a few steps in from Michigan, friendly staff, and very simple yet elegant hotel with wonderful in-room amenities. They really thought through the customer experience. We enjoyed the ground level restaurant at breakfast and lunch, and the fancy rooftop restaurant at night. Our stay in Chicago was definitely enhanced by our experience at the Conrad!

The Conrad is a great hotel right on the magnificent mile. There are tons of dining options within a 10 minute walk and plenty of shopping of course. Location to museums and navy pier is good but not the best. Subway is a few blocks away. Room was clean and had a great view. Drinks at the hotel bar was fun and breakfast is even better.

Went to the roof top sushi bar. Nice space it is partially covered, there are a few outdoor couches. A nice sake menu and great cocktails. Would certainly go back just a heads up you need to ask the security downstairs to let you up to the bar.

Great stay. Nice spacious corner room. Well decorated. Super large in room TV. Comfy bed. However no bathtub. Great location. Next to shops and Nordstrom.

It has a good location and entrance. It's quite nice and luxurious feeling. The price is a little bit more than an average hotel but not too crazy. It has good service too.

Just completed a stay at this hotel and it was AMAZING! This hotel is almost directly on Washing Ave and our room had a view of Michigan Ave. Location was incredible. And the rooftop bar is really nice as well with great food. The restaurant on the 20th floor had the most amazing French toast and bacon. Huge bathroom, and the most comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Reasonably priced outlets to go to. I loved the different kind of coffees they offered. Room was very spacious and had a very nice shower. Beds were comfy. In overall a fantastic weekend trip! Thank you.

Loved it. I stayed here for a week for work and it was a pleasant experience. Complimentary amenities, huge room and can't forget the amazing bathroom! This will be my new to go to hotel for work in Chicago. The hotel restaurant is also pretty good.
