Staff was very nice and room was not only clean but actually smelled clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pretty good selection of channels too.

My husband and I checked into the knights inn today into room 417. Even though we were early there was not a problem. Katie & Liz was the bomb. It is next to walmart, mcdonalds, bob evans, burger king, & chick — filat. Even though the hotel is a little dated our experience was great. Our room was relaxing, kitchen, dinner table, 4 burner stove with oven. Fridge was small but it was nothing to complain about. Thanks knights inn for a great experience.

I like the room and the location but the bed is too soft for my back other than that it's great.

We stayed at this hotel out of complete and utter exhaustion. We payed our $80 get to the room and it’s absolutely disgusting. The beds were 2 different heights there was mildew and broken light switches and to top it all off, the room was infested with cockroaches! We chose a smoking room so that might have a little to do with it but the whole experience was just awful!

Clean enough. No complaints for the rate they charge.

Convenient location. Nice amenities. Good views. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

Tub had water in it. Bed looked like they didnt make it. Room was way unacceptable. The clerk was nice but unable to make the corrections. All night I had to hear my girlfriend nag on how the room never got cleaned. What a terrinle experience.

Very clean nice rooms. I didn't get eaten by any bugs and the customer sevice was greatf.

They have a coffee stand so if you want your caramel machaitto in your room they've got it.

The rooms I have always had have been clean and have comfortable beds. Next door to a newly built McDonald's and across from a Bob Evans and Burger King. Denny's is only about 3 miles away.

Room 403, thermostat of refrigerator was defective so our supplies froze. A microwave was missing. Many Motelketten now offer USB power strips, unfortunately not in this room. The electric heaters are unacceptably noisy if you want to sleep at night. The location is great, in the immediate vicinity you will find next to Walmart almost all the popular fast food chains.

Ok rooms never give towels if ur a long stay.

Dirty, smelly, dingy it's the biggest dump. The night crew is rude and would rather bring his friends in the office and chat with them than to assist the costumers. Will never stay here again now will never recommended to anyone. The place should be condemned.

We had a non-smoking room but it smell cigarettes and we had to laundry all clouts we have hade there.

I gave them a 3, only because our room was not clean when ae got there. Tge place was very large tho, and the vies from the back balcony was also very nice. U wont get much for room service but we got a really decent room for a low price so all the other stuff wasent so bad really. No bugs at all and tgey had free Wi-Fi and cable which was decent. Great place for a trucker stop for tge night or if you are looking for a place to live.

I'm going to give the knights Inn Five Star's! Not only because the rooms were reasonable. And very clean! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The sheets and linen were clean and always available when I needed extra. Housekeeping was very kind, courteous and efficient. The management of this property are rockstars! They're professional but make you feel right at home! I feel very safe and comfortable with my stay there! Keep up the good work you guys!

Fantastic value for your money, especially if you book in advance through a hotel site. Rooms are adequate. Quiet, at least when we were there. No breakfast, but you get free coffee from 8am to 11am, as well as free Wi-Fi.

Worst motel ever gave me a dirty room wash clothes and towels were used then the next room was even worst cigarette holes in the comforter card was charged and couldn't go to another hotel in area this hotel is the worst.

Stayed in room 405 and woke up with bedbugs crawling on me. Approached the night staff to get a refund and managed to get that after some discussion. Ended up driving all night. Bonus: drug deals, prostitution and loud night driving.

So… Just got here today, not by choice but bossman made us move to a cheaper hotel… Anyways, pool is drained and closed for who knows how long. Wi-Fi doesn't work… I'm missing a pillow case on one bed, walls are stained with black spots, water (? ) Stains on a chair by bathroom… key card works when it wants to… broken tiles by bathroom. Laminate wood flooring also has water damage on it and is peeling. Save your money for something better.

Washing machines may take your money. From time to time, certain disgruntled guests may voice their opinion in parking lot about the cleansiness of the hotel. Carpets are extremely dirty. So dirty… that if you spill water on the floor and sop it up with a white wash cloth, it will have charcoal grey blotches on it, from the carpet, and may also have an ofensive odor. Ice machine breaks frequently, and house keeping does not have a vacuum, they only have a broom…?!

Would give a zero star if possible. The A/C don't work I have a TV from the 90's all snowy can't barely see the picture before I could get the bags out the car approached by two differ hookers in 15 minutes 1 that wouldn't quit grabbing on my privates. Advised that my wife was in the room said she didn't care she would do the both of us. Smoke free room but smells of smoke and mildew open the cabinet in the kitchenette and there's a joint roach.

The property is outdated and needs to be repaired.

This was the best motel I have ever stayed in. The locals are very open armed with meeting and speaking with the guests. The rooms are well lit with cleaning service everyday or when requested. The place is pet friendly. The front desk is always open for comments and questions. 10/10 would stay again.

I had a wonderful experience like always. The front desk girl Lawanda is always friendly. I will continue to come to this hotel when I come in town.

Lets see besides the obvious bug infestations, lots of flies. (which the only solution is to switch rooms) staff is terrible I paid for 4 nights on the way to jersey (friday-monday) with my boyfriend via mastercard 4 nights at 56 dollars a night is 224 in total these people overcharged me there was 500 dollars missing from my account! these people are slow when it comes to processing and they obviously trust their "new employees" to handle most of the check in's (very unprofessional at least one manager should be there when payments are being made thats what you see in regular hotels/motels) next issue we went to get ice for our drinks in the office, a hooker (she was dressed as one) asked my boyfriend and I if we had any money next thing we know shes telling us 10 dollars would do for just about anything! (of course we were confused and outraged when mentioned to the manager his exact words were " I will inform the police" but she was still prowling by the time we got home from the movies. So yeah I would not recommend this hotel/motel it seems shady and shifty. Hope to never stay there again. Sincerely Dissatisfied customer.

After reading previous reviews, this seemed like the ideal placed for price and location near to shopping mall, it was except for the bed bugs. Will never stay here again.

This motel is undergoing a major renovation, so expect to see lots of construction and workers for the rest of 2013. However, the rooms in the old facility were okay. Basic is the key word here, but for an overnight stop and for about $55.00 (after tax), it was fine. I would probably stay here again, if ever in the area. I'm sure it will be a nice-looking place, once the work is completed. Rjt.

Stayed there with my fiancé 3 separate times. Have no complaints.
