Quiet spacious rooms. Clean rooms.

The manager Charles Long is Racist. He spoke to me Very Disrespectful and insulted me. I had a couple balloons on the wall for my daughters sleep over/18th bday and he charged me 250 for scotch tape residue and told corporate I destroyed the room very bad which was a lie. The walls already had some damage. When I asked about the charge he spoke to me as if I was a 2year child with an abusive father, not to mention his racist behavior. I would Never stay at Hilton again. And im seeking legal action.

Newly renovated with a nice, modern style. King size room is spacious with a nice sized shower and the bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds that I've ever slept on! And they include warm cookies with your check-in!

The employees were all extremely kind and helpful.

Stopped enroute for a good nights sleep after driving several hours. Comfortable beds, clean and a great breakfast. Probably stop again on our return trip!

The service was great but the hotel was a little musty in some places. But I love the fact that it's very convenient to everything. Shopping and dining are just a few minutes away. For little convenience items there's a gas station right next door as well. There's a seafood restaurant that shares the same parking lot. A friend offered a fish sandwich and it was decent. The hotel is also just off the major highway which can take you to DC or Baltimore. I would stay there again.

Outstanding facility and staff! My husband became a Hilton Honors member and we've had to travel several times recently. In general you can't go wrong with a Hilton, and the one in Laurel, MD is no exception. The front desk staff was sincerely welcoming. You can't fake that. The room was immaculate — comfy bed, excellent climate control and beautifully tiled bathroom and shower. Breakfast buffet was fresh and had a pleasing variety. 5 Stars all the way around!

Stayed here for a week. Very nice hotel, this is not an ideal spot for a family wth children or if you are on vacation with children. Hotel DO NOT HAVE A POOL! my children was very disappointed, however, we did not have time to swim d/t the nature of our visit. It still would have been nice to take a dip on some down time. Overall the beds are very comfortable, food and rm services very pricey. Restaurants close by. Staff friendly. They do add a $100 deposit to your bill until check out-not an option.

They tried but too many details were dropped. No water on check in, cannot charge meals to room, billing was incorrect. Other than details, staff was generally friendly and they did try to make things right once I asked. Rooms nice, beds very comfortable!

Attended private event (Shades of Blue). Banquet venue-spacious. Allowed for ample vendor and lighting setup, yet adequate space for event guests. All venue personnel displayed high level of customer service and courtesy. You could see the team effort and team spirit. Pleasantly surprised and impressed with the food. Sent to a room different than requested & reserved with fewer beds. No warm cookies, no towels, sticky spot on rug. Day 2 seeing the same Cheerio on the rug. No microwave or fridge in room, since when are these items extras that need to be booked in advance?

Staff was friendly, booking was quick and easy. Loved the bathroom. However, during an event, staff was overwhelmed and supplies like comforters were out. I would still recommend due to a good room and staff put good effort.

The hotel is pretty nice. The amenities are adequate for an overnight guest. I appreciated that they utilized digital room keys that I used from my phone. Also the staff is friendly and helpful.

Awesome Place, location & Breakfast! But Restroom will need a little bit stepping up… floor is clean but but an air fresner/ deodorized floor cleaners will be very awesome keeping the restroom NOT Only clean But fresh scented too, thanks.

What a nice place! Clean large comfy rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet or order on menu, also open til 4pm for lunch. Banquet rooms, meeting rooms, exercise rooms, on sight seafood restaurant and bar. The best concierge!

Needs updating, but staff is very polite. First-floor rooms at the back of the hotel are not the cute little ones shown on the website with a little walkway to the door; they're motel-quality rooms opening on the parking lot and Dumpsters. I felt unsafe, the room was musty, but I bought a candle and that helped, and the bathroom and shower were immaculate. I did have an unwelcome arachnoid visitor in the middle of the night (crawled right over my hand! ), but that could happen anywhere.

I think that the location of this hotel was fair because it was out if the city, but not too far. The rooms were very nice and the staff along with the food and service there was amazing. I highly recommend this to people who are staying for any period of time.

The room was ok. Minus the fridge or microwave. That sucked. I was with a group of over 200 kids. Buffet did not have toast. I then went to the restaurant to order breakfast. I kept being told "she will be right with us! " It literally was an hour.

I just used their venue to celebrate my daughter's Quince and this place exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing and the service as they promised: incredible. If I need a venue for another event I will definitely will use this place. Everyone is friendly and professional, specially Amanda: the event coordinator and Bartolo: the catering manager. My hat is off to the chef, the food was really good. All the guests compliment his food. In this place you don't have to worry about anything, they help you organize your event like if is their own.

You should expect a lot higher charge than you are told at check — in. And apparently it’s not up to the representatives to let you know what you can expect to pay. You’re pretty much tricked into reserving a room by them saying I can “find a special for you. ” And the price turns out to be not special at all but another way for big companies to get over, then tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. I only gave a star because I didn’t have the better option.

Loved this place. They serve breakfast in the morning. The hotel lobby is cozy and the rooms we're great. Some of the beds we're hard but where soft when you lay down.

Staff is friendly, rooms are nice, restaurant is good but the walls are paper thin. I mean it's like there are no walls at all. Between kids running around upstairs like a thundering herd of horses and an event in the ballroom it is ungodly loud. There are no words to describe it. The TV is on full blast and I can still hear the music over it. Don't come here if you intend to actually sleep. Avoid the second floor at all costs. I paid with points so at least I didn't waste actual money. I wish the app had some warning listed about the second floor being open to the ballroom or that the staff at the front desk had warned me. I am only here for the night, but I am not sure I'll ever be back.

I was attending an event in one of the meeting rooms. The hotel was clean and easy to locate. The lobby and front desk is well lit and spacious and an employee was at the front desk to answer questions as well.

Thank you for your hospitality. We have never been comfortable using sitting area but they are so comfortable and homey. Pet and children friendly. We stay every Christmas holiday.

This hotel was clean and cozy. The beds are great and the comlimentary chocolate chip cookies that they give you when checking in are hot and delicious.

The hotel is very nice, the room is great, tons of space, I got placed in the room near the elevators and the vending machine so it was very tough to get a good night's sleep and I could not for the life of me get room service to pick up the phone for a order… I was lucky to have left overs and the vending machine also sold out of soda very quickly.

Great spot for my work weeks where I need to be in all over DC/Baltimore/Annapolis. Puppy friendly. Reasonable walking sidewalks if you can ignore the traffic. Get a good meal at the provisions restaurant if not feeling going out. Comfy bed and clean upgrades to modern hospitality. I have yet to actually get a cookie upon check in… 2nd visit November 2017

No fridge, no microwave, 8 dollar continental breakfast. Overall bad experience and I just checked in. Luckily staff is nice and room is clean. Edit-when I requested a late check out they were very accommodating so I raised there rating for the hospitality.

Very clean, up — to-date establishment. Was there on a work conference. Staff that tended to the group were very professional, courtesy and much more. Conference organizers ensured that we had access to the hotel's Wi-Fi which was a plus. All around good experience.

The experience was OK. Obviously my view of the place is different when we were woken up at 5 A. M. By their fire alarm. Only to find out their system will randomly turn the alarm on, which according to their employees, has been going on for some time. So if you like random alarms throughout the night, this is the place for you.

Convenient location and near 95 as well as the proximity to several major office centres makes this a win. Friendly staff, lots of parking and reasonable rates. Free Wi-Fi and basic amenities.

I don't have the opportunity to stay at double tree very often but I always enjoy my stay when I do. Hotel and rooms are clean. I haven't heard any neighbors around me. The staff are friendly.

Staff were nice. Not able to get a double room or suite, despite having a family of 6. Meals were great, and they played movies for the kids. Rooms were very clean and attended to.

Was here for a catered event. Great service, plenty of free parking. Easily accessible, just walk in and go left. Clean bathroom. My sister went through line for food and they were out if dressing at that moment but I asked for some when we got to our table and the staff quickly brought some for her. I enjoyed the service here very much.

Huge, clean room. Comfortable bed. Perfect pillows. Has a safe and coffee maker in room. Air conditioning worked perfectly. We even got warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in. They have a restaurant attached with a bar if you're looking for night life. Because of this they have room service too, which is nice.

Tonight the hotel has a party on the first floor booked until 1:00am. I'm on the 3rd floor and our room is reverberating because the music is so loud. The hotel staff is extremely rude including the banquet manager Bartolo. The hotel refuses to have the music turned down. I would recommend that future visitors to Laurel find a different hotel to book at… unless you're having the party and then this place is probably for you because you can crank the music as loud as you want for as long as you want.

I booked this hotel for my family and myself for my recent college graduation. Upon checking in, the front desk staff confirmed that the room had been paid for in advance and that no card would be necessary. I have no complaints about the room that my girlfriend and I were staying in. My parent's were not so lucky. There appeared to be a cheer-leading competition in town, and the contestants decided it would be great to practice in the middle of the night, directly over m…y parents' room. Additionally many of these guests were incredibly rude to the other guests. The worst part of this stay however, was the surprise I received when checking my bank account in the morning. The hotel staff had charged the card that I used to pay for the rooms nearly two months prior, despite knowing that the rooms had already been paid for. Not only did they charge the card, but they charged it at a higher rate than the rooms were booked for, and they did so without notifying me or seeing the card or identification. This is not only improper, but illegal. I spoke to the hotel staff immediately upon discovering this. The front desk staff informed me that this was a mistake and should not have happened and that my money would be returned in a couple of days. So not only did they illegally charge my account but they would keep $250 of my money for a "couple of days.

Huge Fan of Hilton Double Tree, the staff is always polite, room spotless, and food was good. I booked my room two-weeks in advance requesting a king bed. A small luxury I look forward too after a cross country flight and with a 3 — hour layover is a king bed to stretch out on! Knowing I was going to arrive late I called two days in advance and informed them of my late arrival. Well at check in it was quickly apparent by the conversation between the night manger and front desk clerk that he gave my room away. Not missing a beat, the manger quickly assigned me to a room with queen beds. I spent the next 3-days looking for reasons to be unhappy, on what should have been a pleasant stay. Well it take long for me to go from unhappy to disappointed as a group of high school girls were talking and laughing so loud down the hallway they woke me up. I think a simple apology at check would have saved one star, room location another. Not much benefit for a Hilton loyalty member.

The location was very easy to find and quick to get in and out to where I needed to go. Also the rooms were clean, but there was some signs of water damage.

The Double Tree hotel at Swizter lane in laurel md was clean and remodel. Very clean and staff we very helpful when I needed anything. All staff greeted me with a smile and a hello.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, comfy memory foam beds, updated bathroom w tiled shower, friendly staff & kid friendly. I have twin babies and they were very accommodating at getting me TWO portable cribs and the boys slept all night which rarely happens. Room service was a little pricey and tasted a little blah like food you'd get at a fair but it was convenient. Overall great stop right off i95, will save this for future travel.

Nice hotel. Location is a little strange but it worked for our needs. We stayed there specifically because they allowed pets with one of the lower deposit fees.

The rooms were fairly clean (smelled a little smokey), there was a lot of space inside to hangout with friends and have table space. The cleaning staff took our towels that were hung up, meaning we were intending to reuse them. The $17 breakfast buffet was gross. The front desk was very helpful and nice. We also had a ton of tasty cookies.

Avoid this place! We stayed here for a hockey tournament. The main door only worked when you physically pulled them apart. One of the elevators was out of commision. Our door handle only worked if you lifted it instead of pushing down like most. They are charging over $150 per night for the tournament and allowing loud parties until midnight. I tried to call about the noise twice but they refuse to answer. I went down and they said the tournament paid for the party area. I guess the people paying for the rooms don't have any say. I'll never stay here again.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. There are roaches, security are very rude, the cable doesn't work, the room is filthy & customer is horrible.

This was the absolute WOrST hotel EVER! It's under construction and not only were the guest Not informed of that but they also removed their Pool! Beginning with the managers on down — staff were very unprofessional… Why r they open and its under construction! Construction was going on all weekend starting at 7am and woke everyone up and kept us up! They lied about having their shuttle as transportation and we were stranded for 2 hours! I'm going to do everything in my power to tell people Not to Ever Ever Ever stay here.

This is the 2nd Holiday Inn Express I've been too. Will never stay with them again. This 1 is being renovated, so there's no access to the pool, or fitness center. The breakfast was horrible. Bacon greasy, sausage under cooked, powder eggs. My personal opinion, there are too many Holiday Inn Express' so the quality has suffered. They really need to rethink their concept.

Horrible hotel. First hotel I've been in with no complimentary coffee, they want $3 for bargain coffee. Smell, noise, construction, just makes for a bad experience. Pay the same at other hotels and actually have a restful stay.

Booked this online. Can't recommend it. The room I was assigned actually seemed occupied already. The hall was also noisy, filled with people milling around and loudly conversing. The manager's attitude wasn't helpful and he was very reluctant to believe me or offer another room.

$2.95 for ONE bag of tea; $25 hard charge on my VISA when I got home that they say 'should' drop off in 2 to 3 days (wonder if they pay the compounded daily interest) ; a room that had an overpowering smell of perfume to cover the musty smell from the bathroom; a shower that would condensate all over you because there was no fan; front desk personnel that didn't even know the area to help you in finding a restaurant since the attached Outback always had a 40 minute wait although there were 8 tables empty when I walked through to get the to go menu; soda machines were empty on the 4th floor; one elevator would not move unless you held the floor button you needed in the entire time; 1 shampoo in the entire room for a double occupancy room; $12.95 for breakfast per person; do I need to continue. Will not be staying at this Holiday Inn ever again.

I have never been to a hotel that doesn't even provide coffee for free! The room was dusty and filled with stagnant air. We were woken several times but other people in the hotel. This particular hotel does not live up to the Holiday Inn name and should not be listed as a 3 — star hotel! Spend the extra ten dollars and stay somewhere else.

PROS: GREAT front desk staff, very nice. Very clean room! Great beds! very convenient from highway, and close to metro. CONS: expensive breakfast, noisy rooms/hallways, Barking Dogs in room next to ours. All. Day. Long.

So I have always liked Holiday Inn. Till now. This hotel seems to be really old under the new wallpaper and surface level junk. Not extremely clean. When my wife was crawling in bed, there was a cockroach looking at her on top of the headboard. Other problems were: Curtains that let lots of light through Can hear EVERYTHING through the walls Dirty Beds were so loud and uncomfortable No outlets to charge my phone Wall AC that doesn't work well. This is because it is in a little area where it can't get out to the rest of the room. So it was too hot to sleep. People don't speak English very well. At least I couldn't understand them. Unfortunately the list goes on and on. I spent 85 bucks on the room and could have spent 5 more for the Marriott, which would have been a better experience. Just my thoughts.
