First let start by saying they forced my husband to disclose the disability for our service animal. This was a red flag! We stayed anyway, only to find this place is misleading. They have such a nice pool, but limit the use since folks don’t check out. So they ruined it for others as the pool won’t open until 1pm daily and closes early at 8pm. Then you have to have a ticket for the complimentary breakfast. Which the area is not organized and no order. The management shows they prefer you just stay and leave. Don’t really enjoy the amenities they have to offer. It’s not worth the money, stay elsewhere.

Every thing is nice the breakfast is fine I just don't like the hours of the pool but the rooms are nice.

Very clean rooms staying for few weeks & all staff is very pleasant.

Get room with broken microwave the front desk dont do anything then the a/c doesn't work.

Lobby was clean but the hotel seemed old and tired. Room had stains in several spots on the carpet. Had to call maintenance to fix AC, and to being requested extra pilliws and towels I asked for upon booking. Breakfast was lacking, only 1 waffle Machine and the breakfast area was very small. Took 30 minutes to check out since they make you wait while they check the room for "damages and things". Staff was friendly enough but I won't be going back to this one. The parking lot is an ok size, maybe 60 spots, but there were no available spots, we had to park at the restaurant next door. The area the hotel is in seems shady. Avoid this one, go closer to DC or wherever you need to be.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! My daughter, my boyfriend and I were all bitten by bed bugs! We all were awaken to endless scratching! My boyfriend and I both saw the bed bugs crawling inside the pillow case and on top of the sheets! GROSS! Needless to say we will NEVER stay there again!

My son and I broke out with flea bites all over our feet and legs from the carpet. The bath tub floor was slick and I feel and hurt my shoulder. I complained at the front desk and I was left feeling like I was a pest. The worker at the front desk kept me standing there for over 30 minutes while he took reservations and waited on arriving guests. Finally, I told a person in line that he could have my room that was flea bitten and the worker quickly paid attention to me then and changed our room. I found out that a service animal had stayed in the room a week before so it was prime time for flea eggs to hatch. The manager the next morning said she would have an exterminator to check for bugs so she couldn't tell me one way or another if it was infected. I said look at my feet and legs. I had scratched until they were ready to bleed. Did not like how I was treated. She said she would get back to me but she never did. About the tub-she argued with me that the tub had a coating that would prevent falls-It did not-there was no mat and I did not realize that until I was already standing in the tub. I took one step and fell hard against the tub wall. It was the hotel from you know where. The breakfast tasted terrible. The eggs were gooey and the sausage tasted freezer burnt. The entire place needs an over-haul and it isn't like a typical Quality Inn Hotel. Disappointed!

Good hotel for price. Good staff. Overall good stay. One of the cheaper priced hotels in town. Hot breakfast coffee and juices in the morning. Laundry facility and snack machines. And ice maker. All in working order.

This hotel is a mess, it’s gross inside and out. The service is terrible with a terrible attitude! I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

If I had a choice I would give this hotel a half a star the only good thing about it is that it has a bed. The hotel is old the room is old the curtains were dirty and dusty. The window sill was dirty the walls by the bathroom dirty this place is disgusting.

I don't know where to start lady at the front desk was rude and ignorant. The lobby smelled of cigretttes and weed. We used the pull out bed, absoutely DISGUSTING! Tore up and stained. We were so concerned we didn't put any of our items on the floor with the fear of bugs. The room had a smell as well. We checked out the next day and went somewhere else.

Actually I'm giving this hotel one star because if there was a star less than one I would've giving them. This hotel is all ghetto, the room that I stayed in was full of cigarettes smell, I can say more about this place, but don't waste your money this is a cheap ghetto hotel, I'm even afraid of Roaches and bed bug. You have to park in front of the hotel so your car don't get break into.

I work out of town therefore I stay in hotels every week for the last 6 months. This is by far the worst. Don't expect that complimentary breakfast u pay for BC u can't it from the bus loads of foreighn visitors everyday. Lobby so packed u can't get in it everyday and if you DO MANAGE to get a plate u can count on hard biscuits, cold eggs (if u can even manage to get any) … And after all that u have to present a receipt for your stay in order to eat. Worst place I've stayed ever. Budget inn was better than this.

For the price, it was decent. It's a 30 min drive to Washington or Baltimore. The room was clean and well kept. The only complaint about the room was that the bathtub couldn't turn off all the way, but it was quiet, so it was okay. Breakfast the first day was only carbs, gritz biscuits and gravy, bagels, donuts, and waffles, but the second day included eggs and sausage. I woke up late the second day, but the lady turned on the juice machine and allowed me to get breakfast, even though it was put away.

You get what you pay for, I guess. I chose this location because of my membership with Choice Hotels, the reasonable price, and its close proximity to my interview in Fulton. I can’t lie, this place is pretty gross and run down. The gal at the check-in desk took forever to find and was not friendly. The elevator buttons didn’t work correctly. I felt sketched out when entering my room because the bathtub faucet was clearly running — I can’t get it to turn off. Evidently the cleaning crew decided that didn’t matter and just left it running. The toilet is also running, the air conditioner is incredibly noisy, and half the lights in my room don’t work. I got in very late, so it’s not even worth calling the disgruntled front desk worker to complain and try to switch — I just want to get some sleep before my interview. I wish I’d spent the few extra bucks and made a reservation somewhere else!

Always enjoy my stay here. Rooms are fairly decent and people are friendly. Continental breakfast is a plus. Near shopping and restaurants. Not far from Baltimore and Washington D. C. Outdoor pool for the summer. Affordable suite is cozy.

Quality Inn & Suites LAUREL took money off of my debit card without my premission… as soon as I checked out not even 10 minutes after checkout! Thank God. I have mobile spending alerts on my phone for all of my card transactions. So I caught them! I stayed at the Property in Laurel for 2 whole days, they took $25 extra dollars off my card and tried to say that I took 3 towels and it was a stain on the sheet! REALLY?. SMH The breakfast sucked and the TV channels are horrible! The only good thing about this hotel is the shower, water pressure is good and water is hot. Other then that I will never stay at Quality Inn & suites in Laurel EVER again! THEY are thieves and liars! Stay away from this Property in Laurel, book somewhere else! They also ask for $75 at check in for a " accidental fee". They will lie on you. So they can keep your money. Do not let them get away with it! This company is VERY crooked. Book at at another hotel! So you don't have to go through what I went through. I'm still trying to get my money back…

Really good clean quiet easy access.

Parking lot could use some work but my room was very good. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well lighted and had plenty of fluffy towels.

The hotel is located in Laurel, MD. The rooms were nice just the bathrooms could use more cleaning. There was mold around the tub and on the floor. The microwave had a crack in the glass plating which looked like someone glued it back together. The night time and early morning clerks were very nice. The person doing the breakfast could use a little more customer service training. She was very rude. The biscuits were hard as bricks but everything else was okay.

The hotel location is great. The hotel is going through some renovations, so this hotel is going to be greater than ever once it is completed. During my stay, there were a couple of issues with a couple of guests that affected my stay, but the hotel manager and staff conducted a proper investigation and resolved the matter. I cannot fault the management on the conduct of the guests, but I can say that the management took responsibility and promptly acted. I would stay here again.

A h/motel. Barely passable for the price. Even ignoring the room’s aesthetic, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom and dust on the AC.

If you go to this hotel to sleep not side street where you will spend a sleepless night hearing absolutely everything. The sound of the noise is very good. Not to mention the bed where you feel like you're in a boat…

Correct in terms of price quality.

For the most part the service was really good. Though the night desk person looked a bit annoyed when I interrupted her reading so I could check in. The room had mold/mildew growing in the corners of the bathroom and the fan didn't work. Also the light switch when you can into the room didn't turn anything on. Making it hard when it was dark.

The room is nice and large, though a bit dated. There is a complimentary breakfast and the staff who helps out with that are very nice. The location of the hotel is conveniently between Baltimore and DC.

The absolute worst hotel that I have stayed at in 10 years. The room was filthy with old bottle filled with who knows what behind the bed. The door to the room didn't seal allowing so much light through that I could almost read by it. The baseboards had water damage. The Continental breakfast consisted of old biscuits and inedible gravy. No milk, only fruit was weird old apples, terrible watered coffee. Instead of painting or filling holes properly they just knock holes in rough drywall and obvious touch up. To top it all off the bed had a large chunk of metal sticking out that sliced my little toe horribly.

The staff was not very responsive. A child vomited all over the lobby and all the staff did was hand the parent a roll of paper towels. The elevator stunk. The room was decent, but the bed sheets were stained. The pool area was nice and maintained. The location did not have much around it. The rate was decent.

My daughter and could not sleep due to the constant noise, we had to move rooms because there was a party in the rooms across and next to us and after the front desk staff asked them to quiet down not once but two times we had to move rooms. We then had to share a bed and it was still VERY noisy and couldn't sleep. She was exhausted and cranky and didn't perform well for her softball state championship tournament. The breakfast was awful as far as options with NO protein except sausage gravy that was disgusting and cold. There was long line for the waffle maker and one person just kept making waffle after waffle so it wouldn't have taken til lunch time to get a waffle. There was not even a piece of fruit or yogurt or anything remotely healthy. The milk carafe was empty so we couldn't even have cereal. The bed in the first room had cigarette burns in it and the whole hotel wreaked of weed, from the moment we got on the elevator. The first room was hot and wouldn't cool off even with the AC unit on. The hallways were disgustingly hot and humid. The second room was either freezing cold while the AC was on or hot as hell when it turned off before it would kick back on. And Wi-Fi was useless it was SO slow.

I've been in worse places. This place was good enough for the price. Beds were comfortable enough. No back pain when I woke up. Lots of pillows which was good. Bathroom looks like someone did a poor job with repairs. Tub and floor need to be replaced. Cleanliness was questionable.

Everything is very old and the room was smelling but you could not open the window. The street is very loud.

Didn't stay here. It's been 4 days since We cancelled and there is still a pending charge. Spoke with Stacy Liverpool who claimed she could not nothing to help. She was rude and talked over me and completely unhelpful. She should have initiated a forced release with her credit card processor but didn't even offer and was mouthy and rude. Her attitude confirmed it's just better to steer clear of Quality Inns and Choice hotels altogether.

My husband & I stayed in this location recently. Greeted by helpful blonde with smile and professional attitude. Aside from the hotel needing updates the hotel staff was very friendly… short blonde woman went above and beyond to make sure stay was pleasurable. Phone manner was very nice when I called in as well. No complaints.

I stay at hotels all over the country this was my worst experience. Shonda was the most unpleasant host ever! This place is outdated and undeserving of it's priceline rating. Once again the unpleasant staff is my reason for this post!

Apart from breakfast this hotel is just abysmal. Room and corridors have a distinct damp and smoke smell, rooms are old fashioned and filthy, bed is terrible, ac stinks, and bathroom isn't clean. The most memorable thing of this hotel is not the fact that they wrongfully billed my creditcard twice. No sir, it was the fact that I was rudely woken up at 1 a. M. By laurel's finest folk I might add. A very nice lady, who went by the name Shaniqua, offered her services to the many contractors present in the building. This was an offer the entire corridor had to hear as she was shouting how "fine" she was. Sadly, she didn't bring condoms, so the poor bloke who invited her in probably needs broad spectrum anti biotics. Should this review deter you from visiting this establishment? If you don't mind sleeping in a whorehouse I guess not…

First of all, they don't have balconies like the picture shows. The lady at the front desk does not even speak English, we tried to tell her for 20 minutes that we have a reservation and she doesn't understand. The location of the hotel, let me just say lock your car. I didnt feel comfortable at all. This is just a first impression, I haven't even been to the room yet.

Terrible customer service. Phones were down for days while my rental sat in the inpound lot. DO not rent.

Disclaimer: Budget corporate and the regional Budget office in charge of this location were extremely helpful and went out of their way to solve the issues at hand. This Budget location is the worst I have ever seen in regards to costumer service. In order to understand my complaint, I have to give you some background. My friend and his family came to visit me from TX. Consequently, they called this Budget location, as it was close to my house, to arrange for a rental car. The Costumer Service Representative (CSR) quoted my friend a price with unlimited miles. When we picked up the car, the price had increased and he was not entitled to unlimited miles any more. When my friend tried to explain the CSR of the discrepancy he did not want to hear about it. My friend gave the CRS the name of the person who took the reservation and asked to call him to fix the problem. The CSR refused to call and said he did not have time (despite that we were the only costumers there). After approximately 15 minutes of pressuring him to call his colleague, he finally agreed. After the two CSRs conferred about the issue, the CSR helping us out said that we were mistaken about the price (despite the fact that we had a print out that showed the old price). When my friend spoke over the phone to the person who took the reservation, he just said that someone else had use his name and he had not agreed to the previous terms of the rental.
