Three stars. This hotel was ok. The staff was very nice just as all the reviews had said. The grab and go breakfast was fine. The lobby is very small and only has one slow elevator. One of our room keys did not work. Some fixtures in the bathroom could be updated. The water pressure was low and way too hot. When we had arrived, it took too long to check in. We were supposed to check in at four and they called us to come check in at seven. That was three hours we had to wait before we could have settled in after a long drive. There was also a rooftop bar and pool. The view was really cool from the top. But the pool was only 3 ft deep. The indoor pool was dinky and small, really, it was the size of the bathroom with only 4 ft deep. There was a resort fee for these pools, 15 dollars a day. Other wise the room was good with easy access to the beach. Great location.
The staff is so friendly and I really like that. The one lady who goes by kat was my favorite. She was very friendly and took the time to help me and even congratulated me on my engagement. I got the jacuzzi room for my fiancé and I, so the room and how our stay went was very important to me. My room was very clean. The rooftop pool was clean and everything was just amazing. They only have 1 elevator which kinda sucks but we were on the 3rd floor so taking the stairs was not a problem to us. Parking was kinda difficult. Easy access to beach and broad walk. I use to only stay at the same hotel every year but I will be changing to this one.

Front desk staff were wonderful! However that is the ONLY good thing to say about this hotel. It cost us $22 to park in the hotel parking lot. The elevator, hallways, and room were not clean and did not smell clean! It is in a great place to walk to boardwalk but for the money they charge, I Iwould rather walk a little further and stay at a place I am not afraid to sleep in for fear that the sheets were not cleaned after the last person that stayed.
