Always such an amazing experience. The free breakfast is great! the awesome fitness center helps you feel less guilty about those beach drinks and delicious boardwalk food. The staff is so welcoming and helpful in every way, just all around feels like you’re at home here.

As always I had an amazing stay and the concierge was so kind and made my birthday very special.

We just left there my girlfriends and I were there from Monday to Friday service was excellent everything was great we will be back next year and one of the workers his name was red he was amazing.

Oceanfront room Was amazing. All rooms have a balcony and are pet friendly. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. You would never know it was a pet friendly hotel — doesn’t smell and was clean. Parking is not the best but there is a lot across the street for overflow. We will be back for sure!

Great hotel and even better location! Hyatt brand hotels never disappoints. As always, the best customer service and great amenities. This is our first stay here and it definitely won’t be our last, we’ll be back for sure. Franco’s pizza is just downstairs and has the best pizza and margaritas. You have to check it out if you’re planning a stay in Ocean City, MD!

Hotel is exceptionally clean, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Free grab & go (Covid era) breakfast choices. Very quiet hotel. Loudest sound you hear is the waves crashing onto the beach. Slight negative is tight parking but they do have a satellite lot off site, so it’s workable. 5 star for us. 👍🏻

Teanna is a fantastic asset to this company! She was very friendly, attentive, and fantastic at her job. Our check in; didn't start off too smooth as our booking was wrong and only was showing as one night in the computer system even though I had confirmation for 2 nights. Teanna thankfully took care of it and made everything right. Now for the downsides, the parking is exceptionally tight and I'm sure the 4 other guests with their full sized pick up trucks would also agree. The one elevator was down and the one working was exceptionally slow. The shower head seemed to be slightly clogged or something because the pressure was horrendous. The "new" continental breakfast was a bit meh, and nothing on it that we would eat. Other than everything noted above the room and hotel were very nice and we would definitely consider staying there again.

So far so good. Reception staff were top notch and very accommodating!

The Hyatt is a wonderful place to stay at. They answer all your questions and they even check in how you are doing. I definitely will be back again for sure. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are great and nice and roomy.

I have not even checked out yet and I am writing this review to show everyone they should absolutely stay here. I have a beautiful ocean front room that is CLEAN and spacious with a mini fridge, big screen TV and beautiful balcony. I chose this hotel because I brought along my puppy dog and they are pet friendly. The pet fee is a little pricey at $100 on top of what I’m already paying for the room but I am so happy to be here it almost doesn’t matter. This staff could not be more friendly or professional, texting to check in and see if I need anything from towels to restaurant suggestions and I am so impressed by the amount of kindness and customer service I have received here from EVERYONE! My only complaint is that the room door is very heavy but I can live with that! They even have dog treats at the front desk, and lots of attention for your furry friend! What a great and much needed mini vacation! I would also like to acknowledge the staff and hotel for taking every precaution possible during this pandemic, cleaning, enforcing facemasks and social distancing… such a relief and allows me to relax without worrying! They have grab and go breakfast in the morning with incredible coffee, and lots of goodies to choose from! Do not hesitate to stay here! I will definitely be back!

The rooms and staff are great. Pool is a lot of fun. The view is awesome and its located right on the boardwalk and beach.

Was disappointed to find that staff wasn’t serious about wearing face masks or enforcing that guests wear them in public spaces. Also, there is no exit to the boardwalk directly from the hotel. Instead, you have to exit the hotel, walk through the parking garage to the alleyway and then head up toward the boardwalk. Not only is it inconvenient, it’s not incredibly safe late at night. Lastly, because staff isn’t cleaning rooms during your stay (which was fine with me), you have to request fresh towels and toiletries each time you need them. In spite of being very specific, I never received what I asked for — never. I would not stay here again. Bottom line — Staff really didn’t seem to care.

Just checked in! Was able to get in our room at 11 am. Hotel is very well kept and clean. Rooms are spacious with an awesome balcony view. Staff is super friendly. Nice indoor/outdoor pool area.

Wow is all I can say about my recent stay at this location! My family and I stayed here to celebrate my Mom’s Birthday over the Thanksgiving holiday. Every member of the staff was polite, helpful and thoughtful in their approach. The General Manager, Andrew, checked on us several times and let us know if we needed anything to let him know. He is doing a great job with managing details in this hotel; the rooms were exceptionally clean, the breakfast and coffee were great, the kids loved the movie shown in the indoor pool and the daily hot chocolate bar was yummy. I also rented a meeting room during my stay — this was the perfect space and set up exactly like I requested. Jefferson helped us throughout our stay with a variety of things (meeting room set up, thermostat settings, breakfast, etc), his positive demeanor was just so warm and welcoming. We ended up extending our rooms for an extra day because we were having such a wonderful time. I selected this hotel because it had the amenities I wanted and allowed my Mom’s little dog. Thank you to all of the staff that made this such a special and memorable weekend for my Mom!

Everything is great. Staff is very friendly. We very much love that it is pet friendly and Roxy has met a lot of new fur friends. The breakfast is awesome. Rooms very clean & spacious. We will definitely come back.

Perfect hotel. Indoor/outdoor pool, on the boardwalk/beach, extremely clean, pet friendly, staff was always helpful & courteous. We had rm 514 with the ocean view… it was a beautiful ocean view & the balcony was great! Our family will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful rooms and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was such a nice surprise. Expected to find donuts, bagels and bananas but was pleased to be greeted by real food (steel cut oats, Greek yogurt, sausage, etc) and hot coffee. Will definitely be back.
