Rooms were clean. They could use new mattresses on the pullout. 2 burner stove, sink, microwave, full sized fridge. Decent outdoor pool however while most other pools are open until 12 am this one opens at 10 am but closes fairly early at 8pm. Def would live longer pool times.

Hello all, On 7/20… I spoke with Judy to book a room for my family. We were looking at various hotels/motels to book for our stay. We were adamant about whether a facility would hold or if they had to take a deposit. I was told by Judy that I could hold but with a deposit. I asked what was the cancellation policy. She explained to me that as long as I cancelled before 9 days of the original deposit, I would be refunded 100%. However, I could tell that Judy was busy because she was rushing, had me on hold and that she had a dialect a little difficult to understand. I called on 7/25 to cancel and I spoke with Selena who told me that I would be subject to losing $25.00 of my original deposit. I told her this was the first that I heard of any cancellation fees. She said that I received it in the e-mail. I explained that I never received an e-mail which was strange. She then gave the phone to Wendy who was rude and told me that I received an e-mail informing me of this. I explained the above situation to her and she kept saying that I would be refunded my deposit minus the $25.00. I explained to her that I never received an e-mail. This back and forth went on for some time. I asked her to please forward me the "e-mail". She claimed she did but I still did not receive it. I then said to her maybe you do not have the correct e-mail. I began to spell it out for her again. She claimed she sent it. Again, I stated to her I did not receive it. I said, please let's do this again.

Getting to be very outdated. Not very clean. Shouldn't have to flag down a maid to get your room cleaned. Thought that was a daily routine. Didn't clean our room the last full day we were there. Good location but that's it.

Great value in a great location. The room was a bit dated but everything worked just fine. The efficiency provided pots, pans, dishes, etc. The balcony was large. We will be back.

The hallways were a bit small and it had this aged feeling about it. There was a great view of the ocean. Later we went to the holiday inn and for about the same price we had a much better room.

Very disgusting Inn! 1/5 stars is a compliment! The casablanca inn is the worst place to stay in ocean city. The inn has a single elevator that is broken almost half the time your there. The rooms are very dirty and not cleaned at all. The staff members have a horrible attitude and the rooms are infested with bugs! Seriously there are multiple reviews of people complaining about bed bug problems but the management doesn't care! Listen to the real reviews about this place go search the 1/5 star reviews on all major booking websites and you will see that the casablanca inn is VERY DISGUSTING! Avoid this hotel inn.

Very very horrible customer service! This inn was very disgusting and the rooms were Not clean. The showers water would not drain because nobody cares to clean it. The air conditioning was not working in the room. The TVs are still tube TVs! The carpet was stained with multiple stains and the mattress on the bed had bed bugs and stains on the sheets! I am serious this inn was so disgusting its NOT worth the money at all.! AVOID THE CASABLANCA INN! Ocean city has WAY BETTER places to stay than this run down out of date junk inn. Seriously the motel is higher class than this place .

Rated the worst place to stay in ocean city maryland. This inn is disgusting with horrible living conditions! There are BED BUGS in the rooms, broken ac units, damaged pull out beds, tube Tvs, and the worst level of customer service you could ask for. This inn needs to be shut down for how nasty the rooms are! There seriously is red stained carpets and stained mattress and if you don't believe me when you book the room go check to see the mattress and the pull out beds to see what I'm talking about. This place was horrible! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Needs some upgrades like more outlets, fresh paint. But it is a good place to crash for the weekend.

WARNING Casablanca inn is the worst place to stay in ocean city! There are so many reviews about this place that are telling truth with 1 star reviews. The inn has bed bugs, broken ac units, pep holes in the doors that you can see into, nasty stained carpets, and tube TVs with no free Wi-Fi! The inns manager is a joke and should be arrested for his horrible customer service and lack of care. If you complain about anything the management will not help at all. Avoid the casablanca inn, there are way better choices than this place. Read the 1 star reviews this establishment is adding FAKE 5/5 star reviews. The truth is from the people who added 1 STAR REVIEWS. Believe me.

BEWARE! AVOID CASABLANCA INN This place was disgusting there was red stains on the carpet, the place was very noisy, the staff entered my room when I put a do not disturb sign on my door! My cash was missing out of my wallet! The entire building is out dated with a broken elevator, broken air conditioning, NO Wi-Fi, and across the street parking. I would rank this place — 10 stars if it was possible. BEWARE my friend got bed bug bites from this hotel! Ocean city has way better places to stay than this DISGUSTING PLACE. Avoid this hotel.

Warning this place is Horrible! The rooms are disgusting the bed mattress had blood stains on it! The staff is a joke with horrible horrible people skills I would never recommend this place to my worst friend! The staff at this place is a joke literally kids are running this place. I liked my stay here when u look out the balcony you can see both ocean and bay side staff is very nice had no problems getting in early.

This place was fabulous. We had a check in time of 3 pm but pulled into town at 4:30 am. They had us in our room by 10:30am. The view was ok but the half block walk to the boardwalk was the best…

Super service, great front desk, I am glad they didn't have Wi-Fi or a working TV in my room other wise I wouldn't have met the loce of my life because I would have been working and hiding in my cozy comfy room! Great beds and linens!

Proximity to the boardwalk is good. Parking is across the street (behind) the hotel, however, which makes it difficult to pack up all your chairs and umbrellas each day to walk to and from the beach. (Lots of backtracking to and from your vehicle. ) The rooms are pretty clean and there is plenty of room in them. I was surprised at the small kitchen area, as it provides a lot of kitchen supplies for you to use. I would stay here again.

Very friendly. Rooms are nice and everythings here for kitchen. Was great so didn't have to bring utensils for kitchen. Room is a good size. Wish by beds had more outlets for chargers but other places in room for them. We are here for a week. And this is day 2. Very satisfied. Would come to Casablanca Inn again.

No free breakfast but they have a kitchenette so you can cook your own food. This is a Comfy hotel and right next to everything. The room I got did not face the ocean but they do have that option just make sure to book in advance but the beach is literally 2 mins away walking if that.

Just got here. Nice place. Pool looks great. Room is very clean and well taken care of. Now, for a burbon on the rocks and the beach! Hope this helps!

Nice rooms… Staff was great besides Russ who was very racial and discriminating. Using racial words that I can't even repeat. I will never go back to this place due to his disgusting behavior.

Well I am getting ready to stay there this week and I am hoping that me and my family are happy comfortable and friendly but if not you will be hearing from me and my families report I am ready for this trip.

They have bed bugs. I'm an exterminator and found a bed bug on my friends bed. The staff said they were "trained" on how to find bed bugs. When I asked by who they said the manager. The only thing the manager said he could do was refund us for the night but we had to leave. Do not come here unless you want bed bugs.

Showing some signs of age, this is the quintessential beach motel. You're only there to spend the night and wash the sand off your feet. Close to the beach for the price.

Huge rooms at a great rate. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. Most have kitchenette with all utensils, glasses, everything needed. My only complaint is the lack of any Internet. The pool is also amazing and the balconies are equally huge.

Read the reviews of others and wasn't sure what to expect. I loved the place. Was clean and well taken care of. The front desk staff was awesome as well.

Not family oriented at all would never considered staying here again. The bathroom was dirty the side of the mirror had a red substance on it appeared to be blood. There were people smoking weed inside and outside hotel. Building manager said theres nothing they can really do about it. There we people smoking cigarettes in hallways even though it's a non smoking room. Building manager was very rude. Fighting to get a refund we had to leave the hotel because of unsafe conditions for a family to be in.

This one star I'm giving them is incredibly more than they deserve, but I guess with how many random fees they charge, it's not surprising to see they will take a star for writing a review. The staff was incredibly rude with every single encounter we had, especially the night security guard lady. She was the worst. I've never stayed at a hotel that felt more like a middle school summer camp before. Anybody you want to bring in your room must be checked in as a guest, but alas, they must also be out before 9 pm. I'm sure there's a fee involved if you don't get kicked out for that. If your trash is full when you check out, that's another fee. Dirty coffee mug? There's a fee for that. Leave your beds too un-made? Yeah. There's a fee for that. We arrived super late our first night, and after a long day of traveling, just wanted to sleep in, but alas, the hotel house keeping staff thought it was suspicious that we didn't want our room cleaned and would rather sleep in instead, so threats of checking up on us followed. Making sure there weren't too many of us at any point, and that we weren't being too rowdy constantly. Also, free Wi-Fi and breakfast? Nope. Lol. Don't even ask about those amenities or you'll probably get laughed at by the staff. The "hotel guest" Wi-Fi is apparently only for staff as well. The room was really stylish for anyone who can't get enough of 1976. The old appliances and paint scheme would make the Brady bunch feel right at home.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I downloaded this yelp app specifically to write this review. They scoured the Earth to find the worst people in the world and then hired them as their staff. The night shift security guard was the rudest and most incapable person I've ever met. She was like Paul Blart on her period. The customer service is similar to what I would expect from Auschwitz. Their Gestapo-esque approach to treating their paying guests was ridiculous. I'm paying money to be treated like a grounded child. There's a packet of ridiculous rules you must follow. If you don't, they nail you with tons of fees. We got a room that fit 6 for 2 nights. When we tried to check in the 5th and 6th guests they told us we would have to pay a fee for checking in more people, even though we'd already paid for the room. The staff told us in the most condescending way possible that we have to pay more for each person in the room because there will be more of a mess for the staff to clean up. Here's the kicker: the staff didn't clean our room once during our 2 night stay. In fact if you don't leave the room in perfect condition, they charge you a fee. You have to take out your own garbage, make your own bed, etc. I'm not sure why they even bother having a cleaning staff. The staff said that the reason they had so many rules was because they've had problems with guests in the past. They told us someone jumped off the balcony of one of their rooms.

The Casablanca Oceanside Inn does not even deserve the one star I gave it. Five friends and I vacationed at Ocean City Beach and made the mistake of staying at this hotel for two days. From the moment we set foot in the main office, the staff was incredibly rude to us. They were incredibly condescending. Immediately after we checked in, we were told (threatened) that they would be watching us on camera to make sure we were obeying all of the many rules laid out for us. I have never been made to feel so guilty my entire life. If you want to pay to stay in a place where you are too afraid to even ask the staff for help, then this is the place for you. The list of additional fees that may be charged to your card after your stay is endless. There is an additional $10 fee if the staff has to remove excess trash in your room if you can't fit it all into a bite size trash container. We had to constantly walk down and throw away our trash into the dumpster to avoid this fee, which is only 1 of several ridiculous stipulations Casablanca has. The only thing I found pleasant about our stay was the room itself. The beds were comfortable and clean. The walls were thin, however, so we were woken up by our neighbors child screaming around 7am. Last but not least, there is no Wi-Fi despite what the hotel booking sites tell you. We were laughed at by the staff when we asked for the password, and they responded saying it's broken. The real truth is Wi-Fi is reserved for hotel staff only.

If your looking to have a concentration camp type of experience then this is the place for you. They expect you whisper to everyone your with; if you start laughing there will probably be a staff member knocking on your door telling you to quiet down, despite it being 7pm. The staff is rude and only cares about sneaking small fees on almost everything, so be sure to make your room spotless before you check out. I would recommend sleeping on the beach over this hotel any time.

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed at! The staff was terrible. Told us to stop talking and laughing so much several times. The staff was unprofessional, and the manager had the attitude of a child. Do not stay here!

Stayed here back in August. It was fantastic. Our only complaint is the Wi-Fi is really spotty and does not work much of the time. Will stay here again.

Loved it here! Just got back. The room was so super clean that we left a nice tip for the cleaning lady. That's how clean it was. We had a little kitchen and a full size refrigerator. We had plenty of towels, pillows and extra blankets. The kitchen came equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishwashing soap, coffee maker and even coffee (with some sugar packets). You would only need to bring sugar, salt and the food you want to cook. Bathroom was very clean as well. Staff was so friendly and nice. The pool was also clean and nice. Highly recommend it and I will stay here again next summer :).

I stayed here with two other friends and it was great. They had a stove and kitchen set. They even had a full size refrigerator. And each of us had our own bed. The staff was nice and helpful too and we had an early check in.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights this last Labor Day weekend (2013) and it was a great experience. We arrived after the desk staff left for the night (midnight) but were assured that the night guard would have our key waiting for us. Turned out that the night staff person was still there at 12:30 and they couldn't have been more helpful. We dropped our bags in our room and took off to make sure the ocean was still there. Walked (some of) the boardwalk and caught a bier at last call! Our room had a view of the ocean and a balcony and we truly enjoyed it. Bright light from the boardwalk was corrected by hanging a towel over balcony railing. Perfect. The room/bathroom was clean although somewhat old. Who cares. No complaints from us.

The rooms were spacious and the pool was pretty nice. This was about the most average and forgettable place I've ever stayed at in ocean city. It was clean and the staff was nice. If you are looking to drink or smoke its not for you, as a security guard comes at night and any room on the ground floor is well seen. It's just one of those places where you can't complain. Or be ecstatic.

Don’t even waste your time booking a night at this hotel. The photos shown online are nothing like the room you'll stay in. I booked this for my mother and she freaked when she got there — crying — because of the peeling wall paint, dirty curtains, filthy furniture and DINGY bedspread. They walked out and got a room down the street and a much nicer hotel — after having a fight with the manager. Like I said, don’t waste your time and just book somewhere else! If you're an adult who actually cares about where you stay, look elsewhere. This place is fine for senior week but that's it.

My family of 3 stayed the week of 8/4/08, beautiful sunny week. Upon check-in (small office) the staff was FRIENDLY. The parking is across the street. We were able to obtain a key to change into swim suits prior to our room being ready, that's a +. However, this changing room/lavatory was dirty, the toilet was clogged and there is a vent that housekeeping could use to peek in on. Be cautious. We had 2 double beds, ocean view (AWESOME! ), bathroom small (only big enough for one person @ a time, unless one is in the shower, bulb missing from 5 light fixture : (so it made the shower very dim. ) Cheap tissues and 1 oz bottles of extra shampoo — I always bring my own anyway-. The refrigerator was a nice size but showed damage. Microwave served it's purpose. Air conditioning perfect. Small table with 2 chairs. No light by table. Only on nightstand. There was an additional 2 light fixture on the wall next to the bathroom, otherwise, dim lighting too. I would only recommend this room for a family of.
