Review of Casablanca Oceanside Inn 2*

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I downloaded this yelp app specifically to write this review. They scoured the Earth to find the worst people in the world and then hired them as their staff. The night shift security guard was the rudest and most incapable person I've ever met. She was like Paul Blart on her period. The customer service is similar to what I would expect from Auschwitz. Their Gestapo-esque approach to treating their paying guests was ridiculous. I'm paying money to be treated like a grounded child. There's a packet of ridiculous rules you must follow. If you don't, they nail you with tons of fees. We got a room that fit 6 for 2 nights. When we tried to check in the 5th and 6th guests they told us we would have to pay a fee for checking in more people, even though we'd already paid for the room. The staff told us in the most condescending way possible that we have to pay more for each person in the room because there will be more of a mess for the staff to clean up. Here's the kicker: the staff didn't clean our room once during our 2 night stay. In fact if you don't leave the room in perfect condition, they charge you a fee. You have to take out your own garbage, make your own bed, etc. I'm not sure why they even bother having a cleaning staff. The staff said that the reason they had so many rules was because they've had problems with guests in the past. They told us someone jumped off the balcony of one of their rooms. But after staying at this hotel I can't say I blame him.
