First the good: the woman at the front desk who worked much of the weekend was very nice and tried to help. However despite that this was not a good experience. Things were missing/broken in the room, the bed/furniture was not in good condition, hallways smell like smoke, but the main issue was that the room was not clean when we arrived. Someone's hair all over the sink and bathroom when we walked in — disgusting. I spoke to the front desk 3 times and each time was told they'd talk to the manager and get the room cleaned. Never happened. I was told I'd hear from the manager tomorrow when I left today because he wasn't in on Sunday. I am skeptical. I'll update if I do.

The water had a strong metallic smell. The mirrors and windows were streaky. The place was not maintained as well as it should have been for that price and that location.

Nice studio rooms, actually clean and good setting all at a great price and quality discounts. Unfortunately, they just recently notified guests that they are no longer honoring the 'Do not disturb' signs. Not good for traveling workers that work night hours, but may request a scheduled cleaning or inspection.

Counter services were good depending on who you got. Room service you might want to do your own they went through all of my things on the counter to get all my change and still didnt clean my room.

They told us at check in they did not have a room despite our reservation. The desk clerk offered to refund our money but would do nothing else. The manager never answered his phone. It took 2 hours to get our room. Staff is nice but clearly the manager is absentee. No shampoo. No dishes in room. They never gave us linens for the sleeper sofa.

I visited extended stay by chance. I needed to use the restroom and they kindly allowed me to do so. Everything was clean and toiletries were available. The staff was friendly as well. I did not stay in any room but the service was good and the hotel looked very clean.

It was okay. Not sure if they served breakfast as I did not see any. The room was decent. Couple of lamps did not work. I assumed all hotels in Annapolis would be of better quality, but there are those where the quality of people bring down the property value.

My family usually stays at places this: suites with limited services. This is my comparison group and this hotel was the worst. Cleanliness: poor. Bathtub was dirty, floor stained, items left in drawers from previous occupant. Condition: poor. Refrigerator was dented and scratched, ceiling was damaged, couch had rips, cold water was shut off in kitchen, shower rod was broken. Security: poor. Door latch was ripped off and keycard access on rear door of building didn't work, you could open it anytime. Service: ok. Some of the staff were nice and tried to help, others were not.

When I arrived there where no towels washcloths and toilet paper. I had called like 20 mins ago and still haven't heard or seen anyone. I asked for the password all you have to do is enter your last name and room number for the Wi-Fi. Which is a little weak. I am just up here visting and nothing more. I mean I love extended stay for this nice mini kitchen and the space. But this is not a good choice. You can't seem to get any service for towletry that's suppose to be in the bathroom. I had to ask the manager for some supplies she was helpful but still… this stuff should already be in my room. I had to go out and buy my own which was not intended for me to do. I mean this is so disrespectful. I would love to give 0 stars. But 1 will have to do.

Took us 40 minutes to check in an the room we received was filthy. ESA was not ready for the busy weekend — not enough staff or amenities — we struggled to get a pillow for the sleep sofa and the sheets for it were two sizes too big. The only thing that made this debacle worse was the grumpy staff.

Affordable — No frills The good: • The hotel was clean. • The room had a nice kitchen (refrigerator and stove) • The bathroom and living space in the room was clean • The evening and morning staff were friendly • Free Wi-Fi The areas for improvement: • The hotel advertises breakfast. Coffee and granola bars do not equal breakfast. • Pillows were sub-par • No Coffee Pot in room.

It was clean, the people were very friendly, and the location was pretty good, but beyond that I have very little good to say about this motel. You have to ask if you want anything in your room. There is no cups, coffee maker, spoons, napkins, etc. Also, there is not an ice bucket or an icemaker on the premises! Almost unreal…

This hotel was terrible. And I'd like to say that the frame of reference is not the four seasons. My family has stayed in these kinds of extended stay limited service hotels before and had a really great time. The staff here are incompetent. From having empty but not cleaned rooms on arrival, to trying to deny that our reservation for a room with two beds was valid since "all of our rooms are they same and only have two beds" (we're currently staying in a room with two queen beds at that same hotel, apparently they just didn't want to deal with us) and then the second day we came and our keys didn't work because they had checked us out of our room. That was the one day I was greatful that they were not very efficient, since all of our stuff was still in the room. If you can, go to the extended stay down the road. If they don't have rooms, just sleep in the car.

Worst hotel to stay. Smoke smell everywhere though it is a smoke free hotel. Room and the outside is dirty and most of the stuff are broken.

Poor Wi-Fi, door locks didn't work. Our room was never cleaned in the 5 days we were there. Breakfast was almost non existent unless you consider granola bars enough. Coffee only available 2 hrs a day, no restaurant nor store on-site.

Misplaced my room, waiting 2 hours on the phone and was told to go to several other hotels because the front desk wouldn't call and good my problem. Thank goodness I found a customer support number to fix their mistake.

This hotel was provided to me by my employer while on project in Annapolis, I would not choose to stay here in the future. Check-In staff were friendly but assigned me to an room that had not yet been cleaned before my arrival. Mistakes happen and they were quick enough to assign me to a properly prepared room, but not until after waiting 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to come back. The rooms are outdated and a bit dark. The "complimentary" Wi-Fi was primitive at best, but you can pay for a 2.5x speed upgrade. My key card stopped working in the outer doors midway through the week. This probably wouldn't have bothered me as much were I not working overnights and coming home at 5am to a full parking lot, thus having to park in the back of the building and walk all the way upfront to get inside.

We evacuated here from Hurricane Irma with our dog and three cats and it was convenient at best. Our first room had no air conditioning so we were moved. The new room had pee in the toilet that stunk up the room and a crusty bowl of oatmeal in a drawer. The room smelled terrible and our bathroom sink didn't have water. The side entrance doors outside didn't work half the time and I saw one night representative that was astonishingly rude on the phone. I will say it was nice to be able to have 4 animals with no fuss, and I had one representative (Alycia) that was extremely helpful.

The hotel was kind of small and ran out of breakfast fast but it had nice pillows and good rooms… no one was loud and I slept great 5/6 would stay again.

The staff VERY pleasant to work with. It is a great long term stay hotel. You do not get daily maid service but can get linen daily.

Our room smelled like smoke although it was a no smoking room. The whole hallway smelled that way. The evening shift front desk person was helpful, but the person during the day did not offer to assist when I had 2 babies and a cart full of luggage. He didn't even bother to hold the door open. Otherwise, the room was fine and fridge/kitchen was clean. The reservation stated that they offered free breakfast, but it was just coffee, granola bars and a few packaged muffins.

Will never stay at this hotel we had to leave because when we arrived our room was not even clean. So we told the front desk and they wouldn't even offer us another room and told us our was ready. I shows them the pics of our room there were dirty towels on the floor trash every hair in the bed the bed had stains on it gross. And rude staff they didn't even care. Stay at country inn much better.

The location is great mall food are good but this hotel stinks.

In the hallway outside our room there was trash, including a used bandaid! I told the front desk receptionist about the mess when we went out at 5:30. It was all still there when we returned at 11:30! Not good!

The room room stunk, was dirty, and in disrepair. Specifically, the shower curtain was broken, no bathroom fan, refrigerator dented, gum on headboard of bed, tack found in bed, and the chair was stained. The odor was something like baloney, but much stronger. Awful.

The hotel and room were filthy. While the front desk clerks were friendly and helpful, it couldn't make up for the dirt. Our room had trash in the corner, food left in the cupboard, hairs in the shower and food crumbs all over the pull out sofa. The rear interior stairs had mud, dirt, cigarette butts and trash. And this isn't the hotel's fault, but the room next to us had smokers and the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. They need a new housekeeping manager.

Great Extended Stay Hotel. I am from out of town and this hotel is a mini home for a few days or even weeks, etc. The staff is friendly and answers any questions without any obstacles as some hotels. Angie @ the front desk is very friendly and knowledgable. I am from out of town and hoping to visit Maryland again and will stay @ this Extended Stay. Rooms are the right size, so are the bathrooms, small living room with kitchen is just right, clean, wish the beds were a bit bigger but there is so much you can fit on a room. Thanks Extended Stay! Keep up the good work.
