Fruit not fresh at breakfast. Room would not open 3 times. Having to call front desk at all hours. Did not work when we checked in. Then continued. Finally a really nice maintenance guy fixed the door.

We went there to visit our friends who were staying put at the hotel and we happened to have a lunch in the restaurant. The food was good and service was decent. Nothing we could complain of, just that the variety of dishes could be more and rates a little more affordable.

Not happy. This should not be a Marriott property. Place is old. Definitely an older, lower level hotel that they turned into a Courtyard. Lobby is updated, but thats it. The AC is terrible. As I got off the elevator on the 3rd floor, the hallway was very hot & humid. The person in the elevator with me joked that it felt like Florida in the hallway. AC in room was turned all the way down but it was still hot. Pillows & bed are itchy & not comfortable. Room is old style — bright yellow and smells like old hotel. Door of bathroom almost hits the toilet — gross. I am a platinum Marriott member & I travel for work 3-4 times a month & I would not choose to stay here again. Staff was nice, but that is secondary to a clean, comfortable room.

Typical. Courtyard but this one has excellent Bistro staff, their on their game. Best chicken pot pie! I've used this location 5 times this year.

Polite staff and clean rooms. The avocado toast breakfast was delicious.

The staff is beyond helpful and considerate. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Perhaps the best hotel pillows I've had in years. Will definitely stay again.

Nice and clean Marriott Hotel located near many restaurants and lots of shopping. Service was very friendly and the rooms were decent-sized with a balcony. The room was quiet and bed super comfy. I had a good night sleep feeling safe and secure. My king bed room overlooking the courtyard was very nice. The only downside is that food and beverages sold downstairs are on the expensive side. Overall, a nice and clean hotel for a reasonable price … especially in Annapolis.

This is a really nice property without a lot of highway noise or distractions. I live on the road and mostly stay at Marriott properties. I was greeted cordially and efficiently. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I travel for business so it’s important for me to get a nice room with ample amenities. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this property to other business travelers.

Room is clean and comfortable. A bit unhappy that our "accessible room" Did not have a grip bar getting into/out of tub. Husband grasped the towel bar and it fell off the wall. He nearly fell to the floor. (Would have been catastrophic post 6 back surgeries) The refriderator is so loud it drowns out the tv. Our first floor room is noisy being next to parking lot. Also can hear doors slamming in hall as well as other rooms tvs. Disappointed this is how we used our "points". Next time we will be staying at a better hotel or use a Starwood property.

My husband, two toddlers, and myself stayed here 3 nights. The rooms were updated, clean, and spacious. They do not have complementary breakfast but rather a diner style Starbucks. The breakfast was expensive but tasty. What I want to compliment and draw attention to the most was the customer service. When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was smiling and extremely polite. He gave us a room on the first floor, located right by an exit and near the pool as we mentioned how excited our kids were to swim. One of the days, as our son was having a meltdown, the key to our room stopped working. The General Manager, Shenay, was walking down the hall and politely greeted us and asked if she could help. She found the maintenance man who was able to get us in our room despite the fact the battery was dead on the lock. He was also, extremely polite and smiled the whole time. They made a stressful situation better by their caring, politeness, and general demeanor. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you!

Horrible service. Restaurant was awful. Front desk told us they were sold out, yet Expedia had 5 rooms and we were able to rent from there.

Nice comfortable place. Very clean room and cozy bed. Indoor pool and hot tub are nice, but pool could be cleaner. Very accommodating bartenders.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, however, the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Overall everything was fine though.

Consistantly clean rooms. We have stayed multiple times and haven't had any issues. They finally got the hot tub fixed! But, it still sloshes water out all over. Seems like they could have done something about that.

Easy to find. Nice bar and indoor pool. Rooms were comfortable and great A/C unit!

I was in late and out early on a work trip. The staff was very friendly, and the bed very comfy (I think I crashed in abt five minutes). I can't comment on much else because of the short duration of my stay, but I would stay there next time.

No complementary breakfast, rooms were decent, no microwave. Nice bed, nice television.

The Courtyard remodel from a while back (the Bistro and such) still looks fresh. My room was comfortable, the place was clean and the staff were super friendly. I'd definitely stay there again.

Really don't understand the previous reviews. This should be motel not hotel. Hotel smelly rooms, the sheets had something sticky on them not clean. They changed our room and also sheets were dirty we literally left the hotel and walked to another one. We spoke to some people in the are who said they've had guests stay there and had horrible dirty room experiences.

Perfect location — easy drive to harbor area. Comfortable king room with lovely garden view and even a couch ideal for watching tv. Breakfast bistro items available for purchase were delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back and next time well use the indoor pool.

Great stay. We arrived around 1am so the sleep was perfect. Mattress very comfy!

The place is a little small but clean and really nice employees… it's close to a lot of cool restaurants and even a swim center.

It was great. The rooms were nice. The staff was wonderful. I lost a phone charger and they found it and returned it to me very quickly.

Favorite place to stay, staff is excellent. My room is nice and clean and the food at the Bistro is amazing. General Manager is amazing as well.

Rooms are always clean, I love the sliding glass door and balcony in each. And the fitness center is small, but it has bottled water, towels, and the essentials. I've always had excellent service from the staff as well!

All expectations met but we ran into trouble with the AC. Our first room had one that would not stop heating the room. After being moved, the next room had a unit that could barely cool the room. On top of that, I had the pleasure of cleaning out the fridge myself of the last tenant's leftovers. Disappointing experience.

Location is a couple miles from bay bridge. Asked for towels for the pool a couple times before getting them. Also had to ask several times for a crib. Besides that the service was fine.

Front desk was amazing, call for early check-in, was unable to get it but was offer to drop off bags or just chill and relax by the pool or lobby until my room was available. I decide against both options and went down the street to brunch. When I returned the staff remember me and got me all check-in!

Just want everyone to know how amazing our stay was here. The staff is so kind. I've never been showered with such great hospitality. The general manager Shenae went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. The rooms was nice and clean and the courtyard was a wonderful spot to relax. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Maryland.

Typical Courtyard. Shower grout could use a good cleaning, toilet doesn't flush well. Their going cheap on water flow. Bistro food just standard but service was very good.

Beautiful rooms so clean great balcony. Great food. Marcus was fabulous went above and beyond. So polite funny the total package.

Rooms are spacious, no continental breakfast. In house Starbucks, pool and valet car port. The hair dryer is in a bag, across from the sink in the closet and the discounts are generous.

This was my third business stay. I have returned because the staff is fabulous! This week was no exception – the staff rocks. HOWEVER, the little “Bistro” bar/grill has raised their prices to over $12 for a glass of house wine. I was told that the price increase just went into effect this week – no coincidence that the Boat Show also started on Thursday. This sounds a lot like price gouging. After my first night, when my tab for 2 glasses of house white wine was $27, I went to a liquor store and bought a bottle of decent wine for the price of one glass of house wine at the Bistro. I wasn’t the only guest that was horrified at the new prices (which weren’t posted – you don’t know until you get your bill). Courtyard, you just lost my business.

Always a pleasure to stay here in Annapolis and this Courtyard. It's a bit of a drive to Catonsville and back each business day, but the surrounding area is nice. The hotel staff is first rate and accommodations are typical Marriott Courtyard excellence. Will return in July for another pleasant 5 night stay.
