Fun time with family! Staff was awesome 👏🏾

I injured myself on the property and the general manager has yet to ask am I ok nothing! I also left stuff at property including my 500 glasses I absolutely need to drive that they can't "find".

Nice accommodation with breakfast and pool with jacuzzi.

My wife left her handbag in the lobby and the night time employee on Feb 18th found it and locked it up for her.

Friendly stuff nice and clean.

Overall a good experience. Clean, spacious room with whirlpool tub and walk in closet. Good size fitness room with many cardio machines and a bench. My only complaint is breakfast and this comment won’t apply to most people. I am gluten free. There is a sign that says “gluten free and soy products available upon request”. Usually a sign like this means there are gluten free alternatives to the wheat products already out (waffles, bagels, breads, etc). This is not the case here. What the sign apparently means is the attendant will read to you from his chart which products on the “buffet” are naturally gluten free. There are no alternatives. What’s out is out. “Available upon request” is extremely misleading and bordering on false advertising. I would think a hotel of this caliber would have real gluten free alternatives. Overall a decent experience minus the breakfast. I’m used to smaller hotels and restaurants not having large gluten free selections (if any) but I expected more from a hotel in Annapolis and the sign is what frustrated me. Take it down. It’s misleading and disappointing. Or, step into the 21st century and offer real gluten free alternatives. Most places do these days bc more and more people are adopting a gluten free lifestyle. I would probably stay here again anyway bc the room is very nice. Knowing the breakfast situation ahead of time, I would simply plan ahead.

This is my “go-to” hotel in Annapolis. I travel a lot for business and this location is perfect for me. It’s close to restaurants and shops plus it’s only 5 minutes away from where I have to be in the morning. Plus, it’s far enough from the highway so that you don’t get any road noise at night. The staff is very cordial and helpful and the rooms are always nice. I always enjoy my stays here.

Quick, easy service. Clean rooms, great value. About 10 minutes from all the local attractions.

Overall great place. Eggs are weird and watery. Coffee good. Beds good. Water pressure excellent. Ample parking. Close to shopping and downtown. Neighbors upstairs were noisy at night but not sure what they could do about that. I wasn’t going to risk waking my toddler to make a phone call after midnight. Pool was a little cloudy.

The room was a little warm when I arrived and took awhile to cool off. I cleaned the dust filters off, they looked like they had never been cleaned and the AC worked better after that. Slept great once I cooled off. Had a nice shower and I love me some tea tree oil products.

Great experience. Big, clean room. Super staff. Good breakfast (except pork sausage… but they also had veggie sausage). When the pool was closed due to an "unforeseen event", we were able to walk across the street to another Marriott and use their pool. Just very pleased.

In town for Memorial Day weekend. My son is playing baseball at nearby US Naval Academy stadium. Easy drive to get here. Last minute booking and got a great comparable price. Room was very clean. Bathroom is big. Pool area is nice. Breakfast was good. I definitely recommend.

We booked a suite for just over night since our daughter had some minor surgery and we wanted to be close to the Doctor for the first night till she was released the next day. The front end staff was very helpful with letting us check in a little early since she was released early and we just wanted to get her in our room to rest. Everyone who so kind and helpful from the room attendants to the Gentlemen mopping the floor. I will differently refer my friends and family there Great Job!

Clean and comfortable room. Free breakfast. Nice staff. Very easy access to get to Newark Airport. From roadside window, you can see airport abd planes.

The staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are big. The breakfast options were good. They even had vegetarian options which were very good. Didn't have an opportunity to use the workout facility or facility or the pool.

Room was clean and ready for us. Staff was receptive and helpful. Breakfast was clean and pretty good for a complementary meal. Apple muffins were the best!

We had a Jacuzzi room and it was nice! The breakfast is good with option of eggs, sausage, and waffles. Only complaint was that the way the TV was positioned in the room made it difficult to view from the bed.

Very nice rooms, amenities, and breakfast was above average quality. They had vegetarian meat, which blew me away. Only two complaints: laundry cost $2.50 per load/dry cycle. Detergent and dryer sheets were complimentary, but that is still I ridiculous price. Second, our non-smoking room had obviously been smoked in, so they might want to check on that. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Room was clean and spacious. Linens and bedsheets very clean and new. Service staff and front desk very pleasant and professional. The Hotel is relatively new or at least appeared to be new. Breakfast was fresh and well served.

My family stayed here for two nights after the recent wind storms in the area knocked out the electricity. The staff is truly AMAZING, everyone was courteous, friendly and accommodating. They truly made us feel at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, large, well appointed, with super fast FREE Wi-Fi. The King size bed felt so good on my bad back, I had not slept so well in a long time. We had an incredibly positive experience.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. The room we had was perfect with a Jacuzzi tub for a very afordable price. Would be back.

So nice. I wish I could live there. The bed was very comfy and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was just enough for my taste and the room rate was affordable.

I rarely write a review unless I experience something outstanding and above average The first impression I got when I arrived at this hotel, is mmm just regular hotel, check-in and all that, but… the staffs here are very friendly! they truly care about what you need. I have a 3 year old with me, and he is fussy, and they offer many many things to help and entertain him. They have a small playing room near the entrance, and it was a nice experience for him. Anything you need, you let them know, they will assist you kindly Great experience overall, and I already booked them again for our next visit next week!

Hot tube and pool are hidden Gems in this hotel. It's open from 6-10 pm. Use it to relax after a busy business day. Trust me.

Uncharacteristic for Marriott, the breakfast area was not really clean. And, based on a couple interactions with a mature front desk gentleman, this property has some customer service issues, maybe relating to management's "40 years of experience in the hotel industry. " Here are two incidents… one in Sept. 2017, one in December. 1st, let me say that I believe in privately and professionally, in a timely manner, telling an employee that something they did made me feel disrespected as a guest. A couple months ago, a mature front desk gentleman walked into the breakfast area, with the TV remote, during a commercial, changed the news that I was watching to a sports channel, and went back behind the desk No eye contact. No smile. No greeting of any type! I WAS THE ONLY PATRON THERE. After I finished my coffee, I privately told him how he made me feel. Instead of apologizing first, his first response was to say, "I always do that. " Then he said, "I thought you were reading. " My response was, a greeting and a question would have resolved that. He suggested that he would "gladly" (the guy with no smile? ) replace HIS channel with one I requested, "if necessary. " Bizarre experience on several levels. 2nd, today, the same thing happened again, same guy, same attitude, same insolent presentation. Except this morning, there were two other couples, one being international travelers who chuckled after he left and commented about not being "allowed to watch that channel.

I was planning a girls trip and wanted a place to comfortably accommodate three women in one room. All the reviews talked about the spaciousness of the hotel and the Warmness of the staff. That was all true. The staff was incredibly welcoming and gracious. Our room was very clean and hotel did accommodate our request for extra pillows and linens. I was concerned about the mattress on the sofa bed but even it was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. There was so much variety of food from waffles to eggs with toppings, cereal, fruit and a variety of breads and bagels. I would definitely stay there again.

Denise was wonderful! Hotel was nice, room was great. However do not get couple package with the wine. I dont understand how they expect you to share a 6 ounce bottle. The price went up an extra $20.

The service was great. Staff was friendly and always had a smile. The hotel was clean. The pool area could use an update, but was well maintained. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Don't usually take time out to go online, find a hotel and give it a rating. In my career and life, I have stayed at hundreds of hotels. I never felt so welcomed and accommodated as I did staying here. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out. Room was also very clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Clean hotel! Rooms were nice! Only downfall we had was we called to make a late check out a day before the day we were leaving. We are checking out around 1:00-1:15. Since 12:00pm the maids have just been sitting outside our door and knocked a few times. When I have said we have a late check out she just looked at me and made it clear she is just going to wait. What kind of service is that? Makes me uncomfortable and feel rushed.

Very nice hotel. The service was excellent, the free breakfast was tasty, and the accommodations were very nice. The one draw back is the parking lot. We visited during a very rainy weekend, and the parking lot had areas where the water would pool causing your feet to get wet getting into and out of the car. Additional drainage is needed.

I had to give this hotel 5 stars, I wish I could of given them 10. My husband and I love to travel and this is definitely a top hotel to stay at. When asking for a request the front desk replied with my pleasure and the manager Steve is awesome. I've never seen a manager come out and help his staff. He was seen helping with the breakfast and stocking the market place as well as helping the maids. A Manager with his work ethics and wanting to make sure the customer is happy is short now days. I truly appreciated this hotel. You won't regret your stay here.

The overall experience we had at this hotel was terrific. Management and staff exhibited themselves in a courteous and professional manner. Well managed and excellent customer experience. Went the extra mile. The beds are extremely comfortable, rooms and facilities kept clean, and consistent/ample complimentary continental breakfast options. Located on a convenient and quiet side road. Five stars out of five stars.

They messed up my reservation and tried their best to blow if off. Front desk very rude and argumentative. Bad experience.

We totally enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suite in Annapolis! The breakfast was Very good, the room was excellent very CLEAN, Comfortable, high ceilings and cozy had everything we needed. The staff was great, I highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!

After reading all the great reviews about Springhill Suites, I thought it would be the best place to have my 12 year old daughter birthday sleepover party. So far I have been very disapointed with the experience provided by this establishment! They have been nothing but rude and unaccommodating. I received a call from the night manager Mike regarding a noise complaint. I can understand that the girls may have been a little loud but the manager handled the situation in a unprofessional manner. He mentioned that if the noise continue I will have to ask you and the girls to leave. I nicely responded that I was sorry about noise and I didnt think a couple of little girls giggling would be such a disturbance. He responded that is our company policy and you will receive only one warning! Furthermore I requested for additional bedding for the pull out bed and he responded that there was no bedding available. I am very disappointed by the experience provided by a Marriott establishment!

Good hotel. Fairly clean, but I was let down with the quality for a Marriott. Usually a bit better.

Great room. Simple check in and out. Perfectly adequate breakfast.

Hotel is nice. Staff are great. Screw this state though. Also, people will use your room number to buy stuff at the lobby store and it gets charged to your room bill, CAUSE FOR SOME REASON NOONE THINKS TO DOUBLE CHECK THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY IN THE ROOM THEY SAY. Somebody charged 20 bucks to my room last time I was here and it took way too much arguing for them to not charge me.

Nice room though the sofa bed had the bar in the middle of my son's back so that was not good. The rest was spacious and well appointed. Pool was small but they had one. Didn't do breakfast so no opinion.

Hotel was very clean, good service, friendly staff, water pressure was great in the shower, complimentary breakfast was good, easy to find, and was close to everything. Only suggestion is at least have one full roll of toilet paper available in the bathroom. Snacks were reasonably priced. Would come here again! ☺️

We stayed in the studio suite with a king bed. The suite was very clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast and coffee make a great start to the day. We were able to get a good night's rest (despite a bunch teenagers who ran around in the middle of the night) because the location offers a surprising amount quietness. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.

A HORRIBLE HOTEL! NOT ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMERS! We were on the top floor (4th) and a large group consisting of children, approximately ages 8-12 in the group. When we checked in at 5 pm, the kids were running up and down the hall. I communicated my concern to the Desk Manager who said "quiet hours" began at 8 p. M. At 10:50 the disruption continued. Calling the desk again, the new Desk Agent said "quiet hours began at 11 pm. Change in policy? Uninformed staff? Or was it a "oh well" attitude when compared to the earlier response about 8 pm? The noise continued until 11:20 am. In the morning starting 7 am it began again, this time with the kids using the door security latch to keep the doors open. At that point, overtime they went in and out, you could hear that large "thud. " It's one thing to be kid friendly, and something entirely different when the management is inconsistent and inattentive.

Quality hotel and new. Nice rooms with wi fi and good free breakfast. Just get there early! It goes fast.

Clean and nice rooms, but don't stay here if you have children under 12. We have children under seven and they put us on the very top floor. We actually got a call from the front desk stating that the occupants beneath us had complained about the loud foot stomping above them. We apologized, but never have had this happen at a hotel. Poorly insulated. You aren't allowed access to their pool until after 5 pm, at which they employ a life guard and children under 13 aren't allowed in the hot-tub. It's a darn hotel for heaven's sakes! Draconian rules. Will never stay here again. Not family friendly.

Not a bad hotel. Aera is nice with lots of restaurants near by. Staff is pretty friendly and my room was clean. Daily rate drops the longer you stay.
