On the surface, very nice. A good place to stay for a friends weekend. The pool and on-property bars and restaurants are nice. The front desk staff could use a bit more training since they were telling me incorrect information, but the matter was corrected by the desk manager. There were signs of shoddy construction in the room, like outlets not working correctly or being installed upside down. Overall not big detractors but things that could be improved.
Easy check-in/check-out. Staff was knowledgeable about the facility, eating and surrounding areas. Any issues were resolved in minutes or as soon as business day staff arrived. Food at restaurants was delicious! Employees were efficient and so polite. I would visit the Omni of Louisville again and recommend anyone to stay there. Beautiful facilities — clean and safe.

Almost a wonderful experience. Beautiful hotel, rich in culture. Great atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Food was good. No one cleaned my room… they apparently forgot? Hotel prices lack transparency. Parking is $20 more than the Stark garage directly behind the hotel. Bought a $12 burger from room service that cost $18.95 after taxes, delivery fees, and service charges. These and a number of other minor annoyances left a bad taste in my mouth.
