The staff was professional and the room was not bad, bad is comfy. However, kids were LOUD in the pool. Tried to enjoy the hot tub but kids were just screaming and splashing while their parents were drunk.

Took my wife for a weekend getaway. Our king suite was awesome and the bed was very comfy. The staff were great, we will be back.

Stayed in June with me 2 kids. Love this place. So clean. Great perks of having a hot dinner and breakfast. Staff was great.

They are very respectful and serve you well.

I loved my stay! Like all Drurys I have ever stayed at, all of the employees were incredibly nice and helpful, the room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kickback dinner food and adult beverages were most appreciated after a long day of driving. I will definitely be back. You really feel like family and important when you stay with Drury. And their pandemic precautions of wearing masks, social distancing, and cleaning/disinfecting everything made me feel so safe travelling.

This one is very clean & very cautious with COVID. I feel very comfortable. The food is really good.

Stayed 3 nights as a staycation. Everything was AWESOME as always. This is our home away from home! Also wanna give a shout out to Cory, he was working at the pool area and took care of everything we needed and never got annoyed with us!

This particular location was much better than any other Hilton we've been too. This was our first time staying at Drury in Louisville and even together. The only thing we didn't like was that the hot tubs bubble feature didn't seem to work and there were kids running around the hotel at all hours of the night. But as far as where it's located around shopping areas and restaurants. The staff was courteous for us personally and what we witnessed from other guests. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

I’m not fond of staying in motels but this one was awesome! Great dinner & breakfast. Which are provided for free by the motel along with 3 drinks pass for 75 cents each. Popcorn and sodas were provided in the evening as well. Rooms were spacious and clean! Pet friendly with a dedicated space for pets with provided disposal bags. When we pass this way again I would book with them most definitely! Friendly staff as well! Greeting us with a smile means a lot. Thank you.

I had to switch my reservation last minute due to them closing their hot tub with out notification to current customers. … It was an easy switch from the site to calling and confirming what was available.
We were innfrom out of town for a powerlifting state competition and we were so tired, I called and they already had our room ready and said we could check in to get sleep.
This was everything we needed. The evening snacks and drinks were delightful and delicious. Sleeping there was like sleeping on a cloud. ❤️❤️❤️ I really can’t thank you and your team enough. Can’t wait to stay at another Drury or even come back!

The location is convenient to surrounding food and shopping. I've never had a problem with their rooms. They're always clean. And the people are exceptional. We felt very welcomed by the staff and they've gone above-and-beyond to assist me and my family a couple times now. Their free breakfast and dinner are both a big plus as well! We'll definitely be returning.

Located in the heart of the of the east end close to the expressway and a variety of shops. It's a great home away from home. Customer service always goes above and beyond. Facility is always clean. Complimentary breakfast is served as well as kickback starting at 5:30 pm with a light dinner and a popcorn bar and soda machine that stays open until 9:30. Cocktails are also available at $. 75 each (for those who drink). Very convenient, affordable, family friendly and welcoming. A pool, hot tub and workout facility are also available. Best hotel ever.

The staff was warm and accommodating! The room was large and and comfortable. My bed was on the hard side which is really not that big of a problem. I prefer soft beds this one was pretty firm but not overly so. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Very surprised by this hotel. We called for one room and it was around $100. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Allie, the receptionist, and Miranda, the general manager. We didn't even make it to our room for another hour because we were having such a lovely conversation. Miranda helped us tweak our vacation so we could see the best out of the best. The sweetest girls we met on our trip. The rooms were updated and very clean. It had an indoor and outdoor pool. There is a hot tub as well. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffle station too! I am very happy with my stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Awesome hotel.

We checked in for a one night stay at this location. The price was fair and the amenities were nice which is why we usually choose to stay with Drury. We got a king suite. It was a clean room with nice fixtures. The only downside that prevented it from being a 5 star experience was that the pool was broken and we weren't informed until we had already checked in so we couldn't decide to stay at a different location with a pool because we had already paid. Other than that it was a fantastic experience.

The newly renovated rooms are nice. Breakfast was ok. Check-in was quick and service was nice. The ice maker on our floor was not working, but that's been the only issue.

I am giving this hotel 5 stars even while they are currently doing construction in some parts of the hotel. But once you walk in you are welcomed by a friendly staff that gets you in your room swiftly. The room is very nice, with a living room area and a separate bedroom. Fridge and microwave included. Free breakfast and for dinner you only have to contribute. 75 cents due to state tax. It is quiet at night and got a good night's rest. A small container is that their is a shared wall that is a little thin because you could hear people in the halls if they were laughing too loud but what hotel does not have that issue.

Drury is always our first choice in hotels, no matter where we go! Amazingly comfortable beds, remarkably clean facilities, and you cannot beat the best breakfast and happy hour in the industry! We've stayed at this Drury location a few times and when we checked in there in Feb 2018, we struck up a great conversation with Angela at the front desk. She ended up upgrading our room to one of the newly remodeled suites. We were the first people to stay in that room! What a treat! As always, such fantastic customer service — another reason to love Drury! — but this time was even better than usual. A huge shout out to Angela for making us feel completely welcomed and for going above and beyond, just because she could! Thank you, Angela! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will absolutely be back!

Wife and I prefer to stay here. Free food and drinks? Who doesn't like that? Suggest you call ahead to ask if a bunch of young kids are staying there during your stay. Often there are tournaments nearby and who wants to stay with a bunch of noisy kids? Thank the motel swimming pool for that. But it's not a deal-breaker. Rooms are always clean and the employees are professional and courteous. Check-in time is typically quick. Restaurants abound and are a short walk or super quick drive only blocks away.

If you expect to sleep before an early morning of driving, I would suggest to request a room opposite the pool side of the building. Kids/young adults will be screaming /trying to sing opera and then yelling throughout the halls after the pool closes at 10pm. Other than that, the building is clean, updated (currently under construction), nice staff (both cleaning and front desk), good breakfast and kickback (dinner and drinks), well maintained, heated indoor outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The Rooms could be a bit were larger.

Was a great place to stay. Was our first time staying here. Every staff member we came in contact with was wonderful. The manager there from Indianapolis was outstanding. The pool man that staff in the pool area was also great. The food there which was included with your stay dinner and breakfast was outstanding. The lady he worked the food area was so friendly. A gentleman at dinner beside us and said all I need now is a dessert she laughed and brought him a donut. Unlimited fountain drinks which was Pepsi product and popcorn all day. I will return for another girls trip with all the kids. Drury you have outstanding employees working for you. It’s family owned and all 15 of us that went felt like we was part of the family along with the staff. Amazing stay we had even while it was under construction.

Comfy beds. Nice super hot showers with awesome pressure. Loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast buffet was good. The dinner buffet needed some work, most items were burnt or dried out.

Our stay was great. Rooms were huge. The lady at the front desk Saturday night was so nice and extremely helpful.

Nice rooms, nice staff. But if you can, avoid booking room 225. It is directly above the indoor outdoor pool. My husband and I listened to a bunch of 11-13 year old boys screaming (that is not an exaggeration), in the pool for well over five hours. We called the fromt desk twice, and we could hear them talk to the kids, but it made no difference. My point is, that room captures every spund from the pool area, and unless you relax by listening to the sounds of a communal pool, make sure to not get room 225.

The location is a little confusing to get to from the main road. But, once you walk in, the establishment is PHENOMENAL. The staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are immaculate and the layout of the building is "new person" friendly. It has an indoor pool that is clean and maintained. I highly recommend staying.

This might be the best hotel I've ever visited. The rooms are great. The bed is perfect. Guest service is top notch. Amenities are plentiful. Their Kickback dinner and drinks offer is pretty fantastic. I'm 3 days into a 4 week stay, and so far I can't imagine anything negative to say about it. For the price… This place is super nice.

A friend of the family said that they LOVE stay at a Drury Inn! I plan to be making a family trip so I decided to go and check out my local Drury Inn&suites Louisville East… I must say I was blown away by the exceptional customer service the beautiful layout and all the great amenities including a pool a delicious breakfast and dinner! I can't wait to stay at Drury Inn on my family vacation plus I know the kids will love the free popcorn and soft drinks! BEST KEPT HOTEL SECRET! I REALLY ENJOYED MY EAST LOUISVILLE DRURY!

Stayed in the extended king room with sofa sleeper. Very roomy & comfortable. Staff very friendly & anxious to meet your every need. Got breakfast bar was fantastic each day. 5:30 kickback was okay. Thought that selection each evening needed to be switched up a little. For example, could add like chicken tenders or pasta as choices as well. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone going to attractions such as Kentucky Kingdom, Louisville Sluuger Museum or Zoo easy directions to each place & only about 25 minutes away. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

We had a suite and it was decent. Everything seemed pretty clean if not a little older. The staff was friendly and I would stay there again. There was a free breakfast but it was crazy busy. The lobby seemed packed every time I passed through. May have just been a large group staying…

It is an excellent place to stay. We were on vacation for 9 days and stayed in motels all those days this was the best place we stayed. All were good but this one was the best.

We come here at least once or twice a year while my husband works and the staff is absolutely wonderful with our family and especially with our kids! They make us feel right at home, are extremely helpful with anything we may need and above all, they are genuinely just kind hearted people! The pool guy and the lady in charge of the kitchen are SO sweet to our kids and remember us every time we come which makes it that much more memorable! This was an awesome hotel. Not only did you get a more than average breakfast, but you also got a very nice afternoon/evening meal. At the time they were putting in new a/c units in the rooms and that just added to the greatness of the hotel. Small but nice fitness room and nice pool area.

First time at a Drury Inn. We had three of my teen foster sons with us so I selected the two room suite, which was wonderful and very comfortable. The free food was a nice touch, but it took two requests for an attendant to refill the nacho cheese pump. In the morning the breakfast selection was better than most hotels offer, but the hot water for tea was not hot! Frustrating to not have hot water for my tea (and that is a pretty simple thing). The "made to order" breakfast is a self serve buffet, and you make your own waffles. I noticed another guest trying to get the last morsels of a favored cold cereal out of the container and again wondered why staff hadn't refilled it. Other than these issues, I would have given five stars.

Hotel staff was excellent, was greeted with a bag of snacks when we checked in and their happy hour was very nice. Room was clean and seemed fairly new but unfortunately it was located right off the main lobby. This definately made for a louder stay and heard some commotion around 1130pm that woke me up. The desk clerk made a great recommendation for dinner and if not for the room being near the lobby I'd give it 5 stars without a doubt.

The staff at the Drury are so kind and helpful. The service is great, they have very nice amenities (the building is relatively new, have anything you could want… An indoor/outdoor pool, a nice, well stocked workout room) and the rooms are also very nice. The staff could not be nicer! They actually make you feel that they're glad you are there! Location is very central to nearly everything. The interstate is nearby and easily accessed. Will certainly stay there again on our next visit to Louisville.

We had a wonderful stay at the drury inn east Louisville on thanksgiving night! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Both the kickback and breakfast were great with lots of options. The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming, especially want to mention Joseph who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great, even on a holiday! We will definitely be staying here again on our travels.

The hotel is a bit older, but the amazing staff made up for it. Free snacks and drinks were good too. Overall not a bad stay.

I ddidn't actually stay here. I was dropping off and picking up my buddy. But I gave 5 stars because the parking lot was great and when you pick other on the survey, they don't ask more questions. Yet Google was sneaky enough to know I went there.

Happens for work for five days. Everything was clean and comfortable. Had breakfast and dinner also.

The staff are very friendly. The free breakfast and dinner is free and it's food… They serve alcohol with dinner for only. 75 a glass. My only issue here is that sometimes the rooms are a little dirty. I've found garbage on my floor, hair on my pillows, and a friend found dirty male underwear behind her bed… they don't fuss to make things better for you. I've stayed here twice so far and will be here many more times for training. They also have a rewards program.

This place was a nightmare. Stayed at this location about three weeks ago. We have always looked for a Drury, first and foremost. After staying at this location, doubt we will ever stay at another Drury. As a matter of fact, we stayed at a Comfort Inn the next night and had all the immenities that this place had for half the price. Wow! Just think how much I could have saved if only I had known. It was like a 'flashback' to the 70's. Long and I do mean long overdue for a makeover. Carpet was hideously old, felt like I was walking on solid concrete, pillows were just plain flat, the linens were frayed, and the beds were about as old and worn as if they came over on the 'Mayflower' and many more things too numerous to mention. About the only way to fix this one would be to bulldoze it down and start over. The breakfast was terrible, eggs were hard, sausage was swimming in grease and to top it off, the kitchen staff was very rude. Just because you get a free breakfast and 'happy hour' don't make it worth it! As we checked out, they ask if we had a good stay. I told them that if they cut the bill by about 85% then the room would be adequately priced, but, I knew they wasn't going to do that. I really don't think they were expecting anyone to actually say it out loud. They just lookedat each other as if they didn't know what to say. Just can't believe how fast the quality has gone away.

The beds were very worn in and slouched in the middle. The breakfast setup was decent and tasted alright. Staff was friendy and helpful. Overall not a horrible experience, but could have been much better.

Wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door! Renee at the desk was beyond polite an offering. Rooms we're clean an no bugs! Everything u need it's here. Wake up for breakfast all the house keeping staff, an workers threw the hall just good morning with a smile on there faces. Breakfast was great, supper is good, friendly kitchen crew, clean halls, clean pool. We have been faithful to Drury for 5 years an stay at the drury a lot in different areas (at least once a month) this one has been our best stay! Love this Drury! This was a great hotel for our family of 5. Staff was great, particularly the evening front desk staff gentleman on 3/27/16. The suites are perfect for hanging out after a busy day. The perks include a cool indoor/outdoor pool, all you can eat popcorn and pop (kids loved this) and a 5:30 happy hour geared towards family, with substantial snacks and munchies for free, like nachos, baked potatoes and hot dogs. We will be back next trip down south!

BED BUGS! I have been travelling for work and average at least 15 days a month at the Hurstbourne Lane location. The staff is excellent (Like family) and I haven't had too many issues until recently. During my last stay (Week Ending — 3/4/16) I was bitten by bed bugs. The bed bugs found their way it into my suitcase and eventually home with me. I discussed this issue with the New Manager. He was apologetic until I requested that the Drury pay to have my house sprayed at which time he immediately stated and I quote, "You can't prove anything". Our conversation eventually led to the place where he stated, "I will have our legal department contact you". It has been over a week and I have not been contacted.

Great location. Close to many great restaurants and stores. Across the street from a starbucks. Service was great. They have a great breakfast and every evening they do a happy hour with food and appetizers.

We had an issue with the sofa bed mattress being dirty. The staff made everything right by giving us a second room at no charge to accommodate our other couple. Great place to stay. Great breakfast.

Great hotel. Superior military discount. Bed comfortable/firm, 4 pillows per bed, quality soft body towels, and the room smelled wonderfully clean and fresh. Huge selection on the complimentary breakfast. Staff was wonderful. Thanks for a great nights rest!

We (the six of us) just spent the night there, while spending two days at Kentucky Kingdom. Booked two rooms… requested the rooms be together and connecting… which they were. This may seem like a small request but we've requested this with other hotels and they weren't. Rooms where clean and very nice. David Nobers the General Manager was what really made the impression on us. Greeted us by name each time he saw us and always had a pleasant smile on his face. If ever in this area we recommend this hotel … on a scale of 1-10, we give it a 10+… thank you David and your staff for making our mini vacation just that much extra special!

Love that the hotel takes pets, pool is very clean The manager is very nice, he even helped us with our luggage. However, the rooms are somewhat small and feels cramped, but were clean. The free breakfast is good. They always have fresh hot coffee, love that. The house keeping staff was nicer than the front desk day time staff. The night crew staff, was very helpful and kind.

This place was awesome! Very easy to check in and out. Jason, the front desk guy, would talk to you for as long as you wanted! He even talked to the wife on skype. Very nice staff, hotel, food, and free Wi-Fi. I also felt comfortable leaving my PS4 in the room while I was on business there. 5/5.

Stayed here during the Louisville 2013 Cyclocross World Championships! This hotel is so nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are really nice and newly updated/well maintained. Great locations — lots of restaurants nearby. No extra charge for pets is also huge! It's the little things ;) Definitely staying here again if I come back to Louisville area.

Loved the design of the rooms, very modern and nice looking, good use of space and corners. And the continental breakfast was actual warm food, not just bagels and OJ. Also a good price and it's dog-friendly, will definitely use this hotel again.
