The WaterWalk is customer service oriented and the concierge service was a fantastic perk! The BYB breakfast was a nice surprise. The floor plan is roomy, the premises are clean and well kept. I would recommend WaterWalk to anyone and look forward to staying here the next time I am in Wichita.

I just went there to pickup some friends and I noticed that the place it well structured and nice. There are gyms and parks around. If I had to stay in town for a little longer I'd rather stay there.

I went to help a friend move into an apartment. You need a code to get into a locked parking lot. The lobby is nice, clean and inviting. The apartments are nice with tile floors. There is a drawback, though. None of the apartments have a balcony. It would be nice to have outside space.

Very accomodating, very restricted access which is nice for security. Spacious clean rooms with all the essentials whether you are staying overnight or for a long period.

After several years and tens of thousands being spent on rooms, Waterwalk won’t let us shorten our lease by one month. In the past they have been fine to deal with, but management has definitely changed over the past year. This place has lost my respect. They don’t care about tenants, it’s all about the money.

Great staff, very helpful they where all more then happy to go out of their ways to make sure their guests are happy. The grocery thing is a little weird but it worked our.

Everyone here has gone above and beyond to make my stay incredible! The rooms are beautiful, large and extremely comfortable.

WaterWalk is an amazing property with wonderful staff who know you by name and treat you like family! They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy! The rooms are nice, the cost is very affordable — nothing but great things to say about this place! I love it!

This is THE place to stay when visiting for a week. The rooms ate quiet and furnished comfortably. Secure parking is a huge plus.

Can't say enough good things! Loved the staff, facility, amenities, and location. The staff is seriously second to none! First stayed as a hotel guest, then long term when in Wichita for a long work assignment. Highly recommend them, and because my work involves extensive travel, I'm so excited to know they are opening additional locations across the country.

The Hotel at Waterfall was a great! Three room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel at Water Walk is nice facility, spacious, clean, great staff and services, great location to downtown Wichita. Free breakfast. In rooms kitchenette, everything you would need refrigerator, microwave, sink. Table, desk. In the room we had king size bed, fireplace, living room. Plenty of closets, ironing board and iron. Everything you need for day week or longer. Good rates.

I loved the made to order french toast, you can even get an omlet made from egg whites. The rooms are good, just a bit dated. The location is odd, you can only leave going away from Kellogg even though you're right next to it.

This is a nice place to go after work with friends or to lunch/dinner with the family. They have $5.00 pizza day which is awesome! They are brick oven pizza's the size of a dinner plate — pretty amazing! They also offer an upper level and deck area and bring in local bands in the summer. It's in an old…

Every part of my stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely professional and went above and beyond. Suites were spotless and beautiful! Highly recommend this facility for conference facility and for the rooms! Excellence all around!

Great staff, sweet and very professional hospitality. Wonderful feel and sweet surroundings. We got in early and they had no problems helping me arrange to where we had a place before our reservations. We have our puppy with us. She was treated as one of the family by the staff. Full sized kitchen and washer/dryer. Wonderful setting. Absolutely relaxing.

My girlfriends parents live here and we visit every week. It's a pretty nice place.

Great place. I will be staying here for 3 months. So far, it's been going great. I've never had to call in to report anything which is generally a good sign of staying at a fully furnished hotel apartment. The gym next door is great too.

I recently stayed at the Waterwalk Apartment Hotel in Wichita. Travelling with a business associate we really appreciated the two bedroom, two bathroom design. They provided access to the fitness centre next door which we used many times. The shuttle was available to take us just about anywhere we needed to go. If they couldn't take us, they arranged for the shuttle from the Waterwalk Hotel to take us. The Hotel was very clean. Overall I would rate the Hotel 4 or 4.5, however the staff was amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly and they always wanted to know what they could do to help. These people really have service "perfected". From the cleaning staff to the reception staff, everyone was exceptional. I don't like to mention names as I will forget someone, however, Lori (shuttle driver) and Marche (reception) are incredible. At the end of my stay I felt like I was leaving family behind. Because of the staff and the service they provide, I will give this facility a 5+ rating. I will recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Wichita.

Went in during the evening to look at the Apartments for my next place to live, was greeted and take care of pleasantly, given lots of info. Rooms are a little on the small side, and no covered parking, but other than those two issues I really liked it and am currently considering moving in there.

We come back home to visit family and we love staying at Waterwalk because it just feels like home away from home. We have always been treated great professionally by the staff and the rooms are wonderful. Thank you Waterwalk for making our stay when we come back home an enjoyable one.

Absolutely beautiful property. The front desk staff is fantastic. It's so close to downtown and it's easy to get everywhere.

Very friendly staff. The apartments are clean and have decent appliances. Gated parking lot. No gym on premises, but they have a deal with the gym next door for a free week. The windows are a bit drafty, but I recommend.

Excellent service, the gentleman that helped us get the apartment came through with everything that he said, it was a very smooth transition, I would recommend this to anyone.
