Stayed at this hotel for a 2 day conference. This hotel has the best staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at other great ones! Seriously, everyone had a smile on their face and happy as can be! Obviously they are very customer driven. Very refreshing not to see scowls. The food we had during the conference was top notch as well. Delicious! The room was great but nothing fancy-certainly comfortable and I wasn’t in the room much anyway. Looking forward to staying here again!

Upon check in, the staff was ver friendly and helpful. She answered my questions nicely. The history in the artwork throughout the hotel is amazing. 5:30Kickback was awesome. I ha e never stayed anywhere that offered that. It’s free food and drinks at dinner time. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub was nice. Last, our view of the river and west side of the city was spectacular! Thank you Drury! We will be back next year!

This hotel knows what they’re doing when it comes to customer service! The architecture of this hotel is beautiful & I was told it will be 100 years old in 2022. We enjoyed the breakfast & the employees know how to treat people right! We will be back, Thank you!

Wow! Beautiful old historic building with clean large rooms! We did a room block for our wedding and got a great rate. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The kickback hour is great! Very nice hotel and they took great care of us and all of our guests!

We loved staying here. The location is incredible being right on the water for a walk along to river. Beds are incredibly comfortable to the point where you miss out on your vacation because sleeping feels that good lol; please tell me what pillows you use. I need them at home! The restaurant downstairs was very convenient when we had endured a full day of traveling. We had the most delicious croissant club sandwiches! The kickback was nice and they accommodated perfectly given the circumstances of Covid-19. The pool opened up the day we checked out and they let us use the pool later in the afternoon per our request which really made our day. We wanted to enjoy the pool, but wanted to get some final sightseeing in first. All of the staff members we came in contact with were phenomenal and I couldn't have been happier with our stay. We were being very cautious and wipe down all surfaces of our room upon check in so the only suggestion I'd make is for the cleaning staff to dust better around the lamps. Thank you for such a luxurious stay! We are Drury fans for life (2nd property we've been to now).

The view was nice. My room was very big. Loved the master bathroom.

Tons of breakfast option on the buffet, all very tasty. Happy hour kickback is a good pregame before going out. Also, security is top notch at the Drury. All elevators and perifery doors are keycarded, three deep before room entry.

I stayed here for two nights with my husband and our daughter and we loved it! The room was big and very clean. The breakfast selection was awesome and the attendants were so friendly. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well!

Architectural and design impact+history+great room x friendly employees and attention to detail. I’ll be steering people this way. Not to mention good location for those of us who like to walk and gawk.

I booked my room weeks in advance and asked for specific floor lady on phone said no problem. I arrive last night and guess what they dont have availability in my request. So then you have to park across the street, just so inconvenience. Very disappointed in the restaurant fish in tacos was over cooked & cold, tortilla was soggy. Its A pretty place.

Nice extras in evening. Free beverages and snaks. Enough for dinner.

OMG! This place is amazing. The old building has class and I felt like I was transported back into time. The people are the best. We especially loved one of the workers in the food department. We had an amazing experience! I wish I had gotten the bartenders name at the kick back, but he was amazing and made the experience over the top! He welcomed everyone and brought a smile to everyone’s face!

This was my first visit to Wichita and although it was short it would have never been an experience if I hadn't spent it at the Drury! This hotel was super quaint and the staff were absolutely amazing! It sits along a nice river and has well taken care of gardens surrounding the building! The elevators are perfect in every way and the decor seems to show pride in it's history! Um and can we all say how amazing the 3 drink per evening coupon card is! What a great idea! I also loved that it had a Chophouse attached to it so we didn't have to go outside to find a nice place for dinner! If I ever get the chance to come back to Kansas I would certainly love to stay here again! Thanks so much and lots of love from Toronto, ON, Canada.

My husband, granddaughter and I absolutely loved it! Hot breakfast, free popcorn and cold drinks, free eats every day if interested, pool and hot tub! The view of the river was great. The surrounding area and walk around the river was great! Lots of things to see!

This place is the best hotel by far, that I have been too! Such friendly staff, beautiful lobby, great refreshments. Comfortable beds with fantastic pillows. The view is beautiful at night! Two hot tubs, a deep pool. Seriously the only place we will stay for a staycation!

This is the second time I have spend multiple nights in the Drury Plaza, and I love it one more time. The staff provides excellent service. They smile each time some one approaches to them with a question. Breakfast and evening snacks are great. Rooms are clean and tight. They definitely deserve to receive a 5 star.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room service was good and the free breakfast and dinners were of high quality. They have a good sized swimming pool, a laundry room, and a workout room. It is a nice, close view of the Arkansas river, and it is across the street from the Century II Convention Center. I definitely recommend this place.

I've stayed in a fair number of hotels in my time. This is one of the best. For starters, it was immaculate. There wasn't even dust on the floor in the corners of the bathroom. There were people cleaning everything everywhere and it showed. Secondly, the breakfast was top notch. That's it. You couldn't pay for a better breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with the Drury. The staff is top-notch and the venue was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. I highly recommend them for a wedding or any event. You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you to your staff and entire team for making sure my wedding was perfect!

The rooms are well maintained and have a fully adjustable thermostat. Included complimentary breakfast and dinner. Only problem I had was with the bed being a little too firm but they provided plenty of pillows for me to omprovise some additional padding.

Love this hotel, and so do my kids. They have an awesome staff (especially the breakfast and Happy Hour folks), a great evening 'Happy Hour' with dinner, and a great free breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with lovely views of the Riverwalk. I only wish they'd soundproof the rooms (or doors) a little better. You can hear everything happening in the hallway. I almost never get any sleep.

This hotel is clean, with a friendly staff (especially LaTisha at breakfast), and small amenities that make being away from home more pleasant. They offer a dinner option in the evenings and a hot breakfast in the mornings. I can't count how many people greeted us-even random people throughout Wichita. I love coming to this town.

The Drury has replaced the Hyatt as my primary lodging place when I'm in Wichita on business. It is conveniently located, and the parking is more accessible than other downtown hotels. The breakfast buffet includes a hot meal — something more than the continental breakfast offered at many other places. The Suites are comfortable, and provide a convenient meeting place for clients. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful, although I have not made any great demands on them. The attached restaurant offers some high-quality steaks and Seafood. It is enough to make me look forward to my trips to Wichita.

Nice, older building with recent remodeling. Room are clean and larger than most other hotels. Bathroom was very large and nicely decorated. Had an evening reception, and a very nice breakfast buffet.

I love this hotel. The location on the river is great. There's a long river running trail starting at the hotel. The hotel has both free breakfast and dinner and the staff is extremely helpful.

Love it here! It has old school charm. The building is beautiful with the old woodwork and elevators. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The free breakfast hit the spot too! This is definitely a place to stay!

My wife and I went there for our anniversary weekend and the staff was absolutely amazing. I brought a bottle of champagne with me and asked the lady at the counter when I checked in if they could put it in a bucket of ice around 8 that way when we got back from our dinner reservations it would be ready for us. When we got back sure enough it was sitting in our room in a bucket of ice with two glasses right next to it. The hotel itself was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was within walking distance of all sorts of different sites such as the Historical Museum and the Riverwalk. I would definitely stay there again. Also the breakfast in the morning was excellent. It was more like a buffet with actual people cooking the food for you instead of going down to the cafeteria and making it all yourself.

Fantastic hotel! Historic structure, great views; they have a great happy hour kickback with food and drinks, and a hot tub that overlooks the river. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time!

The service was amazing. Although I am struggling to remember his name (maybe Carlton? ), the breakfast attendant/happy hour bartender was amazing. Such a great guy with a good voice too! Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. Highly recommend.

Superb place. The restoration of this hotel. Classy! Stayed here with a group of college students, great location. The inside pool and outside hot tub, was a great treat for everyone.

Gorgeous, historical hotel. Quiet rooms. Excellent food. It's worth the extra expense for an upper floor river view. The additional security measures to access the guest areas is also very nice.

The Broadview is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, and the happy hour is always fun. It is located right next to the river and there is easy access to great walking areas.

Nice hotel. Very clean, bed was quite comfy. Beautiful lobby, small parking lot, and you have to pay to self park! Breakfast buffet not that great, I would stay here again it's convenient to shop the Plaza!

My wife & I love the Drury Plaza. It is one if the best hotels in town. Even though we live in Wichita, when my wife and I want to get away for a special night, we make a reservation here. The 5:30 Kickback and hot breakfast is always good.

I stayed at the Drury Plaza Broadview Hotel for one evening and really enjoyed the stay. Before this night I hadn't stayed in a hotel so old, as it was opened in the 1920s if I'm not mistaken. But don't worry about because it had been renovated in the last decade, so you get all of the modern features of a hotel that you've come to expect but with the charm and style that come with an early twentieth century building design. The interior is still fairly ornate and even still has the old style USPS letter drop boxes on every floor by the elevator — it's really neat honestly. The location is also great for Wichita, being in the city and by the river. The breakfast was pretty good as far as hotels go — the food isn't made to order, but it's fresh and tastes good. I'd recommend this place if you find yourself in Wichita and need a place to stay. I'll be going back here for my job occasionally and I plan to stay at the Drury when I do.

We have stayed at Drury Inns across the country and still this hotel is a notch above. The building is gorgeous and has been beautifully updated and maintained. The staff are wonderful, going above and beyond for their guests and the rooms were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

There are several room key check points between the garage sky bridge and the actual room. The happy hour is great but you only get three drinks and the pours are far from generous. The food is pretty legit for being all inclusive. Staff was great. Room was perfectly adequate but the shower uses liquid dispensers instead of individual toiletries. A minor annoyance. Free Wi-Fi and garage parking are definite pluses.

Clean inside and out. Friendly helpful workers. I definitely would recommend this hotel to friends/family. Its really nice. And views of the hotel at night is just awesome. Absolutely had no complaints about the food, every bit of it was absolutely DELICIOUS. My first experiense wasn't too bad, I might just have to check myself into this place again for a little weekend getaway with my husband. ♡

Great historic hotel with excellent staff. Excellent location close to downtown happenings. One of the staff members even sang to one of the guests during happy hour for her birthday, it was really great. The rooms are well maintained, I have no complaints at all. The bar tenders were very knowledgeable and worked hard. I will stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay in the historic Drury! Beautiful hotel with so much historical value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is a great value considering that the hotel had an amazing, large free breakfast, 3 free adult beverages, and food free from 5:30-7 pm. It was a great value! The pool/ hot tub was very nice! I highly recommend it!

Nice place. Very clean. Elegant. And if you're a guest there, you get free dinner and alcoholic beverages between 530-7pm and it's really good food.

I was in town on business for a couple nights. Clean comfortable rooms, Big nice bathroom. It made for a nice stay. Very polite staff, especially the lady who takes care of the breakfast buffet. She was awesome.

Very nice, I love this staff at dinner time. There is a gentleman there that is highly entertaining and he has a wonderful singing voice. He really knows how to get all the guests engaged. The rooms are spectacular very clean and comfortable. The view from the hot tub outside is absolutely spectacular!

Very disappointed in the customer service of this hotel. We had a group for homecoming that came in to take photos in the beautiful lobby area and intended to eat in the AVI Steakhouse. It was raining so there were a limited number of places they could do so downtown. The desk staff was extremely rude and told the very well mannered group that they were not allowed to take photos in the hotel and asked them to go to the ugly back area of the hotel and to hurry and get out. I have never been so disappointed! I send my customers to stay here frequently but will do no longer!

Pricey, but high quality. Room are on the small side which is to be expected with a historic building. The furnishing and linens are very nice. Service was excellent. Happy hour and breakfast definitely add value. The quality justifies the price.

Conference facilities were nice and the lobby is beautiful. Hard to initially figure out where to go and the garage is kind of confusing. Need a better way for conference attendees that are not spending the night to park. I got in but had to wait for a while for the person in front if me.

Most hotel parking garages have an up side and a down side. The Drury Plaza parking garage had two but had the other side blocked off for whatever reason. So you can only imagine how nerve racking it was to go around a corner only to find someone else coming straight at you. There wasn't even corner mirrors! Found out as we were leaving there was free public parking directly across the street from our garage… wasted an extra $8 for a garage permit. Special requested a room with a view and got a room with a "special view" of construction… Even paid the upcharge to a suite. Room service took close to an hour and 2 of the lamps in the room were inoperable. The floor surrounding the pool was built with zero concern for guest safety. Smooth, flat tiles coupled with water did NOT go well. My little girl slipped and bumped her head hard. Another guests' son slipped and actually split his toe open. I'm happy my daughter was ok but I felt horrible for the other family as they had to clean up quite a bit of blood. Lastly, was placed at the end of the hall next to an elevator with a loud door. Please also keep in mind that I am a very well-established world traveler and have stayed at over 100 different hotels across 12 countries. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone… Period.

This place is fantastic! Rooms are very nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. The 530 kickback was so much more than I thought it would be! Pasta, baked potatoes, soups, salads, hot dogs, nachos, soft drinks, and 3 alcoholic beverages per adults were on the menu the night we stayed. The pool area was clean and very well kept. Staff was kind and accommodating. The cost per night wasn't much different than their competitors but I think you get a lot more! Will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.

The included meals and happy hour were a great perk. Quality selection on both food and beverages. Rooms were clean, and late night staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly despite our late-hour arrival. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice, the slate flooring was very slippery causing many to fall even just walking. Room service from the adjacent restaurant was superb and affordable. Fit for both families and just was travelers. Would absolutely stay again!

I couldn't have asked for better. The staff was exceptionally wonderful, helpful, and gracious. The remodeled property is perfect right on the river. It is elegant in history, and modern enough to be be comfortable. Sunset in the outdoor hot tub was beautiful. My view of Riverfest, right out my window. (I could watch my teenagers from afar. ) For a last minute reservation I can't wait to go back.

Booked this room on a whim side we were passing through town and I am so glad I did. We were right across the river from the museums, easy to get to, AMAZING staff, and the room was wonderful. The breakfast was top notch, wonderful variety for my family of 5. And again, AMAZING staff. Helpful, personable, engaged, so kind to my 3 small children. We will probably make this hotel a regular stay when we travel.

Clean, beautiful hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, and it showed they really enjoyed their jobs. The only thing we were sad about was there was no bar to hang out before the Kickback started. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, anytime!

The service was excellently done, and the venue was tasteful and professional. Good parking as well. Didn't get to see the rooms, but the hotel looked extremely good and clean everywhere that I was. I would visit if I were a resident!

I stayed two nights with my husband this weekend. The room was very nice and the staff was wonderful. The free breakfast was wonderful as were the free drinks and snacks in the evening. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We stayed the night for our 5 yr wedding anniversary. The service was fantastic, very friendly and fast staff. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk help made sure the room we were in was ok for our stay asking about the view (we were in the 6th floor overlooking the river). The hotel was very easy to get to and there is a Skywalk from the parking garage to the hotel. We did eat the complimentary breakfast at the hotel which had several choices of hot and cold food. The inside of the hotel was very pretty and up to date. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stay!

Great hotel, the staff are all polite, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I am also very impressed with how clean and new everything in the hotel is despite it being a very old historic building and the food and drinks at the AVI lounge located inside the hotel were nothing but the best. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay. Nice views of the River Walk and they also have view rooms of Wichita. The room we had was equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast is also very good but not much in the way for diabetics on a restricted diet.

Got a room for the night just to get away, very nice view from 8th floor. Room was very nice but TV too small from how far the bed is from it. Plenty to do within walking distance of hotel.

My fiance and I recently stayed at the Drury. We were needing to use the room significantly earlier than their typical check because my fiance wanted to get ready there before our wedding as well as stay there that night. We spoke to the Assistant General Manger who showed us around the hotel and made us feel welcome. Come the wedding day everything went very smooth and we were well taken care of. It was a great experience and we can't wait to stay another night!

I give the Drury Hotel 5 Stars and two thumbs up! Very nice hotel. For a 1920s built building, the interior has been very nicely updated. Great location on the river. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was roomy and clean. The bathroom was also clean and large. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Also the complementary breakfast. My only complaint is that we only stayed one night! We will definitely be back!

I accidentally spilled my coffee all over the place st the breakfast bar and an insanely chronically cheerful employee looked at my panicked face and told me to not worry about a thing. Cleaned it up and made me smile by invoking the words of many a wiser person than myself and reminded me there is no use in crying over spilled milk… Or coffee in my instance. I made a friend in the process, and the Drury made a return customer for sure.

Excellent customer service. This place manages to retain the same wonderful staff year after year. They all seem to love their jobs. My employer should take a lesson here. Always a great stay & a great location on the river next to Old Town.

Good rooms and the standard Drury Breakfast and Dinner/Drinks special was very good but some of the worst internet I've ever had at a hotel. 2 mb/s Down and. 01 up with a latency of 833 ms.

Just a wonderful place. It feels like it's within 10 minutes of anything you'd want to do in Wichita. Evening kickback and morning breakfast make it convincing to just stay in all day. Rooms go from basic to very large. Lots of benefits, like completely free drinks and popcorn all evening if you want to watch a movie in your room. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. VERY friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful place to stay, and a very competitive price for rooms in most modern hotels while offering more.

Loved it! Large quiet rooms, amazing hot tub after a long car ride, delicious breakfast! They actually scramble eggs fresh and cook fresh pancakes. The hotel is beautiful and there was a great place to walk the dogs along the river. Would highly recommend!

AMAZING! Food wasn't the best but with 2 meals a day I didn't have to pay extra for. The staff in the dining area was always in friendly, happy, and engaging. 3 free drinks with dinner was a plus. With 2 hot tubs and an indoor pool its a relaxing environment all year. I'll definitely come here whenever I'm in Wichita, and look for Drury hotels in all my travels!

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and it's just as good as the first. The hotel entryway is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are are immaculate. They have a large fitness room and a great pool and hot tub. The best part about this hotel, I believe, is the 5:30 p. M. Kickback. Why waste your money on going out and eating on the town when you can enjoy a free dinner and cold beverages on the house? Everytime I come to Wichita this is the hotel that I will stay at.

Beautiful building and location (near the river). We stayed in an oversized room with two queen beds. Loved the room, however, the needs are hard and bouncy. Move slightly, and wife practically bounced onto the floor. Pool is nice, "kickback" is nearly worthless unless you live potato's and hotdogs. I do like the open soda pop fountain. Likely will stay again, when I forget how uncomfortable the beds are.

I enjoyed the service for the most part. They provided a free breakfast for all guests which was your standard continental breakfast. Free parking in the attached garage. Free coffee all day in lobby. The desk was very friendly except for one incident after their shift change where I was rudely asked what I was doing here while I was waiting for the airport shuttle. Otherwise it was good.

Had my daughter's Sweet Sixteen party here. It was awesome. Dinner, breakfast for free and it was delicious. Nice big rooms and pool with 2 jacuzzi's. The staff is amazing and so helpful.

I had a wonderful experience here! 7am-10am free hot breakfast and 5:30pm-7pm is free hot dinner. Very clean and very safe! Will definitely look for other Drury hotels when I travel.

This is hands down the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the room is clean and well maintanenced and the view of the river is great. The only thing I can add is I wish there was a vending machine on each floor instead of having to go down to the lobby to buy snacks and sodas from the pantry.

We stayed at the Drury Hotel in Wichita end of June 2015 traveling with my husband on a business trip. I was a bit apprehensive because it is an older hotel, I had no need to be, because it was lovely and fully restored. My teenagers were also apprehensive because as they asked — what is there to do in Kansas? Because the Drury is located right on the Arkansas river, we were able to take advantage of the museums on the waterfront, such as the science museum. Many attractions were within walking distance, but some (such as cowtown) required a car. I also must say, that one of our favorite things to do in Wichita was to drive around and look at the architecture, especially in college hill where the Frank Lloyd wright house is located, as the town was very unique in the variety of architectural stylings and detail. It was also amazing to drive down douglas and look at the sculptures in bronze on the side of the road. It is obvious that Wichita has long had a love for the arts. The hotel was well appointed with elements of the old hotel left in tact. The marble floors, ornate ceiling and iron railings, speak of an elegant past without feeling dingy or old. Of course, the Arkansas river view was the star of the show. The room was larger than your standard hotel room and was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and mini counter space.

What a BARGAIN! Your stay includes free breakfast, dinner with 3 drinks per person. I was absolutely amazed. Very nice, clean and friendly hotel.

Very well done! Everything from outside scenery to the little things in the room were just done right. The included breakfast was good but try to get there earlier than I did because the potatoes were pretty dry by 9:00. Staff was incredibly friendly and will go to great lengths to help you! Every encounter I had with the staff from the receptionist to the janitor to the breakfast cook were fantastic. Overall very pleased, I even signed up for their free rewards program!
