Horrible horrible horrible this place is a true haunted house DO NOT GO HERE.

Outside looks like this place is abandoned and was told O'Malleys closed down 3 yrs. Ago. Room smelled like smoke even tho its a smoke free room. Hardly no guests here at all.

It was a nice place. No pool. They did have ping pong. Could probably use a few upgrades. Very nice price, great breakfast, very friendly staff.

A big shout out to the Salina Ambassador Hotel and Conference Center. They did a get job on our wedding reception. Jodi was wonderful to work with. Very accommodating staff and everything worked out great!

Interesting place visually. Room was standard and no frills. Decent price for a hot shower and a place to lay my head for two nights.

Nothing fancy, good beds, clean room. Staff is friendly, continental breakfast is nice. You can't beat the room rates if you call them directly and book your room.

I gave the motel one star for a comfortable bed. But the bed was in a room that smelled of mold and mildew. The ceiling in the bathroom had a large hole in it, and debris was dropping into the tub. The pictures of the pool are a lie. There is no pool. We were told this after arrival, too late to change to a different motel. I would not stay here again if they n paid ME.

Pictures are a lie. Pool and hot tub have been closed since last year. Room was humid and beds had a moist feeling. The building seemed to be pretty old as well. There are no refunds for a reason. The good thing is, it's cheap. Wouldn't stay here for more than a few nights.

The room and bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was very quiet. Overall a great place to stay!

The only reason I'm giving this a one-star is because we needed a place to stay and the rate was cheap but a very disgusting and cheap hotel, everything was dirty in the room. They did compliment us to a similar room for the same price because we found urine and hair on the floor in the other room. You can tell this hotel needs a very very much-needed upgrade. Oh and the pool is shut down also. I also noticed that my comforter and sheets were very badly stained this was very disgusting. I had to sleep though because I did not want to feel like I was a bother to the front desk.

Has potential to be a great place but the t. V. Have run it into the ground. Pool with amazing slide but they chose to CLOSE it. Used to have indoor golf… got rid of that too. Again… so much WASTED potential!

For the price, this hotel is definitely worth a one night stay! The room was a little humid, we were at the back of the hotel on the first floor but the AC worked fine. Room was a little dated but my wife and I slept great in the bed. Just sad seeing that pool and water slide permanently shut down.

Beautiful interior, but looks like it could use a little love. If given proper upkeep it could be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Staff was very nice as well.

Cheap rates and nice rooms need to upgrade there breakfast.

They lie about the room was going fast, so I had to book the room quick, and when we got their the hotel was like a ghost town inside. No phone in room. The customer service was great. This was a place to rest if u have no other choice and at the last minute resting spot. This place need a good manager and a good marketer to put the place on the map, good locating just need some improvement.

If it would let me give 0 stars I would. Pictures were probably taken 10+ years ago. There is no pool, bar, restaurant. Shower, Ac, and TV don't work. Stains on fabrics. Smells like mold. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Good clean and safe alternative to regular hotels. Friendly and quiet. Complimentary breakfast. Good spot. Fascinating facility. 192 rooms. Check it out. Save money.

Friendly staff, great place just to walk around and explore new places. Some vending machines were out of order, and to me priced a little high. Price per room, per stay, and free breakfast was good for the most part.

PLEASE TAKE THE REVIEWS SERIOUS! AND THE WEBSITES PICTURES ARE A LIE! This place has gone waaayyy down hill! NEW OWNERS! AND no pool or water slide now! NO HOT TUB! Last time I was there (MONTH AGO) I had my son who is 2 with me and one of the patrons was trying to make it in the front door but was wasted. You definitely don't feel safe here!

Stayed here Friday January 26th, the first room smelled like someone just smoked a pack in it supposed to be non smoking so they moved us, second room had luggage already in it so they moved us to a 3rd room tried to take a shower but the water was brownish red so no shower. The pool is now permanently shut down with the hot tube, about 10 percent of the arcade games work. I know for 40 bucks I can't expect much but I don't really see how this hotel isn't shut down yet, it's dirty, nothing works, and couldn't even shower.

Horrible rooms. Toilet dripped water on floor when flushed. Filthy bathroom in need of much repair. Nothing like photos advertised on all the websites. Next door to a trailer park. Pool permanently closed. Waited 20 minutes to check-in due to a computer system issue. You get what you pay for. Cheap rooms = terrible rooms.

Room was clean, but there was a unknown red substance on the bathroom wall I didn't notice until I was leaving. The bed was so broken down I was unable to get a good night's rest. Stay was courteous and helpful during check-in. It's hard to find anywhere to spend the night for $37 so you take what you can get. Unfortunately I've stayed at worst places.

Pool is closed, hot tub is closed, the bar/restaurant is closed, everything is outdated. The room was pretty clean with the exception of mold around the faucet and ceiling tiles in the bathroom. I told the front desk about the mold around the sink and she barely acknowledged it. The breakfast was pretty good. Not a fan, won't be back any time soon.

Do not stay here. The website is completely lying about everything. There is no restaurant, there is no heat, the fire alarm had plastic over it to prevent it from detecting smoke. Charged $25.00 per night for a dog. Which is outrageous considering the state of the property. At one time it looks like it was a nice place. No more.

Trash on the floor when we got there black lady at front desk could have been more polite check out lady was nice though. TV had one channel of course Spanish the door didn't properly latch I can open and close it from the outside so yeah I slept good… loud people but that doesn't bother me it's a motel what do you expect.

Nice place to stop and get a great nights rest. The pillows are wonderful! getting to make your own Belgium waffle, coffee and all of the other breakfast assortments they provide is a terrific plus.

Is this a five-star hotel? No, but I'm giving it 5 stars because it was an amazing deal, and you get way more than you pay for. $39 a night. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was good, I loved the make your own belgium waffle maker. The staff was friendly and made the stay enjoyable.

I do not even know where to begin with this place, this was the worst motel I've ever stayed in! Everything to customer service and cleanliness right down to the description of this place online was horrible and wrong! I have shared my pictures from our room, which by the way we found a dead roach behind the sitting chair, there is a pic of that too… The lady working the front desk at around 9pm that night obviously thought her social media was more important every time I asked a question. The website says there is food available but that was a lie as well, maybe a crusty candy bar from the vending machine that looks like it was new back in 1985… This was our first time to Kansas and it will be the last time in Salina… The ambassador hotel needs to get to cleaning and update their facility! This place does not deserve not one star but I cannot post without selecting one…

The rooms smelled like mold, the fire detector was beeping, the toilet ran all night so had to shut the bathroom door and like one review the holes in the parking lot were bad. But you get what you pay for. It was cheap the only thing that was halfway good was the free breakfast.

Really nice front desk people. Pleasantly surprised on the inside. The outside is outdated and kind of scary looking, but inside is beautiful. Quiet, everything you need. No updated electronics in rooms, but the and internet work just fine.

This hotel looked much cleaner on the website, but what can you expect from a $50 hotel? It was probably very nice once upon a time, but now? Not so much. However, the staff was very nice. It was good for an overnight stop but not much more.

Nice place for the price. We got a very good deal. Night person at the front desk is very friendly. Clean rooms with decent sized beds. Great place. Would stay again.

The staff is friendly that includes house keeping. Breakfast is not the best, not enough selection. The rooms are clean but some need work. Have stayed here quite a few times. One room the towel rack was coming out of the wall. So some rooms need a little TLC. We got the room for $34.00. The pool was closed because of a new insurance law. Which is not the hotels fault. The court yard is huge. Over all was pleased with the stays.

Amazing value. Helpful friendly staff. Very cool water slide in the pool area. Beautiful interior courtyard/restaurant/game room area. Only reason no 5th star is the bar was closed, and it looked like the new owners haven't quite gotten everything up and running yet. If this were close to home I would do weekend get aways here regularly.

We booked a room here because they sponsored a tournament we were bowling in. After one look at the disgusting room, we decided to go elsewhere. When we got a refund, we were also informed that they had charged us the wrong rate. It is well worth the extra money to stay somewhere else! I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

This was I think the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. For starters it was 50.00 more than they told me when I reserved. The hot tub/sauna/bar all were under maintenance. My room was filthy. There was an old rusty nail outside my door, which came out of the strip that goes under the door. You had to slam the door shut to get it to stay. The TV kept turning off by its self. Horrible customer service. I asked for things and never got them. The lighting was horrible and they didnt care. And I can keep going. The only good thing was the pool because of the slide, but the ladder to get out was broke. I will never stay here again and I would no recommend anyone else either.

My family and I sat in the lobby for 2 hours waiting for them to solve a simple problem of giving us the wrong key. Staff was terribly rude and impatient, rooms were dirty with little to no help.

Spent a great weekend there with the wife & kids 2 years ago, at the Pelton Family Reunion. Now, 2 years later, we are headed to another Pelton Reunion, for the 2nd time being hosted by your hotel. Looking forward to another great experience and friendly atmosphere. Thanks again. We are gonna let loose and enjoy visiting with the whole clan. Lol.

Room 246 was extremely dirty. Teammate was bite up by bugs from head to toe!

The bar in the hotel was fantastic! Food was great and great service! :)

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Very dirty rooms! Rooms are falling apart! Our 1st room had mold in it! Our second room the ceiling was falling and had fallen all over the couch! Hot in the rooms and ac wasn't working! Called for a fan but they were ALL out! Staff were not the most friendliest or helpfull! Do NOT stay here!

I am writing this email in regards to the way my family was treated. I am ashamed to say we tried to book an event with your hotel. The event Coordinator Jameiy and her supervisor Jodi were extremely rude to my family. Given the situation I was not the easiest person to work with but that doesn’t excuse their behaviors. I am Karishama Bhakta and I had the hall booked for May 28 and 29th for my wedding ceremony. I was told in January that we cannot bring in outside food. I explained to Jamiey how our cultural only allows traditional food. She apologized for the mishap and showed us the door. Not once before our visit did she try contacting us to and multiple times before the visit we had spoke on the phone together. After the horrible news my parents and I struggled to find a hall. In desperation I contacted Jamie and tried to work out a deal she then passed me along to Jodi. Jodi was extremely rude and not very understanding of a stressful bride trying her hardest to find a venue for the wedding. I was leaving for India a day after I found out the news. I contacted Jamiey once more to beg to work something out for my family. Jamiey explained to me there was no way we can bring in outside food. I spoke again with Jodi. Jodi very rudely explained to me how the hotel couldn’t allow this. She said things like “ What part of no don’t you understand”. I know I was very frustrating but I was desperate she then hang up on me mid sentence.

Sitting in lobby 1100 waiting for taxi. They are just barely vacuuming. No coffee, Glad I did not need the business center or to make an important phone call. Rooms suddenly jumped in price, save money or stay at a nice hotel.

Decent place room very clean. Its just a old hotel. If that doesnt bother u then everything is ok. No bedbugs either id stay here again.
