Very tidy kept! The staff is all so polite. Breakfast was good. We had a great stay!

They Leave car rags for people to wash off with when the washcloths get too dirty after men have been working! Then tell you they will charge you for washcloths! I have stayed at hotels that cost $800/night and left worse than dirt on a washcloth and have NEVER been left a rag to use or been told they would charge me to buy new washcloths!

The stay was horrible. My wife and I stayed in the hotel with our 4 kids. At 2:30am, water began pouring through the ceiling on tbe floor of the hotel creating a lake of water. We contacted the front desk. It took a good 30 minutes for them to set up another room (which we had to ask for, wasnt offered). NO ONE apologized for this, btw. It already takes a long time and effort and stress to get our 4 young children to settle down in a hotel room after 12 hours if driving. So we had to start that process all over again at 3am, plus pack up and move all of our stuff in the middle of the night. It was 5am before my wife and I got back to sleep. We had to wake up early for another 8 hrs of driving. When we called the manager to tell them what happened, his response: "if you werent happy with the room, you should have moved to a different hotel". That was literally his exact response. No apology, no refund, no doscount. NOTHING to rectify this disaster of a stay that was not our fault. Needless to say, never staying in a wyndham-owned hotel again.

Pool was dirty and hot tub did not work. Shower in room was rusting it was so old. Free breakfast was poor quality juice was imitation the best thing about this place was the staff they truly enjoyed taking care of people and made the experience much better.

This Baymont is a nice place for the price. It is a pet friendly hotel which can be a plus or minus depending on your point of view. I am giving four stars because you can smell it is pet friendly and we did not have a pet. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was good, showers were hot, and the room was clean. We had a suite at a very reasonable price.

Great location near I-135 and I-70 in the middle of Kansas. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, water is hot. The breakfast is decent with a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and eggs. FoxNews was never on, several restaurants are nearby, and there's a liquor store down the block. What more could you want in a budget hotel?

Good place quiet soft beds. Cold ice water coffee and tea available at all hours. Pool was great kinda small but good. Hot tub is hot jets are powerful. Breakfast includes eggs sausage biscuits and gravy.

We have stayed here a couple of times now. They are a pet friendly hotel. Their beds are unbelievably comfortable I love the pillows. Recently we left a bag in our room. They called us while we were on our way to Denver and sent our bag to us. They were really nice and honest. I would stay again if going back to St. Louis. Jan.

The staff was great for the most part, had a problem with 1 woman but whatever. The rooms are nice, don't let the outside fool you, breakfast was great too!

We really loved the staff. Everyone was so friendly. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated. The beds and pillows were very nice. The scrambled eggs and blueberry muffins were excellent. They also had yogurt, waffles, bagels, sausage, fruit, and juice. We'd definitely stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were hot! This is what determines most of our stays is what the pool temperature is. Regular hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Clean nice big room. Forgot our pillows there and they offered to mail them back to us! Excellent customer service!

Cleanroom had what we needed for the night. Quick check in only thing I had to say was at the floors were really really squeaky poor people on the floor under ass probably didn't sleep a wink with the squeaky floors above them. Friendly staff quick check-in check-out.

Some college friends and I met with our kids to go to the zoo in Salina and chose the Baymont because it had a pool, breakfast, and was very reasonably priced. We were so pleased with everything about this hotel. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. AND — the rooms were clean. AND — the pool temperature was actually tolerable. I hate going to "heated" pools and then freezing when I have to take the kids swimming. So, even though cheaper, the Baymont was just as great as a higher priced hotel. Thanks, Baymont!

Super friendly Place. Good clean rooms. Definitely recommend ordering the handicap suite. Gigantic shower is fabulous. Big complimentary breakfast. All the coffee you can drink. Reasonable, and they will allow you upon request to stay a hair longer if you need. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. It is quiet.

Cindy (The Cookie Lady) is great with the customers. We had room 122 and it was almost like "home". We will be returning to The Baymont!

This place sucks. Went here earlier in the week. Beds are the equivalent to sleeping on the floor. Elevator is worrisome. Breakfast is terrible. The only reason I am giving one star is because the lady at the front desk was nice. Spend the extra money and do NOT stay in salina.

Great room, very friendly staff. Hotel was very quiet. Which surprised my wife and and because we stayed a weekend that there was basketball tournament, wrestling tournament, and big junior college dance competition going on.

The staff is fantastic, rooms are clean comfortable and well maintained. The Breakfast has many options and its kid friendly.

Great Customer Service and Large Rooms. We checked in late and were greeted by a smiling Andrea who was quick and very helpful checking us in. She made sure we had everything we needed includung an extra blanket. The rooms are good size and very clean. The breakfast was what you would expect at a hotel, quick eggs, sausage gravey and biscuits, and all the other normal continental stuff. Again we were greeted in the morning by helpful and friendly staff. That kind of service is appreciated by road weary travelers. We would definitely stay here again.

Great desk clerk. Made Christmas Day in a snow storm a grand experience for Great Grandparents on their way to be with four Greatgrandchildren.

This is our go-to place on the way to Colorado from St. Louis it is a little over halfway easy to find from the interstate very clean and very reasonably priced I would recommend this to any Traveler and the price is very competitive I have never swam in the pool nor eating in a local area but it looks very nice.

Clean. Good people. Good price. They allow dogs. Have a nice warm pool. Hot tub is a bit cool for a hot tub. Beds are comfortable. We pulled it apart and check for bed bugs… none at all. Would stay again.

Hot water takes 10-15 minutes to come out of the shower. The chair in my room has those nasty dark stains on the arms from years of use and not being properly cleaned. The staff are nice enough, but given the cost I expect better than this.

Stayed one night on a road trip. Room nice, clean, good bed, good hot shower, ok breakfast, friendly staff. Nice for our small dog too.

It's ok. It's a older motel and is somewhat up to date. The carpet is dated and some of it needs to be replaced. They are updating the bathrooms as of my stay there. The staff is curtious and friendly and breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable sheets were soft clean and smelled nice and fresh. The girls cleaning the rooms did a excellent job! Over all I will stay again in the future.

Let me just say one thing. Andrea! We have stayed in hotels across the country and this woman is amazing. She went out of her way to help with restaurant suggestions and directions and dealt with our exhausted family after our uhaul broke down mid trip. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for employing such a wondeful person. Also shout out to Kimberlee the manager for being hospitable as well. Thanks ladies!

Horrible business! I had just left the emergency room with my grandson as he had an allergic reaction to something in my home, most likely, my new kitten. The doctor told me not to take him back home as another reaction could be life threatening. It was 2:30 in the morning and this motel was close to my home so I stopped to get a room at almost $100 for the night. I gave her my credit card and she asked for an ID. When she saw I was from Salina, she said I had to pay a $200 cash deposit as they have had people from Salina damage their rooms. I gave her the $200 cash deposit and she only gave me a receipt for my room. I requested a receipt for my $200 cash and she said she did not have anything to give me a receipt with. I told her I wanted my money back if she could not give me a receipt for the cash. She canceled my room and gave me my cash back. I went to the next motel, AmericInn, and as soon as I walked in, the man knew who I was as the motels are owned by the same owners. He too told me he had to have a cash deposit and he too was not able to give me a receipt for my cash. He said he would put it in an envelope with my name on it and give it back in the morning. NO, I want a receipt for $200 cash. They did not care about my situation of having a grandson that had just left a 2 hour emergency room visit and us trying to find a place to get some sleep. They just wanted me to give them $200 cash and no receipt.

The employees were helpful, friendly and kind. The hot breakfast was good. The young lady keeping the food stocked was extremely helpful to others by taking their plates and things to the garbage for them. She even carried a food plate for a handicapped man. The motel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Unfortunately the bathroom in my room had a faulty shower head. The shower curtain rod was very bent in the middle but did hold up the curtain. The wall covering in the bathroom was getting wet from the faulty shower head and wrinkling. The no slip material glued into the bottom of the tub was one forth peeled up and the glue was floating around.

It was nice place to spend a couple weeks. Friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. The establishment was doing renovations which should be finished now. Pool and gym and free breakfast. Once the updates are finished it will be a 5.

The hotel was conveniently located, the staff were ALL exceptionally nice and helpful (especially the night clerk! )! The room was very spacious, clean, a/c got really cold, beds were comfy and they had many amenities. They offered breakfast, which was restocked immediately when something ran out and it was all yummy! We will definitely stay again!

We had an aweful experience with this hotel! We reserved a king suite as we had 2 adults and 3 children. We arrived late that night and they gave us the wrong room. When we asked for a different room, because obviously 5 people can't sleep in one bed, they wanted to charge us more. By the time we got into our room and the kids were already in bed, we found out the TV didn't work. At this point it is 2:00 in the morning and they actually wanted us to move rooms. Since it was so late and our children were already asleep we decided to stay in the room. Big mistake! Air conditioner wouldn't cool down room. Had a miserable night! When we went down for breakfast the next morning, there was no syrup for the pancakes. When we asked for some syrup the lady was rude like she was put out because she had to do her job. Then we went down to check out and I talked to the manger Kim and she acted like it was our fault all of these things happened. She was extremely rude! Clearly she doesn't enjoy her job and probably shouldn't work with the public! My advice is to avoid this hotel!

The hotel is very nice. Located right off the highway and a variety of places to eat around it. Rooms are decent and very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful with any questions. Beds are comfy as well. Definitely would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Amazing! We were passing through when a tornado warning came for the area. We were still 4 hours away from home and the storm was crossing where we were going to be heading. They accommodated both of us AND our two dogs. We ended up staying the night to wait out the storms. Awesome service and very friendly!

It was nice my only complaint was that the TV kept changing its input to different setting and had taken me a while to figure out.

Good service, hotels were clean, HDMI port on TV wasn't working until I put it on port 3. Fairly cheap, wish they had a better selection at breakfast, but you really can't complain about that.

I just booked this hotel, and have not stayed but after talking to Amanda I am thinking this is going to be perfect. She was so professional and nice I hope she is working on the night we stay there my family will find it a true pleasure to deal with someone who takes customer service friendly. Best hotel in the area. Fast, friendly and the rooms were clean. They have me the best accommodation and we're extremely curtious while doing it.

Location is great, next to several restaurants and a 24hr convenience store. The place was very clean and well kept. A very satisfied customer.

We love it here. Everyone is supper nice and very helpful. Great place to stay. Very clean rooms, great breakfast. Just cant say enough good things.
