Not good, Had bugs every where. Large gap under door. Spiders in shower. Bedding had stains, dirty walls. Changed rooms, alittle better but not much. Wanted to get our money back and go some where else but, it was midnight and tired from traveling just wanted to try to get some sleep. Would not recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here so many times in the past. The desk clerk and manager were awesome, felt like family. New group in here now, the prices are jacked up and the new desk/manager is really rude, pretty much just lied to my face saying she had been there awhile and the prices I paid before never happened. Really? Maybe she's calling me a liar? Anyway, just walked across the parking lot to the EconoLodge, cheaper, same kind of place and front desk is way nicer.

The only reason I'd give this place 2 stars is because the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We found hair on the sheets and the room was in need of repairs. The TV kept going out and the shower was leaky. You could hear everyone outside of the rooms and the walls kept making loud cracking noises. Not a place for restful sleep.

Unusually old and dirty for a Days Inn. The shower was disgusting… a peeling black and brown mat was stuck in the way in the tub and there was absolutely no water pressure. Below average breakfast.

Don’t stay here! Food was left in our microwave from previous guest. Toilets barely flush. Neighbors were doing drug deals all night and fighting, the couple next to us got in a fight and he threw all of her stuff out of his truck. (I have a video of this) & when mentioned, nothing was done… to who we found out the next day WAS THE MANAGER. The power went out, which is out of there control, but the manager was on duty & didn’t help at all or notify anybody about what was going on. We literally thought she was just an untrained employee working the night shift but found out the next morning she runs the whole thing. Nothing in the rooms notifying you when breakfast is & they don’t tell you at check in. We stayed at 5 hotels during our trip from Washington to Missouri & this was by far the WORST.

Clean, front staff not very friendly, we have 2 chihuahuas… not barky, they charged $15 +tax for each. Carpet was spotted, from? previous visitors with animals had not cleaned up outside after them. It's easy to put a mailbox with plastic bags, a garbage can and a sign to encourage clean up. It was pretty messy. I thought it should have been cheaper and would have been if we registered online. All in all, ok.

Not clean floor was very dirty but did serve a good breakfast.

First off, it’s a Days Inn. If anyone ever finds an actual 5star days, your probably actually in a Hawthorn. That said, this place is def a 3 Star: could be better but it could also be a ton worse. Due to location, there’s a shady feeling outside, not so much once in room. Rooms could use updating, although it as least seems like they have slowly started to update the rooms (new bathroom flooring) quite a few other things could be done to spruce it up: new paint, new curtains (ours were stained), new bathtub (paint chipping & nozzle is wonky). Still works, but also makes it look a bit dirty/janky. Bed was fine, toilet is newer. Oh! There’s an adjoining door between our room and the one next door. Even though we locked it, we moved a chair in front of it too. We would stay here again if it were necessary, like today was.

Poor military discount. Staff was very unfriendly. Room adequate. Breakfast might have been edible a week ago. Rates too high for services offered. After staying at Wyndham motels for seven years, they were unable to find any record of us!

A little sketchy but the room was quiet and clean. Didn't feel unsecure but the location isn't the most comforting.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Very friendly staff. Overall great stay for the cheap price.

Clean rooms, clean hotel, Shardyna was very professional and pleasant. Great customer service. Will stay again here again for sure.

Staff was extremely inviting and nice. Rooms were pretty nice especially for the price point. Ad a hot tub and improve the free breakfast and "what more could u ask for"

It's a Days Inn, what would you expect. The ladies running this place are excellent, super kind, very friendly towards kids and families, probably because they have big families of their own. They made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Rooms were clean, bedding was nice clean and made up well. We recieved a pet room as we had pups of our own and there was no odor, no stains or anything wrong with the room at all. Everything worked and was easily accessible, they even helped us out with a local water park that was fun fun. Not likely I'll ever be in the area again, but if I do end up back there I will stay the night just because.

We had a wonderful experience at this place … Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room. The nighttime lady on front desk was very nice and made us feel welcomed. The manager is an awesome person, very friendly and kids friendly. In summary worth staying. Outstanding service. Will stay there again and again.

Great staff that worls hard to keep you happy. It a little outdated but very nice and clean.

Roaches, drunk crying men, a bad smell, awful breakfast, but good orange juice.

This hotel advertises a $57 rate. If you don't reserve the room on line they charge you $75 if you want to get a room in person.

Rooms are easily assess able from the outside, instead of having to go through the hotel to get to a room. Rooms smelled good and were clean, but the sheets and towels had old stains that couldn't wash out.

Average hotel, little outdated. The service was average. The hot tub seemed to be permanently closed, they had a laminated sign at the front desk making you aware of the closure. The laminated sign appeared to be there for some time. The room and bed were clean and the bed was comfortable. The bath tub was a little stained. Breakfast as good. It included biscuits and gravy. Waffles, yogurt, muffins, bagels, juice, milk, & coffee.

We had a no smoking room but the room and the whole hall reeked of smoke. We didn't get bedbugs and the price was good. Our toilet jumped and wiggles too (wasn't solidly set down), not fun. The staff was friendly though and it's not a bad place to stay if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The breakfast wasn't anything to talk about, the waffle maker was very old so the waffles tasted plasticy. Other than that there was only toast, cereal, and pastry.

It was a nice, comfortable place to stay. Would stay there again. It does need some maintenence, but that didn't hinder our stay any.

Where to start? Cockroaches. All over. Some dead, some not. The smell is… gross. The walls barely contain the sounds of adjacent rooms and damped outside noises ever so slightly. I'm not sure how you could make a worse hotel in this part of the country.

The only thing decent about this place is the friendly service and price… NOT WORTH IT! Spend the extra $10 to get a place that's decent. No warm water. Smelly room. Dingy linens. This place is awful. I would rate it half a star if I could.

Does not allow service animals! I hope they know that it is against the law.

Room was disgusting. There was dirty socks in the room a dirty hand towel under the table the towels were all dirty and just refolded. There was hair in the bed and all over the bathroom floor and sink. And mold all over the picture. There was also exposed outlets. The only positive was the staff and the manager said she would mail me a gift card to reimburse for the room. Since I booked thru a third party site.

The hotel staff was very polite and my room was very clean great stay for good price!

NO NO DON'T GO! Smelly water! Shower had 2 years of scum, dirt, hair, & someone elses soap! Mold. Hair in sink! Crumbs on chairs & floor. Bed ok & breakfast. Only got 20% off. Won't go back!

On par with most Days Inns. Better than a lot. Old motel with clean rooms. No bad smells that my very sensitive nose could detect. Room wasn't smoky in other words. Girl at counter was helpful and friendly. Good value for the money. Couldn't have asked for more on the road late at night. My stay was a good one.

The hotel room was nice but as soon as we were in our room all the sevice was gone! We had to find are own towls and at 7:30 breakfasts almost all gone. The room had a musty smell and the comforter was ripped.
