Best value motel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were much nicer than I expected and very clean. Staff was very friendly. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves every bit of the five star rating I am giving it!

This place is typically always full. It's been around for years. I stayed there 10 years ago and just recently within the last month. They have not let this little gem deteriorate. It may seem tiny on the outside but the rooms are nice and clean. No coffee maker but your paying for a budget motel. It's clean, comfortable, and nice friendly staff. For the price, you certainly cannot go wrong. I highly recommend!

Pleasant surprise. Went to Salina on business, needed a place to stay and found this place online. Very reasonable priced, immaculate clean, modern up to date fixtures, and comfy bed. Had some traffic noise, but tolerable. Wonderful cold air conditioning. Friendly desk staff were helpful and informative.

Big room, the bed was very comfortable, air conditioner was quiet bathroom was clean, the price was very reasonable. Would stop there again.

First time. Just checked in. Fast service, clean room, A/C works, good price, attractive room decor, and very tidy. Highly recommend.

Great staff, clean rooms & a decent price.

Check in was fast. Rooms were clean. Great price especially for people on a budget. Good for a quick stay. No Ice buckets or coffee tho. Would've been nice to have a cup of coffee when I got up without getting out in my pjs and driving somewhere super early. Other than those 2 things this place is worth the $. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm there.

Unusual find! Cheap price but not rundown. Clean, neat, updated. When we pulled in, we couldn't believe this was the place with great reviews. The motel looked so small. Yet, our room was spacious with a queen bed, couch, night stand, dresser, fridge, microwave. Bring your own hangers & bedside light. New Kohler toilet & updated sink & faucet.

Nicest place I've stayed in Salina definitely would book again.

Close to the highway and nice cozy rooms. Pet friendly updated rooms.

The Best Inn is the best place to lay your head for the price. Other hotels that are in the same price range are not the same quality. This place is the best bang for your buck. I’ve stayed here regularly and won’t stay anywhere else unless they are all booked up.

Excellent value! Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

For the price, it can't be beat! Everything was clean, comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave. The only negative I can think of is I could hear the TV and people talking from the room next to me, but nothing too terrible.

Family run. Friendly, clean, medium size refrigerator with freezer and microwave. 2 large dressers.

We stayed at a place down the street that was HORRIBLE! And left after an hour because we couldn't handle it, ended up here. So nice! Clean, simple, and did not smell like death like the Ambassador did! The bed was even comfortable, thank you Best Inn!

In the middle of now where kinda, and barely understood a bit of english. Rooms smelled funny. But the over all nice area to step out and star gase.

Well. I'm a sales man and traveling a lot. I been stayed in 4, 3, 2 and 1 stars motels. But, I'm very surprised about this motel. Since you step in office you can feel a very clean ambience. Clean room, flat screen tv, nice Wi-Fi signal, quiet and comfortable. And best thing (so, don't say anybody) Great price!

Room was clean, Wi-Fi barely worked. Room had fresh carpet and should of been aired out, very powerful smell. Only bad part was the walls being extremely thin and the kids screaming and microwave working at 7:30 am.

Very nice room, especially for the price. Bed is super comfy, LCD TV, everything looks new except shower but it is still alright. Cable TV and Wifi. Front desk very helpful. Traffic is tolerable but a bit noisy in the morning. Recommend one of the lower # rooms to get away from main street.

Highly recommend this place. Don't let its outside look fools you. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Above all, it is a very affordable place to stay with $36/night. The owner was very nice.

I stayed one night at this hotel. It was small, but clean & priced right for the room, at $40. The only complaint that I have is the sheets were very old and had the little bumps & were rough, they were impossible to sleep on so I had to fold the top sheet and use that for top and bottom sheet.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Wanted to rent a room for the night but they were "booked. " Not even ten cars there for at least 15 if not 20 rooms. They were not booked, just did not want to go deal with paperwork at 2 am. If you don't want customers, turn off your open sign.

I'm giving this a four star although there was no room at the inn. I did not make a reservation so I didn't get a room. All the cars in town were at the Best hotel. The one across the street looking like a cool log cabin had no cars. The proprietor was very kind and mentioned the other hotel was ok. So we went there. It is not American owned like the Best hotel. So next time I go to Denver I'll be sure and make a reservation so there will be room at the inn for me.

Stayed in July of 2013. After an odd check-in experience, we arrived to our outdated room which smelled so strongly of detergent or Febreeze that we were scared of what odor they were trying to cover up. The room lacked a light fixture and just had a bare bulb. In addition, the walls were so thin that we could hear the couple next to us. She forgot her pajamas.

Good size room. Neat and clean. In Salina before on business and paid 4 times this price for less quality of a room and internet service.

Clean, cozy, and quiet! Absolutely worth the stay, more than worth the price. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and updated. Mini fridge, microwave, flat screen tv, nice dresser, neatly decorated and clean bathroom. Safe area, nice service, satisfying stay.

Been a long time since I stayed at a motel where you park outside of the room. I had forgotten how convenient it is to walk 10 foot with your bags and be inside the room. I was a little nervous at first when I pulled up but this place is everything all the other ratings say it is. I have paid twice as much and received half the room at some of the big name chains I have stated in.

Awesome for price, Service lacked a little. We were greeted by children, and could not get anyone at the desk in the morning. But nice breeds, nice TV, nice shower.

I did not expect much from this tiny motel on the outskirts of Salina, Kansas, but I was very impressed with my stay. I was passing through – Salina is about the perfect halfway point from St. Louis to Denver – and the unusually low price I saw on Expedia drew me in. What really caught my attention when I walked into the room was that it is furnished with very nice, new furniture. I was expecting the usual motel fare, but that was not what I got. Not just the furniture, but the lighting and faucets were very, very nice, and of recent installation. I have never stayed in a motel with good lighting before, much less with a dimmer switch. This stuff really impressed me. The bed sheets were likewise new and fresh, and I definitely did not get that usual urge to burn the top cover of the bed in a fire just to sterilize it. On the contrary, the top cover of the bed smelled like roses (no, really! it must have been some sort of perfume or scented fabric softener applied in the laundry). The paint looked fresh, and the carpet was like new as well. I am not exaggerating. I don’t think I have seen this level of quality in the sub $150/night price point… ever. And I only paid about $40 for a night here. This was one of the few rooms I have stayed in where the fridge was plugged in and ready to go from check-in. Anyway, these are very nice touches, at any price point, and they really added to the experience.

I love this motel very friendly lady that ownes it very clean rooms free Wi-Fi very soft beds very comfortable rates nightly weekly I stay here every time I am in town if u have a pet $10 pet fee u can't beat this price no where in town.

I made a reservation on my way in from Dallas based on price and other reviews. I was a bit nervous considering the low rate. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! My room was super clean, updated and had a large frig and microwave. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Great find.
