Picture of my email confirmation. Upon arrival I am told that my reservation was for yesterday July 6 and that I had already checked out! 11 hours in near 100° temps on a motorcycle only to get this… not a great way to do business.

Very quite and low key atmosphere. Very clean. Comfortable beds and lots of space in rooms.

Shout out to Country Inn &Suites Salina KS for providing incredible service and hospitality to our client Superb accommodations and great location. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff Had a lovely stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Salina last night, and the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful when it counted. My group and I were arriving g late night after a concert in Kansas City (abt 3 hrs away) and I called them in the early evening to let them know we would be arriving around 3am and they said it would be no problem. When we arrived, they already had all of our room keys prepared, and all I had to do was sign a few times and we were off to bed within 10 minutes, which was amazing as it was so late! The rooms were very spacious and sparklingly clean, and the AC was already running so the room felt fresh. Great water pressure in the shower, soft fluffy towels, everything you could want from a hotel. Highly recommended!

Was only there for one night. Everything was clean. A little outdated. Bed was a bit tough to sleep on. We both awoke with an allergen issue. The room smelled a bit like mold. Most likely from pets being allowed in rooms. Wasn't a bad stay. Just be sure to ask for rooms that haven't had pets or smoking or other things that cause allergic reaction.

Courteous employees upscale atmosphere we really enjoyed the pool and workout areas and the location.

I stay here every time I come to Salina. It's affordable great service, smiles all the ti. E when so arrive.

Great hotel. Very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfy. There was a USB plug in on the desk which was nice since we had a few devices to charge. Hot tub and pool were nice and clean, I like that they stayed open till midnight so it wasn't crowded when I wanted to go. Breakfast was sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles and some healthy options too. There are real plates, cups and silverware! I hate eating with plastic utensils so I loved this. The staff were extremely nice and very accommodating. This is definitely one of my favorite places.

I didn't stay in this hotel, my parents did. Their room. Was clean and very nice. The recliner in the room was super comfortable. The pool area could've been cleaner, but considering people had been using it all day, it wasn't bad. Hot tub felt nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was clean, great air condition on this hot day. The room had TV with cable, iron and board, hair dryer, fridge coffee pot, and a microwave. Kids loved the indoor (heated) pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. There was also a workout room as well. The continental breakfast had a large variety, you're sure to find something for all members of the family. Along with all of the nice things that this hotel has to offer, it is also conveniently located near several shopping stores and many different restaurants to choose from, if need be :)

I cannot say enough nice thinga about the staff at this hotel. When I went to check in my room was not ready, so they offered us the family suite instead. The family suite was a king sized bed with a small room that had two twin beds adjoining it. It was perfect. Very clean room. Pool was small but adequate and breakfast was decent for what we paid. Everyone was very welcoming. We will stay here again.

We just left from our one night stay at Country Inn and Suites in Salina, Kansas on our way to Colorado. When my father made the reservation we were told the room would have a queen size pull out sofa which would’ve been fine for me and my brother to share. To our surprise, the pull out sofa wasn’t even a full size bed. It had all the stuff needed for a queen, the sheets, the blanket, but the mattress itself was definitely not even a full. The sofa was a loveseat. We could’ve made this work. When we laid down to go to bed we discovered that this “mattress” was more like some springs with a sheet on it. Throughout the night I could feel every spring and every rod holding the bed together poking my back. My back is now extremely sore and I have to sit in the back of a cramped mini van for the next 6+ hours. When my dad asked the front desk why it was advertised as a queen we weren’t given any answer. Overall the service was fine but for anyone thinking that you’ll actually get a queen size pull out be aware.

Good location, right off the highway. Within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Overall room quality is pretty good, a few rooms have minor plumbing issues (low water pressure in the shower, damaged bathtub). Staff is very friendly, and welcoming. And the rooms are very clean. Wi-Fi very spotty in the evenings, fairly quick and reliable in the morning and afternoon.

There was a little mix up with my wife and I's honeymoon suite but they worked with us and gave us a room and wine for free. The rooms were failry nice and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend the place.

We got a great deal on a room through Priceline. Hotel was fabulous. Staff Was amazing with me and my kids, the food was delicious, the room was clean and the beds were oh so comfy we did not want to get up!

The room was actually really cool! There was a living/sitting area and the bedroom was to the side by itself even with a door to it! This may seem like a little thing but when you have kids and want some privacy it's really nice. Both the room and bathroom was clean which you would expect it to be, but that's not always the case. The only less than favorable experience was the breakfast. It wasn't bad, it was just OK, nothing to write home about.

Very Nice stay, I gave it four stars because of the … Price: I was quoted one price over the phone. When I called, I asked for the price with tax because I wanted to be sure to have enough cash. When I arrived the price was almost $15.00 more. I stayed in three different hotels this trip and had similar experiences with all three. Flashback to the old days when one price was on the billboards and when a person arrived that would say that they were all out of the rooms for that rate. It was cold and icy so I just said okay… and did not bother to find another place to stay. Staff: Professional and friendly. Location: Easy on and off the highway. Room: The room was very nice. This was my first stay in a Country Inn & Suites. I am sure that it will not be my last. For me one important concern is that the rooms do not have overwhelming air fragrances. My room did not have any, which I what I prefer… it was clean, It was a very nice and quiet stay. Bathroom: Nice, clean and they even included mouthwash… nice… :-) Workout Room: Unfortunately, I was called out early and did not get a chance to use the room, but I did stick my head in the room. The equipment (treadmill and elliptical) looked in good condition. Breakfast: usual stuff. Over all a very nice stay. I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Pros: Cozy relaxed atmosphere. Huge partitioned rooms with icy cold fridge. Super friendly staff. Wifi can stream without buffering but a little slow getting started Cons: Breakfast is better than average except the eggs taste like a powdered egg mix some real eggs or ability to make some would be awesome. Also the hottub was the smallest one I have ever seen in a hotel. Over all great place to stay would come back Cons are really not a deal breaker place is great with average pricing.

Nice place to SLEEP… NOT! Third floor prison maids knock on the doors way too early (8:30). Especially after a 12 hour drive and looking for sleep and rest! The yelling down the hall to communicate with employees sounds like boot camp or prison and no respect for the lodgers who pay their wage! Other than that the stay is very nice! The hotel is a bit older. The rooms are a good size and appear to be in decent shape. We need a room a wheelchair could fit in. The desk person was New and did not know exactly what she was talking about. The room tuned out to have an accessible shower and worked for us. The room had everything we needed it just looks like it's time to update the place. We had a good stay and the breakfast was decent.

I loved this place. Staff was wonderful. Building was spotless inside and out. Breakfast was not only very good but diabetic friendly. With several choices for any dietary need. Beds were soft but very supportive. And quiet. It was so quiet. Myself and everyone in my party was able to get some very good rest. I really can't recommend them enough. Excellent location too.

Absolutely no complaining from my family. Excellent service, great food. Clean rooms, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Thanks for a fun easy weekend.

Overall was very pleased with this hotel. Great clean location, friendly staff and a wonderful free breakfast. I will say that I chose this hotel for two queen beds (I would of like for it to list on website as 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper sofa) its heated swimming pool, but it was not very warm. The Wi-Fi worked great for browsing the web, but if you wanted to watch any video at all, it was extremely slow. I was also almost kicked out of my room, good thing I had proof of my reservation, the room was somehow double booked. If you book this hotel, make sure you follow up with the hotel in person over the phone before check-in. I didn't fault the hotel for this, I fault booking dot com where I booked the room.

Good clean hotel; breakfast included. Gym is small; however staff offers you free visits/passes at the local Salina gym. Wifi on the slow side.

Great and friendly staff, however my room was incredibly dirty. It looked as if no one had been in that room in some time.

I would say if you have other options then you're probably better off choosing another hotel. The hotel is dated, not particularly well kept up (our room had rust on the metal trim and clear neglect). The hot tub doesn't work. The breakfast area is undersized for the occupancy of the hotel making seating a major struggle. I can almost forgive most of these things in a review for my rating but what is unforgivable is when the staff was alerted to all our issues they shrugged them off or told us to contact someone else. None of the staff takes ownership of their problems. They simply will not help you. That is unacceptable.

Very clean, good staff that knew what they were doing. Didn't stay long enough to judge the breakfast, but other than that it was cozy and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin, I could hear people talking in the room above mine.

Service was polite, and since I left early morning I wasn't able to eat the breakfast there. The room and bathroom were clean and neatly done for guests. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Nice place and close to everything, right off the main road. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.

Hotel was great, bed was really comfortable! Internet was slow, and the breakfast person seemed overwhelmed trying to keep things stocked, and there were no cookies, but the bed was comfortable, price was reasonable, and they had delicious mints at the front desk. Would stay there again!

This was our second stay at this hotel, the first time it was just one night. This time it was for 3. We were put on the second floor, on the front side of the property. The entire time we were there, they had a construction crew reroofing the awning that was right outside our window. Three days of hammering and air guns. MY second complaint would be the housekeeping. We had 4 people in our room and we like take out. We received no cleaning after the first night. On our third day I let the front desk know we had been skipped the day before. We left our room at 10 am, came back around 2 and they were just then cleaning our room, even though they were doing the room beside ours when we left. We were told they could not make our beds because we had "too many personal items" left on the beds. These consisted of a laptop and one of my kids blanket. The third complaint would be the AC, the thermostat was broken and wouldn't kick on unless you pushed it all the way down to 60. The room stayed around 76-77 I would guess. Not good for the middle of a Kansas summer and people who sleep better when it is cold. Next issue would be the bathroom door, the top corner stuck so hard you had to shove your shoulder into it to get it open. The first two times we went to use the pool there were no pool towels at all, both times my son went and requested some and both times they sent him back with arm loads to fill the shelf?

We stayed here last night and absolutely loved it! It is very clean and comfortable. There was so much space in our room, and the breakfast is awesome! They had healthy options to choose from such as yogurt and fresh fruit. The coffee is wonderful! The staff is very friendly. I definitely want to stay there again.

I have stayed here several times and the Breakfast is fabulous! The lady who takes care of it is always working to keep everything full. The rooms are always clean. They really try to accommodate your needs.

The place is nice. The main problem is that you can't sleep because the place is made of wood and you can hear everyone walking and talking in their rooms.

About 6-8 miles off I70. Room was nice and clean. Seemed like a safe area. Bathroom ceiling was caving in from water leak and morning staff was atrocious when trying to check out. Breakfast is a joke so don't depend on that to get your day going. Still would recommend if you need to stop in the area.

I wanted to give it 3.5 stars. The place was clean and staff was friendly, but the pull out sofa was a night-mare and the breakfast was not so great.
