Great experience and beautiful hotel.

Long story short. WORST customer service ever at a hotel! We are originally from Salina, moved to Colorado, not even a year later and we came back to visit family during a family emergency! My husband had already booked our room with a “3rd party booking agency” as the rude lady had told me over the phone. But because my husband still had a saline county ID he wasn’t able to keep his booking because they don’t book “locals” as the woman had told me over the phone after he had already booked and paid! This of course had me very frustrated because we are already traveling back for an emergency so we had to end up switching hotels because they said we were still “locals” the lady also told me after I expressed my concerns for the situation how we booked during a family emergency and both of our IDs were still in KS because obviously during the Covid situation and moving to Colorado during the pandemic that we couldn’t change our ids right away she didn’t care and said I quote “there are plenty of hotels that will take you”. Yeah okay I would definitely rather take my money else where. What a total waste of time and rude customer service. My family and I will now take our business else where rather than Hilton. This was just ridiculous and a waste of time. ALSO I would go gracefully across the street to the amazing customer service hotel, the Holiday Inn, they have AMAZING customer service and were very helpful! Also beautiful rooms, warm pool, hot tub and breakfast!

The bed is like a really long hug definitely one of the best night sleep I’ve ever had.

Love the modern design and beautiful flooring and setup of the bedroom. It felt very clean and comfy. The sliding heavy barnyard door to the bathroom was unsafe for my 6 & 3 y/o. Luckily they obeyed when we told them not to play with it. We all slept great and enjoyed our short stay. Looking forward to coming again!

The staff were welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our visit one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms are very clean and the beds are cozy. I love how they value their guests.

Rooms are clean and crisp. Great staff. Good location.

Terrible. Lack of security. Hotel staff couldn’t care less. Have videos of incidents. Rude young staff. Older staff ok. I normally stay at Hilton’s. Very disturbing that they have very little and ineffective security.

I checked in on July 14, and I was truly pleased with my room. The entire stat was amazing from the check in, breakfast, and my check out. If you want a super clean place with amazing staff stay here and you will never go any place else.

Front desk clerk Melanie gave top knotch service. She knew I was I was stressing and offered me wine lol. She also assisted and got my keys out of car that was locked. She worked for 30 minutes and I'm still amazed on her caring service and let's not forget the great food! thanks again Melanie. You Rock.

This place was amazing. My best friend was getting married and the room was perfect to so hair and makeup in. They were so nice and clean and the mirrors we're awesome! The staff was wonderful and so nice. And Jenny was absolutely amazing how to work with! This place was the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at and will definitely be recommending it to everyone.

This hotel was nice, we just ran into some problems. We were in Salina for Salina Pride since I was the entertainment director as well as one of the performers. We were down in the lobby playing cards and was asked how long we would be by the front desk person in which we replied whenever we are done. Looking at the time it was only 11:15 p. M. And she responded with, I have cleaning to do and I can't do it while you are down here. She then went to the front desk for about 30 minutes and shut the lights off on us. We're finally just went to our room and went to bed. We're also had a roll away bed brought into our room but had to go find our own sheets for it.

Best food in town. And awesome bartender.

Great breakfast options, fun local gifts at the shop, and comfy beds. The hot tub was hot and the pool was cool. What more could you want?

Beautiful new hotel. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Super comfortable beds!

Our 1 night stay was very comfortable in this very new looking facility. The staff was very accommodating and put us on our desired floor directly across from the pool. Breakfast wasn't free, but was tasty. There are nice parking spots for veterans. The bathroom had a shower, no tub, which made bathing young children a bit more difficult.

The staff is so kind and helpful. The pool was clean and fun! The room was spotless. Absolutely had a fantastic stay here. I will be back to this location!

Everything was amazing. We got the king suite and it exceeded every expectation. The rooms were clean, the entire hotel smelled clean. Every employee was courteous and helpful. The included restaurant was excellent as well.

Live in Salina. Heard about the breakfast buffet. Tried it out today. Loved all the food, fresh pineapple even, and the gravy is homemade like pan gravy should be. Our waitress was great. We'll definitely be back!
