Decent hotel considering the location. Nice clean room and not too much of a hassle from hotel staff.

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. I recommend this place. I know I will stay here again, the only thing I hate is I'm never able to use the pool as I always arrive after 9 pm and check out is at 11am POOL HOURS are 1pm-9pm.

A little older facility but it was clean and the sheets were clean and in good condition and quiet and reasonably priced so all in all it's a decent place to stay the night. They do have a free breakfast in the morning however there is no workout facilities but there is an indoor pool.

Room was okay. Pool was way too cold!

Was a good stay clean comfortable but the breakfast is lacking not much there but other than that it was nice day.

It looks like a motel, but it's not bad, no smell, the executive rooms are very nice and decently priced.

The rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast was limited to waffles, cereal etc. No eggs, fresh fruit, etc.

I am a Diamond plus member, so have stayed at several B. Westerns… Nice BIG & clean rooms, but cheaply furnished and decorated… NOt a Plus level.

Very nice and the good in the morning was very gd if I'm back this way again I will stopping here again.

Clean room, AC/ heat unit was so noisy you couldn’t sleep. At check out the lady at the desk was nice but the owner/franchisee looked up while we were commenting on the heat unit didn’t offer an apologey or explanation.

Really nice hotel. Kids had fun swimming. Really nice employees.

Front desk receptionists was nice. Hotel room is basic. It went bad when I see the shower doesnt fully shut off, so it has a constant stream going. The toilet doesnt flush, the carpet is stained, and the clock is not set.

The staff here is very kind and accommodating. Linda went out of her way to call me about a forgotten bag. She kept it at the front desk until a friend could pick it up for me. I am so grateful!

I was not expecting the quality and service we received. But I was proven wrong. The gentleman with concierge was very polite and courteous. The room had ample space with a living area and a kitchen nook (fridge, micro, coffee maker) and desk area. What blew my mind was the restroom was set up with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers! I loved this because as a girl the little bottles that are usually provided aren't enough and sure you can ask for more but who wants to do that when you can have it all ready when you get there. The towels were great quality and they provided plenty. Oh, and the showerhead was amazing! It provided different settings. Overall I had an amazing experience. (Disclaimer: I am speaking only to the new building of this hotel. I do not know if the older section was remodeled to have all the same features)

Room was damp feeling/smelly; leaking bathtub faucet all night long; noise from room next to us couldn't be blocked out with TV; cable then stopped working and we called front desk, she said there's nothing she could do about it. All around horrible night.

This hotel worked out great. The staff very accommodating and professional. Room was clean and fresh. I will be back.

We stayed here to attend a funeral in town. I was satisfied with the price of the room, as well as the updated interior. The staff was very accommodating, as well. Complimentary breakfast tasted good. Checking in and out went smooth. Beds are a bit uncomfortable and air conditioner smells a bit musty. Wish we could have just opened up a window, but it wasn't possible. Also wish they still had a spa in the pool area! They had just taken it out (or concreted over it) the week before. That was disappointing. Other than that, this hotel was pretty good for what we needed. Staff are very nice. They even hid Easter eggs for the kids to find on Easter Sunday. They loved it!

As plain as they come motel style. Indoor pool, no work out room. Standard motel breakfast. Clean and quiet, but on the expensive side.

Love best western… doesn't matter where I go in the state's Best Western is the shiznit! had a very stressful day came here lady in the office is the best. Nothing like a soft bed and a bottle of Jack.

The bathrooms were small, the staff was really nice and friendly. The breakfast could be better stocked, they ran out of biscuits and muffins quickly and didn't replace them.

Don't stop! This motel was handy to get to from the highway, but we wish we had kept going! The room was tiny, dark and DIRTY. The carpet was really bad. We paid a lot higher price than the web site suggests and was very disappointed. We paid the extra $20 for our poodle and she left covered with fleas! There's no reason for a room to be this dirty even if it is designated for people with pets. We stayed in several other hotels after this one and had nice rooms so its not necessary for a pet friendly hotel to be dirty! Never again!

Had a great stay! Haresh, General Manager, is so courteous. He makes the experience very pleasant, I will definitely refer any friends or family! Thank you for the great experience, rooms were clean and the food was great.
