Good night sleep excellent breakfast very clean rooms also pet friendly. L will recommend to many.

Hotel has stained carpets on the 3rd floor hallway. Large sticky stain directly in front of my bathroom Looks like someone walked in something gross and didn't clean it up. Dead roach under my bathroom sink was there even after room was supposedly cleaned. Tv settings have been locked out but is extremely dark and wrong screen size selected. Bed was comfortable which is the only reason it was 2 stars instead of 1.

A great experience turned lack luster. It started out great. Then it rained and I got a call that my room was leaking thru the roof. That I am not to worried about. Just cuz I know stuff happens. They wanted to move me rooms so that I didn't have a problem with. The new room was hard to open and close the door. Shower was sticky so I didn't really enjoy trying to get clean. Trying to eat breakfast works just talking dirt on each other and also talking about personal stuff. As a guest this is something I don't wanna hear EVERY morning while I am trying to eat. Also ran out of frosted flakes, the only cereal I enjoy. This started as a 5 star review but had to update as the experience easily declined day by day.

Online we reserved a room for 4 adult and 1 child. When we go there our key would not work and finally when we got into the room it only slept 4. We were moved to another room and never could get into the room (2nd). Then we had to pay more to get the final room (3rd) room. The room was nice and clean but the air conditioner would kick on and make a loud noise. Did not sleep well because of that. The pool was nice, and breakfast was good otherwise.

Staff was great owner is rude. Definitely proof oh can’t always ya think trust a 4 star goodle review. Outdated and way too pricey for what you get.

Room was nice and clean. Night checkin staff were very friendly and pleasant. Just checked in so will update at end of stay. So far so good.

Second time I've stayed here. Staff is always polite and rooms were clean. Average cost. The breakfast was always the same each day. I would have liked a little more variety. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay. It's probably the best hotel within town.

The star is for Felicia who was very nice and helpful. Let's start with the beds… No Comfort Inn is what it should be renamed. The beds were very hard. The pillows were great though. I did like the lighting in the bathroom. The shower head has a leak and sprayed water outside the shower. The front door was very hard to open and did not close without you having to slam it shut (room 304). The hot tub was not hot. Let's talk about the breakfast… whoever left the review about it being hot and delicious either had no tastebuds and just assumed it tasted good; or is an employee. Stay away from the waffles and syrup. I put one bite in my mouth and immediately had to spit it out. The most rancid taste ever. Overall, just travel the extra 50 miles and stay in a better hotel near Kansas City.

Standard comfort inn but a little pricey for what you get.

The rooms was clean and comfortable. The front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful.

I am very impressed with a lot of things about this hotel the rooms are clean the maids are great front desk is great the owner is fantastic he comes around and talks to everybody during breakfast to make sure you had a good night. Disappointed they don't have a laundry room. They're hot tub is very nice though.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Particularly enjoy the amount of counter space in the bathroom. And the staff is very friendly… makes you feel at home :)

Very very bad. Do not stay at the comfort Inn in Ottawa, Kansas. The front desk person who name is Patti. The bathroom had urine and bm on the toilet seat and she asked if we wanted it cleaned now or the next day.

The hot tub doesn't work, nor does the door lock to the pool (parents with kids take note). I killed a large spider in the bath tub. Water pressure was low. At breakfast, the sausages (patties and links) and egg rounds were room temp, the heat hadn't been turned on, rather than prepare fresh sausage, the attendant just turned on the warmer. It had been sitting there for well over an hour.

Good stay. Good service, great breakfast layout, great pillows, clean well kept room, shower was good and hot and didn't run out, towels were a bit thin but ok, coffee not that great but overall it was a good stay.

The owners are ALWAYS friendly. The service there is amazing. I have never been disappointed with any of my stays there.

Good breakfast. I met the manager sunny and he was very friendly. We were going to stay in Kansas city, but glad we stayed here instead. They also just newly renovated.
