It's close restraurants and a Wal-Mart. The hotel is clean but a bit dated. Small pool but it does have one. I think continental breakfast is included. We had a fridge and microwave. Would have given 5 stars but the place is old, not run down just dated.

Clean, quiet, no nonsense room with a comfortable bed, great management. Ample towels, nice sheets. Extra pillows. Walking distance to shopping and restaraunts. I've stayed here many times when passing through, and will continue to make this my "go to" hotel when passing through Kansas on I-35. It's a very convenient stop over and easy to find from the third southbound Ottawa exit. Pool in summer. Icemaker, vending machines.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. We got a double queen at great price.

I stayed here twice because it fit my budget, and the rooms are clean, the shower, appliances, hairdryer etc work well. A great deal for the price.

Do not stay here. Here are the pros and cons and you can make your own choice… Pros and Cons — — friendly desk clerk but the old man was rude. Room dirty. Skirting on bed nasty, dust all over the headboard and TV sits lower than the bed. The water is hot but I wouldn't take a shower because of all the soap scum plus shower curtain was disgusting. Afraid to open frig or microwave and definitely not eating their breakfast… This place is creeping me out. I'm heading to the best western. Anything has to be better than this… I will not stay here another night… I give it a 1cause it won't let me post without choosing something…

Microwave was dirty, shower curtain had former soap on it from the last tenants and the hot water knob in the shower nearly fell off. I wouldn't recommend this Days Inn unless it's last minute thing. Only nice thing is they are pet friendly.

The man who was working the night shift was very polite and helpful. I couldn't thank him enough.

My son and I stayed here during spring 2017 turkey hunting season. Now understand I really don't expect or ask for a lot when choosing a cheap hotel during a hunt but HOLY COW this place left me searching for Chlorox wipes and a shot of Penicillin. It was absolutely disgusting. We switched rooms after the first day it was so bad. The second room smelled like a chum dumpster on a hot day. Save your money and just sleep in the comfort of your own car before staying here.

Cheap, old motel, I understand that. A little mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, leaky sink drain. No biggie. But when it's 29 degrees out and I walk around at 6 am for continental breakfast don't come at me like I'm stealing! 2 bananas, 2 little omelet things and were sharing a waffle! Manager comes out and says you gotta eat right here! I said here's my half laid it it on the desk and checked out! Wth?!

This place allowed dogs. So I made reservations at Days Inn in Denton Texas and I also checked online to make sure it was listed as pet friendly. The desk clerk in Denton claimed they were not pet friendly. I no longer stay at Days Inn and have taken my business to La Quinta Inn.

Rooms are quite outdated, and the breakfast consists of pretty much toast and bananas. Never used the pool. If you're just looking for a place to crash overnight though, it's not bad for the price. Right off 35 so it's convenient to get to.

Had a great stay. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. They have a good breakfast.

Got in super late. Associate was nice. Rooms were disgusting. It smelt like someone pees on the ac unit. The carpet… well just don't walk bare foot. The towels looked unwashed.

Standard room for a decent rate. Easy location to get to from the highway. The staff could have been friendlier.

Decent rooms lots of fast food near by pools good for summer pricea are great.

Rooms were nice and clean but the pool closed @9 and the owners told the desk clerk that day incorrect information on how to ring in customers on corporate accounts and I had to bring him out and explain it to him to get my rooms.

Room 215 absolutely disgusting. Stains on furniture and sheets. Room looked awful, and worst of all… I woke up with bed bug bites all over! Stay away! This place should be condemned!

The online price is wrong an they will not honor it. Will never be back, due to poor customer service. I will not even get into the issues with the room…

I have been staying here for about a month now I love it the staff are family oriented and very friendly I love this place.

Place is okay. Good location — walking distance to Wal-Mart (yeah, I try to stay away. ). Room was pretty beat up, but generally clean. The GM was really friendly when I checked in, but seemed kind of annoyed/bitter in later interactions.

After booking a "king room" online, we get to the hotel, they inform us they don't have that room available, all they have is a "queen" room. We got into Room 219. It was absolutely disgusting! Curtains ripped, no lampshade, only screws left in wall where hair dryer USED to be. Actual chips on the floor, Lord knows when it had been vacuumed last. Cobwebs in bathroom and either blood or feces smeared on the wall behind the toilet. If we hadn't been there for a funeral the next day and it hadn't been so late, we would have NOT taken it. Please don't go to this place.

Stayed in room 117. Upon entering the room we found flies and cockroaches. Most likely to be in other rooms too. Cleaned room while staying but still had bugs.
