It's tucked away from the main street, almost kind of hard to find. Nice facility. Neighborhood in back of it kinda seedy. They need their own fence to block off houses around it. One resident west of hotel has some mean dogs trying to chew through it's fence to get to your leashed dog. Pretty scary!

The rooms are nice and are clean, and customer service is good.

Greedy — No Flexibility I am a travel nurse, work night shift. Any other hotel, I have never had a problem with getting checked in early, even with it was booked the night before. Parking lot was pretty much empty when I arrived to hotel. Yet no room was ready about noon. No flexibility with early check in. Asked for my money back, owner stated it was a business. Told him, he could keep my money, and I walked out. Don't recommend it, for those who work nights. Not worth the hassle. Called the Days Inn, they were able to set a room, up for me right away.

Quaint little place. Super clean. Checked in late so I couldn't use the pool. I wish they would label one of the light switch. I guess it controls electricity? Either way turned TV and lights off by accident and scared the heck out of my room mate lol. Other then that my stay was amazing. Staff were very kind and breakfast was amazing. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is set back between other buildings and is easily missed. It's a 2 story building and there is no elevator. Travel light our be prepared to make multiple trips. Asked for a first floor room and was told that none were available even though there were only a handful of cars in the parking lot at 8pm. In my case it wasn't worth the argument. Room was small but nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Overall an acceptable experience for the price.

This is a diamond in the rough… its great! The only thing I would change is the trash surrounding the hotel. It's a great place… rake pride in what surrounds your great place!

I was on a business trip checked in at 2AM was greeted very friendly they took great care to make me feel welcome and choose a room for my needs She said I would be welcome to enjoy the free breakfast that was the best I’ve had in a long time as a complimentery style buffet

Friendly staff, clean rooms and it's quiet. They also have an amazing breakfast! More food options than most other competitors. Would recommend.

Room was adequate. Staff is friendly but not very professional. But Internet is a train wreck. If you need Internet, stay somewhere else, seriously!

Great stay. Comfy beds and a great value. Will consider staying again the next time we're in town.

I just love this place! New facilities with swimming pool free breakfast and a super friendly staff… I recommend for the entire family.

I am a nice guy and I always hesitate to write any negative reviews, because this may affect the hotel's business. But his time I have to, since the hotel is infested with bed bugs and the owner and manager are so mean. I had more than ten bug bites in the midnight and the front desk changed me to another room. The bug bites are quarter sized big bites. The front desk took the bug bite pictures. The next day, the hotel manager, Allicia, told me the stay was free. However, the hotel still charged my credit card in a few days. I called and asked why. The hotel manager told me they had pest control came and they did not find any bed bugs. So the owner, Kelly, think I brought bugs from outside. They even hinted that I may want to get a free hotel night by complaining about buy bite. How ridiculous was that! If I brought bed bugs from outside, how can I come to the front desk in the midnight and showed more than ten buy bites? How can the hotel owner be so mean and cruel! I am a choicehotel platinum member and stay at more than 20 different hotels every year. Not only is this hotel dirty and infested with bed bugs, but also the managers are rude and unreasonable.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I will Never come back and I do not recommend it to anyone. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude staff and owners. (some of the maids are pretty nice though). Terrible breakfast. Microwaved cheese eggs, and sausage and a couple other things. The bacon feels and tastes like plastic. Someone asked for a spoon, and the owner lady wouldn't even give this guy a plastic spoon. Someone get cereal not during breakfast time, and they yelled at her and made her throw it away. I've seen someone get yelled at by the female manager/owner because he eats a lot at breakfast. She was so rude. She yelled across the room in front of a bunch of people for a while. How cheap can you be. So many people don't wake up for breakfast so you're already saving money. It was so uncomfortable and made me sick to my stomach I couldn't even finish my food. Their Wi-Fi constantly kicks you off and you have to log back in all the time and it doesn't work often. Right next to the train track so you get woken up by a loud train. Not good if you want to get sleep. One day their male maid (which I think is related to the owner or her husband) came in. Took one trash bag out and left and that was all the housekeeping they did that day. Multiple times housekeeping didn't show up until after 6pm. A girl got yelled at by the owner because she was in the hotel laundry room because she got it confused with the one used by hotel guests.

Staff are courteous and willing to help. Rooms are clean, beds are good. Parking available close to many outside does.

It was awesome having the services be to us! Comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Only concern was not having an elevator for our stuff to take to our room.

Newly renovated rooms. Looked like a brand new hotel! The only sign it was an older design at one time was the older bathtub and smoke detector. Included self-serve breakfast was great. Very comfy beds with new mattresses. Desk lamps even included extra outlets and a USB charger plug.

Everything is NEW. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Everything looks amazing. Staff is always friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to make the guests happy. Breakfast has a lot to choose from. This place is a must stay.

This hotel is beautiful. Newly remodeled. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious with lots to choose from. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

After running the Stache Dash 5k all I wanted was a hot shower. Which I didn't recieve because there was NO hot water. Hotel is under heavy remodel. The "awesome" breakfast was off the table as soon as I saw the orange juice in the fridge with no lids and tupper ware containers not marked when we checked in. We reserved a king size bed but were told the lock wasn't working. So we received a queen size, "you should see it, it's pretty big, " we were told by the desk clerk. Whatever, this was not worth 65$!

Rooms clean, nice breakfast buffet. However, I was quoted $89 during phone reservation for a single two night stay. When checking out charged $120. Desk attendant promised that the manager would contact me regarding discrepancy. They never did. Bait & switch?

Very clean room! Bathroom shines! Beds are very comfortable, microwave, refrigerator, safe, and flat screen tv! Breakfast buffet was great and clean! Rooms were so quiet I was surprised to see so many people at breakfast! I Would definitely come back!

The Hotel was hard to find and is called something else (american value inn) The staff was friendly and very helpful and being pet friendly is a plus. But … My room was hot the AC was old and didnt work very good. Other than that I had a good stay. The building was in good standing and the free coffee was yummy.
