Wonderful customer service, help from the community for people in need. Great rooms!

Well we got kicked out for taking too much breakfast. The night staff is friendly, but management needs work. As we were loading the car to the new hotel, they had their maintinence man stad by our door to make sure we would leave. Not sure about you, (but no other hotel does that). I then had to call corporate so they could talk to the owner to get things resolved. Which they have yet to be.

Wife mistakenly ordered a smoking room. Our fault. Unable to provide non-smoking room, totally understandable. Upon lifting toilet seat discovered BM on bottom of seat. Room had not been cleaned at all. Notified front desk was told yeah we have a guy as our housekeeper you know how guys can be. Well… I am a guy … I also clean as part of my job. No complaints ever from my clients. Their solution was to provide me a can if air freshener and a spray bottle if cleaning solution so I could clean my own room. This is unacceptable. I did end up cleaning the room so that myself and my wife could use it. Did not have a good night sleep… one of the electrical outlets had a cover missing completely. The room was in filthy condition. Thankfully we were in town only to move my Father back to Kansas City, only had to endure one night of this debacle. Was informed when checking out that they have no housekeeping supervisor and that they did not do spot checks between visitors stays. When I mentioned that they could at least use the cleaning checklist so as to ensure uniformity of cleanliness they stated they had no such checklist. We were in a room along the back side if the building. Half of the walkway was blocked by air conditioners that had been replaced I can only assume. I would not recommend staying here as I am not even sure if it is inhabitable in its present condition. We will be contacting Orbitz as well to inform them if our experience at this location.

Nice cheap place to stay. Nothing fancy. clean, free breakfast and Wi-Fi.

If I could put — stars I would! This room 111 was discussing! Stains on sheets, pillow cases. Look at my pictures. I don't think the know what a vacuum is not how to use it. Well bathroom drop ceiling reminded me on the Griswold when the bathroom was full of mushrooms. Yep. Front counter lady needs teeth! Couldn't help me get a clean room! I'm surprised you could pass inspections! PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE!

Room was dirty when I got there. No guide for tourists anywhere in room. Towels appeared to be dirty.

My boyfriend stayed there while in town for business. First night in he woke up with bites all over his body. He lifted up the mattress and found BEDBUGS all over. All they did was give him a different room and would not compensate for his stay. Would never recommend this place. No hotel EVER should have BEDBUGS!

It was fun trying to camouflage the stains on the sheets and walls with cherry Kool Aid.

Staff was nice but hotel is run fown n in severe need of an overhaul. Breakfast was horrible… frozen eggs you had to microwave yourself. Who does that? It was gross.

It was a very nice stay I only stayed one night but the workers did very well I thought the room where clean the beds where nice maybe I will come back some other time.

After the 1st motel I booked at didn't answer the door I came here. Mostly a decent room. Karen was great. I think the pricing was a bit high for 1 adult and 1 kid. The sheets were dirty. There was a plate of half eaten waffles in the microwave and the a. C. Knob is broken. I would stay here again though.

I was grossed out by the stains on the sheets (sheets that didn’t fit the bed) and the Coors beer cans under the bed, and we didn’t drink it. Something tells me these rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned! Breakfast was a bust as well! Disappointed.

Good Little place with courteous people. And price is low.

I reserved a room on line, asked specifically for a downstairs room due to the fact I was traveling with a disabled senior. I called to confirm the room as we were close to arriving. I was informed by guest services that the only room they had available downstairs was (her exact words) dog fur covered, musty smelling, with a dirty fridge. If I didn't want that room I could cancel my reservation. Needless to say, I canceled and will never attempt to book a room there again.

Both women at the front desk were amazing. Very pleasant people…

This place had pretty much all towels stained. Smelly room. Stains on bed sheets. I had like 5 flies bothering me all night. This places lacks in every way except. Just a nasty place! I've stayed in some nasty hotels while traveling and this is one of the worst places EVER!

Room well furnished though tatty. A few of the lights weren't working. Basic but complementary breakfast.

Service is friendly. Room could be cleaner. Great location.

Wasn't bad, the shower didn't work in one of our rooms, and the breakfast was subpar, but the rooms weren't bad, it wasn't sketchy, and it was right near food so that was nice.

Comfy beds that you sink into after a long day of driving through Kansas. It's definitely better now than it used to be many years ago. Could use more parking lot light. Showers are hot hot hot, and clean!

Overall my 4 day stay was probably the worst experience I've had to date with a hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean (though outdated). The Wi-Fi is terrible, the breakfast is cornflakes, a few slices of bread, a couple of biscuits and oranges, the rooms aren't well lit, we had to take out our own trash, get our own towels and toilet paper 2 days out of four.

I applied here, got the job worked one day doing literally everything (mind you I worked at the front desk) I did everything with out complaint or any of the sort. Washed dishes, laundry, mopped and sweapt, ect. Only for them to tell me when getting out of the car to go in my 2nd day for them to stop me before getting to the door, and say "it's not gonna work don't come in today. "

I've stayed in some pretty run down places… and this is is one of the top on my list. Had to screw the light bulb in over the sink to get it to work one of the bulbs were burnt out. The glass over the light has two bolts that are supposed to hold it on, missing one. Bed was horrible. Wall outlet was comming out of the wall. So… the next night went down the road and stayed at best Western for the same price with a much nicer room!

There was no cable it was shut down cause of the cable company they should of gave a little off that would of been nice.

Night clerk (Kelly) was border line rude. The rooms & beds stunk so bad of body order, we couldn't sleep. One of the worst places we have EVER stayed! Please use some of the (overpaid) monies we (and others) spent to update rooms and hire someone that wants to work there.

Horrible decor. Coffee packet in room, but no coffee pot. Some sort of metal and plastic locking mechanism on top of clothes rack; not sure where they need to install it, but clearly does not belong there. Received a medical traveler discount, but still paid $68 and change. Hope I sleep well right next to highway with poor insulation. You can hear every car door shut and engine rev. Nice lady at the front desk.
