Wasn't the best, but was much better than other hotels. Slightly better than mediocre.

The rooms are clean, the staff is wonderful, friendly and responsive. Next time I'm in that area, I will stay here again.

I am so glad I chose this hotel for my prolonged stay in Great Bend. The new manager Tina is amazing. The new staff have made sure that they will be remembered for their service. My room was extremely clean, one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on, quiet rooms, and amazing hot breakfast of waffles, biscuits and gravy, danishes, eggs, bacon, you name it! I love the big mini fridge and flat screen TV as well. I would recommend to anyone staying for business or pleasure. It costs less than the Holiday Inn next door and I guarantee the service and accommodations are just as good if not better!

Air conditioning rattled all night long keeping me awake. Indoor pool broken and not working. I would recommend the Best Western which has been completely remodeled or the Holiday Inn Express. Will never stay there again.

I stayed here the night after night after my wedding. They let check in early, which is what earned them a second star. My room key didn't work when I came in in the after noon to pick up something I forgot, so they gave me a new one. When I got back with my bride after the wedding the new key didn't work either. The front desk was attended, and when I finally got someone they rudely told me they couldn't help me and I would have to wait for someone else. The person who could help was also rude, and worked in a very slow manner in fixing the issue. This morning when we left, the room key again did not work and we were delayed in getting to our honey moon due to being locked out of our room, again. Don't stay here if you have a choice.

It was clean, but the parking lot os small so dont try and take a trailer. You will have to park at walmart across the street.

It was wonderful. All the staff were very nice. We got there late at night. They were nice than too. The breakfast the next morning was great. They had a lot to choose from. I would stay there again.

As always Comfort Inn lives up to its name. Great room, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and check in was quick and flawless. Will definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at this hotel a number of times. Once the AC didn't work. Another time the door key kept giving us trouble. The rooms aren't well insulated, either, so they're noisy, but we have a plan with them that gives us a free night every so often. This time we arrived with our puppy in a crate and were told they don't accept pets. So I asked what other lodger did. The 19-ish-year-old desk clerk said, "I don't know. " I said he should, and he said, "I'm not from around here. I just go to college here. " I said, "You should have enough pride in yourself and your job to know something like that. You're in the lodging business. " He said, "I have better things to do with my time than run around town asking if other places accept pets. " He actually said that! We went two blocks west and found an old, but well-kept motel that was half the cost, gladly accepted pets, was quiet, clean and a far better deal in my opinion. Steer clear of this Comfort Inn. You can do much better in Great Bend.

Very nice, no musty/damp smell in the room.

Last minute trip to Great Bend and staying out of my normal hotels these guys were recommended to me as a price similar alternative. Turns out they were a little less expensive, gave me a better room (king bed) and just as nice. This may well push me to add this chain into my standard travel plans. If the experience is the same at other locations they may replace some of my "go to" chains. Thanks for a great nights rest!

I usually stay at Hilton hotels, but none were available in Great Bend. The hotel was clean. The carpet in the room had a weird pattern and was bumpy. The breakfast wasn't great. I ate it more for sustenance, not the taste.

We really enjoyed our stay here from August 14 thru August 19th. Everything was easy for us and two people there made it even more so. The front desk person Kendra Chapman was very kind every time we asked for something, and Brianne Saunders was extra helpful and kind for our breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the cleanliness and the easy access. Thanks for a great visit to Great Bend!

Worst hotel ever! Upon check-in to this hotel, I was given a room which neither had a working telephone or deadbolt lock. I asked if there was another room available and was told the hotel was full. After the young man at desk was unable to fix the door, I was given another room. The new room has obviously been smoked in and I'm sitting here with a loud fan motor in the ac/heating unit and a headache from the smoky room. If it wasn't 11:30pm at night I'd go find another room in town but the hassle would be too much. I'll definitely be informing my office that this hotel is not acceptable for future travel and to others considering this hotel… LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Worst experience we have ever had! My daughters had there room for 2 hrs. They went outside for a bit & when the returned someone else was in their room & all their stuff was piled up in the hallway. Purses, car keys, cell phones, & laptops in full view for anyone to steal! Desk clerk said she accidently gave them the wrong room & gave them a key to a room 4 doors down that was identical to the one they were moved out of. I spoke to the desk clerk the next morning. She was very apoplogetic & said the nighttime desk clerk should not have done this & she would return my money but since I booked thru a travel site I would have to go thru them, which I did. When they contacted the manager he said I was not going to get a refund cause my girls "were taken care of". My daughter called choicehotels. When they contacted the manager he said she was lying & that never happened. Really? If it did not happen why did he send out an e-mail to us apologizing & said he resolved the front desk issue. My daughter then recieved a call from the manager yelling at her & calling her a liar! This place is a joke & it is run by Iranians who don't care about you, only your money! DO NOT STAY HERE!

This is a pretty new building, and the room was nice and clean. The pool area was also nice and clean. The breakfast should have been pretty good but the girl in the kitchen area was more interesting in texting than tending to the breakfast items.
