We are staying here now. Our room is on the 3rd floor & it reeks of cigarette smoke & we are in a non-smoking room. We have called the front desk 4 times to notify them & ask them to help locate the problem. Nothing is being done. No manager on duty & the front desk is not able to lend any help. Do not bring your family to stay at this hotel! It reeks of cigarette smoke, the room is dirty & people are extremely noisy in the hallway!
The rooms are nice and comfortable. Wonderful young lady at the front desk was very nice with check in. Would highly recommend the place.
