Beautiful hotel and awesome staff. We were there for medical issues and we were allowed to check in early. We upgraded to a suite and it was perfect.

This was the nicest Best Western I've ever visited. It is better than any Holiday Inn Express I've seen. Staff was friendly and professional. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was on point. My whole group was very surprised. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family always stays at this incredible hotel. Professional and helpful staff. The rooms and rates were exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed at this hotel in March when we were in Garden City for a family get together. We had originally planned to stay at a hotel across the street, but due to a very rude employee there we ended up at the Best Western Plus and couldn't of been happier with the switch, so when I needed a hotel in Garden City again, I didn't hesitate to book here again. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was filling and the staff were very attentive. The Best Western Plus in Garden City will always be my 1st choice of hotels when I'm in the area.

A very nice, clean hotel. The only issues I had were the Wi-Fi being very slow and unpredictable, and not being allowed to bring adult beverages into the lobby or pool area because they have a bar. Otherwise, everything else was great with my stay.

We stayed at five or six hotels on our trip, and this was by far the nicest and one of the most affordable. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

Best western Emerald Inn in Garden City is immaculately clean. Very comfortable & quiet. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.

Awesome hotel. Stayed during some training and really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast lady is awesome and fixes optional items each weekday morning that are very tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

If you haven’t stayed at a Best Western Plus you’re missing a great hotel experience. You might pay a little bit more (maybe not) but the quality of the experience is well above the norm. The BWP in Garden City, KS was terrific. The room, pool, hot tub, fitness center were second to none for this level of hotel. The breakfast was good but the service from the lady handling the breakfast area was superior. Check it out next time you’re in town.

Very nice very clean the staff is awesome the kids love the indoor pool I love the cleanness of the room the beds everything we have stayed there before and will definitely stay there again.

In traveling across country we try to find a Best Western Plus to stay in each night. We also appreciate that some rooms are reserved as pet friendly. That meant so much to us since the temperatures were in the 85-90 degree range and it would have been impossible to leave our dog in the car.

I stayed at this hotel during Memorial Day weekend. If you have children, I don’t recommend it. The receptionist made rude comments about my children and made comments about not liking kids. He complained about my kids being in the pool and threatened to charge me extra for having guests. When my daughter was getting breakfast, she was reaching for a banana and the lady handling breakfast cut her off and snatched them up right in front of her so she didn’t get anything. It was extremely rude. Then when I as checking out they true to raise my rate and charge me more. I will not use this hotel again.

I was there for a short overnight visit to my son at the College, 2 weeks ago this Best Western Plus, was absolutely magnificent, from the Staff, The Owner & Son which made us fill totally comfortable, this will be the only place I'll stay when in town, everything was very clean, breakfast was delightful, a big variety, from the lobby area to the elevators, Thank You! For the Great Hospitality!

I could write an extended review of my fantastic experience at this hotel, but I'll be short, sweet, and to the point. Don't bother staying ANYWHERE else in Garden City. I travel for my job and I stay in A LOT of hotels, but this one tops them all. I wish I could take this hotel and its incredible staff with me everywhere I go. My stay here was literally perfect, from the immaculately cleaned room to the delicious breakfast and welcoming staff from the second I entered the front doors. I'll DEFINITELY be staying here again!

From the minute we walked in the door to leaving the next day. The staff went above and beyond. The rooms are georgous, beds are so comfortable. Great place, cannot say enough good things. Would most definetly recommend this hotel!

This is the cleanest B&W I've seen yet. Hats off to the managment and staff. Coming into a clean and tidy room has won our vote. The wife and I have had a few bad experience at B&W closer to the east coast. The ratings didnt match the description. So glad we get to stay here for our friend wedding.

Rooms where a bit small and cramped, but nice enough to say the least. Breakfast was nice and good. They have a pool but it's to shallow and small, only 4 feet deep. They stay over all was okay.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip and found the people very professional and friendly. The room was clean and the indoor gym and pool/jacuzzi were a plus. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely come here again. ☺

COMFY bed! COMFY room! The spa and pool were salt and a welcome relax after our long drive. Would recommend this Best Western to anyone traveling to Garden City or through. Easy to find, right off the highway. If and when we come back, we WILL stay here again! Price was VERY reasonable for 2 queens… could not ask for more!

We got the Jacuzzi suite for our honeymoon and there was no running water in the suite, the handle to the Jacuzzi broke off and they over charged us $100. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very nice. This hotel was as nice as an upscale hotel. It was clean, the staff was exceptionable, and the breakfast was wonderful. The next time we go through Garden City, we will for sure stay here.

Stayed here the last 3 times I've been to Garden City. Rooms are always nice and clean with a friendly staff. Breakfast is pretty good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausage and, my favorite, a pancake machine!

This hotel was quiet & clean, we felt we received a good value for the price paid. Staff was excellent, especially the lady taking care of the breakfast area. Sausage, scrambled eggs (excellent home made salsa) and the usual juice, cereal & pastries were offered. Internet seemed a little slow but still provided access to our connections.

One of the best motels I have stayed at. Mark and crew take good care of your every need. The wife and I appreciate the soft towels and Kleenex.

For me, the well-appointed rooms are completely ruined by their insistence to be the only hotel in Garden City with over-softened water. Turn on the faucet and smell the salt, wash your hands and never get the soap off.

I owed this Best Western a 5-star review since my trip in March 2017. It's the best Best Western I've ever stayed. The room is super clean and elegant. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Our family traveled from Santa Fe to Kansas City after spring break vacation. My son got sick at 3am and threw up. We did our best to clean the carpet and put the bed sheet and cover in the bathtub. We were charged a fee afterward but the fee was waived after the manager found out it's the boy who was sick. It's not because they waived the cleaning fee that we left a 5-star review; the hotel is worth all the good reviews. You are the best.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It was clean, very modern, new amenities and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast lady was awesome, she makes homemade salsa and the best breakfast in that town. The hotel was so nice it made me forget that I was in that small town. The place was amazing and anytime I'm in that town I stay there and always recommend it to everyone.

Love this hotel it's always super clean the rooms are amazingly nice and clean, the staff is wonderful and friendly! The kids love the indoor pool, and we enjoy sitting in the lobby watching the kids play or TV while enjoying a drink from the bar. The breakfast is always fresh and good with different options.

Very nice. The staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Pool is heated salt water pool and they keep the room nice and warm. Perfect place to stay.

The owner went all out on this property! The best staff and hotel I've ever been to, I would stay here all year if I could. The rooms are amazing. Everything is above the top greatness! I recommend this place to everybody.

We stay here on every trip we make while traveling during the holidays. It's at about the half way point so it's convenient for us as a layover. The location is nice and the people are really friendly. The rooms are superb for a family of four to use for an overnight stay. A plus for us is the way the rooms are laid out as a suite with a small partition between the sleeping area and a couch area that includes another TV. Kids can sleep or watch their own TV shows, while the parents can relax on the couch before bed. The only reason this doesn't get a five star rating is because of the breakfast. This isn't necessarily the fault of anyone that works here but more on the shoulders of the parent company. Typical bag of gravy and what resembles powdered eggs. There is fresh fruit, coffee, and cereal. Otherwise I like the place and will come back here for all our trips.

Really enjoyed our recent stay at Best Western Emerald Inn & Suites. We checked in after the pool had closed and as we were hauling our luggage in the desk clerk told the kids they could use the pool until her shift was done. Needless to say that after 10 hours in the car with three teenagers and a 7 year old a swim to stretch and release some energy was greatly appreciated! The lobby décor was beautiful and our room was immense! I also liked the security at the front door. Breakfast was a great selection and the breakfast attendant was very attentive. This was a great place to stay!

Visited Garden City because it's halfway between Oklahoma city and Denver, and a better option than Hays. There's shopping, fast food and chain restaurants, as well as one or two local places that were pretty good. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the hot breakfast is pretty standard. Beds were made while we were eating breakfast, but the housecleaning service didn't knock around 10 when they came back for some reason. Super friendly staff, I'd stay here again.

Best wester plus has the best rooms and staff, out of the hotels ive stayed at in garden city. Very comfy large tvs, fast internet, great breakfast!

The place is nice and clean. The hallways and lobby smelled lovely. My room smelled a little funky. The Internet was horrible. Wifi was dialup slow, and ethernet was sluggish. 1.9mbps. Couldn't even stream HD video on Netflix or Amazon.

We stayed on the in a king suite and we were very happy with our room. The stylish decor and complimentary breakfast made this hotel experience extremely enjoyable.

Location was a bit tough to get to. The hotel itself was great. Almost brand new. The room was great except for a couple of small things. The fan wasn't installed properly, so it randomly shook and made a ton of noise in the middle of the night. The door shakes and rattles every time someone walks past. Also, you can easily hear what is going on outside in the halls, when people open and close their doors, etc. The room has tall ceilings, and a very modern look. Great amenities and free Wi-Fi. Overall, mostly pleased with my stay. One of the nicer rooms I've had for the price.

The hotel felt new overall. Everything was clean and fresh. There was a hot breakfast included. Not every day had the exact same items. On Saturday, they even had pancakes. The room came with a microwave and small fridge. There was a small store in the lobby with drinks and a few drugstore type items that you could charge to your room. It's well hidden behind another hotel but if you driver through the Taco Bell parking lot, which is connected, you cannot miss it. The staff was very friendly. They had no problem letting us sit in the breakfast area to play some board games and catch up with family. They always had coffee, iced tea, water and cookies available, even when breakfast was over.

The hotel was very nice BUT we had a kids swim party and was very upfront with them when we booked it and was told we would be able to use all the facilities. Once we were there for the party the manager told us that none of the family that came could swim in the pool only the ones that were staying in the hotel that night. The manager also wouldn't let us use the little breakfast area to eat cake and ice cream because we had people there for this that was not staying at the hotel. So we had to take everyone to our room to eat. Very rude management, wouldn't recommend having family that comes to town to stay at hotel because you won't be welcome to visit them when you are there.

Very clean and roomy, but had a very bad nights sleep due to loud doors that other guests opening and shutting all night. There is just hardly a way to close them quietly. The walls are so thin we could hear talking on the other side. Also a bright night light in the room that I could not get to turn off. Beds were too firm for me. Nice place but not worth my sleepless night.
