I have had great experience with Motel 6 but this particular location was disappointing. The front desk agents were stellar! No complaints there. The property was trashed, the grass was super long and guests not picking up after their pets. The room was decent, although the AC was horrible. The TV channels were static. Biggest complaint is the grounds. Dogs not on leashes, garbage and the lawn was unkept. If there was some time spent on maintaining the grounds, this survey would be better. Again, the front desk staff was great!
For the price of the room, you can't complain much. I wish the staff would of been a little more nicer and the housekeepers weren't so loud in the mornings. Things were good besides that.

This is an old property. Dog run is a joke. Too small. Plant grass! Walk around the neighborhood, as I did, and there are sufficient vacant lots to excercise Poochie. Bathroom had a dripping faucet in sink. Housekeeping has never noticed? Swing shift clerk, whose name I forgot, was very good in helping me find a hamburger place. Butte is an awkward place to find all the standard fast food and shopping places. Stayed two nights and housekeeping Failed to clean room. Gone all day and went storming off when I returned and found a mgr on shift. He promptly took care of it and apologized profusely.
