Josh and his staff are top notch! We loved staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Everyone was so kind and helpful. My kids were extremely excited about the cute family suite that included a fun room with bunkbeds, a table of their own, beanbag and an XBOX. We had a blast in the pool, which is heated (huge bonus), and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you all for making our stay memorable! ❤️

I just want to thank the general manager Josh and his staff for a wonderful job they did in providing excellent customer service. My wife and I were traveling to Yellostone when she got sick and we got caught up in a snow storm and we had to stop in a small town named Pocatello Idaho. I have been in quite of few Holiday Inn Express's in the last few months, and by far this hotel in this out of no where town in Idaho has by far been the best hotel I have stayed at. I would recommend this hotel room to anyone. Keep up the great costumer service.

This is truly the best hotel I've ever stayed at the lady at the front desk found out I was sick and brought me a sprint and Gatorade and asked was there anything else she could do for me she just doesn't know how much I appreciate that sprite.

Beautiful building. Very nice pool and hot tub which came in handy after a long day of traveling in the car. The room was perfect and the bed was super comfortable. The continental breakfast was great. It automatically gets an A+ for having bananas available, which I don't see at very many hotel breakfasts. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff are very friendly. Quick check in and out. The breakfast had a large variety of foods both hot and cold. The hotel is very clean. The bathroom was spotless. I’ve never had such a shiny clean bathtub.

Legitimately the BEST hotel I've ever been to. I've stayed at NICER hotels, but this one is just the best. The hotel is up on a hill with a view of the entire city. The rooms are large and clean. The beds and linens are super crisp and comfy. The tvs are large. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice and cool, and open 24 hrs! The staff was super nice, and somehow the elevator was always on the floor I needed it to be on. I push the button, and boom the door opens, no waiting. It was like magic. I cannot guarantee this as an official amenity of the hotel. I'm sad we'll never be back, we were just passing though on our way back from Yellowstone!

Super friendly staff. The rooms are clean and contemporary with great balcony views. A great breakfast spread that is very fresh and open until 10am. I'd highly recommend. They even have community Xboxs to play! Honestly the best Holiday Inn that I've stayed in.

YOU SHOULD STAY HERE! They bake cookies fresh for the guests at night! Swimming pool, FREE BREAKFAST, great staff, and overlooks Pocatello (so great view at night). This is a SAFE hotel that is perfect in every way. We live in pocatello and sometimes stay here just to get away without actually getting away we really just love this hotel ♥️

The rooms are clean and spacious. The view is beautiful. The staff is friendly and courteous. There really is no better place to stay in the area.

The room was huge, and the beds were wide and comfy. The staff were kind and very accommodating. The breakfast was rich kind variety and taste. Had offices and conference rooms that were useful. Great place for kids!

My kids love this location for the fact they have bunkbeds in the kids suites, something out of the ordinary in all of our travels. Hotel, was clean, quiet and inviting. Staff was great. Decent breakfast fare.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express are so super friendly and gave the best hospitality! They were so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious! I will be returning and this will be the place I stay while in Pocatello for sure! Hands down!

The building looks really new. Nice and clean and well staffed. Breakfast had juice, breads, muffins, (no waffles) eggs, sausage, yogurt and milk, plus some amazing freshly made cinnamon rolls. Pool, and hot tub are 24 hours too.

One of the nicer hotels in Pocatello. The staff was wonderful and had some great suggestions. The room was clean and had plenty of room. The location was near the college. The downside was we were in Pocatello.

Great location and view. Always clean rooms and quick service. If they could keep an employee I would be surprised though. I stay here once a month and have never seen the same person twice. Makes me wonder about the management…

I recently stayed here as I was in town for a college sports event. The location is amazing with awesome views. The rooms are very clean and it’s a warm friendly environment. But more important is the 5 star rating I’m giving to the staff. Amber who works the front desk when you walk in greets you with a warm smile and great attitude. She was awesome! We arrived early before check in. Amber worked hard with her staff to accommodate our early arrival and get us into a room prior too our event. She kept us informed, offered to hold our luggage, and even offered a snack. It was amazing first class service. The following morning we ate breakfast in the lobby and again were met with fantastic service. Debra was so much fun. Her warm a bubbly personality started our day off great! The entire staff always had smiles on their faces and were all eager to help assist you with whatever was needed. Big time thumbs up!

Great Hotel! My wife and I enjoyed our 1 night stay in our King bed room. There was even a little balcony we were able to look out at the city on. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. We also used the conference room for our family get together. It was very roomy and the staff was very nice. Great hotel and great service.

Great place to stay for the price. Amazing continental breakfast. Friendly staff. 24hr pool and hot tub, which is rare to find these days. Close to ISU. Easy freeway access. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, free (and good) breakfast. Wifi worked well as did the cable. Accommodated the entire team. Good for families too.

Hotel was very clean and well kept. Great amenities including free breakfast and 24 hour pool and fitness center.

Family suite was a great size and fit the family well. We were guests of a guest staying there and just stopped by to visit. Pool was also very fun and a great size.

Conveniently located off the freeway. Easy parking. The rooms are modern and up to date. I've stayed here twice and found it to always be clean and inviting. The free breakfast is good and plentiful and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is on top of a hill and had a view of the entire city. The rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Fresh baked cookies are served at 7 pm each night. There is tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available in the lobby. The pool and hot tub was clean and the water coat. And it was open 24 hours. Newspaper is complimentary in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was great.

Loved our stay here. Big room with two king sized beds (plus a pull out couch) made my family's stay here very enjoyable. The beds are comfy too!

Excellent service! Very contemporary hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff. Only issue is that it's a steep walk back from local bars and resturants if you prefer not to drive.

We loved this HIE on the hill. Incredible views. We were on the ground floor and the ceiling height was awesome, not sure of the higher floors. Made the room feel huge. Very nice front desk staff. The lobby and breakfast area are at a weird 45 degree angle which I never quite got figured out.

Great place to stay, very nice rooms, the suite we had was great, had bunk beds in one room and king bed in another with fireplace, just as nice as a two bedroom apartment. Great free breakfast in the morning, sold snacks all night to microwave in your room. Only down side was the pool,

My wife and I have been on a retirement trip around the western US for the past 26 days and have tried to stay in HIE whenever possible. We enjoy consistency in our stays and we find it there. The HIE at Pocatello is without a doubt the very best one we have every experienced — and we travel often! Clean, fresh architecture, amazing view and superior breakfast food as well as SPACE to enjoy our food! We especially enjoyed "Bella" at breakfast — a sweetie and very helpful. Holiday Inn Express needs to use this location as a model for the rest of their motels!

A VERY nice hotel! Indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast is better than your typical hotel. Rooms are up to date and feel modern. The staff take EXCELLENT care of you while you are there! Plus the views are to die for! Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Pocatello!

Holiday Inn Express in Pocatello has the friendliest staff. Their establishment is clean, tidy and very welcoming. The staff is ready at a whims notice to help you and are eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The continental breakfast has a wide range of food that is actually very nice. The rooms are well decorated and very comfortable. And the views are simply breathtaking. I would highly recommend coming here.

We are impressed with this hotel. Very clean and a very friendly staff! Great breakfast, too. The chocolate chip cookies they put out at night are amazing! Holiday Inn has always been the top choice for my wife and I when going on vacation.

Holiday inn, in Pocatello Idaho sent us this care package today! We stayed there last week and we accidentally left kohens stuffed animals that he sleeps with every night! We called the next day but they couldn't find them anywhere, so the manager ordered us a brand new "sully" (from monsters inc) and had it over nighted to our house so our son wouldn't go without. Eventually the stuffed animals showed up so they sent this to us all wrapped in Christmas wrapping as a surprise. Not only did they buy us a new one but they sent us the old ones with a basket of treats for kohen. Best hotel staff ever!

My sister and I stayed here while coming back from Los Angeles to Canada! We got there and the front desk staff had everything ready for us. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are very clean and beautiful! The view is amazing from the balcony wow! Breakfast was fantastic and Debra was amazing! She even packed one of the hot cinnamon rolls for my sister and I to take on the way home the most sweetest things. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much for making our stay a great experience…

So unique, great staff. Like that there's no smoking on patios. Even the little convenience store is exceptional.

Really great experience here. The hotel was really clean. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was one of the better ones that I've had at hotels. The only issue was the hot tub had way too many kids in it. Adults could hardly use it.

It's a relatively new hotel and very nice inside and out. Wonderful view from atop a hill overlooking the town, the rooms are very spacious and the beds are awesome! Very friendly staff, great breakfast, can't go wrong staying here!

Very friendly staff, nice amenities and I haven't seen at other hotels. I didn't use it, but they had a 'gaming area' with the newest consoles. They also upgraded my room for free.

Excellent customer service! Whenever I travel I have a rule of always staying at a Holiday Inn Express and it's because of the constient service and this particular hotel leads the way.

Rooms are great, roomy, view is beautiful, facility is clean, indoor pool and hot tub are nice and clean with towels to use, beautiful entrance and lobby, great room and breakfast area is really nice. I have not had the breakfast yet so will report later. I would definitely stay here again and look for in other cities.

This Hotel has some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. The breakfast is better then Dennys. The staff are extremely professional.

Wow! We had a fabulous stay. I loved every minute of it. We had a suite with a balcony and a fireplace. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was fabulous! We will for sure be back and can't wait.
